Topicality. In eco-friendly farming systems, the biologicals help to increase winter wheat productivity and improve grain quality. These include both stubble biodestructors that accelerate the return of nutrients from by-products to the soil and multifunctional biologicals with fertilising, growth-regulating and protective properties. Purpose. To determine the influence of the stubble biodestructors and multifunctional biologicals under different fertilization backgrounds on the formation of individual plant productivity, yield and grain quality of winter wheat in the conditions of the Right-B

One of the main factors creating the unfavorable state of the aquatic environment is shipping and the activities of sea trading ports. Special danger is represented by emergency situations with the spreading of a large amount of oil products. Each year, about 10 million tons of oil and petroleum products fall on surface water. This study presents the results of an experiment on the effectiveness of the use of a sorbent-biodestructor for the elimination of oil pollution in emergency situations. Ukraine stands as a testament to agricultural wealth due to its fertile soils, most notably, its significant share of the world’s chornozem. Rich soil is fundemantal to agricultural production, and therefore the success of the agricultural industry heavily relies on the fertility of the soil. However, modern agricultural practices in Ukraine, have led to increased anthropogenic impact on soils, affecting their biodiversity and humus content. In this regard, it is becoming increasingly important to perform comprehensive studies of microbiological, biochemical and chemical processes in the soil

The anthropogenic impact of the functioning of livestock complexes on the environment is caused by the release of gaseous air pollutants into the atmosphere, including harmful gases such as methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), ammonia (NH3), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), nitrogen oxide (NO) and nitrous oxide (N2O). The latter cause environmental degradation and have a negative impact on the climate balance of the planet. Therefore, the basis of the planned research was to evaluate the effectiveness of different doses of "Scarabei" and "Vodohrai Chystyi Khliv" biodestructors on the emission of harmfu

The article shows the possibility of bacterial degradation of crystalline phenanthrene in its pure form. The results make it possible to create a technology for processing chemical industry waste in the form of “as is” without dilution with neutral substrates or clean soils. Bacteria Pseudomonas sp., Completely destroying crystals moistened with a solution of salts of Raymond’s medium, were isolated from a soil sample taken in Soho Square, London (UK). Similar destructors, but with less activity, were isolated from the soil of the industrial zone of Dzerzhinsk (Russia).

Abstract:
Corn silage and alfalfa hay occupy an important place among juicy and coarse fodder for cattle. Due to violation of the technology of procurement, storage or use of these fodders, a large part of them decays and becomes unsuitable for animals feeding. Getting such feed into the diet of ruminants can cause various negative consequences. Therefore, the problem of effective disposal of spoiled corn silage and alfalfa hay arises. One of the effective methods of spoiled feed of plant origin processing into organic fertilizer is composting using microbiological preparations - biodestructors. Compost

The intensive increase in the number of meat poultry, directly broiler chickens both in our country and in the most countries of the world, is accompanied by the accumulation of a large amount of waste (droppings with litter) of this technology in limited areas. According to a number of researchers, the utilization of this biomass must take into account environmental requirements and challenges. These requirements are met by the utilization of poultry droppings by means of vermiculture (growing worms). It is promising to prepare the droppings of broiler chickens with bedding for its use as a s

Harvesting and subsequent disposal of stubble is a serious problem for agricultural producers. The modern requirements of environmental safety and reduction of economic costs during post-harvest tillage are met by the biologization of agriculture using preparations based on cellulose destructor microorganisms. The biological products used should not be toxic to crops and humans, they must have an antagonistic activity to combat plant pathogens, as well as cellulolytic action for the decomposition of plant residues. Based on this, the micromycete Trichoderma longibrachiatum, which was previousl
