Abstract:

Streszczenie W artykule szczegółowo scharakteryzowano pod względem mineralogicznym i geochemicznym występowanie telluru i bizmutu w złotonośnych siarczkowych rudach polimctalicznych z zarzu- conych złóż (Złoty Stok, Czarnów, Radzimowicc i Radomicc) oraz punktu mineralizacji (Bardo Śląskie) w Sudetach. Tellur jest zaliczany do pierwiastków krytycznych, a jego rola stale wzrasta. Na rynkach światowych popyt na tellur znacznie przewyższa jego podaż zc względu na coraz większe wykorzystanie np. w produkcji paneli słonecznych czy nośników informacji. Maksymalne kon- centracje telluru około 150 ppm stwierdzono w rudach arscnopirytowo-chalkopirytowych w Ra- dzimowicach, a najwyższe koncentracje bizmutu (ok. 0,5%) w rudach siarczkowych w Czarnowie. W pozostałych obszarach koncentracje Tc są na poziomic od kilku do kilkudziesięciu ppm, a w przy- padku Bi od kilkudziesięciu do kilkuset ppm. Zawartości tc znacznie przewyższają klarki tych metali w skorupie ziemskiej. Wśród zidentyfikowanych minerałów telluru w Radzimowicach i Czarnowie dominują tcllurki Ag (hessyt) oraz w Bardzie Śląskim tcllurki Bi (hcdlcyit i tcllurobismutyt). Tcllurki występują głównie w postaci mikro-wrostków w minerałach siarczkowych w paragcnczic z mi- nerałami Au, Ag i Bi. Minerały bizmutu rozpoznano we wszystkich zbadanych miejscach i re- prezentowane są głównie przez bizmut rodzimy i wtórny minerał bizmutu -bismutynit. Tellur i bizmut wykazują przeważnie silną korelacje (cc>0,6) z Au, Ag i Pb. Krystalizacja głównych minerałów Bi i Tc nastąpiła w zakresie temperatur średnich (300 to 200°C) w dwóch etapach. Pierwszy związany głównie z krystalizacją tcllurków Bi w strefach kontaktowo-mctasomatycznych wokół waryscyjskich intmzji granitoidowych (Czarnów i Bardo Śląskie) i drugi - związany z krystalizacją tcllurków Ag w procesach cpitcrmalnych wokół intruzji porfirowych (Radzimowicc). Bi i Tc odgrywały donośną rolę w procesie wytrącania złota z roztworów hydrotcrmalnych. Pierwiastki tc mają znaczenie mctalogcnicznc i wskaźnikowe przy poszukiwaniach złota.

Abstract:

The business world is getting really competitive these days. Including in providing internet service business. The Supra Primatama Nusantara Inc. or known as Biznet, is one of the services company that runs in the field of providing internet service. Biznet has several products. The product which will be analysed is Biznet Home, a product provided for housing and for apartment that lots of them recently known in need of internet service. Although there are lots of similar competitive products, but Biznet is remain able to stand by doing several strategies. This research itself has the purpose to find out how far is the effect from the Service Quality (X1), the Customer Satisfaction (X2), towards Customer Loyalty (Y), of Biznet Home in Bali. The sample of this research is in amount of 90 respondents by doing the accidental sampling method with the whole population of Biznet Home customers in Bali. The method which is used in this research is quantitative with regression analysis method. There are examination steps such as validation test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, correlation test, determination coefficient test, simultaneously F test, and t statistic test.. This research results that independent variables of service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have the significant positive relation towards dependent variable of customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract:

Strategi bersaing telah menjadi peranan penting bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dalam industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif Biznet Branch Salatiga dalam bersaing pada industri penyedia layanan internet. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode Porter’s Five Forces. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis berdasarkan McFarlan Strategic Grid untuk mengelompokkan SI/TI yang telah diterapkan dan yang akan direncanakan kedepan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi persaingan Biznet Branch Salatiga pada industri tergolong cukup tinggi. Melalui penelitian ini dihasilkan 5 perencanaan SI / TI yaitu SI Penilaian Kinerja, SI Kerjasama, SI Pengelolaan SDM, SI Rekruitmen, dan SI Sarana Prasarana. Dengan memanfaatkan Porter’s Five Forces diharapkan Biznet mampu mengetahui posisi persaingan serta meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif demi memenangkan pasar.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan Biznet Networks yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat, total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 171 responden dari seluruh karyawan yang ada di perusahaan Biznet Networks. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 171 responden. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 43 butir pernyataan dengan skala likert 6 titik. Metode sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dua variabel yaitu kompensasi dan motivasi. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada perusahaan Biznet Networks, hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola sistem pemberian kompensasi secara lebih baik lagi agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract:

Sosial media merupakan suatu media yang dapat digunakan untuk berekspresi oleh penggunanya. Twitter cukup populer dan sering digunakan di Indonesia, pengguna twitter dapat berekspresi dan beraspirasi tanpa adanya batasan. Tweet yang berupa ekspresi dan aspirasi yang ditulis oleh pengguna twitter dapat digunakan untuk ulasan sebuah produk atau layanan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik text mining dengan menerapkan algoritma Support Vector Machine yang dipergunakan untuk analisis sentimen pengguna twitter terhadap pelayanan Telkom dan Biznet. Data pada pelayanan Telkom dan Biznet akan dilakukan perhitungan pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah dataset sebanyak 500 tweet yang berasal dari crawling data twitter, terdapat 250 tweet yang dijadikan dataset pada masing-masing objek. Sejumlah data tersebut akan dipergunakan untuk data training serta data testing dalam proses pembuatan model menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengujian model adalah Confusion Matrix sedangkan K-Fold Cross Validation ditujukan untuk untuk membagi data training dan data testing sesuai lipatan yang digunakan. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh menggunakan metode K-Fold Cross Validation dan Confusion Matrix pada model yang dibuat menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine yang memberikan hasil nilai accuracy 79,6%, precision 76,5%, recall 72,8% , dan F1-score 74,6% untuk Telkom, serta accuracy 83,2%, precision 78,8%, recall 71,6%, dan F1-score 75% untuk Biznet.

A obra de arte total wagneriana é, para Nietzsche, uma lente de aumento a partir da qual será possível diagnosticar a décadence das artes e das sociedades europeias em geral. O diagnóstico nietzschiano evidencia a tensão entre a impossibilidade dos artistas modernos construírem uma grande arte e, ao mesmo tempo, de se contentarem com uma arte pequena, uma ‘arte da retidão’, o que conduziria, especificamente no caso de Wagner, a forjar a decadência em progresso. Expondo e considerando estes aspectos, o presente artigo problematizará algumas questões referentes ao caso Wagner/Bizet, mostrando como a personagem Carmen pode ser interpretada a partir das questões levantadas por Nietzsche a respeito da “dança moura”, em contraposição à excitação causada pelo narcótico do drama wagneriano.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of queue, service quality on customer satisfaction of Biznet Home in Kelapa Gading Branch partially and simultaneously. The population in this research is the customers of Biznet Home in the Jakarta Utara region. Total sample amount of this research is 32 respondents, which for the sampling here by using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collected by using survey method with questionnaire instrument. For the data analysis method used by the researcher, is double regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). From the result of this research shows that: (1) The effect of Queue positively affects the customer satisfaction, with tcount 3.912 > from ttable or 3.912>2.045 then H1 is accepted. (2) The Service Quality significantly affects the customer satisfaction, tcount 6.653 > from the ttable or 6.653 > 2.045 then H2 is accepted. From the result of those hypothesis test then the decision taken is simultaneously all of the independent variable has positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction.

Rad obuhvata teorijske osnove digitalne štampe i istraživanje iste. Štampa test karti je vršena na tri podloge različite gramature. Za otiskivanje je korišćen grafički sistem Konica Minolta Bizhub C224E. Izvršena su objektivna merenja Lab vrednosti, optičke gustine, tonske vrednosti, beline i žutoće papira i preklapanje boja. Analizom dobijenih vrednosti kasnije je utvrđen kvalitet ponovljivosti štampe. Vršena je analiza vremenske ponovljivosti.

Abstract:

Media sosial saat ini merupakan media komunikasi yang sering digunakan oleh kalangan masyarakat Indonesia dalam menyampaikan sebuah opini. Salah satu media yang sering digunakan masyarat adalah twitter. Twitter merupakan media sosial yang memberikan banyak informasi melalui tweet, dari informasi yang ditulis tersebut terdapat data yang dapat diolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik text mining dengan menerapkan algoritma Support Vector Machine dipergunakan untuk klasifikasi sentimen pengguna twitter terhadap layanan internet Biznet. Kernel yang digunakan adalah kernel Linear dan kernel RBF. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 3 skenario, pada skenario 1 menggunakan 800 data, skenario 2 menggunakan 900 data dan skenario 3 menggunakan 1000 data, untuk pembagiannya yaitu 90% data training dan 10% data testing dari masing-masing skenario. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan kernel linear dan kernel RBF dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Algoritma SVM menggunakan dengan kernel linear maupun kernel RBF memiliki hasil kinerja evaluasi baik dari sisi akurasi, presisi dan recall yang relatif sama. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa algoritma SVM baik dengan kernel RBF maupun Linear sama sama dapat digunakan dengan baik dalam menentukan sentimen pengguna internet Biznet. Selain itu dengan 3 skenario pengujian dengan jumlah data yang berbeda algoritma SVM baik dengan kernel RBF maupun Linear sama sama konsisten kinerjanya.

Lev Troçki, Bolşevik devriminin en önemli isimlerinden biriydi ve Lenin’in yerini almaya en güçlü adaydı. Ancak Lenin’in hastalığı sırasında başlayan iktidar mücadelesi onun ölümünden sonra giderek büyüdü ve Troçki cephesinin yenilgisiyle sonuçlandı. Bu dönemde onun en büyük destekçileri, bizzat kendisinin de ifade ettiği gibi; Bolşevik Partisi, Kızıl Ordu ve Komsomol teşkilatı içerisinde yer alıyordu. Bu çalışmada Troçki muhalefeti hakkında kısa bir bilgi verilecek, ardından muhalefet hareketinin Komsomol teşkilatına nasıl yansıdığı ele alınacaktır. Troçki cephesine mensup Komsomol üyelerinin ne gibi faaliyetlerde bulundukları, hangi gerekçelerle kovuşturmaya uğradıkları ve nasıl cezalar aldıkları arşiv belgelerindeki örnekler üzerinden yanıtlanmaya çalışılacaktır.
