This paper presents an approach to the automated design of the initial conceptual database model. The UML activity diagram, as a frequently used business process modeling notation, is used as the starting point for the automated generation of the UML class diagram representing the conceptual database model. Formal rules for automated generation cover the automatic extraction of business objects and business process participants, as well as the automatic generation of corresponding classes and their associations. Based on these rules we have implemented an automatic generator and evaluated it on a real business model.

Abstract:
Abstract The advancement of automation technology is currently in a critical stage. Automatic weights are now a necessity for commerce and agriculture in order to improve small, medium, and large-scale business owner’ production. Automatic electrical technology plays a significant part in the development of weighing machines from conventional systems to intelligent power systems, which in this case refers to the process of weighting. The use of an automatic weighing machine can improve efficiency and productivity because an automated weigher can operate automatically without the need for human assistance. Precise and valid weighing results can reveal improved product quality. It can help reduce weighing errors and improve production efficiency. The Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller and load sensor play an important role in the entire operation process of the automation system in the design of this automatic weighing machine. The research phase includes the process of design, assembly, and testing of the device. The mass measurement system is based on the principle of the work of the load sensor with a maximum capacity of 20 kg. The experiment’s findings demonstrate that this instrument can accurately measure masses. The entire weighing process for 1 kg rice, from initial storage to entering packing, takes approximately 12 seconds. Utilizing an effective automatic weighing system will assist reduce energy usage. This automatic weigher’s power design is low power, electricity consumption for weighing 2000 kg of rice is 0.23345 kWh.

Abstract:
We formulate an optimization problem of Hamiltonian design based on the variational principle. Given a variational ansatz for a Hamiltonian we construct a loss function to be minimised as a weighted sum of relevant Hamiltonian properties specifying thereby the search query. Using fractional quantum Hall effect as a test system we illustrate how the framework can be used to determine a generating Hamiltonian of a finite-size model wavefunction (Moore-Read Pfaffian and Read-Rezayi states), find optimal conditions for an experiment or "extrapolate" given wavefunctions in a certain universality class from smaller to larger system sizes. We also discuss how the search for approximate generating Hamiltonians may be used to find simpler and more realistic models implementing the given exotic phase of matter by experimentally accessible interaction terms.

Abstract:
The objective of the research described here is to develop and demonstrate use of automatic design methods for preswirl nozzles. Performance of preswirled cooling air delivery systems depends critically on the design of these nozzles which is subject to manufacturing and stress constraints. The best solution may be a compromise between cost and performance. Here it is shown that automatic optimization using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to evaluate nozzle performance can be useful in design. A parametric geometric model of a nozzle with appropriate constraints is first defined and the CFD meshing and solution are then automated. The mesh generation is found to be the most delicate task in the whole process. Direct hill climbing (DHC) and response surface model (RSM) optimization methods have been evaluated. For the test case considered, significant nozzle performance improvements were obtained using both methods, but the RSM model was preferred.

The monitoring units continuously measure the soil moisture content in the irrigation blocks, and if the moisture content drops below a predetermined threshold for the particular crop under production, it sends a wireless message to the control units controlling the pipeline valves along the water flow channel, causing the control units to open the valves leading to the water source and commencing automatic irrigation. When the moisture content rises above a predetermined threshold for the crop, the monitoring units sends a wireless message to the control units, causing them to close the pipeline valves and cease automatic irrigation. An automatic irrigation system pipeline network optimization software has also been designed to plan, cost, and design the automatic irrigation system for a piece of land prior to installation.

Abstract:
Wall painting is a repetitive, stressful, and hazardous process that makes it an ideal automation case. In the automotive industry, painting had been automated but not yet for the construction industry. However, there is a strong need for a mobile robot that can move to paint residential interior walls. In this study, we aim to design and implement an automatic painting mobile robot. The conceptual design of the proposed wall painting robot consisting paint mechanism with a spray gun and ultrasonic sensor. The spray gun is attached to a pulley mechanism that has linear motion. The ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the spray gun when it reached a certain limit. The DC motor rotates clockwise and counterclockwise based on the ultrasonic sensor condition made. The experimental results indicate that the robot was able to paint the walls smoothly vertically, and horizontally. The spraying gun structure's speed is at a tolerable speed of 0.07 m/s, which could be increased, but to provide high-quality painting without any gaps, the current speed was selected as the most suitable, without any harm to the working process.

Abstract:
Abstract Industrial automation has become an area in full development and of great importance for all industrial sectors since it allows to improve the productivity of companies and the quality of their products. Currently, factories (i.e., small, or medium) must implement new technologies to increase its production and provide qualified products to enter with force in regional markets and nationals. This article shows the design and start up of an automatic palletizer which will have a manual mode in which each actuator in the system can be operated independently; and an automatic mode that will organize the input elements in the previously established way. For companies that produce in batches, is important to reduce storage spaces in warehouses, dispose of their products in an orderly and practical way for their subsequent dispatch. This last process must be effective and fast so as not to generate inconveniences in the delivery of orders to buyers. Our project is focused to the footwear sector, especially, how to seek greater development and performance of these companies where the packaging time of their products can be optimized so that it can be used in other tasks within the company. Also, the result of this investigation shows the engineering process carried out to obtain a prototype of a functional, automatic, productive, quality, and economic product that meets the customer’s requirements. Improvements that will do and future work are included too.

Someday for make PCB, we require extra time for designing, printing, etching etc.Consequently, for greater attempt & lessen time we are design this paper. It reduces the man power and draw complicated track easily. With the development of advanced system area, highly growing CNC machines in Technical Institutions, Educational Institutions and Laboratories required. The main required building block of mini CNC machine are power supply, computer, Advanced PIC Microcontroller PIC18F4550, stepper motor, servomotor, pen writer, motor drivers. Before everything the person design to transform any text file or image file into G-code using Eagle software and then send it to the machine using Processing software. The microcontroller transfer instructions to the motordriver of the machine. Motors are rotated clockwise or anticlockwise direction due to that the pen movement occurs automatically

Abstract:
In the study, a new automatic scissor is designated, with a motor based and solenoid setup along with the cutter part, holder can be provided. When the button operates, the scissor will work automatically. By using this type of scissor, we may reduce manual power, time reduction and easily opera able. It is efficient and effective fortunately it is less cost and easy to operate by manually. So, to overcome the man power cutting, cutting is high rate can be possible. There are either two methods to proceed the operation of the scissor. One of the mechanisms is motor based process, in which reverse mechanism of engine can be done. The another solenoid setup can activates by supplying the current, the copper coil in the solenoid to produce magnetic field which can absorb by iron piece so reciprocating motion is obtained. It can easily operate. Scissor plays an essential role in our routine life. They have been parted as many application in our day to day life. Scissor are used to cut material such as clothes, papers sheets, leathers etc. They are the equipment’s which have vast applications and these can be able to operate easily. Scissor is equipped with sharp edges along with the safer handle. They are made up of stainless steel and proper hold able handle.
