Abstract:
Le belvédère Raoul-Roy, situé dans le Parc national du Bic, est l’un des meilleurs sites au Québec pour observer la migration des oiseaux de proie. Un programme de suivi a été mis en place en 2002 et a notamment pour objectif de caractériser l’abondance et la richesse des oiseaux de proie passant au sud de l’estuaire du fleuve Saint-Laurent, et, par ricochet, l’évolution temporelle du passage printanier de chacune des espèces. Le programme vise aussi à déterminer les conditions favorables à leur migration. Jusqu’à maintenant, 17 espèces d’oiseaux de proie ont été recensées, les plus abondantes étant la buse à queue rousse (Buteo jamaicensis) et l’épervier brun (Accipiter striatus). Le programme a permis aussi de documenter l’augmentation des passages de certaines espèces, dont l’urubu à tête rouge (Cathartes aura), le pygargue à tête blanche (Haliaeetus leucocephalus), l’aigle royal (Aquila chrysaetos) et le faucon pèlerin (Falco peregrinus). Une meilleure connaissance de la migration printanière des oiseaux de proie aidera à leur conservation, notamment au processus d’évaluation environnementale de futurs projets de développement d’énergie éolienne dans l’est du Québec.

Three new species of Alchemilla are described, two from the Northern England and a third from the highlands of Scotland. Alchemilla falsadenta and Alchemilla mebii (Rosaceae) are described from the Yorkshire Dales. Both belong to the Series Vulgares Buser, Subseries Subglabrae H. Lindberg, although the latter could conceivably be placed in Subseries Hirsutae H. Lindberg. Alchemilla neomanifesta of the Series Vulgares, Subseries Hirsutae is described from Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve.

This research aims at analyzing the process of carnavalization in the political columns written by Arnaldo Jabor, trying to discuss the ways and strategies the author uses to give the texts a humored accent and to build irony. The theoretical-methodological basis inserts itself into the dialogical view of discourse and of speech genres of Bakhtin s Circle, as well as the viewpoint of Critical Discourse Analysis about genre, and more specific contributions in respect to irony building. The research data consists itself of four columns by the writer and journalist Arnaldo Jabor, published between 2002 and 2004 in newspapers with national circulation (O Globo newspaper and O Estado de São Paulo newspaper), all of the them connected to the conflict between USA and the Islamic world, personified in the figure of the American president George W. Bush and of the taliban Osama Bin Laden, respectively. The analysis was based on the methodology proposed by Hutcheon (2000) that suggests three analytical perspectives: circumstantial, textual and intertextual, in order to contemplate a deeper analysis of the text, taking into account its relations with the context of production and enunciation. The circumstantial context includes the uttering situation and the communicative context, thus motivating a reflection about the publishing vehicles, their journalistic filiations, their ideal or expected reader, the space in which the column is published, the social-historical moment of enunciation and the career of the author himself, as it is the voice of the author that moves behind the text, constituting him as the ironist. Still in the circumstantial context it seemed necessary to carry out a brief discussion about the journalistic movement called new journalism that showed to influence the context of production. In what concerns the textual context, the analysis considered the lexical selection, the grammatical options, the cohesion mechanisms and the text structure as a whole, as well as the strategies used to build the different characters, in order to perceive the management of humor and irony, and the connection between the texts and carnavalization. Finally, within the intertextual context, the focus was on the dialogical relation among the columns and between the columns and the implied social knowledge. The data analysis pointed to the articulation of three kinds of irony: ludic, content analyzer and of opposition, what reflects the fact that the author, when mobilizing the irony, does not do it only to institute laughter, or humor, but mainly to lead the reader to a reanalysis of the facts observed in the recent world history, which are part of the reader s knowledge. To do so, Jabor takes advantage of a particular use of the ordinary language , creating parodical and carnavalized effects that seem to contribute to the emergence of both humor and irony
O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a carnavalização nas crônicas de fundo político de Arnaldo Jabor, procurando discutir de que maneiras e de que estratégias o autor se utiliza para dar à crônica um teor humorístico e para a construção da ironia. A fundamentação teóricomedotodológica insere-se na linha dialógica da linguagem e dos gêneros do Círculo de Bakhtin, bem como procura trazer para o texto a visão da Análise Crítica do Discurso a respeito de gênero, e contribuições mais específicas a respeito da construção da ironia. Os dados de pesquisa constituem-se de quatro crônicas do escritor e jornalista Arnaldo Jabor, publicadas entre 2002 e 2004 em jornais de circulação nacional (Jornal O Globo e Jornal O Estado de São Paulo), referindo-se todas ao conflito entre Estados Unidos e o mundo islâmico, personificados na figura do presidente americano George W. Bush e do taliban Osama Bin Laden, respectivamente. A metodologia de análise baseou-se na metodologia proposta por Hutcheon (2000) que sugere que esta se realize sob três perspectivas: circunstancial, textual e intertextual de maneira a contemplar uma análise mais profunda do texto, observando suas relações com o contexto de produção e enunciação. Desta forma, entende-se o contexto circunstancial como a situação de enunciação e o contexto comunicativo, fato que motivou uma reflexão a respeito dos veículos de publicação das crônicas, sua linha jornalística, seu leitor padrão, o espaço de publicação da crônica, o momento sócio-histórico da enunciação e da carreira do próprio autor, já que é a voz deste que se mobiliza por trás do texto, constituindo, antes de tudo o ironista. Ainda dentro do contexto circunstancial, pareceu-nos necessário realizar uma breve discussão a respeito da corrente jornalística que recebeu o nome de new journalism e que demonstrou influenciar o contexto de produção. No que se refere ao contexto textual, observou-se a seleção lexical, opções gramaticais, mecanismos de coesão e estrutura do texto como um todo, bem como de estratégias de construção dos personagens para se perceber o agenciamento do humor e da ironia, bem como a vinculação entre as crônicas e carnavalização. Finalmente no contexto intertextual voltou-se uma maior atenção para a relação dialógica entre as crônicas e entre as crônicas e os já-ditos socialmente compartilhados. A análise dos dados de pesquisa apontou para a articulação de três tipos de ironia: lúdica, analisadora de conteúdo e de oposição, o que reflete o fato de que o autor, ao mobilizar a ironia, o faz não apenas para instituir o riso popular, o humor, mas também para levar o leitor a uma re-análise de fatos observados na história mundial recente, os quais se encontram entre os já-ditos do leitor previsto das crônicas. Para tanto, Jabor apropria-se de um uso particular da linguagem comum , criando efeitos paródicos e carnavalizados que parecem contribuir tanto para emergência do humor, quanto da ironia

Abstract:
Ericsson is one of the world's largest providers of communications technology and services. Reliable networks are important to deliver services that live up to customers' expectations. Tests are frequently run on Ericsson's systems in order to identify stability problems in their networks. These tests are not always completely reliable. The logs produced by these tests are gathered and analyzed to identify abnormal system behavior, especially abnormal behavior that the tests might not have caught. To automate this analysis process, a machine learning system, called the Awesome Automatic Log Analysis Application (AALAA), is used at Ericsson's Continuous Integration Infrastructure (CII)-department to identify problems within the large logs produced by automated Radio Base Station test loops and processes. AALAA is currently operable in two versions using different distributed cluster computing platforms: Apache Spark and Apache Hadoop. However, it needs improvements in its machine-to-machine communication to make this process more convenient to use. In this thesis, message communication has successfully been implemented in the AALAA system. The result is a message bus deployed in RabbitMQ that is able to successfully initiate model training and abnormal log identification through requests, and to handle a continuous flow of result updates from AALAA.
Ericsson är en av världens största leverantörer av kommunikationsteknologi och tjänster. Tillförlitliga nätverk är viktigt att tillhandahålla för att kunna leverera tjänster som lever upp till kundernas förväntningar. Tester körs därför ofta i Ericssons system med syfte att identifiera stabilitetsproblem som kan uppstå i nätverken. Dessa tester är inte alltid helt tillförlitliga, producerade testloggar samlas därför in och analyseras för att kunna identifiera onormalt beteende som testerna inte lyckats hitta. För att automatisera denna analysprocess har ett maskininlärningssystem utvecklats, Awesome Automatic Log Analysis Application (AALAA). Detta system används i Ericssons Continuous Integration Infrastructure (CII)-avdelning för att identifiera problem i stora loggar som producerats av automatiserade Radio Base Station tester. AALAA är för närvarande funktionellt i två olika versioner av distribuerad klusterberäkning, Apache Spark och Apache Hadoop, men behöver förbättringar i sin maskin-till-maskin-kommunikation för att göra dem enklare och effektivare att använda. I denna avhandling har meddelandekommunikation implementerats som kan kommunicera med flera olika moduler i AALAA. Resultatet är en meddelandebuss implementerad i RabbitMQ som kan initiera träning av modeller och identifiering av onormala loggar på begäran, samt hantera ett kontinuerligt flöde av resultatuppdateringar från pågående beräkningar.

Abstract:
Fast route planning for a standard car is well explored, lots of research, and many algorithms exist. For trucks or other heavy vehicles, the available research and quick algorithm alternatives dwindle. This thesis focuses on available alternatives for trucks and other vehicles with attributes hindering them from traversing parts of the road network. Attributes like height are one among many, which can hinder a vehicle on its path. These attributes can vary greatly and is the reason why known solutions can’t be applied. Many well-known solutions rely partially on precalculated data regarding the shortest path for its performance. Precalculating for all possible combinations of attributes is not practical due to the number of possible configurations and the amount of computing needed for each one. The implemented solution is derived from multiple existing solutions and was evaluated on a graph representing Sweden’s road network. The solution is sufficiently fast to allow commercial use and allows changes to the road network with nightly updates. The solution is based on trying to predict which roads are more important when searching for the shortest path. With this knowledge, a search for the shortest path can be said to prioritize the before mentioned roads, which results in it finding its goal faster.
Snabb ruttplanering för en vanlig personbil är välutforskat med mycket tillgänglig forskning och många existerande algoritmer. För lastbilar och andra tunga fordon minskar den tillgängliga forskningen och alternativa algoritmer kraftigt. Den här avhandlingen fokuserar på alternativen som existerar för lastbilar, samt andra fordon som har egenskaper vilket blockerar dem från att framföras på delar av vägnätverket. Höjd är ett attribut bland flera som kan hindra ett fordon från att ta sig fram. Dessa egenskaper kan variera kraftigt och är orsaken till varför kända lösningar inte går att applicera. Många välkända lösningar förlitar sig på förberäknad data gällande snabbaste möjliga väg för sin prestanda. Att utföra dessa beräkningar för alla möjliga kombinationer av egenskaper är opraktiskt på grund av antalet möjliga konfigurationer och hur mycket som måste räknas ut för varje. Den implementerade lösningen är en kombination av flera existerande lösningar och utvärderades på en graf som representerar det svenska vägnätet. Lösningen är snabb nog för att tillåta bruk inom det kommersiella och den tillåter förändringar i vägnätet med nattliga uppdateringar. Lösningen bygger på att försöka förutsäga vilka vägar i ett vägnät som är viktigare än andra när det gäller att finna den snabbaste vägen. Med hjälp av det kan man sedan styra en sökning så att den prioriterar dessa vägar och därmed hitta sitt mål fortare.

Ustavno političko pravo građana je da konstituišu organe vlasti u političkim zajednicama putem izbora. Izbornost daje legitimitet zakonodavnom tijelu kao najširem neposredno izabranom predstavništvu građana. Činom izbora građani neposredno iskazuju svoje povjerenje u vlast koju konstituišu. Izbori su put sticanja, odnosno gubitka legitimiteta. Mogućnost učešća građana u izboru organa vlasti garantuje izborno pravo, što pretpostavlja postojanje, prije svega, višestranačkog sistema, jer u jednopartijskom sistemu građani, praktično, ne vrše izbor, već plebiscitarno glasaju. Međutim, izborni sistem je dio političkog sistema i, po pravilu, dijeli njegovu sudbinu. Pri svemu tome, važan aspekt u posmatranju uloge i dejstva izbornog sistema predstavlja usaglašenost izbornog sistema koji uspostavljaju ustav, zakoni i drugi propisi i onog izbornog sistema koji stvarno funkcioniše u praksi. To pretpostavlja postojanje kontrole (od strane zakonom određenih organa) poštovanja svih izbornih principa i pravila i sankcionisanje svih povreda koje narušavaju izborni sistem i izborni proces. Moderna ustavna država zasnovana je na suverenosti naroda i vladavini prava, a izbori su spona ta dva stuba moderne države. Kao i svako pravo, tako i izborno pravo može biti povrijeđeno, pa je zaštita tog prava još jedan važan preduslov njegovog ostvarivanja. Ovo pitanje ima širi konstitucionalni značaj, koje komparativna ustavna praksa rješava na različite načine. Pravo da se bira i bude izabran nije apsolutno pravo i državi se priznaje široko polje procjene u pogledu načina na koji će urediti to pitanje, kao i pitanje organizovanja i provođenja izbornog procesa. Obaveza države, koja proističe iz člana 3 Protokola broj 1 uz Evropsku konvenciju za zaštitu ljudskih prava i osnovnih sloboda, predviđa aktivno i pasivno biračko pravo naroda: aktivno pravo glasanja na izborima i pasivno pravo da se učestvuje kao kandidat na izborima. Međutim, ova prava se odnose samo na izbor „zakonodavnih tijela“. Evropski sud za ljudska prava ima dosljedno mišljenje da se ovaj član primjenjuje samo u odnosu na izbor tijela koja vrše značajnu zakonodavnu funkciju. Da li određeno tijelo vršidovoljnu zakonodavnu vlast da bi u ovu svrhu moglo da se smatra zakonodavnim tijelom, pitanje je procjene na koje treba da se odgovori u svjetlu uloge tog tijela i njegovog doprinosa demokratskoj izradi zakona u kontekstu ustava u cjelini. Član I/2 Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine utvrđuje da je Bosna i Hercegovina „demokratska država, koja funkcioniše na principu vladavine prava i na osnovu slobodnih i demokratskih izbora“ iz kojeg slijedi princip vladavine prava prema kojem svi ustavi, zakoni i drugi propisi koji se donose moraju da budu usklađeni sa ustavnim principima. U tom kontekstu, treba podsjetiti da države uživaju široko polje procjene u uspostavljanju i regulisanju izbornog sistema koji će primjenjivati. Postoje različiti načini organizovanja i sprovođenja izbora, a ova različitost uslovljena je, između ostalog, i političkim razvojem zemlje. Zbog toga, zakonodavstvo koje reguliše izbore mora da bude sagledano u svjetlu političkog razvoja zemlje koja je u pitanju. Nadalje, prema opštem principu demokratije, pravo na demokratsko odlučivanje ostvaruje se legitimnim političkim predstavljanjem koje mora da bude zasnovano na demokratskom izboru onih koje predstavlja i čije interese zastupa. U tom smislu veza između onih koje predstavlja i njihovih političkih predstavnika na svim administrativno-političkim nivoima je ta koja omogućava legitimitet predstavnicima zajednice. Dakle, samo legitimitet predstavljanja stvara osnov za stvarno učestvovanje i odlučivanje. Izborni zakon BiH usvojen je 2001. godine od kada je u više navrata pretrpio izmjene i dopune, čemu je razlog, između ostalog, bio i složen ustavni, institucionalni i politički koncept u Bosni i Hercegovini. Izborni zakon BiH, kako je to propisano odredbom člana 1.1, propisuje izbore na državnom nivou i „utvrđuje principe za provođenje izbora na svim nivoima vlasti u Bosni i Hercegovini“. Prema ocjenama različitih međunarodnih organizacija i institucija (npr. OSCE i Venecijanska komisija), Izborni zakon BiH je sveobuhvatan i, generalno, propisuje čvrstu osnovu za provođenje demokratskih izbora. S druge strane, s obzirom na broj i prirodu zakona koji se primjenjuju u vezi s izborima, te imajući na umu kompleksno pravno uređenje u Bosni i Hercegovini, pravni okvir za provođenje izbora u Bosni i Hercegovini takođe može da se smatra kompleksnim. Naime, osim Izbornog zakona BiH, postoje i Izborni zakon Republike Srpske i Izborni zakon Brčko distrikta BiH, dok je u Federaciji BiH donesen Zakon o osnivanju organa za provođenje izbora u Federaciji BiH. Zbog toga, postoji naročita potreba da, s ciljem da se provedu fer i demokratski izbori, kompleksni izborni legislativni okvir bude harmonizovan i da svi zakoni u toj oblasti slijede osnovne principe i standarde utvrđene Izbornim zakonom BiH.

Current bus regulations, as R66, and engineering bus design require testing of bus structures prototypes in order to guarantee a certain level of strength and an appropriate dynamic behavior of the bus superstructure. Experimental testing of this type of vehicles requires of big installations and space, as well as specific sensors and, therefore, can be very expensive. However, if the experimental testing is done in a scale model the infrastructure and costs would be lower than using a real bus structure prototype. Therefore, a methodology, to evaluate the bus structure dynamic performance by means of dimensional analysis and scale modeling is proposed.
