Abstract:
Three-body cluster-model calculations are performed for the new types of big-bang nucleosynthesis (BBN) reactions that are calalyzed by a supersymmetric (SUSY) particle stau, a scalar partner of the tau lepton. If a stau has a lifetime ≳ 103s, it would capture a light element previously synthesized in standard BBN and form a Coulombic bound state. The bound state, an exotic atom, is expected to induce various reactions, such as (αX-) + d → 6 Li + X-, in which a negatively charged stau (denoted as X-) works as a catalyzer. Recent literature papers have claimed that some of these stau-catalyzed reactions have significantly large cross sections so that inclusion of the reactions into the BBN network calculation can change drastically abundances of some elements, giving not only a solution to the 6 Li -7 Li problem (calculated underproduction of 6 Li by ~ 1000 times and overproduction of 7 Li +7 Be by ~ 3 times) but also a constraint on the lifetime and the primordial abundance of the elementary particle stau. However, most of these literature calculations of the reaction cross sections were made assuming too naive models or approximations that are unsuitable for those complicated low-energy nuclear reactions. We use a few-body calculational method developed by the authors, and provides precise cross sections and rates of the stau-catalyzed BBN reactions for the use in the BBN network calculation.

Abstract:
Many of the current models for house price prediction focus on the house price index itself or include too few factors. In this research, however, different aspects of housing properties (bedrooms, bathrooms, grade, view, etc.) will be incorporated to generate a more accurate prediction model. Doing so not only remedies for a lack of variables in current models but also benefits the consumers by providing an accurate estimation of housing values. This paper examines the estimation methodology of a multiple linear regression model. To get the optimal prediction power and keep the model as simple as possible, different variable combinations will be tested. Through comparing different regression models and analyzing the regression results, the predictive model introduced in this paper has a high house price prediction power. This paper provides a potential solution for the prediction of the house price in the King County, Washington.

Abstract:
In the digital era characterized by easy access to information, the ability to filter and understand valid information has become an essential skill in the 21st century. Information literacy, involving the ability to seek, evaluate, and effectively use information, also serves as a foundation in ensuring the halalness of products and services amidst the rapid flow of digital information. This study aims to analyze the level of halal information literacy among junior high school (SMP) students in West Bandung Regency based on the information literacy indicator model developed by the researcher. The research employs a mixed-method approach with a quantitative-qualitative design. Quantitative data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were gathered through open-ended questionnaires and processed by identifying response patterns. The sample comprised 30 junior high school students selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that students’ halal information literacy falls into the moderate category, with a relatively good understanding at the stage of recognizing halal information sources. However, weaknesses were found in their ability to evaluate and utilize halal information effectively. Qualitative data reveal that students demonstrate high interest in halal information literacy but face challenges in identifying the halalness of products due to limited access to information and insufficient in-depth knowledge. This study contributes by developing halal information literacy indicators that can serve as a reference for assessing and improving halal literacy among students. These findings also form the basis for designing more comprehensive halal literacy education strategies in schools.

Abstract:
Fama and French Three Factor Model is one of the models for calculating expected return on stock portfolios that can be used by investors. This model was developed by Eugene F. Fama and Kenneth R. French by adding two factors, namely company size (SMB), and company book value (HML) to the CAPM calculation model. The purpose of this study is to determine stock issuers that can provide high expected returns to investors, determine the overall influence and each variable in Fama and French Three Factor Model (market return, SMB, and HML) on the expected return of each portfolio used in this study consisting of 6 portfolios, namely Big High, Big Medium, Big Low, Small High, Small Medium, and Small Low, and to all 6 portfolios in 2020, 2021, and 2022 respectively. This study used 28 selected stock issuers listed on the LQ-45 Index consecutively from 2020 - 2022 using the purposive sampling method from the period 2020 - 2022. The Multiple Linear Regression method is used to determine the level of influence of the whole and each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that mining sector issuers are the issuers that provide the highest expected return to investors during the period 2020 - 2022. Based on the results of Linear Regression, there is a significant difference in results, between doing linear regression for each portfolio (Big High, Big Medium, Big Low, Small High, Small Medium, and Small Low) and doing linear regression on portfolios divided by observation year (2020, 2021, and 2022).

Abstract:
Intelligent methods of analysis, which include the problem of clustering, are widely used in the field of economics of the agro-industrial complex. The clustering problem belongs to the class of unsupervised learning problems. The essence of the problem is the grouping of research objects according to the use of similarity. If the regions of the Russian Federation are selected in terms of livestock production, they can also be automatically grouped according to the similarity recipe. The k-means method is currently a successful method for solving clustering problems. The main stage of solving the problem is the collection of data, which includes all the main characteristics of the object. For example, if you set up production in the region in terms of animal husbandry, then it would be more logical to x1 - meat production per capita and x2 – milk production per capita. The criterion for choosing the number of clusters is the root mean square error. In total, 79 regions of the Russian Federation participated in the analysis. It turned out that the potential to break all regions of the Russian Federation into 7 clusters of similarity. Regions with high milk and meat production (clusters 4 and 6), regions with high milk and meat production (clusters 2, 3, 5) and regions with low milk and meat production (clusters 0, 1) were identified.

The COVID-19 epidemic has brought great external impact to China. China is facing complex internal and external environmental challenges. SIR epidemic model is a classical partition model, which is widely used to predict the progress of COVID-19. Although the SIR model may be useful in simulating multiple epidemics, it may not be sufficient to describe the spread of COVID-19. Abstract:
In the generation and analysis of Big Data following the development of various information devices, the old data processing and management techniques reveal their hardware and software limitations. Their hardware limitations can be overcome by the CPU and GPU advancements, but their software limitations depend on the advancement of hardware. This study thus sets out to address the increasing analysis costs of dense Big Data from a software perspective instead of depending on hardware. An altered [Formula: see text]-means algorithm was proposed with ideal points to address the analysis costs issue of dense Big Data. The proposed algorithm would find an optimal cluster by applying Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in the multi-dimensional structure of dense Big Data and categorize data with the predicted ideal points as the central points of initial clusters. Its clustering validity index and [Formula: see text]-measure results were compared with those of existing algorithms to check its excellence, and it had similar results to them. It was also compared and assessed with some data classification techniques investigated in previous studies and we found that it made a performance improvement of about 3–6% in the analysis costs.

Abstract:
SUMMARYIn this paper a new approach based on the generalized momentum is used to obtain the dynamic model of a six degrees-of-freedom (dof) parallel manipulator. First, the system dynamic equations are obtained supposing the manipulator base platform is fixed. Afterwards, the dynamic model is extended to the case of a moving base platform. This could be important in a macro/micro robotic application, where a small manipulator is attached in series to a big manipulator. Simulation results of a macro/micro robotic system are presented and the contribution of the base platform motion to the total actuating forces is shown.

Abstract:
Digital transformation of economy leads to changes in industrial markets and firms behavior on them. They begin to compete basing not on expansion of their market share but on creating a benefit for a consumer. Therefore, increase of firm competitiveness requires information about consumer preferences and behavior, which in turn leads to a changes in the role and forms of supply chain participants interaction. In such a situation, big data operators gain a competitive advantage, backed by high fixed costs of extracting value from big data, which provides monopoly power. The question arises about the possibility of considering big data and the behavior of such data operators based on the provisions of the essential facilities doctrine. The research is based on the theory of essential facilities and its application in the construction of an optimization model of big data market subjects behavior. The matter of big data attribution to essential facilities is solved basing on study of approaches to interpretation of big data and essential facilities categories, analysis of interrelation and size of big data processing costs, building a model of big data operator behavior when supplying firms on neighboring markets with processed information. It is shown that big data in processed form can be attributed to essential facilities as their collection and processing are connected to high initial costs which block possibility of their duplication by competitors. However, the peculiarity of it as essential facilities is that they do not completely limit the possibility of entering the market, but determine the competitiveness of firms in it, which causes the growth of the importance of such an entry barrier as the formation of customer loyalty. Such results raise the question of the need and ways to regulate access to big data as essential facilities, since their incorrect regulation or lack of such can lead to a decrease in the markets or supply chains performance and the effectiveness of industrial or antimonopoly regulation.

The arrival of the era of big data has provided a new direction of development for internet financial credit collection. First of all, the article introduced the situation of internet finance and traditional credit industry. Based on that, the mathematical model was used to demonstrate the necessity of developing big data financial credit information. Then, the Internet financial credit data are preprocessed, the variables suitable for modeling are selected, and the dynamic credit tracking model of BP neural network based on adaptive genetic algorithm is constructed. It is found that both LM training algorithm and Bayesian algorithm can converge the error to 10e-6 quickly in the model training, and the overall training effect is ideal. Finally, the rule extraction algorithm is used to simulate the test samples. The accuracy rate of each sample method is over 90%, and some accuracy rate is even more than 90%, which indicates that the model is applicable to the credit data of big data in internet finance.

Abstract:
Objectives: Our aim was to overcome the low evaluation accuracy of traditional random sampling methods for college students' mental health, and to use the values of big data of college students' social network behaviors in the prediction and evaluation of their mental health. Methods: We monitored and evaluated college students' mental health through big data analysis. After generating the samples of college students' social network behaviors, a mental health monitoring and evaluation model was established based on a support vector machine (SVM) and decision tree (DT). Then, the DT model was pruned, and input data of the model were optimized by genetic algorithm (GA). Results: The optimal parameter combination was derived for our model. The maximum number of iterations was 60; the smallest number of samples needed for reclassifying internal nodes was 6; the number of samples with the fewest leaf nodes was 30. The mental health scores of most students fell in the interval [0, 6] for unobvious symptoms of mental crisis. The binary classification results of several models were as follows. On anxiety, all models surpassed the accuracy of 60%, except the traditional SVM. The optimal model, ie, Model 5, achieved an accuracy of 86.7%. On depression, all models exceeded the accuracy of 60%, and the GA-optimized DT 5 realized an accuracy as high as 83.1%. On drooping spirit, the optimal model, ie, GA-optimized DT 5, reached an accuracy of 89.5%, which is comparable to that of the GA-optimized SVM 4. Conclusions: The characteristic dimensions extracted by GA are representative. The primary mental states of college students can be estimated quickly and accurately by our model with a low cost of data storage, through the feature analysis of social network behaviors.

The study then introduces an innovative network big data governance model tailored for urban grassroots society. Utilizing a meta-object mechanism, a social network big data public security governance scenario model is developed. The model’s performance is evaluated using gene structure representation and transfer learning methods, supported by real-world examples. Results indicate substantial regional disparities in entrepreneurship levels across Chinese provinces, with higher concentrations in the eastern region. Additionally, entrepreneurship positively influences the development of network big data, highlighting regional variations in its evolution. The spirit of innovation has a positive correlation with the development level of big data, and the fitting coefficient is 13.3. The average classification accuracy rate of gridded events in the study area is 85%, and the classification accuracy rate of four types of events is less than 80%. After the introduction of cross-region transfer learning, the classification effect of seven out of ten types of events has been improved, and the number of event classes with an accuracy less than 80% has been reduced from 4 to 1. The classification accuracy of “illegal buildings” increased by 6%, and the overall classification accuracy increased by 2.4%. The constructed model can improve the level of public safety governance. These conclusions provide references for the application of entrepreneurship in the complex system processing.

Abstract:
With continuous improvement of earth observation technology, source, and volume of remote sensing data are gradually enriched. It is critical to realize unified organization and to form data sharing service capabilities for massive remote sensing data effectively. We design a hierarchical multi-dimensional hybrid indexing model (HMDH), to address the problems in underlying organization and management, and improve query efficiency. Firstly, we establish remote sensing data grid as the smallest unit carrying and processing spatio-temporal information. We implement the construction of the HMDH in two steps, data classification based on fuzzy clustering algorithm, and classification optimization based on recursive neighborhood search algorithm. Then, we construct a hierarchical “cube” structure, filled with continuous space filling curves, to complete the coding of the HMDH. The HMDH reduces the amount of data to 6–17% and improves the accuracy to more than eight times than traditional grid model. Moreover, it can reduce the query time to 25% in some query scenarios than algorithms selected as the baseline in this paper. The HMDH model proposed can be used to solve the efficiency problems of fast and joint retrieval of remote sensing data. It extends the pattens of data sharing service and has a high application value.

Abstract:

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: We present a model and provide empirical evidence showing that auditor quality affects the financing decisions of companies, and that higher audit quality reduces the impact of market conditions on client financial decisions and capital structure. Consistent with our analytical predictions, we find that companies audited by Big 6 firms are more likely to issue equity as opposed to debt than are those audited by small audit firms. We also find that companies audited by Big 6 auditors are able to make larger equity issues than are those audited by small auditors, but the difference narrows when market conditions improve. Additional results show that the debt ratios of companies decrease less in response to favorable market conditions when auditor quality is high, at least over the medium term.

Abstract:
We discussed the idea of big value of potassium abundance in the Earth. We showed that Borexino single event spectrum permit the potassium abundance up to 2% instead of the CNO neutrino flux contribution. Works [5], [6] introduce the idea that fast α particles are appeared in nuclear processes in solar core plasma. The reactions of these α particles with CNO nuclei can suppress the CNO neutrino flux. We demonstrated the connection between the existence of Earth’s electric field and the big value of 40K geo-neutrino flux because the both phenomena are the sequences from Hydride Earth model.
