This paper presents the design, development, and testing of a robot that combines soft-body grasping and crawling locomotion to navigate tubular objects. Inspired by the natural snakes’ climbing locomotion of tubular objects, the soft robot includes proximal and distal modules with radial expansion/contraction for grasping around the objects and a longitudinal contractile–expandable driving module in-between for providing a bi-directional crawling movement along the length of the object. The robot’s grasping modules are made of fabrics, and the crawling module is made of an extensible pneumati

Abstract:
This paper introduces and formalizes six novel mathematical frameworks synthesizing categorical, homotopical, operator-algebraic, and spectral constructs with emergent symmetry and criticality. We define \emph{ultranaut operators} as higher-categorical homotopy-enriched transitions; construct spectral decompositions over $\Sigma$-enriched matrices; develop integral operator algebra formalism; introduce the \emph{daisy network}, a self-similar symmetry-generating topological graph; analyze paradoxical scale-interaction criticality ($1 \ll Q \ll 1$); and establish \emph{anterolateral spectral al

Abstract:
Pornography is neither a documentary media genre that documents what real sex in everyday life looks like, nor is it a pedagogical or moral media genre aimed at showing what ideal sex (in terms of health or morality) should look like. Instead, pornography is a fictional media genre that depicts sexual fantasies and explicitly presents naked bodies and sexual activities for the purpose of sexual arousal (Williams, 1989; McKee et al., 2020). Regarding media ethics and media effects, pornography has traditionally been viewed as highly problematic. Pornographic material has been accused of portray

Abstract:
The technical apparatus is, then, being made at home with the rest of our world. And that's a thing that's routinely being done, and it's the source of the failure of technocratic dreams that if only we introduced some fantastic new communication machine, the world will be transformed. Where what happens is that the object is made at home in the world that has whatever organisation it already has. -- Harvey Sacks (Lectures on Conversation Vol. 2., 548-9) Chatting, or having a conversation, has long been a favourite activity for people. It seemed so ordinary, if not to say trivial, that it has
