Abstract:
Zahir ud-Din Muhammad Babur Shah Ghazi, one of most important rulers of Turkish and Islamic history, but little known in some countries, is an exceptional person who changed the flow of history. If it is expressed from today’s point of view, Babur Shah, the founder of the Baburs, is a lead-er, a person carrying “global characteristics”. He is a ruler, statesman, ad-ministrator, soldier, commander, writer, poet, calligrapher, musician, com-poser, Sufi and a good family head. With the state that he established, he changed not only political but also the socio-cultural structure of Indian geography. He carried the knowledge, wisdom, politics, state, technique, material and spiritual accumulation of the Ma wara’un-nahr to India. He had a forward-looking, multi-cultural perspective and a consciousness of living together. He was a distinguished personality and leader who success-fully carried out this thought and understanding. Babur Shah conceived the state and society as a mixture with Turkish, Mongolian, Persian and Indian Culture in Islam crucible. The Baburs succeeded that. This mixture extended to Anatolian geography. It is possible to see that Babur Shah laid the foundations of a state having global features in India, this state lived for four centuries and affected Asia and the world, and that changed the history of Asia. In this respect, some Western historians stated that Babur Shah was an exceptional leader in the world history, and they examined his life in every aspect. The founding Prime Minister of India, Nehru having intellectual features clearly stated that Babur Shah had an important place in the history of India in many ways. This historical truth can be a source of inspiration and a roadmap for today’s Indian State in the process of glo-balization.In our study, we will try to deal with Babur Shah’s personal characteristics, political stance, position, decisions and practices from a global perspective. We will evaluate the global heritage and characteristics of the civilization that the Baburs established in India in his presence.

Abstract:
The Mughal princes of India and their kinsmen of Central Asia were not only great warriors and empire builders, but many of them also possessed refined literary tastes and had an innate ability to critically assess the developments in the various regions around them, whether political or otherwise. Be it of military or socio-cultural significance, the Indian Mughal princes not only patronized great scholars and literary figures, but were themselves authors of literary works and historical chronicles. Two of them, Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur—the founder and great-grandson of the Mughal Empire in India—and Nuruddin Muhammad Jahangir, the fourth Mughal ruler of India, did the extraordinary work of writing their own memoirs. Babur wrote it in his native language Chagatai Turkish, which is known as Tuzuk-i-Baburi, Wakiyat-i-Baburi or Babur Nama. The work was translated into Persian in 1589 – 90 CE by Abdul Rahim Khan-i-Khana, one of his navaratnas or distinguished courtiers during the reign of Akbar, the third Mughal emperor, and has been used in studies. Indians trade and commerce, but neither the source of these precious metals is mentioned nor the types of goods and merchandise manufactured and traded in India at that time. But Babur showed keen interest in understanding the agricultural system and irrigation methods prevalent in India. To this he writes: “Autumn crops grow automatically with heavy rains; and the strange thing is that spring crops grow even when there is no rain. Trees and plants are irrigated in buckets or with water brought by wheel. They are irrigated continuously for two or three years, after which they do not require water.

Abstract:
This article explores whether the concept of ‘friendship’ is a useful and basic category for the analysis of South Asian history. It begins with a variety of characteristics of relationships that social science has identified as friendship. It then explores the Baburnama, focusing on the social closeness or social distance of several groups and individuals, such as queens, allied leaders, blood kin, clerics and recruits. None were socially close enough to Babur to merit the term friendship. In contrast to these more distant relations, some of the men in proximity to Babur were, indeed, very close. Babur uses two Turkish terms to describe these men. The first term is Içki, which translates as ‘Inner men’, that is, the small group of men (perhaps fifteen in number) who fought next to Babur in battle and often ate with him. They formed his guard at night. The second term is kukäldash, which translates as ‘breast brother’, meaning the few men who shared the same wet nurse as Babur. These men grew up with Babur and were his closest friends. He mourned bitterly when one was killed. Overall, Babur did have friends and companions who were loyal through thick and thin. They formed the very centre of his household troops and the centre of his army.

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the identification of anthropoformants in the text "Babur- name", one of the oldest monuments of Turkish culture, as a reflection of intercultural concepts. The relevance of the topic of the work is determined by the fact that the eastern mentality has been studied rather superficially in comparison with the European one. The main purpose of the work is a comprehensive study of anthroponyms using the example of the text of Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur "Babur-name". The tasks of the work include the description of the anthropogenic space in the text "Babur-name" and the definition of the specifics of the national perception of reality and the peculiarities of its reflection in linguistic means. The main research methods of the article are the descriptive method, which includes such techniques as the study of factual material, generalization and interpretation of some anthroponyms in Babur-name, and the comparative-historical method - in determining the genetic affiliation of anthropogenic vocabulary in the text of the work, in identifying changes in the structure and the composition of anthroponyms occurring over different periods of time. Anthropoformants in the text "Babur-name" were considered in the synthesis of cultural, linguistic, and social factors from the standpoint of cultural linguistics. This fact is associated with various periods of social and cultural life, characterized by stereotypical ideas about the function of the name in society, various events in the political and social life of the time in which Babur lived.

Abstract:
In this thesis we examine the method of counting BB events produced in the BaBar experiment. The original method was proposed in 2000, but improvements to track reconstruction and our understanding of the detector since that date make it appropriate to revisit the B Counting method. We propose a new set of cuts designed to minimize the sensitivity to time-varying backgrounds. We find the new method counts BB events with an associated systematic uncertainty of ±0.6%.

Abstract:
The BABAR experiment at the PEP-II e+e- collider at SLAC in California started taking data in May 1999. The aim of the experiment is to study CP violation in the B meson system. A central part of the BABAR detector is CsI(TI) electromagnetic calorimeter. To make precision measurements with a calorimeter in a high luminosity environment requires that the crystals are well calibrated and continually monitored for radiation damage. However, this should not impact the total integrated luminosity. To achieve this goal a fibre-optic light pulser system was designed. The light sources chosen were Xenon flash lamps. A novel light distribution method was developed using an array of graded index microlenses. Initial results from performance studies are presented.

Abstract:
Zahirad-Din Muhammad Babur, who was associated with Kabul for about twenty-five years of his forty-seven years of life, gained fame as the royal poet of Kabul in the late XVth and early XVIthcenturies. Despite the fact that Zahirad-Din Muhammad Babur reached Amir Temur on his father's side and Genghis Khan on his mother's side, he mentions these two relationships in his famous book "Baburi Tuzuki" and calls himself a Turk (Uzbek). After Uzbek Babur was defeated several times by Shaybani Khan, he was forced to emigrate from Ferghana to Kabul, the current capital of Afghanistan, in order to try his luck in Kabulistan. Here the people of Kabul (Kabulistan) welcomed Babur and Babur became the Uzbek king of Kabul and from there he invaded India to expand his rule. This brave cosmopolitan Turk/Uzbek world-goer was a clever poet, a brilliant writer and a powerful ruler -a king. Babur was 22 years old when he was crowned in Kabul, and Babur's nickname Mirza was changed to the title of Shah.

Abstract:
This article provides brief scientific information about the jagird system of land ownership in the territory of the Great Babur state. Zahirad-Din Muhammad Babur (1483-1530), the founder of the great Babur state, left Movarunnahr and settled in Kabul in 1504 and gradually expanded the borders of his state. After taking control of Balkh in the north and Kandahar in the west, Babur tried to conquer India. In 1526, King Babur, who defeated Delhi Sultan Ibrahim Lodi in the Battle of Panipat, moved the capital of his state from Kabul to Agara.King Babur abandoned the "iqta" system used by the Muslim rulers before him and introduced a new form of "jagir" in India. Babur's son Humayun also continued his father's policy. But Babur's prosperity and Humayun's abdication of the throne of Delhi could not ensure the firm preservation of the feudal system. In Baburiza, the kings Akbar and Jahangir succeeded in wide application of the feudalism started by Babur.

Babur Empire, founded by Gazi Zahirad-Din Muhammad Babur Shah, also known as the Gurkani State, is considered one of the 16 largest Turkic states established in history. With this aspect, this state founded by Babur in South Asia attracts the attention of researchers. In this context, the number of master's and doctoral theses written in universities in Turkiye about the Babur State, including Babur and his sons and grandsons after him, the departments in which these theses were written and their contents have been a matter of curiosity. Abstract:
Babur, as the fifth-generation descendant of might Tamerlane, was enthroned in Fergana when he was twelve years old, after the death of Omar Sheikh Mirza. Babur’s reign had dire conditions so that he would struggle to rule freely. Babur would inherit Tamerlane’s crumbling state which struggles with chaos. On top of this, Timurids would be besieged from all sides by their foes. At such a time, Babur would feel the need of protecting his realm and reviving it. Though, occurring power imbalances between Huseyn Baykara, Mahmud Mirza and Sheybani Khan, Babur’s illnesses and betrayals would make Babur’s ambitions even more challenging. Babur would stop his ambitions in Turkistan due to such reasons. Thus, he would leave Turkistan for a different goal. He would seek success and glory beyond the Hindu Kush Mountains. Passing through the mountains, he would conquer Kabul and declare himself the ruler of Kabul. Then, he would move towards Baluchistan and Northern India to form his Mughal Empire. This new Mughal Empire would stand against the test of time and persevere until the peaks of British colonialism in India throughout 19thcentury. As a great ruler of Turkistan and India, his life deserves a study as a founder hero. This study will put Babur under scrutiny through his birth, successes, failures, education, relations with regards to his mother and family, his downfall, exodus and his formation of an empire in foreign lands.
