The paper presents the changes that have taken place in the E-commerce market in Europe. The European B2C e-commerce sales have been steadily growing since 2011. Still, the growth rate has decreased the last few years, from 18.4% in 2011 to 13.3% in 2015 and 12% in 2016. The value of market in 2016 was Euro 509.9 billion.
