This paper attempts to present Scheme called Shaadi Bhagya (Bidaai) under the supervision of Directorate of Minorities welfare department of Karnataka. This Scheme providing financial assistance of Rs 50,000/- to the Minorities girls to the aged 18 years and above to overcome marriage expenses of their family, whose family's annual income is less than Rs 1.50 lakh per annum to brides of minority communities are the beneficiaries of the Scheme, this Scheme was launched in 3013 by Karnat aka Chief Minister Sri Siddaramaiah and became the first state in India to provide such assistance to the minorities women’s. To know the awareness, implementation and effectiveness of the Scheme we have interviewed 50 respondents for the same it’s been noted local organization have realized the importance of the Scheme, this will gives a sense of empowerment to the minorities women of Karnataka

Secara konvensional proses pembelajaran dilakukan dalam bentuk diskusi ataupun penyampaian materi di dalam suatu kelas atau perkuliahan. Proses pembelajaran seperti ini sulit diterapkan pada bidang pemrograman terutama untuk kelas besar. Keterampilan dalam membuat suatu algoritme, logika, bahasa pemrograman, dan pengetahuan-pengetahuan lain seperti matematika juga sangat diperlukan dalam membuat suatu program komputer. Pada kondisi ini, sistem manajemen pembelajaran atau learning management system (LMS) memiliki peranan penting dalam melengkapi dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran konvensional di bidang pemrograman. Tim Olimpiade Komputer Indonesia (TOKI) telah mengembangkan aplikasi SMP pemrograman yang disebut TOKI Learning Contest (LC) untuk bahasa pemrograman Pascal, C, dan C++. Penelitian ini menganalisis TOKI LC dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen pembelajaran agar dapat mendukung dan melengkapi proses pembelajaran di bidang pemrograman untuk mahasiswa bidang studi ilmu komputer atau informatika dengan menambahkan sistem penilaian bahasa Scheme, Java, PHP, dan Perl dan menguji kinerja masing-masing bahasa. Penelitian ini telah menambahkan grader otomatis untuk empat bahasa pemrograman yaitu Scheme, Java, PHP, dan Perl, yang memenuhi konsep asynchronous e-learning. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kinerja run time pada bahasa pemrograman Java menggunakan waktu yang lebih lama. Selain itu penggunaan memory space pada bahasa Java menggunakan memori yang cukup besar untuk menjalankan setiap program dibandingkan bahasa pemrograman lain.<br /><br />Kata kunci: grader, pemrograman, sistem manajemen.

Abstract:
Abstract Engquist et al. (1989) proposed non-linear TVD filters. When combined with a traditional higher-order finite difference scheme, these filters can simulate shock or high concentration gradient problems with no spurious oscillations. Among the filter proposed is the filter algorithm 2.2. However, this algorithm flattens extrema that are not the results of overshooting and consequency the scheme reduces to a low order of accuracy locally around smooth extrema. Modification of the TVD filter algorithm 2.2 has been proposed in this paper to overcome this problem. Several conservative finite difference schemes are considered for testing the TVD filter. Non-conservative schemes consisting of 4th and 6th -order Runge-Kutta method are also evaluated. The modified filter has been tested to simulate seven test cases, including a pure advection of scalar profiles, a pure advection with variable velocity, two inviscid burger equations, an advection-diffusion equation with variable velocity and dispersion, advection of three solid bodies in rotating fluid around a square of a side length of 2, and a two-dimensional advection-diffusion equation. The numerical experiments showed that applying the modified TVD filter, combined with the higher-order non-TVD finite difference schemes for solving the advection equation, can produce accurate solutions with no oscillations and no clipping effect extrema. Ketika dikombinasikan dengan skema beda hingga orde tinggi tradisional, filter ini dapat mensimulasikan kejutan atau masalah gradien konsentrasi tinggi tanpa osilasi palsu. Di antara filter yang diusulkan adalah algoritma filter 2.2. Namun, algoritma ini meratakan ekstrem yang bukan merupakan hasil dari “overshooting” dan konsekuensinya skema tersebut direduksi ke tingkat akurasi yang rendah secara lokal di sekitar ekstrem halus. Modifikasi algoritma filter TVD 2.2 telah diusulkan dalam makalah ini untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Beberapa skema konservatif dipertimbangkan untuk menguji filter TVD. Skema non-konservatif metode Runge-Kutta orde ke-4 dan ke-6 juga dievaluasi. Filter yang dimodifikasi diuji untuk mensimulasikan tujuh kasus, termasuk adveksi murni profil skalar, adveksi murni dengan kecepatan bervariasi, dua persamaan burger inviscid, persamaan adveksi-difusi dengan kecepatan bervariasi dan dispersi, adveksi tiga benda padat berputar oleh aliran di bidang persegi dengan panjang sisi 2, dan persamaan adveksi-difusi dua dimensi. Abstract Since 2018, a language-learning scheme has been specifically designed for first-year students at the University of Lorraine. Its intended objective is to make them aware of the many possibilities, strategies and methodologies to learn languages, other than simply attending classes. Developing learner autonomy and inciting the students to use all the affordances offered to them at our university (e.g.: self-access centres, digital platform) is indeed one of the main aims encouraged by the language centre. In order to study the outcomes and efficiency of such a scheme, we sought to examine the representations (or beliefs as defined by Bidari 2021). These students had regarding language learning when they enter university, and compare them with those after completing the scheme. To reach this objective, the participants were asked to complete a questionnaire before and after the course. The paper first describes the language scheme, which involves a combination of class sessions and self-directed activities, and focuses on the questionnaire to explain its theoretical rationale. The next step of the article is dedicated to the analysis of the obtained data. The results show that, although some of the students already had a ‘positive’ representation of the way they could learn a language, the scheme helped those, whose belief was different, to modify it. Their answers also seem to show some engagement in autonomisation activities. The results are discussed in terms of their pedagogical implications for Language Centres in Higher Education.

Beberapa sarjana Muslim pada periode Islam awal telah mencurahkan perhatian yang cukup besar dalam pengklasifikasian ilmu pengetahuan dengan tujuan mengorganisasikan pengetahuan yang dapat ditransmisikan dengan cara sistemik kepada generasi berikutnya. Upaya pengklasifikasian pengetahuan ini semestinya memberikan kontribusi yang cukup signifikan dalam lingkungan perpustakaan atau pusat informasi Islam, terutama untuk menempatkan disiplin pengetahuan tertentu atas sebuah dokumen dari seluruh organisasi pengetahuan yang ada. Di sisi lain, skema klasifikasi pengetahuan yang dihasilkan sarjana-sarjana Barat seperti DDC, LCC, dan UDC telah mendominasi lembaga-lembaga informasi di seluruh dunia termasuk negara-negara Islam. Bagaimanapun, akhirnya disadari bahwa skema-skema klasifikasi tersebut tidak memuaskan institusi-institusi informasi Islam karena mempunyai beberapa kelemahan dan perlakuan yang kurang memadai untuk mengorganisasikan dokumen-dokumen dalam bidang studi keislaman. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, tulisan ini berusaha mengkaji berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan perpustakaan-perpustakaan beberapa negara Islam seperti Arab Saudi, Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, dan Malaysia dalam mengembangkan skema klasifikasi pengetahuan Islam. Di samping itu, berbagai problem dan tantangan ke depan yang dihadapi perpustakaan-perpustakaan tersebut sebagai akibat sistem klasifikasi Islam yang diterapkan secara berbeda antara satu negara dengan lainnya juga dibahas dalam artikel ini.

ABSTRAKPengenalan format modulasi dari sinyal yang dideteksi merupakan salah satu bahasan penting pada sistem intelligent receiver yang digunakan untuk aplikasi di bidang militer maupun komersial. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan klasifikasi skema modulasi pada sinyal OFDM yaitu QPSK, 16-QAM dan 64-QAM. Sinyal OFDM tersebut disimulasikan melewati kanal frequency selective fading dan additive white gaussian noise. Sistem klasifikasi yang dibuat menggunakan ekstraksi ciri statistik dan pengklasifikasi berupa diagram keputusan dengan threshold yang dioptimasi menggunakan algoritma particle swarm optimization (PSO). Pada proses klasifikasi ditambahkan sistem voting dengan skenario penggunaan jumlah simbol OFDM sebanyak 1, 5, 10, 15 dan 20. Hasil akurasi klasifikasi yang optimum didapatkan pada penggunaan lima simbol OFDM yaitu 100 %, 99 %, 96 % untuk klasifikasi QPSK, 16-QAM, 64-QAM pada minimum SNR receiver standar WiMAX IEEE 802.16e.Kata kunci: klasifikasi skema modulasi OFDM, ciri statistik, PSO.ABSTRACTModulation recognition of the detected signal is one of important topics on intelligent receiver system used for military and commercial applications. (Therefore) This research explored the classifications of the OFDM signal modulation scheme namely QPSK, 16-QAM and 64-QAM. The OFDM signal was simulated to pass through frequency selective fading channel and additive white gaussian noise. The classification system was developed using statistical feature extraction with a decision diagrams (tree diagram) as a classifier optimized by PSO algorithm. The increasing number of OFDM symbols in the classification process that applied a voting system improved the accuracy of the classification of each modulation scheme. The optimum accuracy of the classification had been obtained when five OFDM symbols were applied in the classification scenario. The accuracy was 100% for QPSK classification, 99 % for 16-QAM classification and 96 % for 64-QAM classification on the minimum SNR accepted by the receiver of a system that applied a standard WiMax IEEE 802.16e.Keywords: classification modulation schemes OFDM, statistical characteristics, PSO.

This study aims to determine the preferences of each group of companies regarding the WFH scheme and its impact on the number of daily trips in Jakarta. The analytical method in this study uses descriptive statistical and nonparametric inferential methods. Preference data in this study were obtained based on the policymaker's decision to choose the ideal WFH scheme without harming the company. Preference data is analyzed to produce a fair and simple WFH scheme. The analysis results show that companies in the WFO Products and Services sector are willing to implement the WFH policy for up to 60% of their employees daily. Meanwhile, companies in the start-up and WFH services sectors are willing to implement the WFH policy with up to 80% of their employees daily. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan preferensi tiap golongan perusahaan terkait skema WFH dan dampaknya terhadap jumlah perjalanan harian di DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode statisik deskriptif dan inferensial non parametrik. Data preferensi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan keputusan penetap kebijakan Perusahaan dalam memilih skema WFH yang ideal tanpa merugikan Perusahaan tersebut. Data preferensi dianalisis untuk menghasilkan skema WFH yang adil dan sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Golongan perusahaan di bidang Produk dan Jasa WFO, bersedia menerapkan kebijakan WFH sampai dengan 60% dari jumlah pegawainya setiap hari. Sementara, Golongan perusahaan di bidang start up dan jasa WFH bersedia menerapkan kebijakan WFH sampai dengan 80% dari jumlah pegawainya setiap hari.

Abstract:
This research aims to evaluate the influence of the use of the Mobile Attendance Application (K-Mob) and discipline in implementing the working hours scheme on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Health Resources Sector of the West Java Provincial Health Service. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data, where a questionnaire is used as a research instrument. The sample in this study consisted of 23 (twenty three) respondents taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings from this research show that the use of the Mobile Presence application (K-Mob) influences the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Likewise with the discipline in implementing the working hours scheme, which also affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Furthermore, the research results show that the use of the Mobile Attendance application (K-Mob) and discipline in implementing the working hours scheme simultaneously have an impact on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The implication is that the application of attendance technology and work discipline plays an important role in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Health Resources Sector of the West Java Provincial Health Service.

Abstract E-Government is a tool to improve relations with the community, now the development of E-Government in various world governments are monitored directly by the UN through the United Nations E-Government Survey. This monitoring uses the framework where in this EGDI there are 3 factors considered: Online Service Index, Telecommunication Infrastructure Index and Human Capital Index. But the determination of EDGI status is less accurate because it must be based on knowledge and processing of the number of existing data so that required a calculation that applies clustering method with data mining techniques. Kmedoids using clustering techniques, capable of producing optimal Bouldin Index values and this study also determines the medoid distance calculation to obtain optimal algorithm, the value obtained from Bouldin Index on the Chebyshev K-medoids method 0.593. Thus, the optimal clustering scheme with distance ratio is the minimum index value of K-medoids Chebyshev.

AbstractIdentity management and authentication in cyberspace is crucial for all forms of remote communication. The traditional authentication technology has great security risks due to its central third-party structure, such as single point of failure, malicious server attacks and so on. The emergence of blockchain technology provides a new way of thinking to solve this problem. This paper focuses on the identity management and authentication scheme based on blockchain technology. Using the decentralized, open and transparent characteristics of blockchain to make up for the shortcomings of traditional identity management and authentication mechanisms. In this paper, we analyze the BIDaaS [1] identity management and authentication scheme proposed by Jong-Hyouk and point out the obvious shortcomings of the scheme, such as suffer impersonating attack simply, virtual identities are not unique. We combine the specificity of biological characteristics to implement a unique virtual identity on the chain and improve the off-chain identity authentication process using a certificateless scheme to build a reasonable and secure identity management and authentication scheme, which realizes two-way authentication and session key agreement. The analysis shows that the scheme has a high level of safety.
