Importance. The topic of the Battle of Stalingrad is investigated, the relevance of which is beyond doubt, since any study in our country devoted to the Great Patriotic War was and remains important both for preserving historical memory and for educating the younger generation. The relevance of the study is enhanced by the fact that the stated scientific problem – the peculiarities of the tactics of the Soviet troops in the autumn-winter period of 1942 – is practically not disclosed in the scientific literature. Abstract:
In today's fast-paced world, accessing quality healthcare can often feel like an uphill battle. Whether hindered by geographical barriers, long waiting times, or financial constraints, many individuals struggle to receive timely diagnoses for their health concerns. Recognizing this pressing need, we've developed an innovative solution in the form of our cutting-edge app[7].Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, our app offers users a seamless pathway to diagnosis based on their reported symptoms. Our journey began with meticulous research to identify the most reliable AI technology,

The Platform Management System is a key component of a lean-manned ship. Centralised remote operation removes manpower from machinery spaces, while advanced algorithms and increased integration simplify the operators’ daily tasks enabling them to broaden their responsibilities. This inherently results in driving down costs and increasing efficiency. There are a great many benefits to increased automation, however a reliance on these systems means placing a greater focus on the up-front engineering effort required to make a safe and secure system which meets the needs of the user. Sometimes, ho

Autonomous cars represent the future of human transportation. We contribute to this course by cooperation with the automotive industry on making a Porsche Panamera car drive autonomously. Unfortunately, performing experiments with real cars is expensive, potentially dangerous, and sometimes not convenient. For this reason, we prototype many of the algorithms for the Panamera on an RC-car (a scaled-down model of autonomous car), which makes many experiments easier to conduct. To validate our work and to compare it with others, we participate in the International F1/10 Autonomous Racing Competit

Abstract:
In this study, the analysis of quantity and quality indicators in the road and rail transport sector shows that the Philippines continues to suffer from inadequate and poor quality road and rail transport infrastructure. In most metrics of comparison with ASEAN neighbors, the Philippines is also behind in improving the quantity and quality of its road and rail transport infrastructure. The assessment of targets and achievements in the Philippine Development Plan, the Public Investment Program, and the expenditure program reveals that many of the targets were unmet. The low absorptive capacity,
