The Beijing Electron Collider has been upgraded (BEPCII) to a two-ring collider with a design luminosity of 1 × 1033 cm -2 s -1 at a center-of-mass energy of 3.78 GeV. It will operate between 2 and 4.6 GeV in the center of mass. With this luminosity, the BESIII detector will be able to collect, for example, 10 billion J/ψ events in one year of running. This will be a unique facility in the world opening many physics opportunities. In this proceeding, I report the most recent experimental results from BESIII about the XYZ sates. Two new X(3872) decay modes are observed, which is X(3872) → ωJ/ψ and X(3872) → π0χc1(1P). Precise measurement of cross sections of various channels reveal more fine structure about Y states. To study the property of Zc states, the Jp of Zc(3900) is determined with partial wave analysis, and a hint of new decay mode of Zc±(3900) → ρ±ηc are observed.

The BESIII experiment has got about 1PB raw data and 1PB DST data from 2009 to date, so how to manage these data and condition data well is very important. The BESIII data managment system has run successfully for ten years, which has offered a full-featured, time-tested approach to BESIII offline and physics users. We designed an almost perfect structure for the system and had good backup and maintance strategy.

Abstract:

The R value is measured with a total of 14 data points with the corresponding center-of-mass energy going from 2.2324 to 3.6710 GeV. The statistical uncertainty of the measured R is less than 0.6%. Two different simulation models, the LUARLW and a new Hybrid generator, are used and give consistent detection and initial-state radiation corrections. An accuracy of better than 2.6% below 3.1 GeV and 3.0% above is achieved for the R value.
