An aerodynamic shape optimisation capability based on a discrete adjoint solver for Navier- Stokes flows is developed and applied to a Blended Wing-Body future transport aircraft. The optimisation is gradient-based and employs either directly a Sequential Quadratic Programming optimiser or a variable-fidelity optimisation method that combines low- and high-fidelity models. Little has been published regarding BSW students' perceived stress, coping self-efficacy, and self-care. A preexperimental study, with one qualitative question, was used to determine the effects of a self-care course on students' perceived stress scores (PSS), coping self-efficacy scores (CSES), and subjective experiences. Nineteen undergraduate students participated. Mean age of participants was 25, 90% were female, and most were Caucasian. The primary cilium is vital for the health and well being of the organism. Diseases of the cilia, referred to as ciliopathies, present with overlapping phenotypes due to a protein defect in the same organelle. Three such disorders are Nephronophthisis (NPHP), Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS), and Senior-Loken Syndrome (SLS).
