Abstract:
Teriparatide (TPT) is the active 1-34 amino acid sequence with osteoanabolic use for severe osteoporosis. Our aim is to analyze the biochemical and clinical profile of patients treated with TPT based on Romanian protocol. The inclusion and exclusion criteria are based on specific country protocol for TPT 20 g/day, for 2 years, once in life time based on self administration. This is a transversal study including data of a tertiary centre of endocrinology on patients who signed the informed consent. This is a real life study, of observational type (the intervention meaning the TPT recommendation was done by individual decision of each clinician). Normal total and ionic calcium is associated with low 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and a mean lumbar T-score of -3.10.7SD. 50% of patients treated with TPT have digestive conditions, less than 10% are first time users, a high severity profile is based on a median of 4 years regarding prior anti-osteoporotic medication and of 3 previous fragility fractures.

Abstract:
The research is devoted to the biochemical parameters of different canned rowan products differ-entiated for fruits and solution and will complement the work carried out by fruit growers, bio-chemists and technologists of Michurinsk. The content of ascorbic acid, organic acids, tannin, ca-rotenoids and catechins in mountain ash fruits is best preserved when frozen compared to com-potes, jam and rubbing with sugar. The preservation of tannins and coloring substances, protopec-tin and pectin acid in rowan fruits is the highest if they were stored in the form of compotes. The best preservation of anthocyanins, carotene and the amount of pigments in rowan fruits is record-ed when they are frozen and stored in the form of compote. Flavonols are best preserved in rowan fruits when frozen and in the form of jam. Water-soluble pectins of rowan fruit are best preserved when rubbed with sugar. The dry matter content in rowan fruits is best preserved when frozen, rubbed with sugar and in the form of jam. In the process of cooking rowan fruits with sugar, the acidity of the medium decreases, and the content of some BAS may increase due to an increase in the concentration of the product.

Blood refers to the fluids of the internal environment of the body and is one of the integrating systems of the body. Various deviations in the state of the body and individual organs lead to changes in the blood system and vice versa. Blood responds to various pathological processes occurring in the body by changing the amount and constituent elements. Thus, a versatile study of the biochemical composition of blood is important for recognizing diseases, for understanding the essence of the most important pathological processes.

Abstract:
Acute myocardial infarction (MI) occurs when flow of blood to the heart is suddenly cut off, that lead to damage of the tissue. This is causing by a blockage in one or more of the coronary arteries. A blockage can expand due to a buildup of plaque, a substance mostly made of fat, cholesterol, and cellular waste products. Atherosclerosis may be a chronic inflammation disease and it is an active process, it is having mainly role in the MI pathogenesis, the inflammatory responsible for to accelerate atherosclerosis, decrease anti inflammation associated with MI, novel marker Adropin has anti inflammation and cardiovascular protective role. The objective of this study was evaluate Adropin levels in acute Myocardial Infarction and find the correlation between Adropin, and cardiac biomarker (hs-TI, hs-CRP and CKMB). The patients in this study were 50 patients and 50 control, when measurement of Adropin in studies groups of MI found that decrease in concentration of serum Adropin in patents groups of compare with control. The conclusion was that Adropin can be used to diagnose acute myocardial infarction, along with the use of a Cardiac biomarker such: (hs-TI), (hs-CRP) and Creatine kinase (CK-MB).

Abstract:
The aim of the work was to determine some biochemical parameters, taking into account the sex of the outbred (conventional) rats in the norm, used at the experiment to determine the reference val-ues. The experiments were carried out on 41 rats of 5-6 months age old., weighing 200-250 g, divided into two groups - males (n = 16) and fe-males (n = 25). Blood serum was obtained accord-ing to the generally accepted method. Blood serum was obtained according to standard methods. Biochemical parameters were analyzed on an IDEXX CatalystOne automated analyzer. Protein and carbohy-drate metabolism were analyzed by the se-rum levels of total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), urea (Urea), creatinine (Creat), glu-cose (Glu), the enzyme spectrum - by alka-line phosphatase (ALP), alanine and aspar-tate aminotransferase (ALT and AST), min-eral metabolism - by calcium (Ca), phospho-rus (P), sodium (Na), potassium (K), chlo-rine (Cl), as well as bile pigment - by total bilirubin (T.bil). De Ritis coefficient (AST / ALT), globulin (Glob), albumin/globulin ratio (A / G) was revealed by the calculation method. The results were taken into account in two versions: 1 - according to all animals (16 males and 25 females); 2 - according to samples from the general population in three replicates. It was found that out of 17 biochemical parameters -15 are constant, due to the sex of the experimental animals. So, females showed higher indicators of protein and min-eral metabolism, glucose, ALT, alkaline phosphatase, while in males this was record-ed only in four cases - in the content of urea and AST and in the ratios A / G, AST / ALT. Data on the content of creatinine and total bilirubin in the blood serum of rats were variable in nature and were close in value. Thus, the results of the studies carried out can be used in the future, for biochemical diagnostics of systematic metaboli

Abstract:
Biochemical and haematological data obtained over five consecutive years are presented on the male workforce of a large chemical company. The data have been subjected to statistical analysis and quantify the influence of age and the month of the year in which the samples were taken. The red cell count, white cell count, serum γ-glutamyl transferase, alanine transaminase and creatinine show significant and consistent seasonal variations. The previously published work on the influence of age on several indices is confirmed. Biochemical screening may be a method of detecting early signs of toxicity in man but such factors as age, sex and season must be taken into account when comparing the results obtained from exposed and non-exposed groups.
