Abstract:
Anemia adalah suatu keadaan dimana kadar Hb kurang dari 10 gr/dl, disebut anemia sedang jika Hb 7-8 gr/dl, disebut anemia berat bila kurang dari 6 gr/dl disebut anemia gravis. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah agar diketahuinya faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Batua Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study untuk mengetahui hubungan anemia dengan status gizi, kepatuhan mengonsumsi tablet Fe, dan paritas dengan jumlah populasi 98 orang dan jumlah sampel 50 orang yaitu terdiri dari 31 orang yang mengalami anemia dan 19 orang yang tidak mengalami anemia. Dari hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square p (0.019)<0.1 diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi ibu dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Batua Makassar. p (0.003)<01 diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Batua Makassar, P(0.103>0.1 diperoleh bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Batua Makassar.

Abstract:
Kegiatan Pertambangan bawah tanah akan selalu dihadapkan pada masalah deformasi dan ketidakstabilan massa batuan di sekitar lubang bawah tanah. Sebuah deformasi besar dilaporkan terjadi pada terowongan decline Cikoneng PT. Cibaliung Sumberdaya (PT. CSD). Sebelum peristiwa ini terjadi, masalah yang sama pernah terjadi pada terowongan tersebut. Dinding terowongan yang rusak karena peristiwa sebelumnya itu telah diperbarui ke dalam bentuk awalnya. Hal ini menandakan bahwa zona batua sudah mengalami deformasi yang sangat besar, termasuk mengalami squeezing, dan sistem penyangaan yang sama tidak bisa menahan beban yang sudah meningkat. Oleh karena itu, pemantauan deformasi terowongan harus terus dilakukan. Prediksi potensi squeezing massa batuan dapat ditentukan pada daerah dimana titik-titik pemantauan menggunakan convergencmeter dipasang. Dengan memanfaatkan deformasi massa batuan dan karakteristik penyangga yang dipasang, didapatkan bahwa dinding, atap, dan area di antaranya mengalami squeezing pada titik-titik pemantauan.

Abstract:
Data yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Batua Makassar pada tahun 2016 jumlah akseptor Keluarga Berencana sebanyak 8.630 dan peserta KB aktif sebanyak 6.861 dan pada tahun 2017 periode Januari-Mei sebanyak 1.244 akseptor KB aktif. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lama Penggunaan Kontrasepsi Hormonal Oral, Suntik, dan Implant di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batua Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan croos sectional study untuk mengetahui hubungan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi oral, suntik, dan implant dengan kejadian keputihan dimana jumlah populasi 1.622 orang dan jumlah sampel 95 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Dari hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square (pearson chi-square). Diperoleh untuk variabel hasil penelitian P = 0,021 > α = 0,05 artinya ada hubungan penggunaan jenis kontrasepsi hormonal oral dengan kejadian keputihan. Untuk variabel P = 0,044 > α = 0,05 artinya ada hubungan lama penggunaan suntik dengan kejadian keputihan. Untuk variabel P = 0,700 < α = 0,05 artinya tidak ada hubungan lama penggunaan Implant dengan kejadian keputihan pada akseptor KB di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batua Makassar. Kesimpulan adalah bahwa ada hubungan penggunaan jenis kontrasepsi hormonal oral dengan kejadian keputihan, ada hubungan lama penggunaan suntik dengan kejadian keputihan, dan tidak ada hubungan lama penggunaan Implant dengan kejadian keputihan pada akseptor KB di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batua Makassar.

Fungsi gerak sendi adalah menghubungkan antar tulang yang satu dengan tulang yang lainnya. Sedangkan kemandirian adalah kemampuan untuk melakukan kegiatan atau tugas sehari-hari sendiri atau dengan tahapan perkembangan dan kapasitasnya.Pada penelitian ini dilaksankan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi gerak sendi dengan tingkat kemandirian lansia Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batua Kota Makassar.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain survey analitik. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 23 orang lansia. Data yang telah diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p > 0,05.Analisis hubungan antar variable dengan menggunakan uji statistic Chi-square menunjukkan p = 0,339 (> 0,05.) Dimana nilai ini lebih besar dari nilai p yang artinya Ho diterima dan dinyatakan tidak dinyatakan tidak terdapat hubungan fungsi gerak lansia dengan tingkat kemandirian lansia Di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batua Kota Makassar.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan fungsi gerak lansia dengan tingkat kemandirian lansia Diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batua Kota Makassar

Abstract:
Budidaya rumput laut sangat prospektif menjadi alternatif usaha oleh masyarakat pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil. Pemilihan lokasi budidaya melalui kegiatan inventarisasi dan pemetaan potensi sumberdaya lahan merupakan tahapan awal yang penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kelayakan lahan perairan untuk pengembangan budidaya rumput laut di Gusung Batua, Pulau Badi Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survai untuk mendapatkan data primer dengan pendekatan SIG dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan metode PATTERN berdasarkan skoring dari beberapa variabel kunci untuk menentukan tingkat kelayakan lahan bagi pengembangan budidaya rumput laut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perairan Gusung Batua di Pulau Badi memiliki potensi lahan pengembangan budidaya rumput laut dengan tingkat kelayakan tinggi seluas 42,1 ha (4,2%), tingkat kelayakan sedang 660,3 ha (66,6%), dan tingkat kelayakan rendah 156,8 ha (15,8%).Seaweed cultures were very prospective for alternative job by community in coastal and small Island. Site selection of culture by inventory and mapping activity of waters resource make up initial stage of important done. This research aimed to determine of waters suitable for development of seaweed culture in Batua Reef, Badi Island, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. Research conduct by survey method to obtain primary data with Geographical Information System (GIS) and secondary data. Data were analysis with PATTERN (Planning Assisstance Through Technical Evaluation of Relevant Numbers) method based on scoring of key variables to determine of suitable level of waters for development of seaweed culture. Result of research showed that Batua Reef waters have area potential for seaweed culture with most suitable were 42,1 ha (4.2%) as wide, moderately suitable were 660.3 ha (66.6%) as wide, and low suitable were 156.8 ha (15,8%) as wide.

Abstract:
This research is classroom action research which aims to determine whether the application of Numbered Head Together type of cooperative learning can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Makassar-level Elementary Inpres Batua II. The subject of this study was the fifth grade students of SD Makassar Inpres Batua II Bertingkat. Data was collected by using test results of learning and observation. The results showed that the average score of students in the first cycle was 54.16 with a standard deviation of 14.76. while in Cycle II the average score is 69.80 with a standard deviation of 11.06. This shows that students have achieved classical learning outcomes.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisa kinerja persimpangan bersinyal di kawasan komersil perkotaan dengan menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Lokasi penelitian persimpangan jalan Abdullah Daeng Sirua – Jalan Batua Raya – Jalan Taman makam Pahlawan. Kendaraan yang diamati diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenisnya, yaitu sepeda motor, kendaraan ringan dan kendaraan berat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai derajat kejenuhan tertinggi 1,4 terjadi pada jam sibuk sore dan terendah pada jam sibuk siang hari sebesar 0,8. Hubungan arus terhadap kapasitas, hubungan arus terhadap antrian, dan hubungan arus terhadap tundaan pada simpang bersinyal jalan Abdullah Daeng Sirua – Jalan Taman Makam Pahlawan – Jalan Batua Raya yaitu berbanding lurus dimana semakin besar nilai arus maka semakin besar pula kapasitas, antrian dan tundaan.

Abstract:
Diare dikategorikan sebagai penyakit pembunuh balita terbesar di Indonesia. Sebanyak 13,2 persen anak di Indonesia meninggal karena diare. Penyakit diare masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang penting karena merupakan penyumbang utama ketiga angka kesakitan dan angka kematian anak diberbagai negara termasuk Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang penanganan diare pada anak di Puskesmas Batua Raya Kota Makassar tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian non eksperimen. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang penanganan diare pada anak di Puskesmas Batua Raya Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Batua Raya Kota Makassar, pada bulan Juli 2017 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang responden.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 40 responden didapatkan bahwa responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 15 orang (37,5%) dan responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 25 orang (62,5%). Dan responden dengan kategori sikap yang positif sebanyak 11 orang (27,5%) dan responden dengan kategori sikap negatif sebanyak 29 orang (72,5%).Setelah dilakukan penelitian ini diharapkan salah satu sumber informasi bagi dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas setempat dalam penaggulangan masalah diare. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai sumbangan ilmiah bagi penelitian selanjutnya. Serta Menambah wawasan peneliti dan memperkaya ilmu pengetahuan dibidang kesehatan khususnya yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang penanganan diare pada anak

Abstract:
Latar Belakang & Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian bawang putih dan seledri terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas batua Kota Makassar. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonrandomized pre post test without control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi tidak terkontrol yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batua. Sampel sebanyak 50 orang penderita hipertensi yang dibagi atas dua kelompok yaitu kelompok yang diberi bawang putih dan kelompok yang diberi seledri masing-masing sebanyak 25 orang. Data dianalisis melalui uji t berpasangan dan annova. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bawang putih dan seledri berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah penderita hipertensi. Persentase penurunan paling tinggi adalah pada kelompok seledri (72%). Perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik pada kedua kelompok terjadi pada pengukuran ketiga dan keempat (p<0,05), sedangkan perbedaan tekanan darah diastolik terdapat pada pengukuran hari pertama sampai keempat. Perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik antara kelompok bawang putih dan kelompok seledri terjadi pada pengukuran hari kedua, ketiga dan keempat (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah diastolik terjadi pada pengukuran hari pertama, kedua dan ketiga.

Abstract:
El 5 de junio de 2009 nuestro país fue convulsionado por las noticias sobre el enfrentamiento a muerte entre indígenas de la Amazonía y policías en la ciudad de Bagua, provincia de Amazonas. El desentendimiento de posiciones frente a Decretos Legislativos relacionados al desarrollo de la Amazonía, entre el Gobierno y un sector del Legislativo, por un lado, y las organizaciones indígenas, por el otro, provocaron sucesivos conflictos. La radicalización de posiciones, la demora del Legislativo para debatir estos decretos, la falta de un soporte para la negociación por parte del Ejecutivo, la debilidad de entendimiento intercultural entre el Gobierno y las nacionalidades indígenas y sobre todo la falta de voluntad política, tornan crítico e incontrolable este conflicto, que desencadena en una crisis social de la que resultó una tragedia humana, económica y política. Los costos económicos del paro amazónico fueron muy altos; los costos políticos se ubican en las debilidades en el manejo de conflictos por parte del Ejecutivo, al punto que desestabilizó al gabinete ministerial y hasta hoy el llamado “Baguazo” es considerado como el evento peor manejado en lo que va de la actual gestión. El costo humano sigue presente en la memoria de los familiares y de la opinión pública a más de un año de los sucesos, y el mayor referente para los peruanos, fueron los medios de comunicación. Éstos le dieron el espacio, tiempos calendarios, enmarques, significantes, tonos y estilos, cada cual desde su posición ideológica, su ámbito de emisión y su capacidad para manejar la cobertura de conflictos sociales.

Bakalauro darbo tema- Aulinių batų dekoravimas siuvinėjimo technika. Darbo objektas: aulinių batų dekoravimas augaliniais ornamentais. Darbo tikslas: analizuoti literatūrą apie batų istorijos madą, dekoruoti aulinius batus siuvinėjimo technika, naudojant augalinį motyvą. Uždaviniai: apžvelgti batų istorijos raidą; išnagrinėti siuvinėjimo technikų taikymą meninėje raiškoje; sukurti kūrybinį darbą panaudojant siuvinėjimo techniką; pritaikyti siuvinėjimą kryželiu technologijų pamokose. Apžvelgus informacinius šaltinius galima teigti, kad kiekviena epocha sukurdavo savo savitą batų stilių. Tobulėjant technikai pradedamas iškarpyti ažūras, batai puošiami spalvingu siuvinėjimu. Siuvinėjimu dekoruojamos įvairiausios medžiagos: avalynė, buities rakandai, nerti, austi audiniai, bei popierius. Technologijų pamokose mokiniai turi galimybę kūrybiškai pritaikyti įvairias siuvinėjimo technikas dekoruojant tekstilę ir kt. Išsiuvinėtos dvi odinių batų poros. Pritaikyta ši siuvinėjimo technika: siuvinėjimas kryželiu, kimštukai. Augalinis motyvas: aitrioji paprika ir ankštinė pupelė.
Theme of Bachelor degree thesis – Decoration of high shoes by embroidery technique. Subject of the thesis: decoration of high shoes ornament plant. Aim of the thesis: to review literature on history of shoes fashion, to decorate high shoes by embroidery technique with plant motive. Objectives: to review development of shoes history; to analyse application of embroidery technique in artistic expression; to create a creative work on the basis of embroidery technique; to apply cross stitch embroidery in the lessons of technologies. A review of information sources can be said that every age creates its own unique style of shoe. Technical development begins jag Azur, boots decorated with colorful embroidery. Embroidery decorated a variety of materials: footwear, household utensil, crocheted, woven fabrics and paper. Technology classes students have the opportunity to creatively apply the various techniques of embroidery decorating textiles and others. Embroidered leather shoes for two pair. Facilities for this embroidery technique: cross stitching. Plant motifs: Chilli, and legumes.

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo investigar o desenvolvimento do gesto musical dos bebês, a partir da organização do espaço educativo musical, tendo a música corporal como atividade-guia. O trabalho foi dividido em quatro capítulos. O primeiro capítulo investigou o desenvolvimento do bebê intrauterino, tendo como aspecto relevante para a investigação, a formação do Sistema Nervoso Central – SNC imbricado à constituição da pele, que, por sua vez, constitui-se como matriz de todos os sentidos. No segundo capítulo vimos que o bebê, ao nascer, se expressa usando constelações completas de condutas com todo o corpo. Seus movimentos traduzem gestos, que, por sua vez, traduzem emoções dos estados afetivos. Sendo a música, arte e ferramenta das emoções, entramos no campo da educação do gesto musical do bebê. No terceiro capítulo descrevemos o caminho metodológico, que se constituiu em uma pesquisa colaborativa, em que as mães, também, atuaram como pesquisadoras. No quarto capítulo caminhamos por um processo de análise e teoria, que possibilitou compreender o desenvolvimento do gesto musical dos bebês, como a primeira e mais importante linha do desenvolvimento da musicalidade. O gesto musical também se manifesta como uma forma de emprego dos signos, sendo, também, os gestos musicais indicativos do bebê, base de todas as formas superiores do comportamento. Por meio dos caminhos dos afetos e das expressões, os bebês passaram por processos de imitação, criação e expressão, reproduzindo sons corporais como: palmas, batidas no peito, na boca, na barriga, riquezas de expressões dos gestos da música corporal que emergiram e foram materializados nos batuques dos bebês, tendo o solfejo corporal como elemento importante do processo educativo. Esse estudo revelou que é possível uma educação musical para os bebês, a partir da educação dos seus gestos musicais em meio às suas relações sociais. A perspectiva histórico-cultural de Vigotski serviu de base epistemológica e lente, que possibilitou a realização desse trabalho.
The present work investigates the development of the musical gesture of babies, from the organization of the musical educative space, having the corporal music as its guide-activity. The text is divided in four chapters. The first chapter is about the development of the intrauterine baby, highlighting the formation of the Central Nervous System – CNS overlapping the constitution of the skin, witch is the matrix of all of the senses. In the second chapter we see that the new born baby expresses itself through complete constellations of conduct with all the body. The movements translate gestures that, in its turn, translate emotions of the affective state. Being music an art and tool of the emotions, we enter the field of the education of the baby’s musical gesture. In the third chapter is described the methodological path, that is a collaborative research with the babies’ mothers, that acted also as researchers. In The fourth chapter there is a process of analysis and theory, aiming to comprehend the development of the baby’s musical gesture as the first and most important line of development of the musicality. The musical gesture manifests itself also as a way of placing signs, and the indicative musical gestures of the baby are the basis for all the superior forma of behavior. Through the way of the affects and expressions, the babies pass by processes of imitation, creation and expression, reproducing corporal sounds like: clapping and hand beats in the chest, in the mouth, and in the belly, that are rich ways of the expression of the corporal music, that emerged and were materialized in the babies’ corporal drummings, having the corporal solfeggio as an important element of the educative process. This study reveals that it is possible to have a musical education for babies from the education of their musical gestures among their social relationships. The cultural-historical perspective of Vigotski served as the epistemological base and lens that made possible the accomplishment of this work.

Abstract:
La provincia de Bagua, ubicada en la región Amazonas, basa el funcionamiento de su economía en la actividad agrícola, con énfasis en el cultivo de café, cacao y arroz. Es por ello que se propone repotenciar dichos productos con diferentes objetivos de largo plazo, que van desde la mejora en su productividad hasta el incremento en su calidad a fin de aumentar los ingresos de los productores para dinamizará la economía de la zona y cerrar las brechas en educación y salud de la provincia. Todo bajo una política de respeto del medio ambiente que se traduce en el objetivo de reducir la cantidad de aguas residuales vertidas en los ríos sin tratamientos. Las cinco estrategias planteadas fueron planteadas desde una evaluación integral de la situación actual de Bagua, que comprende un análisis crítico y sistemático de los factores determinantes de éxito, tanto internos como de su entorno. El proceso de evaluación ha considerado aspectos estratégicos que incluye el análisis de oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas y debilidades, así como aspectos éticos y legales. Así, en la visión planteada al 2030, se espera que el índice de desarrollo humano registre como mínimo 0.5, gracias al fortalecimiento de los cultivos ya planteados con facilidades como la creación de un vivero municipal que asegure la inocuidad de los productos y el fortalecimiento de los servicios de extensión agraria para mejorar las prácticas agrícolas incrementando la producción y reduciendo el costo de los cultivos
The province of Bagua, in the Amazon region, bases the operation of its economy on agricultural activity, with emphasis on the cultivation of coffee, cocoa and rice. For this reason, it’s proposed to repower the products with the different long-term objectives, ranging from the improvement in their productivity to the increase of their quality and, to increase the income of the producers to define the economy of the area and close the gaps in education and health of the province. All under a policy to respect the environment that translates into the goal of reducing the amount of wastewater discharged into rivers without treatment. The five strategies proposed were raised from a comprehensive assessment of the actual situation of Bagua, which includes a critical and systematic analysis of the determining factors of success, both internally and of its environment. The evaluation process has considered strategic aspects which include the analysis of opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, as well as ethical and legal aspects. Thus, in the vision proposed to the year 2030, the human development index is expected to be at least 0.5, thanks to the strengthening of crops and raised with facilities such as the creation of a municipal agricultural nursery that ensures the safety of products and strengthening agricultural extension services to improve agricultural practices by increasing production and reducing the cost of crops

Situated in eastern algeria, batna is in a strategic position for travel. It's geographical situation in particular attracted the interest of france at the time of colonization. So batna was founded in 1844 by colonel buttafoco more for strategic aims than for its agricultural qualities. After independance the state of algeria gave it an important place in its socio-economic policy. It was chosen as one of the principal poles for development. This policy has caused the area around batna to be centred on batna, with this town functioning as an important centre for administrative, socioeconomic and political affairs and for services

Abstract:
El presente planeamiento estratégico para la provincia de Bagua se ha desarrollado de acuerdo a la metodología propuesta por D’Alessio (2016). Se propone objetivos de largo plazo para el año 2030, como un plan desarrollo que busca mejorar la competitividad de la provincia y que alcance notoriedad nacional e internacional a través de sus principales actividades económicas actuales y aquellas que están por optimizar. Según el Censo del 2007, la principal actividad económica de la provincia de Bagua es la agrícola y no ha alcanzado un desarrollo técnico adecuado. El principal comercio derivado de esta actividad es la venta de productos en estado de granos como el café, cacao y arroz. Otra actividad como el turismo se encuentra en una etapa inicial: a niveles estadísticos el nivel de turistas nacionales e internacionales que visitan la provincia es muy bajo debido a la falta de infraestructura; así como la falta de sinergia entre lo que busca el turista y lo que la provincia de Bagua ofrece, sumado a la escasa promoción turística y utilización de tecnología moderna. En lo que respecta a los objetivos de largo plazo al 2030, se han planteado incrementar la productividad del cacao y café en más del doble de su rendimiento actual; posicionar a Bagua dentro de los 10 mejores lugares con mayor afluencia de turistas a nivel nacional; mejorar su porcentaje de nivel satisfactorio en comprensión de lectura incrementando de 10.5% según datos de la Evaluación Censal de Estudiantes (2016) hasta 43.15%; y Bagua al año 2030 elaborará productos derivados de cacao pasando del 0% en la actualidad al 75% de la producción total de cacao, de esta manera se convertirá en una de las cinco provincias que lidera la agro exportación de este insumo. Para alcanzar estos objetivos de largo plazo, se plantean unos de corto plazo que se encuentran mesurados y apoyados por una serie de estrategias que finalmente buscan transformar la situación de la provincia de Bagua, promoviendo el desarrollo agrícola, del sector turismo y de la educación, con lo que se busca mejorar el bienestar de sus ciudadanos.
This strategic planning for the Province of Bagua has been developed aligned to the methodology proposed by D’Alessio (2016). Long-term objectives are proposed for the year 2030, as a development plan that seeks to improve the competitiveness of the province and reach national scope and international notoriety through its main current and future economic activities. According to the 2007 Census, the main economic activity of the Province of Bagua is agriculture and has not reached adequate technical development yet. The main trade derived from this activity is the commerce of products in the form of grains such as coffee, cocoa and rice. Another activity such as tourism is at an initial stage, which is very low due to the lack of infrastructure and very poor quality of service, moreover the lack of promotion and advertising. In regard to the long-term objectives of 2030, they have considered to increased the productivity of cocoa and coffee by more than double their current performance; boost Bagua within the top 10 of provinces with the largest number of tourists; improve their percentage of satisfactory level in reading comprehension from 10.5% up to 43.15%; and Bagua by 2030 will produce value-added cacao products from 0% nowadays up to 75% of the total cacao production, getting to be inside the top five of provinces leading the exportation of them. To achieve these long-term objectives, a set of short-term goals are proposed, and they are based on strategies that will impact and improve Bagua’s current situation, promoting the development of agriculture, tourism sector an education for the walfare of its citizens.

Megalitik merupakan salah satu bukti dari budaya Austronesia yang masih ada di wilayah Indonesia sejak millennium pertama sebelum masehi. Situs-situs megalitik yang ditemukan di lereng Tenggara Gunung Slamet, Kabupaten Purbalingga Jawa Tengah ini adalah bukti determinime lingkungan manusia pada masa lalu. Penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa situs-situs dengan jarak ke sumber air (sungai atau mata air) kurang dari 100 m (7 situs), ketinggian 100-500 m (9 situs), kelerengan 15-25% (6 situs), batuan kuarter muda (Qvs) (8 situs) dan bentuk medan perbukitan bergelombang (Pgl) (7 situs) dengan tinggalan berupa menhir, lumpang dan punden berundak, meja batu, pagar batu, jalan batu dan batu telur. Situs-situs tersebut menunjukkan karakter situs campuran (pemujaan dan penguburan), situs pemujaan dan situs objek tunggal. Praktek-praktek pemujaan terhadap nenek moyang masih tetap dijalankan dalam bentuk yang sederhana maupun kompleks di Indonesia. Nilai keberlanjutan dari situs dan budaya megalitik adalah kearifan lokal seperti toleransi dan gotong royong

<p>The 24 km dual carriageway Sultan Abdul Halim bridge project, Penang’s second link was completed in 2014. On the island end is Batu Maung which houses the Penang International Airport. On the mainland is Batu Kawan. The main navigation span consist of a cast-in-situ cable stayed concrete bridge with span arrangement of 117.5m +240m + 117.5m. The approach bridge consist of 55m precast segmental box girders constructed span by span supported on high damping rubber bearing on reinforced concrete piers. Bored piles of 2m diameter are used for the cable stayed bridge and 1.5m at the mudflats of Batu Kawan. Driven 1.0m diameter spun piles are used at most of the pier locations and 1.6m diameter steel pipe piles at chainages where very high piers and deep seabed level is encountered. The 7 km land expressway on the Batu Kawan side traverses on high embankment build along low lying ground of very soft compressible ground extending up to 23m thick. Long term post construction settlement of 50mm for the first 20 years of service requires longer period of surcharge for both the prefabricated vertical drains (PVD) and vibro stone columns (SC). PVD and SC were design for embankment height up to 4.5m and 10m, piled embankment for higher bridge approaches. Once a vast and vacant territory, Batu Kawan is now linked to major highways to other states in the peninsular by the land expressway. In addition to the high number of research facilities that are being set up and with the state government is creating and education hub, making Batu Kawan a prime location for further development. This paper shall describe in detail the planning, design, construction and maintenance of the Second Penang Bridge project.</p>

Interaksi budaya asli Indonesia dan penutur Austronesia di Sumatera Selatan, banyak menghasilkan objek-objek batu yang dibentuk sedemikian rupa yang dikenal sebagai budaya megalitik Pasemah. Bentuk dari peninggalan budaya tersebut antara lain berupa arca, bilik batu, dolmen, menhir, tetralith lukisan kubur batu, dsb. Bentuk dan keletakan objek megalitik tersebut adalah cerminan dari kehidupan sosial masyarakat pada waktu itu. Sebagai suatu simbol, tentu saja objek dan tata letak mempunyai arti atau makna. Makna tersebut dapat ditelusuri antara lain melalui metode semiotik yang mengetengahkan denotasi dan konotasi. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa bentuk-bentuk simbol tersebut merupakan hasil interaksi atau percampuran dari budaya asli Indonesia dan penutur austronesia yang datang dari luar. Simbol-simbol tersebut merupakan cerminan adanya hierarki pada kehidupan sosial budaya megalitik Pasemah seperti pimpinan, bangsawan, masyarakat biasa, dan budak.
