ЦЕЛЬ: изучить частоту полиморфных аллелей и генотипов гена TCF7L2-1IVS3 (rs7903146) и его в влияние на показатели углеводного и липидного обмена у больных с ранними нарушениями углеводного обмена (РНУО). МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ: объектом исследования явились 60 пациентов (32% мужчин, 68% женщин), с ранними нарушениями углеводного обмена (нарушенной гликемией натощак (НГН) и нарушенной толе- рантностью к углеводам (НТГ), критерии ВОЗ, 2009).
