Full textIn an age when people increasingly value their time and seek to make the most of the day, they find fewer and fewer spaces for self-fulfilling activities such as beautification. In Lima there are many beauty centers; However, on weekends and special occasions such as Mother's Day and the like, they cannot cope, or simply people prefer not to leave home given the current situation of social isolation in which we live. It is in this context that the idea of creating Lindapp arises, an application aimed at female audiences that will allow them to receive care at home from beauty professionals under safety and quality protocols. The estimation of the target audience focused on women with economic power who use mobile devices, for this information from primary sources was used where it was determined that the target audience is made up of women of socioeconomic levels A, B and C, with ages between 18 to 40 years. In the analysis of opportunities, quantitative research of descriptive scope was used, conducting surveys to collect the preferences and impressions of the target audience regarding the business idea and confirm their interest in beauty issues, this helped to determine the functionality of the application between other factors in its development. In the operational plans, the customer experience map was developed to determine the positive and negative aspects of using the application. To determine the prices of services, the value perceived by consumers was used. The business model proposed as such is not developed in the local market, so it gives us an opportunity sale to make a difference in the offer. In this way, the graphical interfaces for the application and the beauty services to be provided are developed based on the greatest demand. The target audience focuses on the female gender in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima and in the future expand the reach to the male sector and other service areas. Today, the beauty sector has a turnover of approximately 2.7 million soles per year and until 2019 it maintained an average annual growth of 3% which indicates an upward trend in normal scenarios, experts predict that growth will recover at the beginning of 2022 with a strong trend in digital commerce, this provides the opportune moment to consolidate the business model in the market. Likewise, the attention to the demand will be managed through predictive analysis software supervised by a staff assigned in its first phase and then automatically attended. In the financial analysis, the project has a NPV of 871,226 PEN in a normal scenario.

Full textThe lifestyle changes of Lima women in recent decades and their concern for personal care and beauty, as well as the global pandemic caused by Covid-19 experienced in recent months, prompted the proposal of this Business Plan, creation of a mobile beauty salon "Beauty Truck", which aims to satisfy the need currently offered in traditional beauty salons, saving time, costs and risks that could be caused by moving to the salon. In recent years the beauty sector has had great growth, however only 30% of the demand has been covered. On the other hand, the change in the rhythm of life of Lima women has led them to prefer beauty salons that adapt to their schedules and proximity to their work or home. The sanitary crisis caused by Covid-19 has led many businesses to reinvent the way of offering their products and / or services, the beauty sector has not been immune to these changes, having to make modifications to its facilities, way of offering the services, capacity and to meet rigorous health standards. The business proposal presented below is innovative, since it proposes the creation of a mobile beauty salon that provides a service experience, according to the rhythm of life of the clients, with flexibility of the location, customary services and security of not having to move under the current situation due to Covid-19.

Full textThis research is born of personal and social conflicts that women have to live every day. Since we turn on our television or attend a show, the image of the actresses who participate in the projects usually have “perfect” bodies that fit within the beauty standards established by society, excluding and denying the existence of other types of bodies with different physical characteristics. The objective of the research is the collection of information (inside and outside Peru) where it is shown that, despite the years, companies and producers still establish and impose their beauty fees by contracting fit and slim actresses with "attractive" features, in order to show a nice and pleasant side for the eye of the male consumer and for the desperation to reach those characteristics in the female consumers. This project is put into dialogue and an ethical problem is visible within society. For this, the sources of authors such as Schweitzer, Kogan, Foucault, Sossa and O'Reilly will be used. The final conclusion that is obtained from the information is that, despite the years and the country of precedence, beauty canons for women remain strongly rooted and present in society, in addition to being constantly driven by television and theatrical media.
