Un plan de seguridad eficaz empodera a la víctima al abordar sus necesidades inmediatas y al esbozar estrategias para reducir futuros daños físicos, emocionales, sociales, materiales o de otra índole. Esta herramienta ha sido diseñada para fortalecer las capacidades del personal que labora en instituciones, redes intersectoriales e instancias comunitarias involucradas en la atención integral a mujeres víctimas de VSBG, de modo que puedan apoyar a dichas víctimas a elaborar e implementar un plan de seguridad. La herramienta incluye sugerencias relativas a la seguridad según tipos de violencia. Se basa en evidencia y lineamientos internacionales, e incorpora instrumentos desarrollados por gobiernos, organizaciones de la sociedad civil, academia y organismos internacionales.

Abstract:

The origin of the cardiovascular system of vertebrates is inferred from comparisons of basal chordates but must also encompass bewildering discrepancies. Basal chordates like lancelets (cephalochordates) have a vascular pattern similar to that of a vertebrate embryo, but without a recognizable heart or myocardium. Instead, the ‘venous’ part of their circulation contains contractile vessels, located upstream and downstream of the liver. Tunicates (urochordates) have a tubular heart containing cardiomyocytes and enclosed by a pericardium. Their circulation is open and the dominant pacemaker activity can be at either end of the heart tube, causing blood flow to reverse periodically. Recent molecular investigations have proved that urochordates rather than cephalochordates are the closest living relatives of vertebrates. This implies that the cardiovascular peculiarities of lancelets may be primitive ancestral qualities and that the original building plan of the vertebrate circulation featured a post-hepatic as well as a pre-hepatic cardiac pump.

Abstract:

The Swiss (or Swabian) War had its origins beyond Swabia itself, in conflicts between Austrian Tirol and the Rhaetian Leagues; Emperor Maximilian’s plans to invade Italy, however, drew in the Swabian League, which in early 1499 mustered troops to defend its own region from attack or plunder. Imperial troops were sent from the Netherlands, with the result that three separate theatres of war developed: in Vorarlberg, on the Hochrhein, and on the Upper Rhine/Alsace. A series of skirmishes quickly brought hostilities to an end in a ‘war’ which was essentially accidental and avoidable. Much of the fighting consisted of raiding and plundering. By the Treaty of Basel (October 1499) the status quo ante enshrined in the Perpetual Accord was restored; the city of Basel, however, was admitted as a full member to the Confederation.

El propósito de esta tesis es formular el modelo de ciclo de vida de aprendizaje de sistemas autónomos de robots, la colaboración desde un sistema autónomo de robot, que se encuentra en un estado de evolución superior en el contexto del ciclo de vida propuesto, a un sistema autónomo de robot receptor, explorar una arquitectura para sistemas autónomos de robots (SARs) con un nuevo módulo de planificación en relación a los trabajos de autores anteriores. La colaboración entre sistemas autónomos de robots se debe considerar en el marco de los trabajos anteriores, comenzando Fritz W, el que considera un sistema autónomo inteligente representado por un robot con un planificador clásico, al que García Martínez R, le incorpora la ponderación de planes y mutación de teorías similares, luego Maceri P, incorpora el intercambio de teorías. Sobre estas bases resulta conveniente considerar la extensión y experimentación de mecanismos de colaboración entre SARs en el marco de un ciclo de vida de aprendizaje, donde SARs más evolucionado colaboran con SARs receptores menos evolucionados. Se presenta un modelo y la arquitectura para un ambiente de múltiples sistemas autónomos de robots, experimentándose la actuación del SAR en el marco de la propuesta. Finalmente, considerando que existen propuestas anteriores enunciadas en el marco de sistemas autónomos de robots, resulta necesario la comparación en términos del rendimiento del aprendizaje del sistema autónomo de robot (SAR), entre las propuestas de autores anteriores las que consideran la planificación, ponderación de planes, métodos de mutación de teorías e intercambio de teorías entre SAR y la propuesta de sumar el mecanismo de colaboración para un SAR.

Jurassic, basalt, moraine, flint, alluvial, magma: what are these words and what do they have to do with wine? The answers are here in this book. They are geological terms that reflect a bond between wine and the land. Understanding geology, however, is tricky. Geological concepts are obscure; processes can be imperceptibly slow, invisible, and unimaginably ancient. The terminology is formidable, such that even the names of common rocks carry an air of mystery. Geology is introduced plainly, starting with basic principles, all in the context of wine. Abstract:

The lymphoid nature of PCNSL was established unequivocally by modern immunohistochemical techniques. PCNSL has been associated with a variety of congenital (Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, ataxia-telangiectasia) and acquired (human immunodeficiency virus [HIV], renal transplant recipients) immunodeficiency states. PCNSL tends to be supratentorial, periventricular, and involve the deep structures such as the basal ganglia. The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) plays an important role in initiating the development of PCNSL in immunocompromised patients includinig those with HIV infection. Leukoencephalopathy is a serious complication of effective PCNSL treatment, but apparent only when the patient is in a durable remission. Treatment utilizes chemotherapy with or without radiation, which can cause more cognitive disability than chemotherapy, and autologous stem cell therapy is under investigation in selected patients.

Abstract:

According to first-generation plate tectonics, sea-floor spreading was nice and simple. Plates were pulled apart at mid-ocean ridges, and weak mantle rocks rose to fill the gap and began to melt. The resulting basaltic magma ascended into the crust, where it ponded to form linear ‘infinite onion’ magma chambers beneath the mid-ocean tennis-ball seam. At frequent intervals, vertical sheets of magma rose from these chambers to the surface, where they erupted to form new ocean floor or solidified to form dykes, in the process acquiring a magnetization corresponding to the geomagnetic field at the time. Mid-ocean ridge axes were defined by rifted valleys and divided into segments by transform faults with offsets of tens to hundreds of kilometres, resulting in the staircase pattern seen on maps of the ocean floor. All mid-ocean ridges were thus essentially identical. Such a neat and elegant theory was bound to be undermined as new data were acquired in the oceans.

La condición de humanidad crece en el contexto que favorece el desarrollo neuronal como práctica, uso y manejo de los aportes de la tecnología educativa, lo que encauza una educación realmente liberadora que no sólo está basada en el diálogo, la criticidad, la participación, la autonomía, sino también en el juego y la creatividad condición que favorece el surgimiento y la formación integral del estudiante.

Abstract:

El consumo de sustancias psicoactivas tiene diversas consecuencias sociales y sanitarias, que pueden ser abordadas desde el ámbito de la salud y el bienestar social mediante políticas formuladas por los organismos de gobierno, de acuerdo con sus mandatos específicos. Una política explícita sobre salud y consumo de sustancias psicoactivas permite desarrollar las respuestas necesarias para proteger y promover el derecho a la salud de la población con relación a este problema complejo. Este manual es una herramienta instrumental basada en técnicas y métodos de análisis de políticas, elaborada con el propósito de facilitar la aplicación de los principios de la salud pública en la definición de respuestas a los problemas asociados al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas. Para ello, contiene ejemplos y ejercicios que ilustran las distintas fases del proceso de planificación y puede utilizarse en talleres y otras actividades de capacitación. Está dirigido a quienes tienen la responsabilidad de formular, implementar y evaluar las políticas, planes y programas encaminados a reducir las consecuencias del consumo de sustancias sobre la salud colectiva, desde los organismos gubernamentales de salud y otros sectores pertinentes hasta la sociedad civil.

Abstract:

Este manual presenta la metodología de monitoreo del Plan de acción sobre recursos humanos para el acceso universal a la salud y la cobertura universal de salud 2018-2023, y fue elaborada por la Organización Panamericana de la Salud (OPS) en colaboración con la Escuela Andaluza de Salud Pública de España. Se basa en la definición y la explicación de los objetivos, los indicadores y los atributos relacionados con las tres líneas de acción de la Estrategia de recursos humanos para el acceso universal a la salud y la cobertura universal de salud y del Plan de acción.. Está destinado a los equipos ministeriales responsables de los recursos humanos para la salud en los países, así como para los asesores de la OPS que los acompañan en este proceso. La metodología pretende servir como herramienta de cooperación técnica para apoyar a los países de la Región de las Américas en la medición y la evaluación de sus avances en el cumplimiento del Plan de acción. A su vez, los ayudará a identificar los principales desafíos que enfrentan en su contexto, para que puedan tomar las decisiones necesarias. La información obtenida a través de este proceso también servirá de insumo para el informe de progreso e informe final del Plan de acción que se presentarán a los Cuerpos Directivos de la OPS en el 2021 y el 2024, respectivamente.
