Stať se zabývá jedním z aspektů vnější dimenze energetické bezpečnosti EU, konkrétně otázkou diverzifikace dodávek zemního plynu v případě závislosti na dovozu. Diverzifikace dovozů zemního plynu hraje specifickou roli, neboť je závislá na schopnosti a přijatelnosti realizace nových přepravních tras. Cílem stati je vytvořit metodologický rámec pro hodnocení jednotlivých variant infrastrukturních řešení dovozních plynovodů a tím i dodavatelů s využitím kvantitativních metod. Pro porovnání variant plynovodů bylo zvoleno šest kritérií (roční kapacita plynovodu; smluvní cena a poplatek za přepravu vyjednané s producentem zemního plynu a tranzitními státy; zbývající vytěžitelné zásoby zemního plynu ve zdrojové zemi; politická a bezpečnostní stabilita zdrojových zemí; počet a politická a bezpečností stabilita tranzitních zemí; energetická hustota zemního plynu) a byly spojeny do konstruovaného Indexu. Ten umožňuje porovnání alternativ, přičemž zohledňuje politickou i ekonomickou rovinu při plánování a realizaci přepravních sítí.

Energetická otázka představuje dlouhodobě jedno z nejčastěji diskutovaných témat v mezinárodních vztazích (MV), přičemž stranou pozornosti nezůstala ani pro Evropskou unii (EU) a Ruskou federaci (RF). Naopak oba aktéři věnují problematice energetiky dlouhodobě zvýšenou pozornost. Pro Evropskou unii jako jednoho z největších světových spotřebitelů a dovozců je energetika, resp. zajištění energetické bezpečnosti, tématem jak vnitřní politiky (liberalizace vnitřního trhu s elektřinou a plynem, propojení energetické infrastruktury členských států), tak vnější politiky (energetické vztahy s hlavními producentskými státy). Podobně pro Ruskou federaci jako jednoho z hlavních producentů, který je silně závislý na prodeji a vývozu energetických surovin, hraje energetika důležitou roli jak ve vnitřní politice (rozhodující determinanta ekonomického růstu) tak ve vnější politice (úzké propojení energetiky s bezpečnostní politikou a důležitý nástroj zahraničně-politického vlivu ve světě).

Výzkum je zaměřen na osoby, které se vydaly do amazonských pralesů užívat přírodní halucinogen ayahuasku v kontextu „šamanského“ rituálu. Tento jev popisovaný antropology od 70. let. 20. stol. jako tzv. „šamanský turismus“ je stále aktuálnější především mezi obyvateli zemí Evropy a USA. Našim cílem bylo zmapovat, jakým způsobem ayahuaskový šamanský turismus probíhá – motivaci osob, které tento druh zkušenosti vyhledávají, přínosy, rizika a následnou integraci této neobvyklé zkušenosti. Sběr dat probíhal v ČR a v peruánské Amazonii na místech známých jako centra ayahuaskového šamanského turismu (města Tarapoto a Iquitos) formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, screeningových dotazníků a zúčastněného pozorování. Získali jsme výpovědi 77 osob, které mají zkušenost s ayahuaskou v kontextu rituálu v pralesech Jižní Ameriky, především pak v Peru. Z rozhovorů vyplývá, že hlavní motivací pro užití ayahuasky byla zvědavost a touha po dobrodružství, léčba psychických problémů, potřeba sebepoznání, zájem o psychedelickou medicínu a terapii, spirituální rozvoj a nalezení životního směru. Přínosy byly vnímány především ve vztahu k sobě ve smyslu sebepoznání a sebepřijetí a v rovině duchovní, psychické, somatické a vztahové. Často byl zmiňován životní nadhled, spokojenost a ujasnění si životního směřování. Jako rizika byla uváděna nedůvěra v šamana či organizátora, zkreslení jimi poskytnutých informací a vystavení rizikové situaci. Většina respondentů považuje samotnou zkušenost za bezpečnou a náročné prožitky během sezení s ayahuaskou byly následně hodnoceny kladně ve smyslu zkvalitnění života. Výzkum byl hrazen ze dvou výzkumných projektů UP: IGA (SPP:432101021) a FPVČ (SPP: 452100061).

Práce osvětluje problematiku bezpečnosti hraček, seznamuje s Programem Česká kvalita a zejména s jeho značkou prokazující bezpečnost hraček s názvem Bezpečná a kvalitní hračka. Upozorňuje na značku kvality mimo tento Program (Bezpečné hračky) a seznamuje s povědomím spotřebitelů i prodejců hraček o těchto značkách.

This diploma thesis aims to describe the nature and specifics of product safety, as well as analyze the legal background of toys safety and discuss practical aspects related to the toy market. Based on these findings it aims to vindicate the following hypothesis: "Current toy market trends clearly linked with European integration, globalization and technological progress lead to a need to introduce increasingly stringent legislation that would regulate the negative consequences of these trends." The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Sources of legal regulation of consumer law, basic terminology as well as consumer organizations and institutions active in this area are described. The second part deals with the regulation of product safety, while an analysis of three major legislations affecting the product safety is carried out. The third part of this diploma thesis is crucial, while it characterizes the term "toy", analyzes legislation governing toys safety and contains comparison of the current and already invalid Government Regulation on technical requirements for toys. Specific aspects of the toy industry and its current trends are discussed as well as systematic intervention of responsible bodies in case when a dangerous toy is launched.

This thesis addresses the technological project of building a production hall in EDSCHA Henry Hradec. For the construction project will be developed technological studies major technological implementation stages, summary technical report, technological specification for installation of a steel frame and cladding halls, safety measures in the construction, inspection and test plan for the assembly skeleton, time and financial plan for the whole building, budget object SO01 production hall with an administrative extension and extension of production facilities.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of quality of toys on the Czech market in context of quality toy brands Safe and Secure toys. Both of these brands are part of the Czech Quality Programme and are solely intended for the assortment of toys. In the first part are defined the basic concepts and procedures relating to theissues tracked to ensure closer acquaintance with the subject. The analytical part based on the results of a survey involving the manufacturers toys (holders of quality labels and other manufacturers), toy retailers, consumers and ČOI Supervisor, supervising toys and childcare products. The final section confirm or reject the hypothesis, evaluated the quality of toys on the Czech market and outlined proposals for solutions with respect to the data obtained in the analytical part.

The Abstract This diploma thesis discusses three lawsuits at the period of normalization, when participants were sued and later sentenced for provocation and denigration of the Czechoslovak Socialistic Republic and its representatives during their theatre activity or improvisation with theatrical elements. The first from three lawsuits had been taking place during 1971 and 1972 in Ostrava. There was a parody of the novel called Son polka by Valentin Katajev put on stage in the Waterloo Theatre in 1969. The production was banned after several repetitions. Some participants were involved in producing the Tramp magazine which was unwanted and watched by the state authority. There was and editorial board organized by this magazine like a tramp party where besides other songs Son polka's songs were sung. Shortly after those events the members from the Waterloo Theatre: Petr Podhrázký, Ivan Binar, Josef Frais, Petr Ullmann, Edvard Schiffauer a Tomáš Sláma were arrested and sentenced to jail. The second case took place in Kroměříž in 1974. A group of friends led by an amateur puppeteer Emil Hauptmann had staged an improvised presentation during the Hostýn pilgrimage.
