Abstract:

Dos brazos de biela fueron analizados, uno nuevo y uno usado. Ambos pertenecientes al vehículo de marca Isuzu modelo Trooper año 1984. El objetivo fue determinar las propiedades mecánicas y las cargas máximas que puede soportar el elemento. Para esto, se realizaron ensayos de tracción bajo la norma ASTM E8, ensayos de compresión y un ensayo de carga a la rotura en la Máquina universal de ensayos que tiene una capacidad de 120.000 lbf/60 TON. Los resultados mostraron que el material de los brazos de biela es un acero AISI 4340 OQT 1300. Las propiedades mecánicas del elemento mejoraron con el tiempo y la temperatura de funcionamiento del motor debido al tratamiento térmico de normalización. En caso de que los esfuerzos aplicados al brazo de biela superen las cargas máximas registradas, el elemento puede sufrir una falla o deformación. A partir de los análisis realizados se determinó que el brazo de biela usado se encuentra en condiciones óptimas para ser utilizado en una reparación de motor. Asegurando así el adecuado funcionamiento y evitando el reemplazo del elemento, lo que da como resultado un ahorro económico.

Abstract:

Este artículo se basa en la determinación de la capacidad mecánica que soportan las bielas de los vehículos Kia Rio, Corsa Evolution y Volkswagen Gol, en base a un análisis estático por compresión y pandeo en condiciones de columna, determinando si existe o no sobredimensionamiento de estas. El estudio se desarrolla en fases: - Análisis químico realizado por un espectrómetro de chispa, ensayos de dureza del material y análisis micrográfico basado en normas ASTM, determinando el material específico de cada biela. - Cálculo analítico determinando la presión y fuerza de explosión en el motor. - Análisis de las bielas en condiciones de columna logrando obtener valores críticos a los cuales las bielas empezarán a pandearse, estos valores son analizados mediante FEM pudiendo determinar los factores de seguridad para cada caso. - Modelado y Análisis FEM a compresión de cada Biela con incremento de carga hasta obtener los valores de esfuerzo, desplazamiento y factor de seguridad últimos. - Realización de ensayos no destructivos por tintas penetrantes y partículas magnéticas basado en normas ASTM determinando si existe o no posibles fisuras o porosidades que influencien en los resultados. - Ensayo experimental a compresión en la máquina de ensayos universales obteniendo resultados que serán comparados con los obtenidos mediante FEM. - Comprobación de sobredimensionamiento en las bielas mediante comparación de esfuerzos obtenido del ensayo experimental y mediante FEM considerando la fuerza en el ciclo de expansión. - Determinación de un modelo matemático usando regresiones lineales del cual obtendremos el esfuerzo en función de la fuerza de compresión que ingresemos.

Abstract:

En este proyecto se caracteriza el cigüeñal y la biela de un motor de cuatro tiempos de una motocicleta. Se analizó los esfuerzos a los que está sometido el conjunto cigüeñal – biela mediante Métodos de Elementos Finitos. Además, se realizó la caracterización de la biela y cigüeñal mediante pruebas de microestructura, con lo que se especificó el material de cada uno los elementos. Los resultados obtenidos de las pruebas del material que conforma el conjunto cigüeñal – biela son los aceros AISI 5120 y AISI 1050, dichos materiales no existen en el país debido a que son aceros exclusivos para estos elementos, por lo que se recomienda utilizar el acero AISI 1045 y el acero AISI 304 debido a que sus propiedades mecánicas y químicas son similares. En el cálculo termodinámico se determinó que: la fuerza mínima es de 257,71 N, la fuerza máxima es de 16 128,23 N y la fuerza media efectiva es de 6 402,01 N. Posteriormente estas fuerzas son utilizadas en el análisis para la obtención del esfuerzo máximo y mínimo siendo estos de 1,10x108 Pa y 57,69 Pa respectivamente, con un coeficiente de seguridad máximo de 15 y mínimo de 3,36

Para el izado de las torres provisionales de atirantamiento del Viaducto de Almonte se ha utilizado un mecanismo de 4 barras más conocido como biela-deslizadera mediante el cual únicamente con la disposición de dos gatos de heavy lifting que accionan el mecanismo se pudo pasar de la torre en posición horizontal sobre el tablero a la torre en posición vertical sobre la pila. El fundamento de este mecanismo es conocido desde la Antigüedad y básicamente consiste en una deslizadera que mediante una acción exterior va desplazándose por un carril y a la que se une una biela biarticulada en sus dos extremos que es la que hace elevarse a la torre a la que está conectada.

Abstract The phenomenon of the social, economic, political, cultural, and spiritual activities of the Focolare Movement, implemented in the economy of communion businesses on the global scale for more than 20 years, inspired Biela to formulate the paradigm of unity concept to show its importance in the social sciences field (Biela 1996, 2005). The author of this research paper has expanded Biela’s concept on the basis of the new paradigm theoretical analysis in the social sciences field, particularly in management sciences, and has conducted an empirical investigation in 110 businesses of the economy of communion in 22 countries (Grochmal 2013). The need of essential mental and cultural changes by the entrepreneurs (managers), as well by the employees, in the management processes is presented in this paper according to the paradigm of unity. El diseño de proyecto de la torre de atirantamiento para la ejecución del arco del Viaducto de Almonte fue modificado con objeto de optimizar su fabricación y sobre todo para mejorar el ajuste del sistema de tirantes. La principal singularidad del nuevo diseño fue la conexión al tablero de hormigón en donde se cambió el empotramiento por una articulación separando así el funcionamiento de la torre y del tablero. La articulación abrió nuevas posibilidades de montaje de la torre que se fabricó en posición horizontal sobre el tablero y luego se izó de un modo también singular: el sistema biela-deslizadera.

Abstract:

Este artículo presenta el ajuste mecánico más eficiente para mejorar la ergonomía y el rendimiento en un ciclista con displasia de cadera y acortamiento de 4 centímetros en su miembro inferior izquierdo. Abordar esta problemática permite encontrar nuevas alternativas que favo- rezcan los procesos de adaptación biológica de los sistemas neuromuscular y óseo en deportistas en situación de discapacidad. En éstas áreas, de la salud y rendimiento deportivo, se perciben vacíos que requieren generación de nuevo conocimiento. Fue un estudio pre- experimental de replicación intrasujeto. Se utilizaron varios ajustes mecánicos en la longitud de la biela de la bicicleta y la acomodación de tacos de diferente longitud a las zapatillas del deportista. Posteriormente se compararon los efectos de los ajustes mecánicos, buscando mejorar la ergonomía y eficiencia del deportista. Las variables fueron: anatómicas (postura sedente sobre la bicicleta), fisiológicas (comportamiento frecuencia cardiaca) y biocinemáticas (tiempos y velocidades promedio y ángulos articulares de rodilla tanto para la flexión como para la extensión en cada uno de los ajustes) datos que fueron registrados en planilla de Excel 2007. Al comparar el efecto de los ajustes mecánicos con la medición inicial, se encontró que el mejor ajuste para la ergonomía y el rendimiento del deportista corresponde a la combinación del taco 1 cm y biela 15,5 cm, con porcentajes de mejora en la variable morfológica alineación postural sobre la bicicleta de 71.4%; variables biocinemáticas mejoras en los tiempos en 1 km y 3 km en un 94.4% y 88.71%; y en cuanto a velocidades alcanzadas obtuvo mejoras en 1 km y 3 km del 115% y 118% respectivamente.

AbstractP/1994 P1 Machholz 2 is the first Earth-crossing shortperiod comet to have been observed to have split since 3D/Biela about 150 years ago, and that fragmentation resulted in the Andromedid meteor storms of 1872 and 1885. Thus a pertinent question is whether meteor storms might result from P/Machholz 2 in the foreseeable future. Here we integrate its orbit to ascertain when the node might next occur near a heliocentric distance of 1 AU, and find that this is not anticipated far over 1000yr, although some meteor activity in ∽300yr is possible. On such time-scales the recently-released debris will have dispersed, so that meteor storms are not expected from this comet.

El presente trabajo se encuentra inserto en el proyecto de investigación denominado “Modelo físico matemático del ciclo previsto para motores de combustión interna” (CIPREV), realizado en conjunto entre el Departamento de Ingeniería Mecánica de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional FRBA y la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad de la Marina Mercante. Como ya es sabido el motor alternativo basa su principio de funcionamiento en el aprovechamiento mecánico de la expansión de los gases de combustión dentro del cilindro para transmitir movimiento a los órganos del sistema biela manivela. El presente estudio se propone indagar en la naturaleza y características del fluido de trabajo de la máquina para que sus resultados puedan ser utilizados como datos para el cálculo del ciclo indicado de los motores. El procedimiento experimental se ha basado en la determinación del coeficiente politrópico del proceso de compresión y la determinación de la composición de los gases de combustión durante un ensayo de potencia al freno con obtención del consumo específico.

Abstract:

Abstract The traditional approach to the relation between parents and their prenatal child presents the child as a fetus, a mainly passive recipient of the mother’s vital biological resources. Contemporary prenatal psychology and pedagogy recognizes this relationship in a quite different perspective: the prenatal child is a member of the family and may be seen as an active member of the wider family as a community, extended to grandparents and other relatives. Between parents and their child in the womb exists a reciprocal relationship at a physiological (hormonal), psychological and spiritual level. The prenatal child communicates with the parents in different ways and reacts to their stimulation (acoustic, tactile, loco-motoric, chemo-receptive, thermo-receptive, and emotional). This dialogue of the parents and their prenatal child enriches each member of the family community. In this sense, the prenatal child is a gift and a challenge for the parents to develop their personality, social competences and spiritual life. The reflections presented in this paper fit the conception of the paradigm of unity applied into the area of prenatal education and prenatal pedagogy as a new pedagogical subdisciline. The concept of paradigm in the philosophy of science was introduced by T. Kuhn (1962). In his understanding, paradigm means a mental breakthrough in the way of ujmowaniu/describing/approaching the subject of study, and/or in the research methods used, but above all in the theoretical and systemic vision of reality, which is the basis for formulating research questions and hypotheses, operationalising the research procedure, analyzing the obtained research results and a theoretical interpretation of these results. To Kuhn, a paradigm may be understood in such way only in the natural sciences, when new visions of the studied natural reality appear. This is accompanied by a mental change in the cognitive schema itself of understanding reality not only for the creator of this vision, but also in its/his/her broader scientific environment. Kuhn considered the most eminent example of such appearing paradigm in the history of science to be the Copernican revolution, thanks to which the view on the world of nature surrounding the human being has completely changed and there was a mental breakthrough in the 15th and 16th century not only in the area of science, but also in the worldview of people of those times, for whom the world has become more open and broad. Kuhn, however, did not consider a paradigm to be a methodological concept in the humanities or social sciences. He was of the opinion that they must first mature more and make their methodological status more precise if one wishes to talk about a paradigm in these sciences. A scientific event that gave an occasion to reflect on the possibility of introducing the concept of paradigm into social sciences was the occasion of granting the title of doctor honoris causa in the field of social sciences by the Catholic University of Lublin to Chiara Lubich. The Focolare movement, also called The Movement of Unity, founded and led by her, introduced, a new approach to the area of human relations at every level (interpersonal, family, local society, economic relations, intra- and inter-denominational dialogue). The arguments for granting the title included the fact that the practical activity of Ch. Lubich in various areas of social integration may be described as a Copernican revolution in the cultural-religious relations, and even in social-economical ones, according to the new paradigm, understood practically, which may be called a paradigm of unity. It was stressed that these activities may play a serious/significant inspiring role in the methodological reflections on the paradigm of unity in the social sciences (Biela, 1996). Such reflections were actually brought up first generally in the social sciences (Biela, 2006), and then within the methodology of psychology (Biela, 2009) and education (Kozubek, 2009). At present, one may consider introducing this paradigm into prenatal education and pedagogy.

Las mesas vibratorias se han generalizado para el análisis de estructuras civiles, debido a que permiten estimar y analizar la respuesta dinámica de un modelo a escala ante un sismo real. Muchos de estos sistemas se construyen a partir de actuadores lineales que permiten aplicar técnicas de control clásico. En este artículo se muestra la implementación de un sistema de control de posición adaptativo por modelo de referencia (MRAC), a partir de la regla MIT con predictor Smith sobre una mesa vibradora de dos grados de libertad impulsados por un motor trifásico acoplado a un mecanismo biela-manivela, cuyas características no lineales con alto grado de incertidumbre y tiempo muerto hacen necesaria la implementación de técnicas de control avanzado. La regla MIT es el enfoque original para el control adaptable basado en el modelo de referencia, al mismo tiempo se implementa un esquema predictor Smith para compensar los efectos del retardo en la respuesta del sistema. El sistema de control es implementado sobre una plataforma de 32 bit de Microchip® conectado a un host.

Abstract:

Among the comets that were observed to break in two or more fragments, only a few of them are periodic. So far the dynamic study of the relative motion of a secondary nucleus with respect to the primary has supposed that a cometary fragment is subject to a small and continuous radial nongravitational force after separation at rest. This force acts against the solar attraction and varies according to an inverse square law. A small impulse at break up may also be invoked in some case. A different approach is followed in this paper when dealing with a fragment of a periodic comet: after separation the motion of a secondary nucleus is characterized by nongravitational forces which vary according to the same g(r) law currently used for the primary.Results of the study of comets P/Biela and P/du Toit-Hartley show that the motion of their fragments after separation is characterized by nongravitational parameters which are larger than those of the parent bodies. Both fragments lasted for about 2 full revolutions and three returns.

Abstract:

El presente documento describe los pasos de diseño de una plataforma auto cargable, el sistema para el levantamiento de la carga es un mecanismo tipo biela manivela con corredera. Se revisan modelos similares consultando la bibliografía y desarrollo, se analizan las condiciones de carga, se pondera y selecciona el modelo más adecuado con una matriz QFD, se relaciona el usuario con las opciones para el diseño. Con el análisis dinámico se concluye que cuando el cilindro hidráulico esta inclinado se necesita más fuerza para elevar la carga, el modelo planteado es funcional de fácil construcción y mantenimiento.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of the messassa wood Brachystegia spiciformis and Julbernardia globiflora for three types of finishing products for use in the furniture and frames industries. Coating performance was assessed by adhesion strength, impact deformation resistance, abrasiveness, gloss and overall color variation tests based on technical standards. Copal painting application was higher for gloss, adhesion and lower abrasiveness compared to water based and polyurethane. The impact deformation was higher for polyurethane than water-based and copal for both species. The darkening of wood for Brachystegia spiciformis and a slight lightening of wood by Julbernardia globiflora characterize the overall color variation after application of the coating products. According to these results, the varnishes can be used to add value to the messassa wood as a finish in solid wood furniture and frames.

The article deals with the Polish concept of bieda (poverty) from the perspective of etymology and historical linguistics. A diachronic analysis provides access to the evolution of the concept. The article references the major findings relating to the role of etymology in semantic research, especially in reconstructing the linguistic view of concepts within the framework of cognitive ethnolinguistics. The analytical part deals with data from etymological dictionaries, earlier stages in the history of Polish, and rural dialects. The analysis itself is concerned with two forms of the lexeme on hand: bieda ‘poverty, misery, misfortune’ and biada ‘woe’, which have undergone sibstitution. The semantic development of the concept progressed in three stages and involved the following senses: (1) ‘compulsion, necessity’; (2) ‘misfortune, misery, suffering’; and (3) ‘poverty’. The material-cum-immaterial nature of bieda reflects its etymological meaning and historical development, in which the subsequent senses did not give way to still others but incorporated them. The semantic development of bieda shows that the structure of the concept embraces two aspects: material and psycho-social. The semantic components that one can identify in the complex structure of that concept include above all: a material want and the need that accompanies that want; misfortune, hardship, and trouble; strife; danger of punishment; low value, quality, or number of something; low value of someone; that which is ominous or dangerous. Bieda can easily extend its meaning metaphorically, which is most clearly visible in dialects. As a euphemism, it helps avoid words subjected to linguistic taboo.

Bijela knjiga je uobičajeni naziv za internu analizu Saveza komunista Hrvatske iz ožujka 1984. u kojoj su sabrane antisistemske pojave iz javnoga prostora od 1982. do 1984., najvećim dijelom iz Srbije, a koje su bile u suprotnosti s politikom Saveza komunista Jugoslavije. Ona je bila rezultat dosljedne provedbe zaključaka Centralnoga komiteta Saveza komunista Jugoslavije u Hrvatskoj, ali i većem dijelu republika i autonomnih pokrajina. U Srbiji su to radili parcijalno, očito iz pobuda da ne idu do kraja u obračun s kritičarima komunizma jer su dijelu političkoga vrha Srbije služili i za druge ciljeve – promjenu političkoga sustava, što je bio eufemizam za redefiniranje jugoslavenskoga federalizma. Analiza je bila uvod u Savjetovanje kulturnih stvaralaca održano 23. svibnja 1984. u Zagrebu. Izazvala je razmimoilaženje između komunista Hrvatske i Srbije i potaknula dugotrajne polemike u medijima.

Keď pred sto rokmi začala psychológia kvantifikovať svoje zistenia, získala si rešpekt a možnosť zaradiť sa do sveta vedy – tak ako sa veda v tých časoch chápala. Kvantitatívny prístup je charakteristický najmä pre psychometriku, ktorá sa v duchu pozitivizmu stala keď nie úplným synonymom psychodiagnostiky, tak aspoň prevládajúcim smerom v nej. Aj dnes má pozitivistická paradigma v psychológii silnú pozíciu, no čoraz viac sa uplatňujú rôzne nové (kvalitatívne) pohľady. Je preto namieste zamyslieť sa nad úlohou matematiky v psychologickom poznaní, osobitne v psychodiagnostike. Príspevok kriticky hodnotí možnosti matematiky pri koncipovaní teórie, na ktorej je psychologický test založený, pri výbere položiek a overovaní psychometrických charakteristík testu a pri tvorbe testových noriem. Dokladá užitočnosť matematických prístupov, ale upozorňuje aj na ich limity. Matematika je v psychodiagnostike nezastupiteľná, je však iba pomocníkom, ktorý nemôže nahradiť kvalifikované psychologické usudzovanie. When a hundred years ago psychology started to quantify its findings, it won its respect and an opportunity to integrate itself into the world of science – that is, as science was understood in those days. The quantitative approach is characteristic mostly for the psychometrics, which has become almost a complete synonym of psychodiagnostics in the light of positivism; if that is not so, then it has become at least a prevalent direction in it. Even today, the positivist paradigm in psychology has a strong position; however, rather new and diverse (qualitative) views receive an increasing support. It is therefore appropriate to reflect on the role of mathematics in psychological knowledge, particularly in psychodiagnostics. The contribution critically evaluates the possibilities of mathematics in framing the theory on which the psychological test is based, in selecting the items, and in verification of psychometric characteristics of the test and in development of test standards. It demonstrates the usefulness of mathematical approaches, but also draws attention to their limits. Mathematics is unsubstitutable in psychodiagnostics; however, it has only an assistant role that cannot replace qualified psychological reasoning.

Music is one of the media to deliver a message. Music can contain norms of life, one of which is message of da’wah. Music containing da’wah messages is commonly called Religious Music. In Indonesia, such music started in a the 70s by the legendary band Sam Bimbo with the song Sajadah Panjang, and Nasyida Ria Nasyid group with the song Perdamaian. Many of their songs contain da’wah messages that could attract many listeners. At present, there is also a top Indonesian pop band, named Ungu, that always succeeded in making religious songs. Religious songs from Ungu contain many Da’wah messages with touching lyrics, combined with appropriate music. One of Ungu’s latest songs is “Bila Tiba”. This song has a blend of ballad tones and poetic lyrics, as efforts to deliver da’wah messages contained therein. The song that became the soundtrack of the movie “Sang Kyai” is much in demand as a soft tone and the lyrics are evocative. For that reason, this study intends to analyze da’wah message contained in a fusion of tones and lyrics of the song. To analyze the song Bila Tiba, the researcher used Charles Sanders Peirce’s Theory of Semiotics. His classification of signs can be used to peel the tones and lyrics to understand da’wah messages of the song in a complex and profound way. Classifications of signs used in this research were Qualisign, dicent Sinsign, Rhematical Indexical Legisign, dicent Symbol, and Argument. Result of this research is that this song reminds the listener to remember the events of death. Meanwhile, the emphasis of da’wah message contains in the main rhyme of this song, which explains that when death comes, man cannot run away from it. The message of this song is delivered with the poetic lyrics and soft tones and this makes this song a means of contemplation for the listeners. Furthermore, this song also invites the listeners to correct their deed during life, to prepare for the coming death, and to pray for a good death (khusnul khotimah). Musik merupakan salah satu media penyampai pesan. Dalam musik dapat disematkan norma-norma yang terkandung dalam kehidupan salah satunya Pesan Dakwah. Musik yang mengandung Pesan Dakwah biasa disebut Musik Religi. Musik Religi di Indonesia dimulai pada tahun 70-an oleh band legendaris Bimbo dengan lagu Sajadah Panjang, dan grup Nasyid Nasida Ria dengan lagu Perdamaian. Banyak dari lagu-lagu mereka berisikan pesan dakwah yang banyak diminati pendengar. Dan saat ini, terdapat juga band papan atas Indonesia yang selalu berhasil dalam membuat lagu religi dari aliran pop, yaitu Band Ungu. Lagu-lagu religi dari Band Ungu banyak berisikan pesan dakwah dengan lirik yang menyentuh, diiringi dengan musik yang sesuai. Dan salah lagu religinya yang terbaru yang berjudul “Bila Tiba”. Lagu ini memiliki perpaduan antara nada Ballad dan lirik yang puitis, sebagai upaya maksimal untuk menyampaikan pesan dakwah yang terkandung di dalamnya. Lagu yang menjadi soundtrack film “Sang Kyai” ini banyak diminati karena nadanya lembut dan liriknya yang menggugah. Untuk itu penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis Pesan Dakwah yang terkandung dalam perpaduan nada dan lirik lagu tersebut. Untuk menganalisis lagu “Bila Tiba”, peneliti menggunakan Teori Semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce. Klasifikasi tanda dari Charles Sanders Peirce dapat digunakan untuk mengupas simbol nada dan lirik lagu, untuk kemudian dapat diketahui pesan dakwah lagu secara kompleks dan mendalam. Klasifikasi tanda yang digunakan antara lain Qualisign, Dicent Sinsign, Rhematical Indexical Legisign, Dicent Symbol, dan Argument. Dari hasil analisis terungkap bahwa pesan dakwah dalam lagu ini menyampaikan kepada pendengarnya untuk mengingat peristiwa kematian. Sementara penekanan dari isi pesan lagu terdapat pada bait utama, yang menerangkan ketika ajal datang, manusia tidak bisa lari darinya. Pesan lagu disampaikan dengan lirik yang puitis dan nada yang lembut, menjadikan lagu ini sebagai sarana perenungan bagi pendengarnya. Lagu ini juga mengajak pendengarnya untuk memperbaiki amal perbuatannya selama hidup, untuk mempersiapkan diri ketika kematian datang menghampirinya. dan senantiasa berdo’a agar mati dalam keadaan khusnul khatimah.
