Abstract:
Zusammenfassung. Die Fakultät für Biomedizinische Wissenschaften (Fakultät) der Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) wurde 2014 gegründet mit dem Ziel, einen Beitrag zur Lösung eines schweizweiten Problems zu leisten: der Mangel an in der Schweiz ausgebildeten Ärztinnen und Ärzten. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, bietet die Fakultät seit 2017 in Zusammenarbeit mit der Universität Basel eine limitierte Anzahl Bachelorstudienplätze an, und im Herbst 2020 startet der neue Studiengang Master in Humanmedizin im Tessin. Auf akademischer Seite arbeitet die Fakultät eng mit der Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule Zürich (ETHZ), der Universität Basel (UNIBAS) und der Universität Zürich (UZH) zusammen, und für die klinische Ausbildung bestehen Kooperationen mit verschiedenen klinischen Institutionen im Tessin. Durch die Kombination von klinischer Praxis, wissenschaftlicher Ausbildung und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten geht der Master auf die heutigen Herausforderungen des Ärzteberufs ein.

Nei lavori sociolinguistici sull'emigrazione italiana nella Svizzera germano fona sono stati approfonditi diversi aspetti del comportamento linguistico sia della prima che della seconda generazione, ma ci si è concentrati per lo più sulle caratteristiche dell'italiano o sul fenomeno della commutazione di codice, e manca sinora un quadro globale e analitico dell'insieme delle varietà di lingua possedute e utilizza­ te e della configurazione del repertorio di italofoni in un ambiente germanofono e plurilingue.

Zusammenfassung Die beiden Bibliotheken Biblioteca dell’Accademia di architettura in Mendrisio (BAAM) und Biblioteca universitaria Lugano (BUL) bilden zusammen die Biblioteche dell’Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). In den letzten Jahren haben sie gemeinsame, aber auch autonome Projekte durchgeführt. Die BUL hat zur Schaffung der BiblioAgorà auf dem neuen Campus Lugano-Viganello beigetragen, einem Raum, der die Bibliotheksdienste von USI und Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera italiana (SUPSI) beherbergen soll. Die BAAM hat im Januar 2021, nach mehrjährigen Renovierungsarbeiten den 1. Stock des Palazzo Turconi, eines Krankenhausbaus aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts, bezogen. Die Konzeption der neuen Bibliothek auf 1 800 qm, die über sehr heterogene Bestände und Sondersammlungen, wie Autorenbibliotheken, Archivalien, Fotografie- und Graphikbestände und eine Rarasammlung verfügt, wurde in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architekturbüro Cube aus Lausanne erarbeitet. Ziel war die Freihandaufstellung und Zugänglichmachung möglichst aller Bestände unter Beibehaltung optimaler konservatorischer Bedingungen.

In Italia, la regolamentazione dei contratti bancari in Italia è divisa tra codice civile e legislazione speciale. Il primo, risalente al 1942,ha dato riconoscimento alle principali operazioni bancaria e le ha disciplinate, la seconda, invece, ha introdotto varie forme di tutela del cliente della banca, considerato soggetto “debole” e, quindi, a rischio di un esito contrattuale per lui svantaggioso. Lo scritto si propone di ricostruire, in modo rapido ma organico, la disciplina dei diversi contratti bancari e le principali forme di tutela del cliente di Banca.

L'indagine "Minori in Internet e comportamenti a rischio" raccoglie e analizza le risposte di 750 allievi della scuola dell'obbligo di 35 classi di 11 diverse sedi scolastiche di scuola elementare e media della Svizzera italiana, di etŕ compresa tra 8 e 16 anni, in merito ai loro comportamenti nel web, all'uso della rete Internet e, piů in generale, sull'uso del personal computer. I risultati attestano: (1) un uso capillarmente diffuso e quotidiano del PC e di Internet per tutta la fascia d'etŕ indagata, (2) una percezione relativa o parziale di rischi e reati e (3) forme di reazione e di valutazione molto personali, sovente poco ponderate e ingenue, rispetto alle situazioni che si verificano in rete.

Zusammenfassung. Wir stellen im Folgenden die wichtigsten veröffentlichten Informationen zum Humanmedizinstudium der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Zürich zusammen (Stand 8.6.2020), mit einer kurzen Übersicht des «Bildungsnetzwerks» (www.medunet.ch) der sechs beteiligten Standorte mit den Universitäten Zürich, Basel, St. Gallen, Luzern, der Università della Svizzera italiana und der ETH Zürich. Innerhalb des Bildungsnetzwerks bieten die Universitäten Luzern und St. Gallen für je 40 Medizinstudierende den sog. «Luzerner Track» bzw. «St. Galler Track» an als gemeinsamen Masterstudiengang mit der Universität Zürich. Die beiden Partner stellen ihr Curriculum in separaten Artikeln vor. Abschliessend folgen die Informationen zur laufenden Curriculumrevision unter dem Label ZH Med4, das für die profilierenden Schwerpunkte Digitalisierung, Forschung, Vernetzung und Grundversorgung steht.

Un docente di liceo, che si descrive come “lombardo di origine e sempre vissuto in Lombardia” segnala di essersi accorto con sorpresa del fatto che la parola cala, nel significato di ‘spazzaneve’, non è nota al di fuori della Regione. Vale la pena di riportare quasi per intero la sua formulazione: “Stupito perché per trentacinque anni mi era parsa una parola italiana standard, ho cercato notizie [...]; ho trovato solo due articoli che la registrano come parola ticinese. Ora, effettivamente vivo molto vicino al confine, e da sempre mi è chiaro il confronto con l’italiano parlato in Svizzera: percepisco alcune forme come marcatamente ticinesi, ma non questa. Esistono studi che siano in grado di ricostruire la storia della parola, se sia effettivamente ticinese e passata nell’italiano delle zone di confine o, viceversa, propria dei dialetti lombardi occidentali in genere e non solo di quelli ticinesi?”

Abstract:
This study provides an overview of the literature of the Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland. It presents well-known authors but also lesser-known writers who have made an important contribution to the literature of the Ticino and Grigioni cantons. Dating from the 1960s to the present, the corpus bears witness to a remarkable vitality and innovative spirit, which on occasion overflow political borders and find their way into the much larger Italian market. The dynamism of local publishers has contributed to focusing attention on the high quality and importance of the literature produced by Swiss authors writing in Italian. The distinctive character of this literature lies in the unique combination of disparate factors. Italian language, Swiss culture, and European concerns interact with emotional ties to the local communities in a rich social context marked by past misery and a present characterized by advanced capitalism.
The choice of authors is based on the desire to trace the evolution of narrative literature during the last four decades and present a wide range of themes and styles. In addition to the renowned Giovanni Orelli, this study considers the equally important works of writers such as Alberto Nessi, Claudio Nembrini, Anna Felder, Elda Guidinetti, Silvana Lattmann, Ennio Maccagno, among others. Very young writers whose first efforts are shaping the future of Swiss literature in Italian are also examined.
A special chapter is devoted to women writers. The goal is to identify the style and set of themes which distinguish their contribution from that of their colleagues. The study also discusses the importance of their presence on the literary scene after a time, not so far in the past, when women were confined to writing, in dialect, diaries and letters to relatives who had emigrated.
The discussion of the corpus is prefaced by a detailed presentation of the geographical, social and political context which often determines the literary outcome. The importance of this context has also influenced the way in which the texts are approached. The narratives studied reflect and interpret the problems society was facing at a particular time, as well as the intellectual movements that characterize each period. A chronological presentation of each individual author would have fragmented the dynamic background from which his or her works emerge and within which such works must be located. The name of an author will therefore resurface in different contexts when one of his or her works is discussed in connection with the given period or intellectual movement under examination. The literary history of each author, however, can be easily reconstructed through an attentive reading. What emerges at the end of the study is a widened field of knowledge for Italian studies, whose object can no longer be seen to coincide with the literary production within the borders of the Italian state.

Il est généralement reconnu que les années cinquante marquent les débuts de l’affirmation de l’architecture moderne au Tessin, canton suisse de langue italienne : une Modernité qui, dans ses différentes déclinaisons, dépasse ce caractère pionnier et épisodique qui avait dominé les années précédant la seconde guerre mondiale. Cette décennie et la suivante restent cependant un terrain d’enquête peu fréquenté. Cette thèse doctorale sur travaux se propose d’éclaircir par le biais d’études de cas exemplaires, les échanges et les interactions qui se déploient dans une région de frontière également exposée aux influences culturelles rayonnant de Milan et de Zurich. La méthodologie qui a orientée les travaux ici présentés, fait appel à l’analyse génétique et intertextuelle des architectures convoquées, qui sont autant d’approfondissements ciblés sur l’œuvre de Rino Tami (1908-1994), Aurelio Galfetti (1936), Flora Ruchat-Roncati (1937-2012), aussi bien que sur des personnalités cruciales (et jusqu’à présent peu étudiées) comme Peppo Brivio (1923-2016) et Tita Carloni (1931-2012) ; ce dernier protagoniste, avec Franco Ponti (1921-1984), du courant "organiciste". Bien que manifestant la persuasion qu’un jugement critique sur l’architecture au Tessin, dans la période considérée, ne pourra être formulé qu’après avoir analysé un vaste ensemble d’œuvres et de projets, la thèse propose, dans les Conclusions, cinq points qui ont qualifié le débat et la pratique architecturale au Tessin: l’attention au rapport avec le site ; la valeur territoriale de l’œuvre d’architecture ; le rôle ordonnateur de la géométrie ; l’attention au détail constructif et la centralité du chantier ; le projet comme forme de critique et la pratique de l’architecture comme engagement civil
It is widely accepted that the 1950s marked the start of the spread of modern architecture in the Ticino, the Italian-speaking canton of Switzerland. It was then that Modernity, in its various acceptations, became the common heritage of many architects in Ticino, going beyond the pioneering and episodic character typical of the years before World War II. This decade and the following one remain nevertheless a field of investigation poorly studied by historians. The present cumulative PhD thesis seeks to investigate, on the basis of study cases held to be exemplary, the exchanges and interactions that unfolded in a border region equally exposed to the cultural influences of both Milan and Zurich. The methodological framework that has guided the works presented here, set out in the Introduction, is based on the genetic and intertextual analysis of the study cases, which are focusing on the work of Rino Tami (1908-1994), Aurelio Galfetti (1936), Flora Ruchat-Roncati (1937-2012), as well as crucial (and so far little studied) personalities such as Peppo Brivio (1923-2016) and Tita Carloni (1931-2012); the latter, together with Franco Ponti (1921-1984), a protagonist of the "organicist" movement. Although convinced that a critical judgement on architecture in Ticino in the period under consideration can only be formulated after analysing a vast body of works and projects, the thesis proposes, in the Conclusions, five points qualifying the debate and architectural practice in Ticino: the attention to the relationship with the site; the territorial value of the architectural work; the ordering role of geometry; the attention to constructive detail and the centrality of the building site; the project as a form of criticism and the practice of architecture as civil commitment

Abstract:
Fleur Jaeggy, scrittrice italiana di origine svizzera, in una sua intervista afferma: “Un senso di identitŕ, forse, non l’ho mai provato. Penso che identitŕ sia la lingua in cui si scrive” (1998). A partire da tale dichiarazione nel nostro studio approfondiremo la complessa costellazione identitaria di una autrice e una scrittura cosmopolita, come la defině Susan Sontag, per la quale tanto la Svizzera quanto l’Italia costituiscono luoghi interiori, territori da abitare e di cui appropriarsi all’interno della creazione letteraria. Analizzando le opere di Jaeggy, da “I beati anni del castigo” a “Proleterka”, punteremo ad evidenziare come il tema dell’identitŕ rappresenti una costante di questa autrice, determinando percorsi multipli, a tratti perturbanti, sempre segnati dalle contestazioni di stereotipi e cliché. Emergerŕ cosě il profilo di una scrittrice che sceglie la lingua italiana (imparata solo dopo il francese e il tedesco) come cardine identitario, “matria” di una esperienza letteraria ed esistenziale che ospita, perň, prevalentemente spazi nordici, nomi francesi, paesaggi svizzeri, nonché modelli di scrittura esterni alla tradizione italiana (a partire dalle figure di Ingeborg Bachmann e Thomas Bernhard).
