Studie se zabývá útvarem federálního ministerstva vnitra (FMV), který měl v 70. a 80. letech 20. století na starosti kontrolu zahraničního tisku, oficiálně objednávaného z ciziny československým státem nebo individuálně importovaného jeho občanům. Cílem této práce je vývoj dvoukanálového kontroléru krokových motorů. V rámci práce je popsán jak vývoj elektroniky, tak vývoj příslušného software. Elektronika kontrolŕu je založena na mikrokontroléru STM32F405 a driverů krokových motorů vyráběných firmou Trinamic. Pro komunikaci s nadřazenými systémy je implementován protokol CANOpen a sběrnice I\textsuperscript{2}C a USB. Elektronika byla navržena v software KiCAD and využívá čtyřvrstvého plošného spoje a moderních výrobních technologií. Co se týká software, byl vyvinut jak firmware pro mikrokontrolér, tak software pro ovládání kontroléru.

It designs pneumatic – mechanical safety mechanism suitable for safe transport of container with driving drum which are produced according to German standard DIN 30 722. It concerns containers with total weight of 22 tons. The first part of this thesis is focused on evaluation of possible load by common operating conditions.
