Abstract:

Abstract The current study completed the information regarding the phenotypic variability in the Danube ruffe (Gymnocephalus baloni). We also assessed the phylogenetic relationship of G. baloni with the other two species of the genus Gymnocephalus from the Lower Danube River. Ten morphological characters were the most useful together for discriminating between G. baloni and G. cernua from the Lower Danube River. In addition, we found a more streamlined body shape in G. baloni compared with the described holotype, which could be in connection with fish phenotypic response to ecological characteristics of the Lower Danube River.

WstępOtyłość olbrzymia i towarzysząca jej wielochorobowość stanowią poważny problem zdrowia publicznego.CelCelem pracy jest ocena wpływu endoskopowej implantacji balonu wewnątrzżołądkowego na dolegliwości i choroby towarzyszące u osób z otyłością.Materiał i metodyBadaniem objęto 75 osób leczonych metodą implantacji balonu wewnątrzżołądkowego. Pacjenci zostali zakwalifikowani do implantacji balonu, zgodnie z uznanymi wskazaniami do endoskopowego leczenia otyłości. Wszystkie analizy przeprowadzono za pomocą Statistica 12. Za poziom istotności statystycznej przyjęto p < 0,05.WynikiPozytywne efekty leczenia otyłości metodą implantacji balonu wewnątrzżołądkowego w odniesieniu do współistniejących chorób zaobserwowano u 54 pacjentów (62%), 30 osób (40%) osiągnęło minimalną poprawę stanu zdrowia, u 24 pacjentów (32%) ustąpiło co najmniej jedno zasadnicze schorzenie. 21 pacjentów (28%) nie wskazywało poprawy stanu zdrowia. Żaden z pacjentów nie zgłosił ustąpienia wszystkich głównych chorób, ale również nie nastąpiło pogorszenie stanu zdrowia. Podczas leczenia IGB stwierdzono statystycznie istotne zmniejszenie występowania nadciśnienia, cukrzycy typu 2, bólu kręgosłupa, choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów, bezdechu sennego, zaburzeń miesiączkowania, impotencji i duszności.WnioskiLeczenie otyłości metodą endoskopowej implantacji balonu wewnątrzżołądkowgo zmniejsza częstość współistniejących chorób u osób z otyłością olbrzymią.

Abstract:

Latar belakang: Tekanan balon pipa endotrakeal (ETT) akan menimbulkan komplikasi bila diberikan lebih atau kurang dari batas aman yang direkomendasikan. Perubahan tekanan ini, dapat disebabkan oleh perubahan posisi.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan tekanan balon ETT setelah perubahan posisi supine ke lateral decubitus.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan uji klinis eksperimental untuk mengetahui perbedaan tekanan balon ETT setelah perubahan posisi supine ke lateral decubitus pada pasien yang menjalani anestesi umum. Sampel diambil dengan cara consecutive sampling dalam satu kelompok (n=40). Variabel yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah tekanan balon ETT pada saat posisi supine dan pada saat setelah posisi lateral decubitus.Hasil: Didapatkan sampel sebanyak 40 subjek. Rerata tekanan balon ETT pada posisi supine adalah 25±0,00 mmHg dan pada posisi lateral decubi tus 31,3±2,88 mmHg. T erdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tekanan balon ETT saat diposisikan supine dan lateral decubitus (p=0,00), dimana pada saat diposisikan lateral decubitus tekanan balon ETT lebih tinggi daripada tekanan balon ETT saat diposisikan supine.Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tekanan balon ETT setelah perubahan posisi pasien dari supine ke lateral decubitus. Perubahan posisi ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan tekanan balon ETT. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, disarankan perlu penggunaan alat pengukur tekanan balon ETT pada setiap tindakan anestesi umum dengan intubasi ETT khususnya untuk operasi yang memerlukan posisi pasien lateral decubitus, guna memastikan tekanan balon ETT selalu dalam batas aman. Sehingga komplikasi akibat tekanan balon ETT diluar batas aman tidak terjadi dan keamanan pasien tetap terjaga.

Coconut farmers in Balobone village have problems, in addition to the low quality of copra as well as price fluctuations in a short time often occur in copra marketing so that it affects the marketing efficiency that is formed. For this reason, a comprehensive assessment of the most efficient copra marketing system needs to be carried out, so that it can provide a proportional income contribution for farmers. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing copra marketing channels in Balobone Village; (2) Knowing the number of costs, margins and profits received by each marketing institution involved in copra marketing in Balobone Village; (3) Analyzing copra market performance in Balobone Village through analysis of marketing margins and producer share. The sampling procedure is carried out in an institutional approach with a snowball sampling method with the amount adjusted to field conditions and research analysis needs. Marketing channel analysis is done descriptively qualitatively to see the pattern of marketing channels formed during the copra drainage process from producer farmers to exporter traders. The conclusions of the research are (1) Farmers in marketing copra produced through 2 patterns of marketing channels, namely: a. The pattern I Marketing Channels: Inter-island Traders Surabaya Big Surabaya Traders. (2) The result of Analysis of Marketing Margin 1 received by traders shows that the marketing margin of the village collecting trader is IDR 600/Kg, costs IDR 350/Kg, Profits IDR 250/Kg, while the marketing margin of the big traders in Baubau Town is IDR 3,700/kg, with the cost IDR 1,354.5/kg, the profit received is IDR 2,543.5 / kg. Pattern 2 marketing margin received by inter-island traders is IDR 4,300, with a total cost of IDR 1,354.5/Kg, with a profit of IDR 2,945.5/Kg; (3) The percentage of the price received by farmers from each of the marketing channels I patterns is 53% and the marketing channel pattern 2 is 53. Thus, the copra marketing system of the 2 marketing channel patterns formed in Balobone Village is efficient. Abstract:

<p><em>Poverty often occurs in rural areas rather than urban areas, low education which results in low quality of human resources and lack of access is often the cause of rural poverty. In addition, most of the economies of rural communities rely solely on the traditional agricultural sector. Various poverty reduction policies have been implemented, including village fund policies. This study aims to examine the management of village funds in the Balong sub-district of Madiun Regency with a case study in the villages of Tatung and Karangmojo villages covering the management of village funds in Tatung village and Karangmojo village. Balong Subdistrict and the impact of empowerment in the villages of Tatung and Karangmojo, Balong District. This research was conducted in Balong Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency with a Case study in Tatung Village and Karangmojo Village with qualitative methods. In the village of Tatung village funds are managed as tourist villages with a focus on Paragliding tourist rides. Whereas in Karangmojo village it is used for Bumdes in the form of Lovebird birds, providing Gapoktan assistance, and infrastructure development.</em></p>

Abstract:

Many previous surveys of the rapid variability of Be stars (e.g., Balona et al. 1987, Cuypers et al. 1989, Balona et al 1992) were limited to the Strömgren b-band only. We have undertaken a new observational effort with the specific aim of studying colour variations. A search for new rapidly variable stars should provide us with statistical material needed to generalize properties of the phenomenon with respect to the stellar parameters. Abstract:

This paper describes a case of Balo's concentric sclerosis, a rare demyelinating disease of the central nervous system (CNS), which is currently classified as multiple sclerosis. In recent years, there has been a more favorable clinical course of Balo's sclerosis. The significant polymorphism of clinical manifestations of the disease, its neuroimaging pattern, and laboratory tests cause difficulties diagnosing this pathology. Its differentiation with CNS tumors presents a particular challenge. So it also happens in the described clinical case, when computed tomography revealed the signs of space-occupying lesion, the histological pattern of concentric focus biopsy specimen indicated the presence of protoplasmic astrocytoma. However, immunohistochemical analyses of the biopsy specimen, immunological examination of cerebrospinal fluid, as well as the typical magnetic resonance imaging changes of Balo's sclerosis could suggest the demyelinating nature of the pathological process. The article shows that immunohistochemical techniques for examining a brain biopsy specimen and immunological assays of blood and cerebrospinal fluid are of great diagnostic value.

To get raw materials such as clay and sand, Balong Mulyo pottery craftsmen apparently make use of natural resources in their environment. As one artifact made from clay and sand materials, petrographically pottery can be analyzed type content and mineral percentage. The results of an analysis of petrographic samples of pottery fragments from prehistoric-protohistoric sites in the northern coast of Central Java such as Binangun, Leran, Plawangan and Tanjungan sites, have in common with the pottery samples from Balong Mulyo. This is one of the benefits of applying petrographic studies in archaeological research. In addition, the results of this petrographic study can provide an explanation that prehistoric-protohistoric humans in the northern coastal area of Central Java to meet their daily needs have utilized the natural resources of their environment, one of which is in pottery technology.Keywords: Pottery, Neolithic, Petrographic analysis, Raw material, Environment. Abstrak Tembikar atau sering disebut gerabah adalah salah satu hasil teknologi yang berkembang pada masa neolitik, hingga sekarang sebagian masyarakat di Jawa Tengah umumnya dan di daerah pantai utara Kabupaten Rembang khususnya masih ditemukan pengrajin tembikar, salah satu di antaranya adalah di Desa Balong Mulyo, Kecamatan Kragan, Kabupaten Rembang. Untuk mendapatkan bahan baku seperti tanah liat dan pasir, para pengrajin tembikar Balong Mulyo rupa-rupanya memanfaatkan sumberdaya alam di lingkungan mereka. Sebagai salah satu artefak yang dibuat dari bahan baku tanah liat dan pasir, secara petrografis tembikar dapat dianalisis kandungan jenis dan prosentasi mineralnya. Hasil analisis petrografi sampel fragmen tembikar dari situs-situs prasejarah-protosejarah di kawasan pantai utara Jawa Tengah seperti Situs Binangun, Leran, Plawangan, dan Tanjungan, secara garis besar memiliki kesamaan dengan sampel tembikar dari Balong Mulyo. Inilah salah satu manfaat penerapan kajian petrografi dalam penelitian arkeologi. Selain itu, hasil kajian petrografi ini dapat memberikan penjelasan bahwa manusia prasejarah-protosejarah di kawasan pantai utara Jawa Tengah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari mereka telah memanfaatkan sumberdaya alam lingkungannya, salah satu di antaranya adalah dalam teknologi pembuatan tembikar.Kata Kunci: Tembikar, Neolitik, Analisis petrografi, Bahan baku, Lingkungan

Kasus kecelakaan pesawat terbang yang sering terjadi saat ini sudah sangat menyita perhatian masyarakat, karena selain interval waktu yang berdekatan dan melanda hampir seluruh maskapai penerbangan, juga yang paling menyorot perhatian publik adalah timbulnya korban jiwa. Kepercayaan masyarakat atas kenyamanan dan keselamatan dalam penggunaan moda transportasi udara tersebut semakin berkurang, meskipun kebutuhan atas penggunaannya sangat tinggi. Di sisi lain, ada suatu peristiwa dimana terjadi laporan mengenai kegiatan masyarakat yang berpotensi mengganggu keselamatan penerbangan yaitu budaya menerbangkan balon udara di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Pada dasarnya kegiatan ini sudah terjadi bertahun-tahun, namun pada kenyataannya kegiatan ini menjadi polemik antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap mengenai bahaya dalam menggunakan balon udara illegal dan sanksi bagi penerbang balon udara illegal. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan tipe penelitian doktrinal. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah konseptual. Sehingga penulis dalam penulisan ini akan menguraikan bagaimana bahaya dalam penerbangan balon udara dalam dunia penerbangan dan menguraikan mengenai bagaimana sanksi bagi para penerbang balon udara yang tidak memiliki izin untuk diterbangkan.

Character education is the fundamental thing for one’s future. In Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta, the education of local wisdom based is Kawruh Pamomong. It is to educate children based on the truthfulness, love/passion and beautifulness or gracefulness. This research aims at studying and mapping the family education based on local wisdom Kawruh Pamomong Ki Ageng Suryomentaram in the sub-village of Balong of Timbulharjo Village in the sub-district of Sewon, Bantul Regency of Yogyakarta. Balong is a sub-district in the Southern of Yogyakarta, well-known for its KawruhJiwa in Yogyakarta. This research is conducted to gain information about how parents teach the children to think and act properly, passionate and nice. Survey method was employed in this research. The data were gained from 30 children and adolescences, in form of questionnaire, the citizens of Balong sub-district. The result of the research indicates that father and mother share the common competence in teaching and applying the Kawruh Pamomong of truthfulness and “sih”, in Kawruh Pamomong of truthfulness, father has the higher competence than mother.

Status ekonomi keluarga serta pola pemberian makanan merupakan factor tidak langsung dan faktor langsung yang memiliki pengaruh dalam status gizi balita. Balita Bawah Garis Merah (BGM) dapat berada dalam kondisi gizi kurang ataupun buruk dengan cut off point nilai z-score≥-3 SD s/d 2,0 dan <-3 SD. Indikator awal balita mengalami masalah gizi diketahui apabila anak berada pada kondisi Bawah Garis Merah BGM. Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh status ekonomi keluarga dan pola makan terhadap kejadian balita bawah garis merah (BGM) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Balong Kab. Ponorogo Tahun 2020. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel adalah balita yang di wilayah Puskesmas Balong dengan sebanyak 80 balita dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji alternative fisher exact nilai sig 0,111 pada variabel status ekonomi dan nilai sig 0,0001 pada variabel pola makan, yang artinya tidak ada pengaruh dari status ekonomi dengan kejadian BGM dan ada pengaruh dari pola makan dengan kejadian BGM.Kesimpulan, ada pengaruh pola makan balita terhadap kejadian bawah garis merah (BGM) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Balong. Saran untuk ibu dapat memberikan makanan dengan jenis dan jumlah yang disesuaikan usia balita.

Obyek penelitian ini adalah PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Balong Jepara (Persero) yang berlokasi di Jepara, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Metode Warp PLS digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengolah data dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 101 manajer menengah pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Balong Jepara (Persero). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, desentralisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, gaya kepemimpinan yang dimediasi oleh sistem akuntansi manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial dan desentralisasi yang dimediasi oleh sistem akuntansi manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Agar Maju and Balong Ate group is two of five groups of seaweed farmers at Labuhan Sangoro Village facing shortage of seeds quantitatively qualitatively. The project purpose seaweed seedling management then community assistance and training carried out from AprilNovember 2016. The results obtained indicate that the Balong Ate and Agar Maju group has know of management of seaweed seed garden. Amount of the seaweed seed garden of each group is 40 x 40 m with tightrope number is 20 and each strap are 200 clumps. Observation of seaweed growth rate indicates that the seaweed has a very good growth rate with growth rate 3.21 g/day.

Masalah : Penyakit Paru Obstruksi Kronik (PPOK) merupakan sejumlah gangguan yang mempengaruhi pergerakan udara dari dan keluar paru. Hal ini disebabkan karena terjadinya kelemahan otot pernapasan dan obstruksi, sehingga terjadi peningkatan resistensi aliran udara, hiperinflasi pulmoner dan ketidakseimbangan ventilasi dan perfusi yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kadar saturasi oksigen. Terdapat beberapa penanganan pada pasien PPOK salah satunya penanganan secara non farmakologis (program latihan) salah satunya program rehabilitasi, program ini terdiri dari pursed lip brething meniup balon. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan pursed lip breathing dan meniup balon terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot pernapasan, respiratory rate dan peningkatan saturasi oksigen pada pasien penyakit paru obstruksi kronis. Metode : Database yang digunakan dalam pembuatan literatur review ini adalah PubMed, Google Scholar, Proquest, Science direct dan Wiley. Hasil : Terdapat 112 artikel yang diidentifikasi dan dipublikasikan dari tahun 2012-2018. Dari 109 artikel 7 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Beberapa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pursed lip breathing dapat memperbaiki kekuatan otot pernapasan, saturasi oksigen dan menurunkan frekuensi pernapasan, begitu pula dengan meniup balon. Kesimpulan : Untuk menghindari gangguan vital pada pasien PPOK akibat terganggunya ventilasi pada pasien PPOK dapat pula dilakukan dengan program latihan, salah satunya yaitu dengan cara rehabilitasi yang terdiri atas pursed lip breathing dan meniup balon hal ini dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot pernapasan, saturasi oksigen dan menurunkan frekuensi pernapasan.
