Abstract:
The background of this research is that Tenganan Pagringsingan Village, Karangasem Bali, produces the best Ikat Weaving in Indonesia. One of the Ikat Weaving is Gringsing Weaving produced by the community in Tenganan Pagringsingan Village, Karangasem Regency, Bali. This village is one of the villages inhabited by the people of Bali Mula or Bali Aga (Original Bali) alias Bali who were not from Java when the Majapahit Kingdom expedition to Bali. Weaving is a process of weaving between weft and warp threads. Warp yarns (threads that are attached to the loom) and weft (threads that are linked to the warp threads) which, if both are linked, will produce motifs. This simple process of craft art is now developing into a number of techniques in weaving depending on the creativity of each human - each so as to produce creations of attractive weaving motifs. In the subsequent development of weaving, it can be seen that the woven cloth produced is no longer a body covering material but the woven fabric has more functions than the body covering, for example this woven cloth has a function as traditional clothing or as the identity of the maker area. In addition, woven fabric can be used as a work of art that appears in accordance with local community life. This gringsing weaving describes the system of balance which is about the relationship between humans and humans, humans with nature, and humans with God. The god of the senses who are always worshiped by the Tenganan Pagringsingan people of Karangasem Bali are respected by a pandanus war rite, the pain seems to vanish by gringsing which always binds the body. Gringsing is believed to be able to avoid disease. Even more complex gringsing is a repellent of danger. Based on the background above, in this study the focus is on the process, forms of motifs and symbolic meaning of weaving gringsing in Tenganan Pagringsingan Village, Karangasem, Bali.

Abstract:
Abstract The Indonesian Economic Corridor is 1 of the 3 pillars in the Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesia's Economic Development 2011–2025. This initiative applies the concept of a modern corridor, which divides Indonesia's territory into 6 economic corridors, according to the competitive advantages of each region. This study aims to compare whether the infrastructure planned and built by the Government for each economic corridor is in-line with the expectations of the people who live in that economic corridor. In this study, a survey was conducted to determine the public's perception of the infrastructure needed for the development of an economic corridor. The results are then compared with the infrastructure provision plan that has been and will be developed by the Government. The study shows that there are differences between the infrastructure provided by the Government and those needed by the people in each corridor. Kalimantan Corridor shows the best proportion of supply-demand suitability which provided 3 out of 5 required infrastructures.Overall, there are infrastructures, which are commonly needed to ensure the growth of economic corridor, namely a well-connected transportation backbone, availability of alternative transportation modes and their inter-modal facility, ports with good services, and the availability of high-speed internet networks. Corridors that can be selected as a model for corridor development are the Java and the Bali-NTB-NTT Corridors, because these corridors have a high number of infrastructure suitability and have all the infrastructure needed by each corri-dor. Keywords: economic corridor; infrastructure; infrastructure provision; infrastructure needs; public perception. Abstract:
ABSTRACT ANTAM is a mining company that has social and environmental management practices that comply with and even exceed Indonesian legal requirements as well as meet international standards. Therefore, when there is a need from crafters and jewelry traders in Indonesia to be able to penetrate the international market which is increasingly concerned about sustainability, ANTAM is in a position as a supplier of required raw materials. In the jewelry business, the concept of green business can be seen with the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC) and Fairtrade International, which is an international organization that has a concern in promoting the practice of the jewelry industry in accordance with all aspects of social responsibility to achieve sustainability. Both organizations are members of ISEAL (International Social and Environmental Accreditation and Labeling). RJC has 500+ members who carry out mining, processing and refining activities, jewelry making, to business people selling jewelry. The RJC Code of Practice includes human rights standards, workers' rights, environmental impacts, publications or explanations about products and several other topics, most recently updated in 2013, among which refer to the UN Guiding Principles on Businesses and Human Rights issued by the United Nations and include provisions regarding conflict-free sources of raw materials. RJC certification also helps companies in product traceability, supply chain feasibility testing, and the use of these standards continues to increase. Fairtrade International is also engaged in the same field, but is more focused on the mining of the people and their communities. ISEAL supports miners to improve long-term and equitable relations to ensure that mining can reduce poverty and support sustainable development. ANTAM is helping crafters and jewelry traders to be able to meet these international standards, in addition to being a supplier of raw materials. ANTAM's sales have increased along with the increasing number of craftsmen and traders who can meet international standards. The case of collaboration between ANTAM and crafters and jewelers in Bali presented shows that the idea of Porter and Cramer (2011) about creating shared value (CSV) could be implemented by the mining industry, by way of combining community development and business development.

Abstract:
Social interaction, communication, and language certainly cannot be separated from the life of the Balinese people in general, and in particular to the Bali Aga community. The Bali Aga Hindu community has a very large variety of traditions, one of which is very thick and distinctive in the fields of architecture and spatial planning. In the architectural culture and spatial planning of the Bali Aga community, starting from choosing a place to live, it is very full of calculations where the Bali Aga community knows the concept of Ulu Teben. So based on this concept, the Bali Aga community is very selective in determining the area to be their residence. The concept of spatial planning is not only limited to the selection of residential areas, but also involves village development and housing for residents. One thing that is very unique to the people of Bali Aga is the Paletans that are in every resident's house. Paletanan in Balinese has the meaning of other roads, alternative roads, and shortcuts (Gautama, 2009: 385). It is this palette that distinguishes the Balinese Aga community's yard from the Bali Dataran community. In general, in Bali, they recognize the existence of Pamesu as an access road in and out of the Balinese house yard. But in contrast to the Balinese Aga community yard, besides having Pamesu as the main access in and out to the yard, there is also a so-called Paletasan which also functions as a shortcut access to connect the yards to one another. Oriented to this background, the following problems can be formulated: 1. How is the conception of Paletas as a cultural heritage of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency?, (2) How is the implementation of the conception of Paletas as a cultural heritage of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency?, (3 ) What are the implications of Paletasan for the social life of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency?. In general, this study aims to reveal the meaning behind the existence of Paletan as a cultural heritage of the Bali Aga community which is related to the social interactions of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency. This research uses structural functional theory, meaning theory, and cultural implication theory. The source of data in this study is a direct source (primary) obtained in the field as a result of observation and scrutiny of Paletasan as a cultural heritage of the Balinese Aga community. Meanwhile, indirect (secondary) sources can be obtained through books, articles, written documents, and so on from libraries or other places. Primary and secondary sources can be combined or cross-checked to obtain truly accurate and accountable data. The informants in this study were determined purposively. The data collection used here includes direct observation on the object of research (observation), interviews, and literature study. After the data is obtained, it is analyzed by reducing it, then presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research can be described as follows: (1) The conception of Paletas as a cultural heritage of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency at the beginning of its development was identical as an effort to build social interaction in the midst of people's lives. Paletasan functioned as a defense system by the Balinese Aga in its earlier era. Where Bangli, especially in historical times, experienced various kinds of conflicts which were quite tense so that this Paletasan was a reflection of the Bali Aga community in Bangli Regency to defend themselves from conflicts that threatened them from outside. Then, the last one, Paletasan plays a role in maintaining the social ties of the community so that they always respect each other, love each other, and protect each other (sharpening, loving, nurturing seguluk seguluk seguluk seguluk). (2) The implementation of Paletan as a cultural heritage of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency can of course be viewed from the current existence of Paletasan. Paletasan still exists today in the Bali Aga community, of course, it is based on the understanding that it is a form of cultural heritage from the ancestors of the Bali Aga community. In addition to this, the existence of Paletasan today is driven by the uniformity factor, where as we understand that the Bali Aga community really values togetherness, especially in relation to religious systems, culture, and traditions. Finally, the current implementation of Paletan is also driven by the community's belief that it will have a positive impact on the lives of the Balinese Aga community. (3) The implications of Paletasan on the social life of the Balinese Hindu community in Bangli Regency, of course, cannot be separated from Paletasan's involvement in various social phenomena of the supporting community. In this case Paletasan plays a very important role in mobilizing all forms of community interest so that everything that is done will tend to be more effective and efficient. Besides this, Paletan also has implications for strengthening the social system so that people will always have dependence on each other. And on the other hand, Paletasan is able to provide a feeling of security and comfort to the community that supports it.

Balinese has a stratified system called anggah-ungguhing basa Bali. The existence of this system is distinguished it from Indonesian and / or the other regional languages in Indonesia. In addition, Balinese has two major dialects, namely the Bali Aga dialect and the Bali Dataran dialect. The Bali Aga dialect does not recognize the language level system, on the contrary, in the Bali Dataran dialect this system greatly influences the use of Balinese language itself. The difference in this system was also reflected in its morphological system, especially in forming the words with nasal prefix. It was interesting to be observed. In relation with that, this writing focused on the Balinese nasalization system. The purpose of this research was to find out the rules of Balinese nasalization. The data in this study were collected by using literature study and observation methods. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The theory used in investigating this problem was morphology theory. After analyzing the data that had been collected, it was found that the nasal prefix {N-} in Balinese which was affixed to the original form or the basic form which was preceded by certain phonemes, that had already changed form. The form of this changing was called an allomorph. Thus the allomorphs found from the merging of the nasal prefixes were: n- {n-}, m- {m-}, ng- {ŋ-}., And ny- {ñ-}.

Belandingan is the village of Bali Aga mountain type located in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali. Abstract:
In social interaction with indigenous people (Indonesian people), Japanese people must equip themselves with Indonesian language skills to establish good communication. The same is true of the descendants of those who will make association with Indonesian children. In this case Indonesian is very important to be taught so that children of Japanese descent can interact and live well with the surrounding community. This is what attracts researchers to find out, patterns or ways of Japanese society in teaching Indonesian to their children. This research was conducted in the Sanur area, Denpasar City, Bali. This study uses the theory of sociology of language, teaching Indonesian, and using a questionnaire as a tool to obtain data. The results of this study reveal that the teaching pattern used consists of two types, namely the naturalistic and the formal type. While teaching Indonesian to his children, he found several problems. One of them is the complexity of using polite language and special expressions when communicating to each person in their respective positions. From the parameters of language skills, the most important thing to be taught to children of Japanese descent is the ability to speak (conversation).

Abstract:
This paper aims to uncover the tourism potential of the Ulu Apad of Penglipuran Village. The Ulu Apad is a traditional governance system that exists only in a Bali Aga Village, believed to be the village of the original Balinese people. Using in-depth interviews and observation, the author extracted and discussed the tourism potentials of the Ulu Apad based on data collected from purposively selected informants. In addition, a literature review was carried out to provide secondary data. The result of the qualitative analysis shows that the Ulu Apad is a potential cultural tourist attraction. The system is so unique that it is different even from fellow Bali Aga Villages, and other customary villages. The system ensured that the most experienced and knowledgeable individuals are chosen to lead the village. Despite its uniqueness, the Ulu Apad has not been utilized as an attractor of tourist visits to the village due to its complexity. The intangible nature of the Ulu Apad means that special effort needs to be put in to ensure its attraction can be enjoyed by the tourist. This article provides insight into how to best utilize the intangible nature of the Ulu Apad as a cultural tourist attraction.

Abstract:
This article studies the transformation of homes of Timbrah Settlement, a Bali Aga Community of Karangasem Regency. It focusses on two fundamental elements, namely spatial formation and built forms which are, by tradition, two unique features characterizing the built environment of Timbrah. These spatial elements symbolize complex socio-cultural systems of belief, subsistence, gender, knowledge, defend, time, territoriality, etc. In its development, the community has to inevitably interrelate with various congencies brought in by modernity - taking place globally, and other forces driven from within. Some observed consequences brought by these influences include (not limited to) modifications in value systems, way of people live their life, and demographic formations. This observation has constituted an inspiration to the conduct of this whole study, in which qualitative approaches were put into practice. Study findings demonstrate that almost all Timbrah homes (karang paumahan) have been transformed in one way or another. This condition is mainly due to a need for more living space, efficiency in spatial utilization, social status, self actualization, and to accommodate changes of inhabitants' lifestyle. The transformation of Timbrah homes has been carried out in a gradual manner, directed by a conscious understanding to maintain local knowledge and values, especially of those associated with the governance of space exist in both domestic and communal spheres. In consequence, attempts to keep Timbrah's identity as a unique Bali Aga community have been indirectly imposed on, at any given opportunity. Abstract:
This paper focuses on the disability in the context of inclusive democracy that is based on the prophetic values. There are two terms used in this paper. First, inclusive democracy; this term asserts that the people with disability are not the object in a social and political system, conversely, the people with disability are positioned as the subject in citizenship. The people with disability are part of the political system and society and they have the rights to engage and compete in the political practices. Second, “prophetic values” that refers to the elaboration of disability studies and Islamic studies, where the later is related to the earlier. Disability studies with the prophetic social science are prominent as a social transformation in order to get a better humanist and transcendence understanding of disability in the local context of Indonesia. The result of this study shows that the inclusive democracy, in terms of Indonesian local context, is constructed by four prophetic values: humanism, liberation, transcendence and inclusive society.[Tulisan ini akan membahas difabilitas dalam konteks demokrasi inklusif berbasis nilai-nilai profetik.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic that is happening now is affecting the economy. This study aims to examine changes in the supply of consumer goods to Bali from outside Bali in the Indonesian territory and changes in the per capita consumption of the Balinese population, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Two events were observed, namely the first event was the announcement of the first positive case of Covid-19 in Indonesia, and the 2nd event was the determination of the status of a national disaster by the Indonesian government. Data analysis was performed using a different test with the SPSS v.23 program. The results of the analysis found that there was a difference in the supply of consumer goods to Bali from outside Bali and the per capita consumption of the Balinese population in the first and 2nd events. The supply of consumer goods and per capita consumption decreased significantly after the announcement of the first positive case of Covid-19 and then further decreased after the Indonesian government declared a national disaster status. The determination of the status of a national disaster has a greater impact on reducing the per capita consumption of the Balinese population than the announcement of the first Covid-19 patient. As a result of Covid-19, it is hoped that the Bali Provincial Government needs to make policy breakthroughs to encourage the fulfillment of consumer goods needs in Bali independently so that they do not always depend on supplies from outside Bali. The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced people's income and reduced buying power, thus demanding people to be smarter in managing finances, including adjusting consumption patterns according to the priority scale of needs.

Abstract:
After the amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 33 paragraph (3) that stated "The land, the water and the natural resources within shall be under the powers of the State and shall be used to the greatest benefit of the people" the state authorities in Article 33 paragraph (3) only regulates earth, water and and the natural resources within. Whereas today, the existence of the outer space is closely associated with the lives of many people, as such, the utilization of GSO (Geostationary Orbit) which is a limited natural resource. So that it rises new issues, especially for Indonesia as an equatorial country where the placement of GSOs is above it. The problem is how to internalization the utilization of natural resources in outer space (related to the concept of state authorities according to Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia), and how the regulation that regulates the utilitazion of natural resources in outer space are appropriately used to the greatest benefit of the people. This study aims to answer these two issuess by investigating normatively or library research. This law research conducted by analyzing secondary data from primary, secondary and tertiary materials. In this qualitative analysis research, the secondary data from primary, secondary and tertiary materials connected to each other and interpreted in order to find answers to solve the research issues. The results of this study provide an overview about the existence of outer space which has an important role for every country, especially the existence of the GSO as a limited natural resource. GSO only exists above the equator and Indonesia is one of the countries which is passed by the equator. International conventions that have been ratified into Indonesian regulations and regulations in Indonesia relating to the utilization of outer space have not provided a comprehensive benefits and regulations related to utilizing natural resources contained in these outer space areas, so that it becomes a necessity for Indonesia as a sovereign country to provide constitutional guarantees for the existence of natural resources that exist in the outer space to be used as much as possible for the prosperity of the people.

Ceramics is one of the handicrafts that has existed since ancient times. Ceramic is one of the oldest handicraft products recorded in human civilization and culture. Ceramics in Indonesia are thought to have been influenced by immigrants from Southeast Asia. Unfortunately, the Indonesian people have little role in the history of ceramics, so the history of Indonesian ceramics is less well known to many people. After the Covid-19 pandemic, many ceramic craftsmen who sell offline are now out of business, craftsmen have difficulty marketing their products because of the difficulty of finding markets online. The DKI Jakarta Tourism and Culture Office once said that it wanted the public to take part in the development of Indonesian fine arts, especially ceramics. The purpose of this project is to become a forum for ceramic craftsmen who can accommodate the work of these ceramic craftsmen, and help market their work, in addition to improving Indonesia's creative economy. Another goal of this project is to introduce local artisans to the world's eyes. The method used in this project is the typological method. From the existing typology, it was rethought to form a new typology that will be applied to this project. The novelty in this design is an office that provides a space that can vent the emotions of its workers in the space provided. Then on the building applied a lot of greenery to help relieve the psychological fatigue of the workers.

The culture of Bali is strongly impacted by Hindu traditions and culture, as evidenced by the numerous yadnya ceremonies that Balinese people perform. Bali is one of the Indonesian islands with a diverse range of civilizations. Banten, also known as upakara, is a strategy for aiding in the execution of a ritual in Bali. However, a current problem is that many Balinese people only have a basic understanding of this cultural legacy and are only able to recognize it. As a result, a Banten information system was created for this project, and it was based on an ontology and prototyped utilizing the prototyping approach. The Methodology technique is employed in the construction of the ontology model. The system that was created has both semantic browsing and semantic searching capabilities. Abstract:
This research is based on the space discourse that represents the city and its environment in modern Indonesian literature in Bali in the 1960s—2012. City and Bali are presented as a setting of events through space that shows the city as a social configuration of its people. The research problem formulation is (1) rural and urban concepts in the appearance of tourist cities in Bali and (2) decentering Bali and Bali's changes in the poems of the 1960s—2012. The data collection of this research used the library method with note taking technique. Descriptive analytic analysis is used as a method with critical interpretive techniques. To analyze the data Derrida's deconstruction theory was used, specifically decentering the rural and urban cultural paradigm which places the text as a social construction. The results and discussion of this research show that, first, poems of Balinese poets have a tendency not to place cities as spaces as centers of progress, but cities that show individual awareness in the middle of the city. Second, decentering Bali is a hierarchical struggle that places rural and urban culture as a contradiction of urban spatial policy with the efforts of the community to defend its culture. Therefore, the poems of the 1960s—2012 about Bali was a battle of discourses that put the binary opposition to form because of the concept of rural and urban areas.

Abstract:
Ubud Village in Gianyar Regency is one of the tourism areas in Bali where Balinese people are bilingual because they have mastered more than one languages. In the environment of Balinese language, there also live other languages including national language (Indonesian) and foreign languages (such as English, Japanese, and Mandarin). Balinese people nowadays, especially in tourism area, have difficulties in using Balinese language so they use mixed languages, namely Balinese language with Indonesian language, with English language, or Mandarin. This phenomenon might indicate that Balinese language appears to be marginalized. This article aims at investigating languages that are used in Balinese language environment in Ubud. Qualitative method is applied with sociocultural approach, and theories related to the use of language are applied. The study shows that the marginalization of Balinese language appears to exist because there are various ethnic groups of immigrants who live in this village. The village of Ubud has already been occupied by expatriates who deliberately come to Bali and settle in Ubud. This effects the choice and use of a language.

Abstract:
UMKM are a source of income for the Indonesian people which is sufficient to help increase the economy in Indonesia. The economy in Indonesia, which continues to decline due to the post-covid-19 pandemic, has caused many workers to lose their jobs and increase unemployment. Some people choose to have their own business. Therefore, MSMEs are increasingly in demand by the community, including the millennial generation. Of course, competition in the business sector is getting tougher, this is the reason why trademark registration must be done because it provides legal protection to business owners to avoid fraudulent actions such as brand plagiarism or recognition of business ideas. And the socialization of trademark registration must be carried out thoroughly so that the public understands and is aware of the law regarding how to register their trademarks. The East Java Ministry of Law and Human Rights often conducts legal counseling and socialization of brands and packages to districts and cities in East Java. At this writing, the author would like to convey that it is important to register trademarks for businesses such as Micro, Medium and Lower Enterprises in order to get legal protection. Keywords: economic activity, brand, UMKM. Abstract:
Pengaruh Pandita, Pemuda, dan Wanita Buddhayana terhadap Keharmonisan Umat Beragama Buddha di Jawa Tengah[1] Oleh. Budi Utomo, Ph.D[2]. Influences of Pandita, Youth, and Women of Buddhayana to Harmonious Life of Buddhist in Central Java Budi Utomo, Ph.D[3]. ABSTRACT Diversity is the asset for the wealth of the Indonesian nation and if it is not managed properly it can be devastating, on the other hand, if it is managed properly, it will become an example for the world community. Religious harmony is in terms of agreeing in disputes, agreeing in differences, that is, every religious believer believes that the religion he adheres to is the best and correct religion, between religions there are various similarities in differences. Successful religious harmony wants to unite all religions, or wants to unify all religions, or wants to create a new religion that is integrated from all existing religions. Harmonization is one of the goals for the Indonesian nation so that people live peacefully and peacefully. The objects of this research are the Panditas, Buddhists Youths, and Buddhist Women in the Indonesian Buddhayāna Families who are members of the Indonesian Buddhayāna Council, the PMVBI Secretary (Pemuda Buddhayāna), and Indonesian Buddhist Women (WBI) in Central Java Province with a population of around 150 people. The role and influence of Pandita, Youth, and Women Buddhayāna is very large in realizing religious harmony, especially Buddhists, this is very reasonable in theory because Buddhayāna is an Indonesian Buddhist movement that respects the spirit of pluralism, inclusion and non-sectarianism. All the main streams of Buddhism in the Buddhist monasteries can live together peacefully and develop together by adapting to local culture, Indonesian culture. The research design that is used as a guide in this research is positivistic quantitative with the research step (design) of the structural equation model (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study are the significant influence of pandita (X1) on harmony (Y) because the sign value <probability is 0.000 <0.05; There is no influence of Youth (X1) on Harmony (Y) because the value of sign> probability is 0.081> 0.05; There is no influence of women (X1) on harmony (Y) because the value of sign> probability is 0.219> 0.05. In conclusion, there is the influence of Pandita, Buddhist Youth, Buddhist Women (Buddhayāna) on Buddhist Harmony in Central Java. This research, in theory and practice, is expected to become input for stakeholders, religious organizations and all communities in Central Java in particular and Indonesia in general. As input for Pandita, Indonesian Buddhayāna Youth and Women to play a role in the harmonization of Buddhists in Central Java. Abstract:
Every legislation and regulation in Indonesia must be able to ensure and facilitate the embodiment for Indonesian unity in a state that build by diversity society conditions, which included diversity in religion and faith. In Indonesia, the issue of diversity in religion and faith has been regulated by several legal documents, such as Act Number 1/PNPS/Year of 1965 on Prevention against Blasphemy Action, and Council of Indonesian Ulama (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) Fatwa. Currently, Indonesian Government through Ministry of Religion has issued Draft of Act on Living in Harmony among Religious Adherents. Even though those efforts have been done, but still there were intolerances or discriminations and still being a problem among people in Indonesian society. This paper will be focused on how Indonesian legal system, especially in form of written law such as act and other official regulations, regulates or deals with efforts to pursue living in harmony among religious adherents. And also will be discussed whether it is important or not to form a new act that will specially regulate issue on living in harmony among religious adherents in Indonesia.
