Abstract:
Using the whurl relation of the first two authors, we define a new discrete solitonic system, which we call the box-basket-ball system, generalizing the box-ball system of Takahashi and Satsuma. In box-basket-ball systems, balls may be put either into boxes or into baskets. While boxes stay fixed, both balls and baskets get moved during time evolution. Balls and baskets behave as fermionic and bosonic particles, respectively. We classify the solitons of this system, and study their scattering.

Manakah yang lebih maksimal pengaruhnya antara latihan medicine ball dan shooting secara continue terhadap Freethrow dalam permainan bola basket pada atlet putra usia 12-14 tahun bison patriot academy sragen tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yang berjumlah 30 peserta di Gor Diponegoro, Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes tembakan bola basket (11) ( Baterai test dari AAHPERD Basket Ball Test Manual dari Johnson & Nelson,1986: 275-279). Dalam penelitian ini peserta Bison Patriot Academy Kab. Sragen melaksanakan latihan medicine ball dan latihan shooting secara continue terhadap Freethrow bola basket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data : Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan medicine ball dan latihan shooting secara continue terhadap Freethrow bola basket pada atlet Bison Patriot Academy 2021. Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan kelompok latihan medice ball diperoleh nilai t sebesar 5.806, ternyata lebih besar yaitu 2.131. Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan kelompok latihan shooting secara continue diperoleh nilai t sebesar 4.802, ternyata lebih besar yaitu 2.131. Latihan medicine ball lebih baik pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan Freethrow bola basket pada atlet Bison Patriot Academy Kab. Sragen 2021. Peningkatan kemampuan latihan Freethrow kelompok 1 (kelompok yang mendapat perlakuan latihan medicine ball) adalah sebesar 26,04% ? kelompok 2 (kelompok yang mendapat perlakuan latihan random practice ) yaitu sebesar 18%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan medicine ball 1 kg dan latihan medicine ball 3 kg terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, (2) perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata tangan rendah terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, dan (3) interaksi antara latihan medicine ball (1 kg dan 3 kg) dan koordinasi mata tangan (tinggi dan rendah)terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan medicine ball 1 kg dan latihan medicine ball 3 kg terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,041< 0,05, (2) ada perbedaan kemampuan passing antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata tangan rendah bagi peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,000 < 0.05, dan (3) ada interaksi antara latihan (1 kg dan 3 kg) dan koordinasi mata tangan (rendah dan tinggi) terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,000< 0,05.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain two group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tim basket putra UPI, dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 12 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok dengan latihan pliometrik medicine ball (kelompok A) dan latihan dumbbell (kelompok B). Tes wall bound dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan power otot lengan pada pre-test dan post-test. Latihan pliometrik medicine ball dan latihan dumbbell memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap power otot lengan dalam olahraga bola basket. Namun, metode latihan pliometrik medicine ball menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan power otot lengan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, latihan pliometrik medicine ball dan latihan dumbbell dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan power otot lengan, tapi latihan pliometrik medicine ball memiliki pengaruh yang lebih signifikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan bola basket Sebiduk Semare Basket Club (SSBC) kota Lubuklinggau setelah diberikan latihan ball handling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode eksperimen yaitu statistik untuk menentukan pengaruh latihan ball handling. Populas dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pemain Sebiduk Semare Basket Club Kota Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 20 pemain, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 pemain yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes instrument menggiring bola dalam bola basket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus statistik uji-z. Hasil penelitian diperoleh zhitung lebih besar dari ztabel atau 2,5 > 1,96 dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Simpulan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan bola basket di sebiduk semare basket club (SSBC) Kota Lubuklinggau setelah diberikan latihan ball handling.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the technical readiness of female students who play basketball as part of the university team. Achieving high sports results in the face of growing competition in basketball competitions. They draw the attention of scientists to the problems associated with the search for effective and methodologically sound approaches to solving problems of improving various types of training of athletes, including technical. The study involved 12 basketball players who are part of the university team. 5 basketball coaches took part in the expert assessment and questionnaire. After analyzing the literature and Internet data, we found the main indicators of technical readiness in basketball, namely: catching the ball, passing the ball, driving the ball, throws in the basket at close range, throws in the basket from the middle distance, throws in the basket from a long distance, moving the player, selecting the ball. Our survey of experts with the subsequent completion of questionnaires allowed us to obtain an assessment of the technical readiness of basketball players. After studying the data, we found that the worst indicators were: throws in the basket from the middle distance, throws in the basket from a long distance, moving the player. The best technical element that the team has is catching the ball, throwing in the basket at close range, driving the ball. Our research will help coaches to choose sets of exercises aimed at improving the worst indicators of technical readiness of basketball players and apply them in the training process to improve the results of the game.

Abstract:
This study aims to improve the activity and results of learning the basic techniques of basket ball through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT on VIII E grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research is a classroom action research is the teacher as researcher. Conducted in two cycles consisting of stages of planning, action, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subjects were VIII E grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada, 34 students consisting of 20 male and 14 female student. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics.Based on the results of data analysis techniques for learning activities on the basis of passing a basket ball preliminary observations 5,59 (less active), and the first cycle increased to 7,1 (moderately active) and 8,6 (active) in the second cycle. While the percentage of basket ball learned the basic techniques of basket ball preliminary observations by 62,2% (less), 72,2% in the first cycle (pretty good) and 81,7 (good) on the second cycle. Based on the results of data analysis and the discussion concluded that the activities and outcomes of student learning the basic techniques of basket ball through the application of cooperative learning model NHT on VIII E grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada school year 2017/2018. Recommended to Penjasorkes teachers to use cooperative learning model NHT, because it proved to be effective to enhance the activity and learning outcomes.

Our survey of experts with the subsequent completion of questionnaires allowed us to obtain an assessment of the technical readiness of basketball players. After analyzing the data, we found that the best players in the university team have such an element of basketball technique as catching the ball 7.5 points. The lowest score among all indicators of technical readiness of basketball players received three: throws in the basket from the middle distance 5.5, throws in the basket from a long distance 4.9, movement of the player 4.6. Having received the above data, we have developed guidelines aimed at improving performance for athletes involved in the basketball section in the Free Economic Zone. Our study found that all indicators of the technique of qualified basketball players increased by 20- 30%, which indicates the effectiveness of our guidelines. Our research will help coaches to choose sets of exercises aimed at improving the worst indicators of technical fitness of basketball players and use them in the training process to improve the results of the game.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Medicine Ball Throw dan Latihan Resistance Band Terhadap Ketepatan Three Point Shoot Dalam Cabang Olahraga Bola Basket. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Two Group Pre-test Post-Tes Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa ekstrakuliker bola basket SMA Negeri 3 Cimahi sebanyak 12 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan tes awal/ pre-test kepada 2 kelompok yang disebut sebagai kelas eksperimen. Kemudian diberi perlakuan (treatment) dengan bentuk latihan Medicine Ball Throw (kelompok A) dan latihan Resistance Band (kelompok B), selanjutnya diberikan tes akhir/ post-test dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Shooting Three Point Test. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji perbandingan. Kedua bentuk latihan ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap ketepatan three point shoot, tetapi bentuk latihan medicine ball throw memiliki pengaruh nilai yang lebih signifikan di bandingkan dengan bentuk latihan resistance band. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk latihan medicine ball throw memiliki pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap ketepatan three point shoot dalam cabang olahraga bola basket.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan kombinasi ball handling bola basket pada anak kelompok usia 10 tahun pada cabang olahraga bola basket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan dari Sugiyono. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh langkah berdasarkan pertimbangan kebutuhan. Subyek yang digunakan adalah anak bola basket kelompok umur 10 tahun klub Human sebanyak 24 anak. Penelitian ini telah melalui uji ahli 3 validator yaitu ahli kepelatihan, ahli bola basket, dan ahli media. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase, yaitu mengolah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kuesioner. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 89%, uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 95%. Produk video latihan kombinasi ball handling sebanyak 16 model latihan telah layak untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini sebatas mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa video, saran penelitian selanjutnya dapat menguji efektivitas produk tersebut.

Any ball or small stone that is thrown follows a certain path. Many of us have experienced throwing objects towards a specific goal many times. If we throw a ball to someone or against something, the ball will follow a certain path, a visualized motion. Hopefully you can imagine a motion path if you are asked to throw something towards a target some 10 meters away. Somehow we can imagine the height and path in order to get the ball (or small stone) in the basket or what we are aiming at. If we want to shoot a basketball to go into the basket, we consider elevation angle and initial velocity also. Most of us humans do that without thinking about it.

Children have different anthropometrical size ratios in relation to ball and basket compared to adults, but usually compete on the same basket height and field. Therefore, they have to adapt their throwing technique, which might result in movement patterns unfavorable for long-term performance development. In this study, we analyze how children adapt their throwing techniques to different conditions. Seven basketball players (10.14 ± 1.12 years) completed a total of 60 throws, combining different ball sizes, basket heights, and distances. The throwing movements were captured by a 3D motion capture system. Accumulated distances between all time courses of angles, angular accelerations, and velocities served as similarity measures and were analyzed by cluster analysis, including purity measures. Considering all throws, a division into seven clusters separated each individual. For all subjects, distances accounted for the most changes in the throwing motion (purity 0.81–1). In the subclusters, the basket heights were not a decisive condition (purity 0.42–0.63). However, an increase in purity was found compared to the main clusters. Children seem to adapt their movement behavior primarily to throwing distances and subordinately to basket heights, which indicates that changing playing conditions (e.g., closer 3-point line, lower baskets) might be beneficial in mini-basketball.

Lay-up was an attempt to enter the ball into the basketball hoop or basket with two steps and jumped in order to gain points. Lay-up is also called the shot floated and the possibility ball into the lay-up is immense. Plyometrics exercise is one exercise that is done to generate explosive power capability leg muscles or arm muscles. The goal of this research is to analyze the application of plyometrics exercises to achievement lay-up in basketball with the design of the study is Preexperimental design by using one group pretest-posttest design. Dans cette recherche, nous étudions l’influence de la structuration du dispositif d’apprentissage coopératif sur les biais perceptifs et comportementaux favorables aux garçons en basket-ball. Cent élèves (50 filles et 50 garçons) de 9-10 ans issus de quatre classes ont pratiqué le basket-ball pendant huit séances. Deux classes ont pratiqué dans un dispositif de coopération simple, alors que les deux autres ont été soumises à un dispositif structuré. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas V dari SD Panembahan yang berjumlah 15 anak. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap SD Pokoh 2 Sleman kelas V yang berjumlah 20 anak dan SD Gedongkiwo Yogyakarta kelas V yang berjumlah 25 anak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) kejar-kejaran dribbling, (2) dribbling dalam lingkaran, (3) dribbling ular cepat, (4) passing melewati tali, (5) perang passing, (6) loncatan dan shooting, (7) passing, dribbling dan shooting, (8) permainan bola basket modifikasi alat dan lapangan, dan (9) permainan bola basket modifikasi alat dan lapangan tanpa dribbling.Dari hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli materi dan guru SD, ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran ini sangat baik dan efektif. DEVELOPING A BASKET BALL MODEL FOR HIGHER PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN Abstract This research aims to produce a basket ball model for higher primary school age children. This developmental research was done following developmental research steps as follows: (1) collecting information, (2) analysing information, (3) developing initial product, (4) experts validation and revision, (5) preliminary field testing, (6) revision, (7) main field testing, (8) final revision, (9) making the final product, and (10) dissemination and implementation the final product. The small-scale trials were done among 15 students from 5th grade in SD Panembahan. The large-scale trials were done among 20 students from 5th grade in SD Pokoh 2 Sleman and 25 students from the 5th grade in SD Gedongkiwo Yogyakarta. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. This study resulted in a model a teaching that is: (1) dribbling runs, (2) dribbling incircle, (3) dribbling snake quickly, (4) passing the rope, (5) war passing, (6) jump and shooting, (7) passing, dribbling and shooting, (8) playing basket ball with the instruments and field modified, and (9) playingbasket ballwith the instruments and field modified without dribbling. Based on the data analysis derived from teachers and expert assessment, it is concluded that the model is considered as very satisfactory and effective. The basic use of exercises of an asymmetric orientation is to improve the methods of teaching throwing the ball into the basket in motion to basketball players 12-14 years old. In basketball, increased activity during the competition period, and even the intensity of defense dramatically increase the value of gears in motion. The necessity of throwing the ball into the basket, performing attacks from different distances, the importance and improvement of methods of sports training are currently increasing even more. One way to solve this problem is to take into account the influence of functional asymmetry, which is effective in the process of shooting the ball into the basket in motion. We can see in the studies that the peculiarities of the manifestation of asymmetry as a tool in the training of basketball players have shown that its actuality. Therefore, the improvement of functional asymmetry is relevant in the process of technical training of young basketball players aged 12-14 years, taking into account the individual profile. As a result of our research, we found the use of asymmetrically oriented exercises in training sessions, and this process had a positive impact on the effectiveness of technical actions performed by a weak hand.

Le but de cette étude a été d’évaluer et de comparer la puissance anaérobie maximale alactique (Wmax) de joueurs d’élite mélano-africains de volley-ball (VB), basket-ball (BB) et handball (HB), au moyen de trois tests différents : 1) le Sargent test, 2) le test de Margaria, 3) le test de puissance explosive sur ergocycle (Pimay et Crielaard). Dix sept volleyeurs, 13 basketteurs et 10 handballeurs, tous de sexe masculin, ont été examinés. Selon les tests, les Wmax par ordre de grandeur croissant ont été plus faibles sur ergocycle qu’au Sargent test et au test de Malgaria (12,1 ±1,5 w/kg ; 14,9 ±1,7 w/kg ; 18,1 ± 2,7 w/kg) (p < 0,01). Les Wmax selon la discipline sportive ont été plus faibles au volley-ball qu’au basket-ball et handball (18,1 ± 2,7_ w/kg ; 19 ± 1,9 w/kg ; 22,0 ± 2,7 w/kg) (P < 0,05). Les résultats ont montré que les Wmax anaérobies des joueurs d’élite diffèrent selon le test utilisé, et sont surtout en accord avec le fait que les meilleurs résultats sont obtenus quand le test est semblable au geste pratiqué dans la spécialité sportive.

Governing dynamical equations of motion for a basketball rolling on the rim of a basket are developed and presented. These equations form a system of five first-order, ordinary differential equations. Given suitable initial conditions, these equations are readily integrated numerically. The results of these integrations predict the success (into the basket) or failure (off the outside of the rim) of the basketball shot. A series of examples are presented. The examples show that minor changes in the initial conditions can produce major changes in the subsequent ball motion. Shooting and coaching strategies are recommended.

Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah atlet bola basket putra pada club kota bengkulu yang etlet nya berjuamlah 65 orang. Pada penelitian ini akan melihat hasil tes dan persentase kemampuan atlet. Pada Studi berdasarkan teknik dapat disimpulkan, pada fase unjuk kerja sebesar 18,46% dengan katagori nilai Kurang, dan 67,69% dengan katagori nilai Cukup, dan 13,84% dengan katagori nilai Baik dan berdasarkan biomekanika dari ketiga club tersebut dengan presentase sebagai berikut, pada fase posisi awal sebelum melakukan three poin shoot dengan baik dan benar sebesar 100%, dan pada fase cara memegang bola dengan baik dan benar sebesar 100%, dan pada fase posisi siku dengan baik dan benar 69,23%, dan pada fase pergelangan tangan dan tubuh harus segaris dengan ring dengan baik dan benar sebesar 76,92%. Kemampuan yang paling baik dilakukan oleh ketiga club tersebut ialah posisi awal sebelum melakukan three poin dan cara memegang bola dan keterampilan yang paling buruk ialah posisi siku.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Three Poin Shoot, dan Biomekanika, Club Bola Basket Kota BengkuluAbstractThis study aims to determine the ability of three shoot points in basketball games. The paper presents a reverse kinematic analysis for the free through to basket in order to determine the possible angular movement speed of the arm segments during throw flexion. The body segments offering three freedom degrees to the kinematic model are: the arm, the forearm and the hand. From geometric conditions regarding to the possibility of the ball to get through the basket and the analysis of the parabolic trajectory of the ball, one could determine the mathematical relations for the limitative values of the horizontal and vertical components of the initial velocity and consequently, for the calculation of the initial angle of throwing the ball. On the other hand, from the expression of the flexion movement of the considered body segments, it could be possible to obtain the calculation of the initial throw velocity as functions of the anthropometric data of the analyzed subject, of flexion angles and angular velocity of movement of the body segments. Using some models of functional mathematic analysis, from the two equations with three unknowns, one could determine the variation field of the system solutions. By setting the conditions related to the numeric limits of variation for the angular speed, the numeric field of the possible solutions for the equation system is straitened.

Basketball players are taught to release the ball with a backward spin. This causes a lift due to the Magnus effect. Added to this there is a drag on the ball which always acts opposite to the direction of motion. In this paper, the trajectory of a basketball considering the lift and drag is calculated using numerical methods and also the force required to shoot the ball with different initial conditions from a distance of 25 feet away from a basket which is at a height of 10 feet is analyzed. A differential equation of motion of the ball in air is framed which accounts for all the forces on the ball. It is solved by discretizing the equation and solved using a C++ code. The trajectory of the balls with different initial conditions is plotted and it is found that as the spin on the ball increases, the effort required to shoot decreases.

Abstract:
The study purpose was to determine the technical-and-tactical indicators of young basketball players aged 13-14 in the process of competitions and to develop recommendations for assessing the competitive activities of young basketball players. Materials and methods. The study used the method of pedagogical observations during competitions with recording in a specially developed protocol the following indicators of competitive activity of young basketball players: throws to the basket in motion, two- and three-point throws, free throws, quick breakthrough, positional attack, struggle for rebounding the ball, interception of the ball, “goal assists”, technical errors, and other losses of the ball. Results. As shown by the results of studies of such a technical indicator as throwing the ball into the basket in motion, young basketball players aged 13-14 have the highest accuracy in hitting the basket in this technique of the game – 49.1%. Moreover, the hit percentage (51.6) is higher in the first half of the game than in the second half (46.6) with a high significance level of the difference (p>0.99). A similar situation is observed when making two- and three-point shots from the distance. Studies of the effectiveness of free throws have shown that, on average, basketball players aged 13-14 make 14.1 free throws, of which 7.1 hit, which is 52.2 %. Studies have shown that the number of quick breakouts averages 8.45 per game (5.18 in the first half and 3.27 in the second half). The number of possessions of the ball in the fight for the rebound on own backboard is 14.9 times, and on the opponent's backboard – 13.36. The average number of “goal assists” per game is 4.36, ball interceptions – 8.18, technical errors – 15, and other ball losses – 9.54. Conclusions. Studies of technical-and-tactical indicators of young basketball players during competitions have shown that their role is underestimated in the practice of training young basketball players. The training programs for basic training groups (aged 13-14) shall include in full all technical-and-tactical indicators, and especially throws in motion from under the backboard, two- and three-point shots, “goal assists”, free throws, ball losses, interceptions, block shots, struggle for rebound, indicators in a quick breakthrough and in a positional attack, the number of points conceded, etc. It should be noted that there is a higher number of technical-and-tactical indicators in the first half of the game, compared to the second half, with a high significance level of the difference between the indicators. This indicates the growing fatigue of young basketball players and the need to find ways to improve the system of training speed endurance and throwing techniques in a state of fatigue.

Abstract:
Abstract Wire baskets are an integral part of transplanting landscape trees and are designed for many types and sizes of mechanical tree spades. The wire basket functions as support for the root ball and as a means of lifting the tree (3). Most baskets are made from galvanized wire and are left intact at planting (P. Braun, personal communication), although some specifications require their removal (1). The potential longevity of the wire in the soil has led to concern and speculation about adverse effects of the basket on tree growth (4). Root girdling, tree instability, reduced shoot growth, and premature decline have been suggested as possible effects on trees planted in intact wire baskets (2, 5).

Abstract:
Masalah dalam penelitian ini kemampuan free throwBola Basket Binuang Sakti Sijunjung masih rendah. Hal ini berkemungkinan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lainnya koordinasi mata-tangan dan daya ledak otot lengan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi koordinasi mata-tangan dan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap kemampuan free throw. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain bola basket Binuang Sakti Sijunjung sebanyak 35 orang, 20 orang atlet laki-laki dan 15 orang atlet perempuan. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan tes Throws Overhead and Under Arrest, two hand medicine ball put, free throw.. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat kontribusi antara koordinasi mata-tangan dengan kemampuan free throw sebesar 88,36%, sedangkan kontribusi daya ledak otot lengan dengan kemampuan free throw sebesar 94,09%. Dan kontribusi antara koordinasi mata-tangan dan daya ledak otot lengan secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan free throw atlet bola basket club Binuang Sakti Sijunjung sebesar 79,21%.
