The concept generated by biological expression profile divided patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) into two subtypes. This concept has been presented in the recent editions of WHO classification and became a prognostic tool. Aim of the study was introduction of new three-marker model for immunohistochemical and prognostic subclasification of patients with DLBCL. Our retrospective study enrolled 200 adult patients with DLBCL diagnosed and treated in the period between January 2013 to January 2021. Abstract MYC amplification (amp) is a marker of poor prognosis in many non-hematologic malignancies. While MYC translocations in B cell lymphoma (BCL) have been extensively studied, little is known about the significance of MYC amp. Recent studies describe increased MYC copy numbers (3-10 copies/cell) to be associated with more aggressive BCL. The WHO 2017 does not include MYC amp in the definition of high-grade BCL (HGBCL) with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangement ("double-hit lymphoma", DHL). Abstract Follicular lymphoma is frequently associated with the chromosomal rearrangement t(14;18)(q32;q21), which joints one of the JH segments of the heavy chains of immunoglobulins (IgH) gene in 14q32 with the Bcl-2 gene in 18q2, originating a chimeric protein. Abstract:
Introduction: Delayed diagnoses and treatments of breast cancer (BC) have been described as a consequence of the COVID19 crisis. Some cases may even progress to a situation of functional derangements or so-called visceral crises before the start of the treatment. We described a case of BC with life-threatening pancytopenia who needed urgent therapy during the peak of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Case Report: A 52-year-old lady was diagnosed with Her2/neupositive BC with bone metastases in March 2020. During the waiting time for a positron emission tomography scan, she attended the

Introduction: Breast cancer (BC) is a major public health problem worldwilde, with a high incidence in young women in Brazil. In this context, treatment with oncoplastic surgery represents a major advance, through the combination of plastic and oncological surgery techniques, maintaining the breast contour and reducing the psychological impact of radical surgeries. Preoperative marking plays an important role in the aesthetic result and reference points are marked freehand in order to guide the incisions. Objectives: To present an efficient and low-cost option, through a mold, to perform preop

The systems were prepared by melting, solvent and kneading method and compared to physical mixtures. It was found that the drug:carrier ratio of 1:10 and by melting and solvent methods showed most conspicuous dissolution rates in most systems (p<0.05). Abstract:
Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is one of the most devastating viruses of cultivated tomatoes. Although first identified in the Mediterranean region, it is now distributed world-wide. Sequence analysis of the virus by the Australian group has shown that the virus is now present in Australia. Despite the importance of the disease and extensive research on the virus, very little is known about the resistance genes (loci) that determine host resistance and susceptibility to the virus. A symptom-less resistant line, TY-172, was developed at the Volcani Center which has shown the highest resi
