Abstract:
This dissertation thesis is dedicated to on-line services security management from service provider's and service consumer's viewpoints. The main goal is to propose a framework for on-line services security risk management, to develop a supporting software tool prototype and to validate them through a case study performed in a real-world environment. The key components of the proposed framework are a threat model and a risk model. These models are designed to fit specific features of on-line services and the surrounding environment. A risk management process is an integral part of the framework. The process is suitable for frequent and recurrent risk assessments. The process comprises of eight steps, related roles and responsibilities are defined for each step. The process execution results in identification and execution of proper tasks which contribute to treatment of identified security risks and deficiencies. Documentation and reporting of an overall level of on-line services security over time is possible if the process is executed on a regular basis. The proposed framework was validated through a case study performed in a large enterprise environment.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a development of a system, which serves as a supportive tool for improvement of cyberbullying prevention. The system provides continuous collection and evaluation of information about how much time users spend on mobile apps intended for mobile devices running Android operating system. The main parts of the system are the Android application and the remote server with the web application. The Android application provides continuous collection of information about device usage and sends it to the remote server at weekly intervals. Access to mobile device usage history is obtained by the API android.app.usage. The web application is responsible for receiving data from individual devices and for subsequent data processing. The results of data processing are presented through the user interface of the web application. The PHP framework Laravel is used to build the web application.

There are described methods which are based on user's knowledge and ownership of authentication object and biometric authentication method. The practical part of this Master's thesis deals with a specific design of authentication system based on protocol ACP, when the user proves his identity by smart card on provider assets, which is represented by ACP portal on the user's computer.

This diploma thesis deals with the historical development of passive optical networks, according to the standards that was defined by International Telecommunication Union (APON, BPON, GPON, XG-PON and NG-PON). Further, the thesis describes the security of passive optical networks, but also a security threats which the deployment and use of passive optical technology carry. In the introductory chapters of this thesis the passive optical networks are described. The following is a description of the standards of passive optical networks in terms of their historical development. The next part is dedicated to the security of passive optical networks and possible security threats. In conclusion a description of the practical part of this thesis is given -- rack assembly, which will serve for future testing. The basic configuration of the optical line terminations that are fitted in the rack is also described. The last part of this diploma thesis is dedicated to the testing of selected security risks, which was described in the theoretical part of this thesis.

This diploma thesis deals with the management of security information, according to ISO/IEC 27005 and it is implementation in the Verinice software environment. The risk information management process is applied to a critical infrastructure, that is connected to a optical fiber network. The work focuses on incidents aimed at threatening data from optical threats and active network elements in transmission systems. The result of the work is defined as a risk file in the .VNA format containing identified risks, for which appropriate measures are implemented in connection with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, for the protection of critical infrastructures and transmitted data in the transmission system.

This diploma thesis deals with internal threats in the organization and their restriction with the assistance of DLP system. The first part of the thesis discusses the information security management system and describes requirements for the introduction of the ISO/IEC 27000 standards series. Next chapters detail internal threats and technical description of the DLP system. The second part of the thesis analyzes the organization and describes the process of implementation of DLP solution, which aims to reduce internal threats. The conclusion of the thesis describes acceptance agreement and financial evaluation of the implementation.

Safety policy deals with processes of security in company to protect assets regardless of a branch office size. Nowadays is the company exposed to a lot of threats and risks, which the company has to face to prevent work threats. This risks and threats don't have to be caused by competition, they can caused randomly, sporadically and someone can't be avoided or its protection is too expensive, whereas protection against some hazards can be easy or cheap. Analysis and appropriate safety actions are made for correct examination. This thesis put mind to create complete suggestion of safety policy for a small Czech branch of an international company. It contains required analyses, tips, theoretical solutions, policy for personal management and changes for easier suggestion of necessary safety documents. I made use of up-to-date information from the domain of security during the process, but special care has been made while writing the concepts, so that the document's contents wouldn't age so quickly.

The introduction of negative interest rates, as an additional tool of unconventional monetary policy in recent years, leads to many, yet largely polarized debates about the implications of the unconventional monetary policy of central banks. The main reason for their introduction in some economies, namely the threat of deflation, is also questioned, as well as the negative side effects of this instrument on financial stability and economic growth, and finally, their limited scope is under scrutiny. Due to the still insufficient research in this field, the aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the concerns and the main long-term risks and impacts of the monetary policy using negative interest rates in the context of deflation threats. The analysis of available data confirms both the concerns about the negative effects of negative interest rates on the banking sector, the recovery process of public finances, the possible rise of a price bubble on the financial markets and real estate markets, or on the possibility of excessive risk taking, and on the other hand draws attention to the direct dependence between negative impacts and the duration of monetary policy using negative interest rates.

The diploma thesis is focused on the emergence of danger at work. Related to this is the identification of risks and their management. It defines all emerging risks and their preventive measures. The main task of this activity is to minimize accidents in the workplace. Subsequently, the current level of occupational safety was assessed using a questionnaire obtained from the State Office of Labor Inspection. The work is divided into 4 categories. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the key concepts that are necessary for the elaboration of a diploma thesis. Terms such as risk, threat, risk identification and risk assesment methods are explained. The conclusion of the theory includes BOZP, work-related injuries and a description of what the Safe Company certification means.The analytical part is an analysis of the current situation, BOZP assessment and risk management analysis of the main production process. The last practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on preventive measures in the main production process using FMEA analysis and proposing BOZP improvements.

This thesis deals with design construction of laboratory model of air press and also proposes of safety measures for this machine. Before the design itself, norms concerning machinery construction were surveyed. There are two norms mentioned in the text ČSN EN 61 508 and ČSN EN ISO 13489-1. Next part shows practical demonstration of machine safety analysis using SISTEMA software tool. Changes to the safety measures were made according to the result of this analysis. Important part of this thesis is also design of control software for the air press in RSlogix5000 environment using Ladder logic and also created visualization of pressing process and show up on to visualization panel PanelView 700.

The amount of electronically stored data is constantly growing. That's why we should consider the data security. Most electronic information is stored in the database. This thesis is concerned with ensuring data security in the Oracle database. First of all, I describe some of the available security surveys, to make it clear why we need to ensure the data security. In addition, I also describe the main aspects of information security. The aim is to introduce what we mean by security of information. Then I examine the recommendations of ISO 17799 standard, which is one of the sources for the measures described in the main part of this thesis. The next part is dedicated to finding the important security threats, which are used as a basis for following description of security tools. The aim of described recommendations and threats is to discover what is needed to ensure the data security. In the main part of this thesis I discuss the various security tools and procedures. The main objective of this thesis is the description of tools and procedures to ensure data security, following the recommendations of international standards and typical security threats. All described tools are part of the Oracle database. I place emphasis on the user access control.

This document focuses on Cisco Netflow technology and its possible usage in monitoring networks and detecting network anomalies. Based on the analysis of attacks at the network and transport layer is designed an application for selected security threats which detects its presence. The implementation section provides a system for predicting network traffic and related detecting deviations from the baseline on the basis of statistical data. Use of NetFlow technolgy is demonstrated on examples where the results of other current security and monitoring techniques have failed or did not provide sufficiently good results.

The master thesis discusses the issue of intrusion and hold-up systems. It deals with basic division of particular kinds of protections, detectors and their functions, panels and their types. Especially it discusses detector security risks and the risks due to improper installation. The next part deals with the multi-criteria analysis options where the panels of several manufacturers are compared and evaluated so we get the best panel in the price/performance ratio. Then we measure magnetic contact and their maximum distance between two parts of this magnetic contacts. Two hypotheses are given, which approve or disprove the claims of the manufacturer. According to the measured and calculated values it is demonstrated hypothesis that refuses the claims of the manufacturer.

Master´s thesis deals about problematic of fuzzy logic, fuzzy sets and operation with them. Also thesis describing procedure of quantification risks through fuzzy sets, process of fuzzyfication, defuzzyfication a theirs application in the expert systems FMEA and FMECA. Using selected chapters of czech states standards are established critical areas in building process, it is a chapters about quality, safety and environment. With these areas by using fuzzy sets theory are created the procentual input values in the decision program, created by Matlab. Output from program is decision how big the risk rate is and if is necessarily make corrective measures. A concrete example is the production of concrete goods, describing production process and composition of fresh concrete. A practical example, created by using information from real company, is a decision about the risk rate in the qualitative area.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with increasing the safety of the external perimeter. The theoretical part describes the parameters of areas exhibiting an increased safety risk. For these spaces, relevant safety hazards and corresponding elimination methods are determined. Then, the term "drone" is analyzed in the context of its applicability. The practical section characterizes the process of building and configuring unmanned aircraft to guard the perimeter and the designing and fabrication of an automatic charging station for the aircraft. The final part of the thesis is a brief manual describing correct handling of the created system.

The master thesis treats the design of control system of special purpose machine tool. The first part analyzes and compares two possible variants of control system which use either a CNC control system Sinumerik or motion control system Simotion. Only the variant with the Simotion control system is subsequently examined in detail: its hardware configuration, the selection of components and partly also the software solution. The thesis further deals with the safety of the realized control system and of the whole machine. There are described general safety requirements of machinery based on harmonized European standards and their specific application in the design of safety functions and the safety circuits of solved machine tool.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse issues of risk management in a construction company, especially in the context of construction contracts implementation. The first part is devoted to applied terminology and interpretation of relevant terms, followed by a classification of risks from different perspectives, including the risks’ possible further sub classification. Furthermore, significant risk resources and construction participants who might be affected by the risks are presented. The third chapter deals with risk management; individual phases of this complex process are described herein, including their correct sequences, as well as a selection of methods and techniques that are standardly used in risk management. The last, fourth chapter summarises the problems of risk management on a practical example, where a construction company implements a construction contract by applying selected risk management methodologies.

The topic of this diploma thesis is "Security capabilities optimalization of Czech armed forces". The original research aims to propose the strategic optimalization of the security capabilities of Czech armed forces. After the description of the evolution of the transformation of Czech armed forces from 1989 the thesis has offered an analysis of threats, risks and assets to Czech republic made on the basis of Czech strategic security documents. On this basis matrix of security risks has been created. Then preventive and liquidation measures that are necessary to adopt in case of emergency situations have been formulated. In the next section necessary security capabilities for realization of the measures have been suggested. Although the author examined all security capabilities necessary for elimination of security risks, major emphasis has been given to military capabilities. The actual military capabilities of Czech armed forces have also been described. The main aim of this thesis has been to define the strategic gap - the difference between desirable military capabalities and actual military capabilities - and to present strategic goals for approximately next twenty years.

The aim of this Master thesis is to discover how well pupils and teachers are prepared in the field of safety topics and to evaluate the participation of chosen subjects in the safety education in the South Bohemian Region. The theoretical part is concerned with the education and integration of safety topics in framework education programmes with an emphasis on an elaborated framework education programme establishing the obligatory content, terms of education and other obligatory standards. Furthermore, an analysis of legal rules and the technical literature is conducted and technical terms concerning the matter are defined. The empirical part of the thesis focuses primarily on an individual research and is aimed at fulfilling the goals of the thesis. The first aim of the empirical part is to assess the participation of chosen subjects in the safety topics education in the South Bohemian Region and to answer the research question "How do chosen subjects participate in the safety topics education in the South Bohemian Region?" For the research, the method of a qualitative research is employed, namely in the form of structured interviews with the representatives of the organizations participating in safety topics education in the South Bohemian Region. The second aim of this thesis is to discover how well the teachers are currently prepared in the field of safety topics and to answer the research question "How well are the teachers currently prepared in the field of safety topics?" The method of structured interviews with elementary school teachers in the South Bohemian Region is employed. The results of the research show that the current state of participation of chosen organizations in the safety topics education is in the process of preventive educational activity and publication of educational materials on a very good level. The organizations proceed in the process of safety topics education on an individual basis and it is therefore problematic for the schools to keep a good track of all offered programmes and materials and to use them. The teachers educate themselves in the field of safety topics and pass the knowledge further on the pupils, however without any coordination and systematic character. The answers to the research questions showed quite decidedly that all organizations promote the integration of a new school subject concerned with the safety topics in the educational system. On the other hand, the teachers hold the view that it is not necessary to introduce a separate subject on this topic.

My thesis Threats, risks and prevention of violent radicalization of individuals deals with the phenomenon of radicalization, especially with violent radicalization of an individual. The theoretical section provides current theoretical background with emphasis on contemporary models and theories of radicalization. Further attention is paid to an individual in the process of violent radicalization, risk factors and comparison of self- radicalization of lone assailants and radicalization of an individual within terrorist group or within mainstream society. Specifics of radicalization in Czech Republic, contemporary risks and possibilities of prevention of the phenomenon are also included. As a research method in the empirical part, whose aim was to map key knowledge about radicalization in Czech Republic and experience of refined experts in this area, I chose a qualitative research strategy. Our company uses more and more chemical substances. A lot of dangerous chemical substances and formulation, that are used by construction, or they are commonly used as products for our consumption, must be also stocked and must be transported into stock, factories and operation. Averages related to escape of dangerous substances represent huge hazards, that may threaten health and lifes of people, their property, or they can have negative impact on environment. I will adduce amount of stocked dangerous substances in Central Bohemia //Středočeský kraj// per year 2007 as a proof of a huge amount of injurants around us. In this work I will make analysis of the most often stocked and transported chemical substances (amonia, chlorine, hydrogen cyanide). I want to clarify hazards and mainly possible after-effects on health of citizens and on environment, that could start in case of averages with this substances. I will make an analysis of accessible sources (print news, evaluating reports, process case researches, possibilities of resolution of exceptional events, relief and account//liquidation// work) and I will compare them with processed accident and crisis documentation. In this work I would like to emphasize mainly reactions on possible average. I will create model situations with escape of dangerous substances through transportation and through stocking with possible reactions on them. I will use software tool Terex for their evaluation. I will appoint immediate acquisition //arrangements//, relief and account work on a basis of these model situations that must be carried out immediately after escape of dangerous substances and also following acquisition, either short time or long time. At the same time I will suggest preventive acquisition to lower the probability of rise of exceptional events with escape of dangerous substances.
