Abstract:
In der vorliegenden Bachelorarbeit wird die Notwendigkeit, Renaturierungsmaßnahmen für Auenbereiche der Gewässer 2. Ordnung durchzuführen, mit der Thematik der fortschreitenden Verbreitung des Bibers (Castor fiber L.) in einer kombinierten Herangehensweise bearbeitet. Ziel ist es ein Flächenkonzept zu erstellen, welches, als Teil des proaktiven Bibermanagements des Landkreises Mittelsachsen, auf geminderte Konfliktpotentiale in den ermittelten Vorrangflächen für Auenrenaturierung abzielt. Dabei sollen die Ansprüche von C. fiber an den potentiellen Lebensraum und seine aktiv landschaftsgestaltende Lebensweise ebenso berücksichtigt werden, wie anthropogene Nutzungsansprüche. Der Biber soll hierbei durch seine herausragenden Fähigkeiten als Renaturierer und Schlüsselart der Biodiversität gezielt auf diesen Flächen Raum für sein Wirken finden. Mittels einer eigens erstellten Methodik konnte die Flächenanalyse mit dem Programm Quantum GIS erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Im Ergebnis werden 270 Vorrangflächen für Auenrenaturierung durch den Biber in Mittelsachsen präsentiert. Diese Flächen befinden sich verteilt im gesamten Untersuchungsgebiet und sind in nahezu jeder Gemeinde vorhanden. Eine anschließende Bewertung der Gebiete wurde bezüglich der Habitateignung für eine Besiedlung durch Castor fiber und der naturschutzfachlichen Biotopaufwertung der betroffenen Flächen vorgenommen. Sie stellt die Priorisierung für deren Umsetzung, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Naturschutzmaßnahmen, Einbezug in Regionalplan der Landschaftsentwicklung oder Kompensations- und Ersatzmaßnahmen, dar<br>This bachelor thesis focuses on neccesary renaturation measures in meadow areas of second grade rivers and the ongoing distribution of the european beaver (Castor fiber L.) in a combined way. The main objective is to establish an area-concept, which is serving as a part of the proactive beaver management in the administration district Mittelsachsen aiming to reduce the potential of conflicts on the demanded areas. On the one hand, requirements of C. fiber on his potential habitat has to be fulfilled and his activly landscaping way of life should be accepted in this regions. On the other hand human-caused beneficiary claims have to be considered with the same importance. Nevertheless the fundamental approach is to give the beaver the opportunitiy to use his outstandig abilities in serving as a renaturater and key-species for biodiversity in this areas of interest. The project is carried out with the program Quantum GIS by using a self-created method of area-analysis and -assessment. In this way 270 potential areas for meadow renaturation measures through the beaver could be succesfully analysed. Those can be found spread all over the area of interest in Mittelsachsen. The following area-assessment is based on the grade of habitat-suitability for the beaver and it’s potential for an enhancement in a conservational meaning. Consequently one can judge the demanded areas according to their priorisation for measures like inclusion in compensation and substitute measures, regional landscapeplans or other measures of natural conservation

Abstract:
The aim of this essay is to determine where on a continuum between speech and writingwritten computer-mediated communication (chat language) would be placed. The essay makes use of a methodology based on Biber (1988). This was done using a quantitative research methodology based on counting and comparing specific linguistic features in different texts. The data for chat language came from the NPS Chat Corpus. Other data used were transcripts of spoken discourse as well as a popular scientific text as material for comparison. This essay is mainly focused on four features: the use of pronouns, passives, ellipsis and the type/token ration of each individual text. Despite the limited size of the material sampled, the results showed that chat language had more in common overall with speech than with writing.

Abstract:
Heinrich Ignaz Franz von Biber's (1644--1704) Mystery Sonatas of 1676 are a set of fifteen sonatas for violin and continuo plus one unaccompanied passacaglia for solo violin. They are unusual in their use of scordatura and in the presence of an image associated with the Rosary devotion before each sonata. This association between image and music in the sonatas, and the correspondence to the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary closely resembles the structure of seventeenth-century Rosary picture books.<br>In this thesis the context, background, and meaning of the sonatas is explored. The first chapter examines the function of the sonatas and places them in context by outlining musical life in Salzburg, the sonata tradition, the Rosary devotion, Emblem books, and Rosary picture books. The second chapter focuses more on the collection as a whole and on elements such as key, dance affect, and scordatura. The third chapter consists of an examination of three sonatas---each one unique in placing the listener in a different relation to the mystery.

Staring to explore the fashionable biker jacket from the fifties lead to the discover that it hasn’t changed much since its origin. The stereotyped biker jacket with the genuine black leather and raw details is an impact model and thought the jacket no longer is worn while riding a bike is it still presenting an image of a rebellious life.The aim of this work is to explore our traditional view of the biker jacket through material and shape. Discovering that the bikers riding position has big similarities with a standing cow gave background to the material used in the classical jackets, the cow. A living animal, a material that once lived. To use the cows and the biker’s upper body as a model, recreating its shape into biker jacket’s to develop the shape of the biker jacket further. By experimenting with untraditional non-textile materials instead of using leather hopefully develop the traditional view of a jacket and bring alternative material and construction forward. Conclusion of the work is that when the materials with strong associations are mixed with the biker shape the materials take over and the definition of the biker jacket becomes more complex. New questions that has arise could be the use of other technical materials, what happens when giving the jacket other functions, is it still a biker jacket then.<br>Program: Modedesignutbildningen

Tesis para optar al grado de Magíster en Marketing<br>El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo elaborar un plan de marketing para el lanzamiento de una nueva cerveza artesanal. El producto se enmarca dentro del dinámico mercado de la cerveza en Chile, en el que existe una gran variedad de marcas y tipos de cervezas, con un gran actor como CCU que ejerce una posición dominante en este mercado. Sin embargo, como se muestra más adelante, existe un nicho pujante que se ha desarrollado rápidamente en los últimos 15 años y consiste en la elaboración y venta de cervezas artesanales. La cerveza es una bebida alcohólica muy antigua, desarrollada por los pueblos de los imperios mesopotámicos y por los egipcios, que es el resultado de fermentar los cereales germinados en agua, en presencia de levadura. Aunque a nivel mundial, en el mercado existen cervezas de trigo, arroz, la más habitual es la obtenida a partir de la fermentación de la cebada. A pesar de su antigüedad, el gran periodo de auge de la cerveza es posterior a la segunda guerra mundial (1945 a 1965) donde la producción mundial se duplicó y se sentaron las bases de los actuales procesos de producción industrial, en desmedro muchas veces de los criterios de calidad. Hasta bien entrados los años setenta fueron desapareciendo grandes cantidades de recetas y se fue uniformizando mundialmente la producción. Sin embargo en las últimas décadas ha vuelto a aparecer la idea de producir cerveza artesanal, hasta el punto que importantes elaboradores de talla mediana han apostado por producir cervezas históricas resucitando con ello recetas perdidas.

Abstract:
The compatibility between the Christian faith and various scientific advances has been up for discussion time and again to the degree that the debate is hard to miss. According to most, the most daunting subject of the discussion might be the compatibility with Darwin’s theory of evolution. In an attempt to get a perspective on this issue, this paper discusses compatibility by analysing the argumentation on the subject by two evolutionary biologists: Richard Dawkins and Joan Roughgarden. The arguments of the two authors are then tested regarding validity and applicability, leading to the conclusion that although both make valid claims regarding the subject of evolution, Dawkins’ reasoning of incompatibility can only be applied to a strictly limited group of Christians, whereas Roughgarden’s arguments for compatibility between the theory of evolution the Bible appears to be both tenable and applicable to Christianity at large. The conclusion is thus drawn that a certain compatibility appears to exist.

Abstract:
This essay focuses on the elderly and their religious beliefs and is based on the origin idea of a secular Sweden, but where immigration has been the source of additional various religious affiliations. This study intends to nuance the problems that previous researchers focused on when doing research on immigration, by interviewing staff members of nursing homes in immigrant dense areas, especially Malmoe, Gothenburg and Stockholm. The aim is to investigate how the allocation of residents, with different religious than Protestant Christians, is distributed at nursing homes and to see if there is a need for adjustments. Additionally, the thesis about immigrants and immigrants' identity and attitudes to Swedish society is discussed with John Berry´s acculturation theories and strategies. The results show that the majority of the nursing homes have residents with different religious affiliations and that some practical adjustments have been done, but it also shows that nursing homes have changed to the extent that they have adapted to a secular society. Ignorance and prejudice contribute to the problem in terms of seeing all residents as individuals and at the same time ensuring adaption according to all their needs, which is exemplified in the solutions made by using multi-cultural staff members and specialized departments. The relationship between nursing homes and the Swedish church continues but the role of the church service has changed. However, the idea that residents with different affiliations are free to exercise their religion in private occurs simultaneously as it is highlighted that immigrants is assimilated into a secular Swedish society. This in turn means that not every residents need is seen to at the investigated nursing homes.

Assim, como procedimento metodológico, destacou o documentário Never say Never (2011), cuja narrativa é apresentada como biografia de Justin Bieber, investigando os processos de identificação e imbricamentos entre os aparentemente distantes dois mundos: o da celebridade e dos que o cultuam. A problematização se configura a partir do instante em que os fãs do cantor parecem, a priori, não superar a transição ocorrida no perfil identitário do ídolo e passam a arquivar montagens fotográficas datadas no Instagram. As fotografias compartilhadas são entendidas como encontros narrativos e molduras imagéticas que pronunciam o componente midiático ao gênero biográfico tradicional, permitindo, assim, um interstício nas possíveis leituras sobre as trajetórias vitais das celebridades na contemporaneidade. Nesta perspectiva, buscam-se teorizações para compreender as necessidades imaginárias e as experiências do sujeito com a vida célebre. Sustentam as análises e reflexões desta pesquisa os trabalhos de Mikhail Bakhtin, Edgar Morin, Douglas Kellner, Muniz Sodré e Thiago Soares. Tal percurso traduziu-se na tentativa de elucidar diagnósticos que se somem aos estudos que já entendem o quanto é urgente, hoje, discutirmos as abordagens da cultura do entretenimento<br>The research is to focus investigative everyday audiovisual dynamics built around a stage in the career of Canadian singer Justin Bieber, from the roundness of your photos and videos on the Internet, especially on Instagram. As well as methodological procedure, said the documentary Never Say Never (2011), whose narrative is presented as Justin Bieber biography, investigating the identification and imbricamentos procedures between apparently distant worlds: the celebrity and the worship. The questioning is configured from the moment that the singer's fans seem a priori not overcome the transition occurred in the identity of the idol profile and pass the archive photo montages dated on Instagram. The photographs are understood as shared narrative meetings and image frames that pronounce the media component to the traditional biographical genre, allowing thus an interstitial on possible readings on the life paths of celebrities nowadays. In this perspective, looking up theories to understand the imaginary needs and experiences of the subject with the famous life. Support the analyzes and reflections of this research work of Mikhail Bakhtin, Edgar Morin, Douglas Kellner, Muniz Sodre and Thiago Soares. Such a course has resulted in an attempt to elucidate diagnoses that are additional to studies already understand how urgent it is today discussing the approaches of the entertainment culture

Abstract:
Die Kuchenfiltration wird in der Literatur oft als Oberflächenfiltration eingestuft, obwohl Tiefenfiltrationseffekte vorhanden sind. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden verschiedene Einflussfaktoren auf die Kieselgur-Kuchenfiltration von Bier im allgemeinen und auf den Tiefenfiltrationsanteil im speziellen untersucht. Zunächst wird festgestellt, dass man die schlechte Filtrierbarkeit von bestimmten Bieren auf das Vorhandensein erheblicher Mengen von Trubstoffen &amp;lt; 2 µm zurückführen kann. Deshalb wird die Abtrennung dieser Trubstoffe getrennt von jenen &amp;gt; 2 µm bewertet. Die Bierfiltration beruht zu großen Teilen auf mechanischen Vorgängen. Feine Trubstoffe werden bevorzugt in der Filterschichttiefe abgetrennt, gröbere Partikeln eher am Schichteintritt. Aufgrund der Versuchsergebnisse wird eine Modellvorstellung zum Abtrennungsverhalten und ein einfaches Rechenmodell zur Optimierung der eingesetzten Filterhilfsmittelkonzentration vorgestellt.

An Konstantin von Tischendorf (1815–1874) erinnert in Leipzig keine Straße und kein Platz. Und doch gehört er zu den berühmtesten Gelehrten der Leipziger Universität, deren größte Vertreter sonst schon in der Kartographie der Stadt vertreten sind. Mit der neuen Ausstellung in der Bibliotheca Albertina in Leipzig wird an Tischendorf und seine Lebensleistung als einen der bedeutendsten Wissenschaftler des 19. Jahrhunderts erinnert. Es wird damit ein kleines Straßenschild aufgestellt, das besagt: Abenteuer und Handschriftensuche – bitte hier entlang.

<p>Hur kan man studera svenska språkets utveckling från renässansen fram till våra dagar? En metod är att utgå från en text, vars innehåll är oförändrat men vars språkliga form har förändrats genom tiderna vid ett antal översättningar. Finns det då någon sådan text?</p><p>Bibeln är enligt kristen tro detsamma som Guds ord, och som sådan stående över tiden. Detta innebär att man vid översättning av bibeln koncentrerat sig på att bevara textens mening och budskap. Detta kan dock uppnås på olika sätt: Ett sätt är att försöka vara bokstavstrogen, dvs översätta så ordagrant som möjligt, ett annat är att sträva efter att återge textens anda på det samtida språkbruket. Båda metoderna har använts vid översättningar men ingen är invändningsfri.</p><p>En annan svårighet är att texten skrevs för så längesen att vi kan ha svårt att tänka oss in i den tidens världsbild. Detta kan göra det svårt också att fånga textens anda.</p><p>Trots alla svårigheter tycks textens budskap vara bevarat under nästan tvåtusen år. Detta kan man se genom att jämföra de olika svenska bibelöversättningarna dels med grundspråken, dvs hebreiska och arameiska för Gamla testamentet respektive grekiska för Nya testamentet, dels med antika skrifter som inte använts vid översättningarna.</p><p>Jag har valt att arbeta med förändringar i språkdräkten av fyra bibelöversättningar som gjorts sen renässansen: Gustav Vasas Bibel från 1500-talet, Karl XII:s bibel från 1700-talet, Kyrkobibeln från 1917 och Bibel 2000.</p><p>Den fjärde, Bibel 2000 intar en intressant särställning, dels därför att den speglar den snabbare språkförändringen i vår tid, dels för att det är den sista översättning som staten initierat men som nu används i den ”fria” svenska kyrkan. Utifrån ett antal kända bibeltexter har jag analyserat ordval, satsbyggnad m.m. i de olika översättningarna.</p>

I Maken blir Bibeln – med alla dess bud och ordspråk – normer och regler som talar genom Martina och Gustav. I dialog med Bibeln träder romanens olösliga dilemma fram: äktenskapets samtidiga nödvändighet och omöjlighet. Om vilken paret för en ganska saklig och rationell diskussion. Bibelcitat blir verktyg genom vilka karaktärerna kan säga saker som annars inte skulle kunna yttras trovärdigt. Genom bibelcitaten synliggörs också ett kristet samhälles normer samt vår egen kristenhet som samhällsmedborgare. I dialog med författare framkommer filosofins särställning. Romanen iscensätter olika centrala idéer från författarnas texter. Inte minst vill jag där framhålla iscensättningen Kirkegaards profetiska utsaga om den oundvikliga olycka som väntar både den som gifter sig och den som inte gifter sig.
