Abstract:
The master’s thesis expresses an opinion on trends in UAV integration into non-segregated airspace issue. In the beginning, barriers to integration are characterized and a broader context is shown. Since necessity of the technical realization of the “see and be seen” principle exists, requirements for so called Sense and Avoid systems are presented. Various methods of Sense and Avoid are briefly described, highlighting their contribution to air safety and their potential for future development. The UAV communication topic is described in the last chapter, providing a list of the volume of transmitted messages, analyzing data link frequencies and selecting appropriate means of UAV operations.

Evaluate relevant contribution to the involvement of this technology. For purposes of meeting the objectives of the work was divided into two parts. A review of literature contains knowledge gained from literature related to this issue. Here we can find the principles of precision agriculture. It also includes the definition, history, classification and legislation related to UAVs. The conclusion is devoted to the two selected methods, on the basis of which was to determine the order of preference. In the practical part were selected criteria and assigned points for each platform. Chapter continues possibilities of using UAVs in agriculture. Through the multi-criteria analysis and assigned points is determined by order of preference. The order is confronted with a description of market reality. The practical part is closed economic context. The conclusion summarizes the lessons learned and on the basis of possible future development.

Abstract:
Unmanned aircrafts represent one of the fastest growing technologies of the last years. Although historically not completely unknown, only recently have they acquired the long-deserved attention. However, it focuses almost exclusively on their use in combat operations, whereas their capabilities in civilian sphere remain relatively unexplored. Analysis of these abilities is the main focus of this thesis, which describes and analyses current applicable legislation, points out different issues of both its interpretation and application and tries to offer solutions. This thesis is divided into 4 chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter deals with the introduction to this topic, including history of unmanned aircrafts and clarification of the term unmanned aircraft itself. Then it moves on to describe the possible classification of unmanned aircrafts and the terminology used, which remains unsettled even to this day. The main aim of this is to try to help the reader to find his way in this complicated area. The second chapter includes the analysis of the applicable legislation in the Czech republic, starting with the general approach and then continuing with special emphasis on particular issues, such as operating limitations of unmanned aircrafts in certain areas or liability of aircraft operators...

Abstract:
Unmanned combat aircraft systems (UCAS) represent a certain type of modern technology the States use to counter the growing number of security threats coming from the various non-state actors. The thesis focuses on the most common use of UCAS in the fight against these threats, on the practice called targeted killing. The purpose of the thesis is to identify all conditions amongst the norms of international law pertaining to the use of force between States, international human rights law and international humanitarian law, which are relevant for the targeted killing through UCAS. Furthermore, the thesis seeks to set out the circumstances, under which this practice can satisfy the relevant conditions, and when, on the other hand, it is never lawful. The thesis is composed of four chapters. The First Chapter defines the key terms used in the thesis and clarifies the terminology relating to UCAS. It also offers a short overview of their technical specifications and capabilities and identifies the States, which own, develop and sell the technology. The following three chapters represent the analytical core of the thesis and set out the conditions for the use of UCAS found in three systems of international law. The Second Chapter examines the use of UCAS from the perspective of the prohibition on the...
