The methodology was of a mixed, approach explanatory, descriptive and explanatory level. Regarding the design, it was non-experimental, cross-sectional. Likewise, the qualitative research was inquired to three specialists from International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the quantitative research were carried out with 15 furniture trading companies from the Villa El Salvador district, in the year 2019, in which a study will be carried out on the linkage of IAS 19 Employee Benefits and the Impact. The work consists of five chapters; being chapter I, the theoretical framework, where various sources are presented that provide information to support the research. In chapter II, you will find the Research Plan, where the problematic situation, the problem, the justification, objectives, hypotheses, and limitations are presented. In chapter III, the methodology is described, which corresponds to a mixed investigation, such as qualitative and quantitative. In addition, the instruments that have been used for the development of the research, the determination of the population and the sample are explained. In chapter IV proceeded to the development of the investigation, where the application of the instruments is detailed, and also a practical case applying IAS 19, to determine their financial impact. In chapter V, the analysis of the study results, the in-depth interview and the questionnaire were carried out. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were presented considering the hypotheses postulated, which allowed to confirm that IAS 19: Employee benefits, has a financial impact on furniture trading companies in the district of Villa El Salvador, year 2019.

Full textThe following research work seeks to investigate the impact generated by the application of International Accounting Standard 19: “Employee benefits” in companies of the land transport sector in East Lima in the period of 2018. Because if not reflected correctly in the Financial Statements, users of such financial statements may make erroneous decisions. The main objective is to determine the impact on profitability of IAS 19: employee benefits of companies in the Eastern Lima land transport sector for the 2018 period and according to IAS 19, these benefits are classified: short-term, long-term and termination benefits for employees in Peru. In this way, the research was developed in five parts: In Chapter I, the theoretical issues that support the approach and the types of benefits that we will investigate. In Chapter II, we will address the research issues, objectives, hypotheses, limitations and parameters. Then in Chapter III, we will discuss the type of Research methodology and determine the sample size for a mixed research type analysis. In Chapter IV, interviews with the experts of IAS 19 and the transport sector will be developed; surveys to 12 land transport companies in East Lima will also be conducted; in addition, a case study will be carried out, explaining how employee benefits impact the companies profitability. Finally, in chapter V, the results will be analyzed, conclusions and recommendations will be made for the research carried out.

Full textCarrying out this study seeks to emphasize and show the possible benefits to workers in the cleaning area of metropolitan Lima for 2019 and the impact on the financial statements where these will reverberate. Within the investigation, mention was occasionally made of the cleaning services that many companies dedicate to Maintenance activities. It is highlighted that each entity must apply within its accounting policies the benefits that will be provided to the worker, for this reason, it is the evaluation of apply IAS 19. The acceptance of the standard, in benefits to employees today is of great importance and much more for this sector. The research was developed in five parts: Chapter I Theoretical framework, which includes the background, definitions, notions and dimensions of the Standard and the relevance of our study topic with respect to IAS 19. Chapter II Research Plan, warns about the statement of the problem in the context of this research, about the situation of the problem, state of question, the objective and the main hypothesis and the specific limitations and parameters. Chapter III explains Research Methodology, the population and research sample were defined, as well as the Qualitative Research and Quantitative Research, which allow evaluating the data collection instruments through the population and the sample. Chapter IV is about Research Development. In this part, the interview instruments were applied in detail and also as the possible scenarios in the practical cases and the incidents in the financial statements and income tax. Chapter V Analysis of Results, is the last part of the development of the investigation, which develops the analysis of the information collected from the instruments, practical cases, analysis of alpha cronbach and Chi square, analysis of NIC 19 and its variables. Based on this, the conclusions and recommendations were made.

Full textThe present investigation was done to identify the rotation factors in the Benefit Area of the Processing Plant of a poultry company, an area that has the largest number of employees of the entire plant, which represents 50% of the total plant (330 operators). The fact of the high turnover in this particular area, which generated great concern, motivated the interest in this investigation, since actions and plans aimed at reducing rotation were not perceived. In order to identify the rotation factors of the Benefit area, various actions were carried out such as: Review of the results of the exit interviews based on the Exit Guide validated by the poultry company, the personal interview with the Head of the Benefit Area, a the Coordinator of People Development and results of the GTPW Labor Climate Survey, carried out in 2016 and 2017. The rotation between 2016, 2017 and 2018 has been 83% of which 51% has been due to abandonment of work and 32% resignations and by generational groups it can be seen that Millennials between 18 and 24 years old are the ones who rotate the most in a 38%, followed by the ages of 25 to 30 years by 36%. Also, from 2016 to 2018, 1087 operators of the Benefit area ceased and the results of a sample of 266 operators were reviewed, mentioning the reasons for their departure. At a descriptive level, the withdrawal factors identified by the operators of the Benefit area are: Family 30.08%, Health 11.28% and Professional Development 10.15%. That is why, based on the focus of our research, the factors with the greatest impact were identified and this is how we conclude by proposing a Retention Plan aimed at significantly reducing rotation in the Benefit area.

Full textThis research is oriented to getting a competitive employer brand strategy as a means of attracting human talent from university graduates, in order to start professional practices in revolutionary emerging companies in innovation and technology, such as startups. The repeated loss of highly qualified candidates and the initiative to position startups in the laboral sector and the high competition motivates to seek synergy between an improvement of the company's image, attraction, and management of talent as the main attractions to propose a strategy that will contribute to reduce the imminent talent gap and achievement of objectives. In order to do this, we survey two groups of persons: 1. University graduates, 2. Potential iVisa Peru workers and we interview the workers of the iVisa Peru to identify the benefits company, the management strategy of human resources, and the company limitations in order to analyze the different factors and propose a human resources management strategy.
