Plexiform neurofibroma (PFN) is the hallmark of Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1), an autosomal dominant disorder caused by mutations in the neurofibromin gene.1 Becker's nevus (BN) is an acquired pigmentary disorder characterized by hyperpigmentation and hypertrichosis, presenting in adolescence.2 Here we present a 28-year-old male with a congenital hyperpigmented pigmented patch over his back which later on increased in size and developed excessive hair growth and subsequently swelling. An appropriate generalization of the unitary parasupersymmetry algebra of Beckers–Debergh to arbitrary order is presented in this paper. A special representation for realizing the even arbitrary order unitary parasupersymmetry algebra of Beckers–Debergh is analyzed by one-dimensional shape invariance solvable models, 2D and 3D quantum solvable models obtained from the shape invariance theory as well. In particular, in the special representation, it is shown that the isospectrum Hamiltonians consist of the two partner Hamiltonians of the shape invariance theory.

Becker's muscular dystrophy (BMD) has wide spectrum of presentation from asymptomatic to severe progressive muscular weakness. Subtle weakness can be missed in busy outpatient units.
