Abstract:
How can we explain that our dreams are often not a chaotic, incoherent pile of images, but a definite, perfectly organized sequence of images? How do the sensations and images fit in dreams, what kind of logic do they obey, what is the role of emotions and ideas? Henri Delacroix formulates these questions in his article and offers his answers, delineating and examining different types of dreams. Taking into account and critically evaluating the concepts of contemporary researchers who studied the problem of dreams, Delacroix puts forward his own hypothesis. From his point of view, at the basis of many dreams lies an extremely changeable and mobile basic idea which is able to direct the movement of images that are its representation. Images represent the development of a mental theme or a combination of many topics. Between a dream and a daydream, according to Delacroix, there is only a difference in complexity and systematization. Translation of the publication: Delacroix H. Abstract:
Introduction. At the present stage of the development of pedagogical science in the theory and methods of vocational education, the issues of studying the characteristics of the pedagogical process for preparing a modern lawyer remain unresolved, in psychological and pedagogical works there is no unambiguous idea of the nature and structure of the readiness of future lawyers for law-making activities, organizational and methodological issues. Problems of pedagogical stimulation of the formation of readiness of future lawyers for law-making activity are not comprehensively covered.Materials and Methods. The methodological basis of the study are: the activity approach (B.G. Ananyev, V.N. Batishchev, L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinstein, A.V. Petrovsky, N.V. Kuzmina, A.M. Novikov, M.S. Kagan and others); A complex approach (A.A. Verbitsky, E.G. Skibitsky); systems approach (I.V. Blauberg, P.C. Anokhin, V.N. Sadovsky, A.I. Uemov, B.G. Yudin, A.M. Novikov, N.V. Kuzmina, A.N. Leontiev, B.F. Lomov, S.L. Rubinstein and others); sign-contextual approach (A.A. Verbitsky, E.A. Sorokoumova, I.A. Zimnyaya, etc.); axiological (value) approach (O.G. Drobnitsky, M.S. Kagan, L.V. Baeva, V.S. Stepin, N.L. Khudyakova, M.S. Yanitsky, A.V. Kiryakova, N.D. Nikandrov et al.).To achieve the goal of research and solve the problems identified in the work, a set of complementary, interconnected and non-contradictory methods of scientific research: have been used a) general scientific methods; b) psychological and pedagogical methods c) practical empirical methods.Results. Pedagogical stimulation is understood as a purposeful, emotional and intellectual subjective process of inducing and activating the potential of students, using methods and means of external psychological and pedagogical influence aimed at achieving the planned result and increasing the efficiency of stimulated law-making activities. Consultation and a training module can be the means of pedagogical stimulation of the formation of the future lawyer’s readiness for law-making activity. The characteristics of the stages of the work and the results obtained are also widely represented.

Abstract:
According to earlier research, majority of first-year undergraduates have some difficulties adapting to the study pattern in universities. A series of papers state that this process is greatly affected by the regional realities where they live, therefore the researchers designed and tested a number of educational developments leading to better adapting. Herewith, the analysis of findings does not suggest that a combination of educational developments identified by theory and verified experimentally could be described as necessary and sufficient. It necessitates further research in this area and it’s efficiency will depend on choosing the right methodology for the research. Based on the four-level methodology of scientific analysis by I.V. Blauberg and E.G. Yudin there is rationale to incorporate the provisions of the activity theory when analyzing a package of educational developments. It’s implementation in physical education would ensure first-year undergraduates adapt to the study pattern in a university as effectively as possible. The main methods of research included the analysis and consolidation of scientific and methodological data, summative experiment to determine the functional state of students and correlation of the findings with their biological age. Experimentation was carried out by the Department of Physical Education, Chuvash State Agricultural Academy, Russia. The research resulted in supplementing the earlier proposed set of educational developments with other two. The first of them is to objectify the need for physical exercise as an effective way to enhance adaptation of firstyear students. The second one is to have monitoring and corrective measures in place as part of the activity. Together with the earlier recommended framework, these educational developments ensure all functionalities of the activity to improve the studied process of first-year students adaptation to the study pattern in a university. Whereby a set of educational developments could be termed as a coherent organic system

Abstract:
Introduction. Based on modern social trends, the demand becomes not only for professionally trained people, but also for the level of their general culture, value system and, ultimately, intelligence. At the same time, there is no place for intellectuals and educating intellectuals in program documents on educational activities, although this task is very logical for the pedagogical practice of a developed society. This work presents the experience of the author's analysis of the psychological nature of the intelligence of an officer. Consistently considering the essence and structure of such a complex phenomenon, the structure and the real functioning of the values that allow characterizing the subject as an intellectual are ascertained.Materials and methods. As the main research methodology, the authors use sociological (I.S. Kon), culturological adapted to solve the problems of this work (M.S. Kagan), historiographic (A.V. Popov), systemic (I.V. Blauberg, V.A. Lektersky, V.N. Sadovsky, S.L. Rubinstein, M.S. Kagan, N.V. Kuzmina) and functional approaches (P.K. Anokhin, M.S. Kagan, N. Wiener). The main research methods were: hypothetical-deductive method; analysis, synthesis, comparison, analogy and abstraction; systemic method and modeling.Results. The result of the study is that the authors identified and justified the structural psychological qualities of intelligence as the subjective characteristics of an officer and examined the basic mechanisms of formation of intellectual values.Discussion and Conclusions. The required criteria for being intelligent as a subject characteristics of an officer is the level of education (self education)of an officer, his manners, the scope of his values , existential assessment –correlating every fact he faces with general life-span problems of objective reality, having respect for values of others and being ready for talk to employees and superiors as well as the representatives of other social groups, other cultures, nationalities, confessions and professions which requires dialog in search of optimal forms and options of interaction. The cornerstone principle for intelligence of the officer are, therefore, his education and upbringing, ideological conviction in his own values and readiness for self-sacrifice for their sake.

Abstract:
Abstract Background Depression is a common comorbidity of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) which leads to deterioration of the state of disease. The physician needs to know which psychiatric and temperamental characteristics have to be met in order to adapt his treatment to depressive patients. Therefore we compared patients with elevated depressive scores to those with normal scores. Methods 291 IBD patients in 3 specialized IBD clinics in Germany (Ulm, Blaubeuren, Biberach) answered an anonymous questionnaire on their disease itself, on socio-demographic parameters and 6 psychological tests (HADS, STAI-S, STAI-T, FSozU, Neo-FFI, BL-R). Results The questionnaire was completed by 139 (47,3%) male and 155 (52,7%) female patients, 185 (63,4%) with Crohn’s disease and 107 (36,6%) with ulcerative colitis. 229 patients (79,0%) had a normal depression score (=NormD) (HADS-D), 59 (21,0%) had a borderline to very severe elevated score (elevated depression score = ElevD). We characterized ElevD patients with the aid of a personality test (Neo-FFI) as more neurotic (p<0.001), but less extroverted (p<0.001), open for experience (p=0.042), agreeable (p=0.004) and conscientious (p=0.001) than patients with NormD. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS-D) revealed them as more anxious (p<0.001). This was confirmed by the State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-S/-T) which showed ElevD patients to be more anxious as a state (p<0.001) and as a trait (p<0.001). Moreover patients with ElevD percieve their social support as little as seen in the FSozU (p<0.001). In addition there are lower scores in the Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire (SIBDQ) (p<0.001), the Complaints List (B-LR) (p<0.001) and the fact that most of the patients with ElevD had an active disease (43 (75,4%)) of the group. Conclusion IBD patients with an elevated depression score are more neurotic and less extroverted, open for experience, agreeable and conscientious than other patients. They are anxious and have little social support combined with many complaints and low quality of life. To improve their situation or to prevent it, the treating physician needs to be more sensitive to the patient’s state of mind and inquire more about their general complaints and especially their social support system so he is able to intervene and optimize the quality of life.

Abstract:
Introduction: this article deals with the problem of forming the readiness of future police officers for interpersonal interaction in a multinational environment in the educational process of a departmental university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Analyzed the theoretical and methodological approaches to this problem. The theoretical basis of the study was the work of V.G. Afanasyev, I.V. Blauberg, B.F. Lomov about the systems approach and systems analysis as a direction of the methodology of scientific knowledge and social practice, which is based on consideration of the process of forming the readiness of cadets for interpersonal interaction as a system. Fundamental principles of the theory of activity (L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinstein) and their application in the concepts of educational and professional activities in higher education. The concept of the activity-competence approach in the development and implementation of educational programs of higher education focused on modern GEF (TP Afanasyev, E.V. Karavaeva, A.Sh. Kanukoeva, etc.). The analysis of the literature on the influence of the educational environment made it possible to determine the nature of the educational environment of a departmental university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the present stage of development of education as multinational, this is evidenced by the geography and number of students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia both citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens. The departmental institution of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia takes as a basis the generally accepted individual, national, all-Russian and world psychological and pedagogical tendencies of the development of the personal functional. In this regard, in our study, we consider interpersonal interaction in a multinational environment as a multifactorial psychological and pedagogical phenomenon, which consists of various forms and methods in a particular territorial unit, taking into account the dialogue, equality and, at the same time, the diversity of interpersonal interaction. The introduction of ethnopedagogical knowledge into the content of education is for future law enforcement officers a special element of the process of preparing for interpersonal communication, which is formed on the basis of an analysis of the general and particular in the life of another nation, an objective assessment of the phenomena of social life. In the wake of V.I. Mathis, the study actualizes the need to include multicultural aspects in the content of the educational process, which will ensure the preservation of the cultural identity of the individual in a multi-ethnic society, foster a culture of interpersonal communication. The peculiarity of the research is the understanding of interpersonal communication in a multinational environment as a universal value, ensuring social cooperation and partnership of subjects of interpersonal interaction; the current content and continuous updating of the educational environment on the basis of the integrated integration of humanitarian and professional components of educational programs and the intensification of the life of the cadets; the activities of teachers aimed at supporting and maintaining the cadets in a multinational educational environment, ensuring its updating and relevance of informational and functional content, monitoring the effectiveness of the educational process. Attention is drawn to the features of the educational environment of the departmental university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Attention is focused on the main components of readiness for interpersonal interaction in an inter-ethnic environment. The content of the components of the readiness of students for interpersonal interaction is described. Materials and methods: a descriptive model of the formation of readiness for interpersonal communication in a multinational environment is presented. The basic components of which are: the target, where the goal and the main tasks of the educational process are revealed; diagnostic result - the results of monitoring work. Discloses the pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the proposed model. The leading pedagogical conditions aimed at the organization of the educational environment, including the activities of faculty members, are as follows: the inclusion of ethno-pedagogical knowledge in the content of the disciplines of basic and variable blocks of the curriculum; introduction of active and interactive forms of conducting classes, ensuring the development of cognitive interest in the study of problems of interpersonal communication in a multinational environment; the organization of research work taking into account ethnopedagogical knowledge, including the organization of work of scientific circles; implementation of situational tasks in the process of conducting all types of practices; organization of assistance in the preparation of the activities of students in the composition of the Council of students; organization of educational work. on the basis of the Center of professional and moral education of cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation; organization of interaction on issues of readiness for interpersonal communication directly with representatives of internal affairs bodies; providing control through pedagogical monitoring. In accordance with the selected components of student readiness for interpersonal interaction in a multinational environment, diagnostic tools have been developed: («Study of the motivation of learning in high school» (T. I. Ilyina), «Тypes of ethnic identity» by G. U. Soldatovа, «Orientation of personality in communication» (S. L. Bratchenko), «Methods of determining the level of reflexivity» (by V. Ponomareva). Results: the obtained data of a comparative analysis of the results of monitoring work for the 2016/2017 academic year and the 2017/2018 academic year. y on the basis of FGKOU HE "Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation," show that the implemented model and the developed pedagogical conditions correspond to the stated goals and objectives of the study and allow you to effectively prepare students for interpersonal interaction in a multinational environment. Discussion and Conclusions: the implementation of modern education strategies and the tasks of ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens, protecting the rule of law, and combating crime is impossible without effective interpersonal communication in a multi-ethnic environment. Ethnopedagogical knowledge solves the problem of cross-cultural communication, the formation of readiness for interpersonal communication, as well as orienting to identify common spiritual sources of various nations, but emphasizes that the multinational dialogue forms a focus on common human values and national self-consciousness in order to implement the main directions of the police, ensuring national security of the state.

Abstract:
Family members knew something was very wrong when Adolf Merckle, who had guided the family holding company, VEM Vermogensverwaltung GmbH, through dozens of successful investments, left the house one afternoon in January 2009 and failed to return. That night their fears were confirmed when a German railway worker located Merckle's body near a commuter train line near his hometown of Blaubeuren, about a hundred miles west of Munich. It was no secret that the recent financial crisis had taken a toll on Merckle's investments. He was known in Germany as a savvy investor, but had lost hundreds of millions of Euros after being caught on the wrong side of a short squeeze of epic proportions involving Volkswagen stock. This was not the only large bet against that company's stock. A number of hedge funds, including Greenlight Capital, SAC Capital, Glenview Capital, Tiger Asia, and Perry Capital, lost billions of Euros in a few hours based on their large short positions in Volkswagen's stock following the news on October 26, 2008, that Porsche AG had obtained a large long synthetic position in Volkswagen stock through cash-settled options. In the next two days, this short squeeze produced a fivefold increase in Volkswagen's share price, as demand for shares from hedge funds exceeded the supply of borrowable shares. This case focuses on the massive equity derivative positions entered into by Porsche in relation to Volkswagen stock and by TCI and 3G in relation to CSX stock. Students will learn how equity exposure can be created without buying stock and without prior disclosure. The role of regulators, courts, and investment banks that facilitate these transactions is also explored.
