Abstract:
Izrazito živa, precizna, detaljna i dugotrajna sećanja koja nastaju nakon nekog neočekivanog, značajnog i emocionalno snažnog događaja, poznata su pod nazivom blic sećanja. U radu je predstavljeno ispitivanje sećanja na dva izuzetna društveno-politička događaja u našoj zemlji, smrt nekadašnjeg predsednika Socijalističke Federativne Republike Jugoslavije Josipa Broza Tita i nekadašnjeg premijera Republike Srbije Zorana Đinđića. Uzorak čini 123 ispitanika, oba pola, iznad četrdeset godina starosti, iz pet gradova Srbije. Podaci su prikupljeni kroz polustandardizovani intervju koji je na osnovu prethodno prikupljenih teorijskih znanja o blic sećanjima oblikovan za potrebe ovog istraživanja. Kvalitativnom analizom odgovora ispitanika, samoprocenom sećanja i procenom od strane dva nezavisna procenjivača utvrđeno je da data sećanja zadovoljavaju neophodne karakteristike, kako bi ih odredili kao blic sećanja. Potvrđena je i vrlo visoka uverenost ispitanika u bogatstvo i 'živost' ovih sećanja, kao i njihova dugotrajnost. Rezultati ukazuju i na postojanje razlika u samoproceni sećanja u zavisnosti od pola ispitanika kao i stava prema ispitivanim političkim figurama, ali ne i od uzrasta i mesta stanovanja.

Abstract:
Abstract Background Inappropriate antibiotic (AB) use for viral respiratory illnesses remains widespread in the United States (US) with strong seasonal fluctuations. In contrast to outpatient AB use, the seasonality inpatient AB utilization (IAU) and its correlation with the influenza season are not well understood. We sought to describe trends, seasonality, and the association between IAU use and the 2015-2019 influenza seasons. Methods We used the BD Insights Research Database (Franklin Lakes, NJ USA) to identify IAU that were prescribed in patients >17 years old from up to 236 US acute care facilities from July 2015 to December 2019. We included the following AB categories: extended spectrum cephalosporins (ESCs), macrolides, β-lactam inhibitor combination (BLIC), fluoroquinolones, carbapenems, glycopeptides, lipopeptide, tetracyclines, and others. We defined IAU use as days of therapy (DOT) per 1000 patient days present. We used influenza laboratory data to identify facility-level positivity ratio per 100 tests. We used random effect models to estimate IAU: 1) trends overtime, 2) seasonality, and 3) association with influenza positivity rate. Results For IAU from 2015 to 2019, BLICs, ESCs, and glycopeptides were the most used [average 91, 107, and 96 DOT/1000 days presents, respectively]. Visually, we observed strong seasonality that matches the influenza season for macrolide, ESC, and quinolone use (See Figure). Unadjusted bivariate results showed ascending trends over time for BLICs [β= 3.8, p= .003], ESCs [β= 11.0, p= .005], and macrolides [β=1.5, p= .005]. Unadjusted bivariate results showed descending trends with quinolones [β= -10.9, p< .001] and others [β= -2.060, p< .001]. In the adjusted analysis, increased influenza positivity rate was associated with use of ESCs, glycopeptides, lipopeptides, macrolides, fluoroquinolone, and tetracyclines (see Table). No correlation was observed with BLICs, carbapenems, lipopeptides, and Others. IAU (DOT/1000 days presents) and Flu Rate (% Positive) Trends Over Time Conclusion Our study shows that IAU is on the rise for the ESC and BLIC classes. ESC and macrolide use was strongly correlated with influenza season. Monitoring influenza signals may provide more insights that can inform the interpretation of IAU trends and be incorporated into antimicrobial stewardship programs. Abstract:
The estrogen receptor 1(ESR1) and fork-head box L2 (FOX L2) genes play a pivotal role in regulation of egg formation in poultry. this study aimed to investigate interaction between ESR1 and FOXL2 in the productive performance of brown local Iraqi chickens (BLIC). A total of 104 BLIC represented from the F4th generation of local chicken selected for high egg productions were used. Two novel single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs), one of them in ESR1 (T57198C) intron 3, and another of FOX L2 (C919T) gene within encoding region were identified through PCR-DNA sequencing. Six haplotypes (H1=TTCC, H2=TTCT, H3=TCCC, H4=TCCT, H5=CCCC, H6=CCCT) were obtained due to interaction between these two SNPs. Chi-square analysis showed no significant in genotypic and allelic frequencies for each SNP which revealed that both genes were agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Association analysis of haplotypes with production traits revealed that individuals have H4 genotype achieved higher body weight at sexual maturity, at 60 weeks of age and egg weight at 45 and 60 weeks of age, whereas, the higher number of eggs were exhibited in individual with H6 from onset egg till 60 weeks of age. The two haplotypes; H4(TCCT) and H6(CCCT) showed better combination than others with respect to production performance. In conclusion, our findings provided new evidence that the two genes (ESR1 and FOXLl2) with special interaction may have potential effects on productive traits of chickens and beneficial effects in laying breeding programs.

Abstract:
Low social awareness of disability issues maintains discriminatory attitudes in society and does not contribute to improving the position of persons with disabilities. The media play a significant role in this because they produce new or reproduce existing meanings through representation. The media represent different identities and act as a forum for the social construction of reality, they construct and reproduce the social definition of disability. A highly discriminatory society is the main reason for the difficult life of people with disabilities, but objective media coverage of the topic of disability and persons with disabilities can improve this situation. Such reporting would contribute to changing the stereotypical attitudes towards which a person with a disability is viewed as one who needs help and pity, without considering physical and cultural barriers created in society. If living conditions were adapted to people with disabilities to the extent that they were adapted to all other persons, the quality of life of persons with disabilities would be significantly improved. In the research conducted for the purposes of this paper, we came to the conclusion that print media in Serbia do not devote sufficient space to the topic of disability, and generally report stereotypically.

Za uspostavljanje demokratskog poretka i njegovo potpuno i suštinsko ostvarenje od presudnog je značaja edukovanje javnosti, odnosno njeno upućivanje u sve vrednosti demokratskog društva, načine njegovog funkcionisanja, prava i obaveze svakog građanina i dr. Mediji svakog demokratskog društva trebalo bi da o ovoj temi izveštavaju kritički, transparentno, detaljno i edukativno. S tim u vezi za svakog građanina bitna su saznanja o mehanizmima kontrole javne uprave, a samim tim i o karakteristikama, funkcionisanju, radu i nadležnostima institucije ombudsmana, odnosno Zaštitnika građana. U ovom radu analizirane su medijske objave online portala dnevnog lista “Blic” u periodu od početka 2013. do kraja 2016. godine. Istraživanje pokazuje da je ovaj portal delimično ostvario ovu funkciju, i na zadovoljavajući način upoznao čitaoce portala o značaju, ulozi i funkcijama institucije ombudsmana na različitim nivoima u Republici Srbiji, te da sa takvom praksom, uz dodatno unapređenje, u budućnosti treba i nastaviti.

Abstract:
The problem of violence against women in Serbia is connected with the position that women hold inside of the discourse of family and society in general. Also, the general atmosphere in media implies the lack of media freedom, specific structural organization, and ownership relations in media companies. From this starting point, this paper investigates how different newspapers in Serbia are reporting about violence against women. This study outlines the most common topics and social actors that are represented inside of the articles. The analysis is divided in two parts. A content analysis of the five different newspapers in Serbia (Kurir, Blic, Vecernje Novosti, Politika and Danas) and critical discourse analysis of the most relevant articles inside of those. Part of the study is devoted to identify how these articles are most commonly framed among the chosen newspapers. Another part of the study looks at the comparison of the newspapers, with special emphasis on the social actors and the way they are represented among the articles. Results showed that newspapers report on violence against women differently when it comes to the category of frame. Most commonly used frame among overall sample is human interest frame which implies reports connected to the individual cases of violence against women that often generate feelings of outrage, empathy, caring, sympathy, or compassion. The background of the cases is almost in all of the articles used to portray the human-interest perspective. The reports are somewhat similar when it comes to the way how social actors are represented in the articles. For example, in the analyzed articles it is most often that the victims are presented as passive agents. The discourse of guilt around the social actors is often shared between the perpetrator and the victim. According to the latest statistics, eight women were killed during the first 58 days of 2018. Thus, practical implication of this study is to potentially point out more and less effective ways for Serbian news media to approach this serious social issue in the future.

I den här undersökningen utforskar vi hur användande av smarttelefoner skulle kunna se ut inom en nära framtid. Med designfiktion som grundpelare och förhållningssätt, verklighetsproducerar vi diegetiska prototyper som med sina utseendemässiga egenskaper och funktionaliteter, berättar om en möjlig framtida värld av smarttelefonanvändning. De diegetiska prototyperna är sprungna ur ett fiktivt scenario, baserad på tidigare forskning om aspekter kring användning av smarttelefoner, smarttelefonens tekniska utveckling och dess estimerade roll i en nära framtid. Med Scenariometoden, en egentillverkad metod som vi kallar “Lager-på-lager” och Bleeckers (2009) framställning av designfiktion, kan vi utgå från dessa aspekter för att fantisera och spekulera kring hur det en dag skulle kunna se ut. Löwgren och Stoltermans (2004) bok “Design av informationsteknik” bidrar med metodologi som bistår oss med verktyg för att realisera vår designfiktiva verklighetsproduktion, där fokuset ligger på idégenerering och ifrågasättande samt en abstrakt bild av hur designsituationer börjar, som vi använder som ett förhållningssätt under hela gestaltningsarbetet. Vi får inte bara inblick i hur smarttelefonanvändning skulle kunna se ut inom en snar framtid, men även hur designfiktion kan användas i en spekulerande undersökning, där vetenskapliga fakta, design och fiktion möts och blir ett.
In this Bachelor thesis we explore what smartphone usage could be like in the near future. With design fiction as the central method of approach, we create real life diegetic prototypes that, with their appearance and functionalities, tell of a possible future world of smartphone use. Our diegetic prototypes come from a fictitious scenario, based on aspects derived from science fact, containing smartphone use, the smartphone’s technological evolution and estimated role in the near future. With Scenariometoden (“The scenario method”), our own method Lager-på-lager (“Layer-on-layer”) and Bleecker’s (2009) interpretation of design fiction, we can base our fantasy and speculation on these aspects, to imagine what it one day could be like. Löwgren and Stolterman’s (2004) book “Design av informationsteknik” contributes methodology that assists us with tools for realizing our design-fictional reality production, where the focus is on idea generation and questioning as well as an abstract picture of how design situations begin which we use as an appliance throughout the design work. We not only get an insight into what smartphone use could be like in the near future, but also how design fiction can be used in speculative study, where science fact, design and fiction meet and become one.

Abstract:
This thesis reports results from a study that focuses on teachers’ professional development during an in-service training period. The aim is to analyse and describe how the teachers talk about and handle lesson content. The first question concerns changes in relation to a specific object of learning. The second question concerns how they relate to a theoretical framework and the third question concerns differences in the students’ learning outcome and if it can be understood in relation to the teachers’ development. The variation theory is the theoretical framework that is used for lesson planning as well as when analysing results. The basis of the study is that learning always is the learning of something and that the teachers’ activity as well as the students’ activity constitutes the space of variation that decides what is possible to learn concerning a delimited object of learning, i.e. the enacted object of learning. The object of learning is seen as a capability and it can be defined by its critical features. The constitution of the meaning aimed for the critical features of the object must be discerned. The intentional object of learning describes the teachers’ intention with the lesson, and the lived object of learning is what the students really discerned. The theoretical assumption is that learning always assumes an experienced variation where learning is seen as a change in the learners’ possibility to experience the world in a certain way. You have to have experienced a phenomenon’s variation to understand its meaning, i.e. what we experience is how something differs from something else. The method is Learning study and it can be described as a hybrid of the Japanese Lesson study and Design experiment. A Learning study is theoretically grounded and the primary focus is on an object of learning. The learning study group consisted of three teachers and most often two researchers. Each member had equal status in the group. The object of learning seen from the teachers’ perspective was the variation theory that was gradually introduced by the researchers. The empirical material was generated from audio-taped discussions and from videotaped lessons. The findings should be seen as a contribution to the discussion about teachers’ professional development. The teachers participated in a collective construction of pro-fessional knowledge and it can be stated that the teachers had no problem changing their discussions to focus on a specific object of learning when the theoretical framework was used in relation to their own practices. Another finding is that the change in how the teachers handled the object of learning influenced the students’ learning in a positive way although the results were subtle.

Abstract:
Huvudsyftet med denna studie är att kartlägga vilka faktorer som påverkar i gymnasievalet. Frågeställningar som belyses är vilka faktorer som påverkar eleverna och vilka personer som är betydelsefulla. I studien diskuteras också skillnader mellan olika grupper som exempelvis kön. Metoden som valdes var enkätundersökning med elever i årskurs 9 som stod inför sitt gymnasieval. Resultatet visar att intresse och att programmet ska förbereda för högre studier är de faktorer som påverkar mest. Betydelsefulla personer är framförallt eleven själv, men också vårdnadshavare. Som teoretisk utgångspunkt har Pierre Bourdieus begreppsram använts. Resultatet visar att vårdnadshavarnas utbildningsnivå har en direkt påverkan på elevens meritvärde vilket i sin tur påverkar valet mot ett bredare program med inriktning mot teoretiska ämnen. Det finns ett samband mellan vilket intresse som utvecklas och elevens habitus. Vårdnadshavarnas informationskapital och skolkapital påverkar också elevens val av program.
The main objective of this study is to identify factors that affect the high school choice. The research questions highlights factors that affect students and which persons were significant. The study also discusses the differences between various groups such as sex. The chosen method was a questionnaire survey of students in grade 9 who were facing their election. The results showed that interest and the program to prepare for higher studies was the factors that impacted the most. Important people were mainly pupils themselves, but also parents. As a theoretical point, Pierre Bourdieu's conceptual framework has been used. The results shown that parents education has a direct impact on the student's merit rating, which affects the choice of a broader program focusing on academic subjects. There is a relationship between the interest which is being developed and the student's habitus. Parents' information capital and school capital also affects the student's choice of programs.

This paper approaches the legitimacy of the Public Prosecutor's Office to file civil actions in the public interest on tax matters. Regarding such theme, the first subject to be addressed herein shall be the prohibition contained in sole paragraph of Article 1 of the Public Interest Civil Action Act, which prohibits the use of such instrument in claims involving taxes. Such rule, when confronted with the constitutional principle of non-obviation of jurisdiction, in its collective dimension, is deemed as unconstitutional in this paper, because, in such case, a collision of fundamental rights capable of justifying such a restriction of access to the collective action, could not be verified. Along with the legal issue, this research analyzes the precedents of the Supreme Federal Court on the subject, once it was verified that, already in the systematization of general repercussion, the court denied the legitimacy of the Public Prosecutor's Office to file civil actions in the public interest in favor of taxpayers, whereas such actions were admitted when the participation of the Public Prosecutor's Office was in favor of tax authorities. It turns out that after confronting such decision with the specialized doctrine, including previous precedents of the Supreme Federal Court itself, it appears that none of the commands, i.e., the one lacking standing (in the case of actions in favor of taxpayers), and the one with standing (in the case of defense of the tax authorities) should be regarded in a restrictive way, as if worthy of being relativized, because it is necessary to verify, in a concrete case, if there is social interest capable of supporting the legitimacy of the Public Prosecutor's Office. In the case of actions defending taxpayers, such social interest can be demonstrated both by the social dimension inherent to the majority of tax relations and by the broad scope of the claim discussed herein, or even by the taxpayers??? condition. Regarding the demands in favor of tax authorities, although the conclusion is similar, it is more restrictive considering that the legitimacy of the Public Prosecutor's Office shall be characterized only when there is evidence of the existence of primary public interest justifying the actions of the ???parquet???.
O trabalho versa sobre a legitimidade do Minist??rio P??blico para propor a????o civil p??blica em mat??ria tribut??ria. Para avan??ar em tal tem??tica, aborda-se, inicialmente, a veda????o contida no par??grafo ??nico do artigo 1?? da Lei da A????o Civil P??blica, que pro??be a utiliza????o do instrumento em pretens??es que envolvam tributos. Regra esta que, ao ser confrontada com o princ??pio constitucional da inafastabilidade de jurisdi????o em sua dimens??o coletiva, ?? considerada inconstitucional neste estudo. Isso porque n??o se verifica na hip??tese uma colis??o de direitos fundamentais apta a justificar tal restri????o de acesso ao processo coletivo. Al??m da quest??o legal, a presente pesquisa analisa a jurisprud??ncia do Supremo Tribunal Federal sobre o assunto, verificando-se que a corte, j?? na sistem??tica da repercuss??o geral, negou a legitimidade do Minist??rio P??blico para propor a????o civil p??blica em favor do contribuinte ao passo que admitiu tais a????es quando a atua????o do Minist??rio P??blico for em favor do Estado. Ocorre que, ap??s confrontar tais julgados com a doutrina especializada e inclusive com precedentes do pr??prio supremo, constata-se que tais comandos, de ilegitimidade (no caso de a????es em favor do contribuinte) e de legitimidade (no caso de defesa da Fazenda P??blica), n??o devem ser vistos de forma taxativa, merecendo relativiza????es. Isso porque ?? necess??ria uma verifica????o se, no caso concreto, existe interesse social apto a fundamentar a legitimidade do Minist??rio P??blico. No caso das a????es em defesa do contribuinte, esse interesse social pode ser demonstrado tanto pela dimens??o social inata ?? maioria das rela????es tribut??rias, como pelo largo alcance da pretens??o discutida, ou ainda, pela condi????o dos contribuintes. Com rela????o ??s demandas em favor do Patrim??nio P??blico, a conclus??o ?? semelhante, todavia, mais restritiva, tendo em vista que a legitimidade do Minist??rio P??blico ficar?? caracterizada somente quando se evidenciar a exist??ncia de interesse p??blico prim??rio que justifique a atua????o do parquet.

This paper aims to discuss the role of the Brazilian Minist??rio P??blico in promoting public safety through judicial and non-judicial instruments. The importance of the issue may be perceived by the criminal rates in Brazil, one of the highest among nations worldwide. Public safety is a fundamental positive right established in Brazilian Constitution. Therefore, it has to be guaranteed by the government without excess or insufficiency by means of a public policy that has to enable incapacitation and prevention, putting together law enforcement, police and tools conceived by the broken windows theory, situational crime prevention, routine activity approach, community policing and community-oriented policing. Those strategies lead to better results when planned within policy cycle approach. In Brazil, prosecutors have key role in public safety, since they can apply judicial and non-judicial instruments to guarantee this fundamental right. Prosecutors are important to break the inertia of Judicial branch and ask the Courts to control the acts of the Legislative and Executive branches. The collective approach of actions filed by Prosecutors is also essential because they can control the government budget and ask the Courts to enforce instruments of situational crime prevention, routine activity approach and community policing. One of the most significant points discussed is the limits of Courts to control the public policies, as well as the criteria used in judicial review, such as minimum core, under reserve of the possibilities clause and proportionality. The non-judicial instruments used by prosecutors are important to impact the origins of the public safety policy and provide legitimacy to government proceeding. Prosecutors are present in every stage of the policy cycletherefore they can encourage communities to participate and coordinate all actors of the network of public safety policy in order to ensure efficiency in facing criminality and grant wellness to Brazilian people.
Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir o papel do Minist??rio P??blico brasileiro como agente de promo????o de seguran??a p??blica, por meio dos mecanismos judiciais e extrajudiciais. A import??ncia do tema ?? percebida pelos ??ndices de criminalidade no Brasil, um dos mais altos do mundo. A seguran??a p??blica ?? direito fundamental prestacional estabelecido pela Constitui????o da Rep??blica de 1988. Por isso, ela deve ser garantida pelo Estado, sem excessos ou insufici??ncias, por meio de pol??ticas p??blicas que devem conjugar repress??o e preven????o, aliando o sistema de justi??a criminal, a pol??cia e mecanismos concebidos pela teoria das janelas quebradas, pela preven????o situacional, teoria das atividades rotineiras, policiamento comunit??rio e policiamento voltado a solu????o de problemas. Essas estrat??gias levam a melhores resultados se planejadas por meio do ciclo de pol??ticas p??blicas. No Brasil, o Minist??rio P??blico tem papel central na seguran??a p??blica, pois tem ?? sua disposi????o mecanismos judiciais e extrajudiciais para garantir esse direito fundamental. O Minist??rio P??blico ?? importante para quebrar a in??rcia do Poder Judici??rio para que este controle os atos dos Poderes Legislativo e Executivo. As a????es coletivas ajuizadas pelos membros da institui????o s??o essenciais para o controle do or??amento p??blico e para a aplica????o dos instrumentos da preven????o situacional, atividades rotineiras e policiamento comunit??rio. Um dos pontos mais significativos estudados s??o os limites do Judici??rio no controle de pol??ticas p??blicas, bem como os crit??rios usados nas decis??es judiciais, tais como o m??nimo existencial, a reserva do poss??vel e a proporcionalidade. Abstract:
Syftet med studien är att få en bild av vad ungdomar i västra Sverige har för drömjobb samt vilka faktorer de upplever påverkar dem att nå det. Empirin i denna kvalitativa studie har samlats in genom fem fokusgruppsintervjuer med totalt 22 deltagare. Studien har utgått ifrån tredjeårselever på gymnasiet och deras tankar om framtiden med fokus på drömjobbet. Dessa ungdomar står inför val som kommer att ha betydelse i deras liv. Resultatet visar att ungdomarna i studien värdesätter trivsel högst i ett arbete, detta i kombination med en bra lön. De ville ha råd att kunna göra det de vill, fritiden och familjen värdesätts högt. Vad drömjobbet var varierade bland ungdomarna, några arbeten som nämndes var personalchef, psykolog, frisör och byggnadsingenjör. För att nå sina drömjobb ansåg de flesta att de behöver en utbildning. Något som ungdomarna upplevde kan hindra dem att nå drömjobbet är att de tar en paus i studerandet vilket kan leda till att de fastnar på en arbetsplats eller inte orkar ta tag i studierna igen. En anledning till att inte studera vidare direkt efter gymnasiet var att de inte visste vad de ville arbeta med. Många av ungdomarna nämnde att de ville arbeta med något som passar deras personlighet och att arbetet skall kännas meningsfullt för dem.
The purpose of this study is identify aspects of  young peoples’ in Western Sweden dream jobs looks and which describe the factors that respondents think will affect their ability to reach these dream jobs. This is a qualitative study, using information from five focus groups, involving 22 students. This study identified the various factors that youths in the third year in high school think are important when they think about their future employment. The young people described in this study are faced with decisions regarding education and employment that will have consequences throughout their lives. This study’s results show that the young participants described here value ​​the feeling of enjoying the social aspects of work as most important, along with a good salary. Respondents want to earn enough to afford to do what they like to do, and say that their spare time and family are highly valued. The descriptions of dream jobs vary widely, including personnel manager, psychologist, hairdresser and construction engineer. In order to obtain their dream jobs, most respondents believe that they need additional education. Some of the respondents feel that a break from studying can prevent them from reaching their dream jobs, as they feel that employment would be a hindrance to returning to school. On the other hand some of the respondents felt that a break between gymnasium and higher education might be a good idea, as they are not able to identify their dream job yet. Most respondents set high priorities on finding work that fits their own personalities and making sure that their work was meaningful for them.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka skriftspråkslärande efter nybörjarstadiet, hos elever utan eget tal; med severe speech and physical impairment (SSPI) samt alternativ och kompletterande kommunikation (AKK). Frågeställningarna var följande: - Hur beskriver dessa elever själva sitt skriftspråkslärande? - Vilka fruktbara arbetssätt och miljöer för dessa elevers skriftspråkslärande finns dokumenterat i forskning? Metoderna innebar en livsberättelseintervju genom computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI), samt systematiska litteraturstudier med en kvalitativ metasyntes som mål. Resultaten visar vikten av att dessa elever når en god läs- och skrivförmåga. Möjligheter öppnar sig för lärande och inte minst kommunikation över tids-, rums- och persongränser. Avgörande för elevers fortsatta skriftspråkslärande var förväntningar, kvalitet på undervisning samt stimulans inom den grundläggande emergent literacy-fasen. Här spelar ålder mindre roll, med andra ord är det aldrig för sent att utveckla sitt skriftspråkslärande. Pedagogiska konsekvenser i form av interventionsprogram måste möta alla delar inom skriftspråkslärandet för att ge resultat. För att framgångarna ska bli bestående krävs samarbete mellan skola, hem och experter. Slutsatser är att engelskspråkig forskning visar goda resultat efter deltagande i interventionsprogram. Svensk forskning i samma anda med tvärvetenskapligt samarbete brådskar, så gör även kompetensutveckling för berörda lärare.

Lärarlag är idag den dominerande arbetsformen inom skolan. Arbetsmetoden antas leda till fler samarbeten och mer samverkan. Ämnesintegration är en naturlig följd av lagarbetet och syftar till att ge eleverna en mer lustfylld arbetsmiljö och större bredd i kunskapsinhämtandet. Trygghet och social samvaro är andra ledord som ska ge tyngd åt arbetssättet. I denna studie framgår det att lärarlagen och organisationen omkring ger eleverna en tryggare miljö men samtidigt svagare ämneskunskaper. Den visar också att lärarna trivs med arbetet i laget men att det finns arbetsmiljöfaktorer som talar emot lagarbetets funktionalitet, så som trångboddhet och en vikariesituation där lärarna ofta måste vikariera inom ämnen där de saknar kompetens. Studien visar också att lagarbete på en skola gärna bidrar till cellbildning, att skolan delas i flera separata och självstyrande grupper som ogärna samarbetar med varandra.

The market of smart phones experienced tremendous expansion during the mid and late 2000s and greatly influenced the changes in all spheres of life. Since mobile technologies continue to evolve, no one is able to predict with certainty the future shape of communication channels and which one will be preferred by the young. The aim of this paper is to investigate the attitudes of young people, particularly students of the Faculty of Philosophy, and to analyze different ways of obtaining information. Basic research instrument was a questionnaire specially designed for the purpose of this study. The survey was conducted on a sample of 159 students: 70 respondents from the Department of Journalism, 45 respondents from the Department of Sociology and 44 respondents from the Department of Psychology. The results have shown that all participants (100%) own at least one mobile phone, and 80.56% own a smart phone. From the group of students who own a smart phone, most of them identified it as a primary device through which they get information. In accordance with the established hypothesis, the survey results show that journalism students are more interested in following the news, while students from other Departments are more appealed to entertainment information (social networks, music...). The results reveal their preferences: the most popular news application is "Blic", which is Android application from one of the most popular daily newspaper, and which was the first of its kind on the market, while only 20.69% use the application of Serbian Public media service. The research reveals that young people do not use any media application from the region, even though there are almost no language barriers for monitoring news (Bosnia and Croatia), but it is encouraging that 10% follow the news through the application of BBC and CNN network.

Devido às suas características, como a forma de onda da força contra-eletromotriz, e dificuldade em sintetizar correntes retangulares, pode-se resultar na presença de ripple de torque quando a máquina BLDC é acionada. Para reduzir este ripple de torque, vários estudos são encontrados na literatura. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo apresenta a comparação de dois métodos para redução do ripple de torque de máquinas BLDC. Cogging torque of a brushless DC (BLDC) motor is a source of the vibration and noise of the hard disk drive (HDD) spindle motor, and the excitation frequencies of the cogging torques are the harmonics of the least common multiple of the poles and slots in ideal BLDC motors. However, manufacturing errors generate the additional harmonics to the cogging torque. Especially, the uneven magnetization of the permanent magnet (PM) in BLDC motors generates additional slot harmonics to the cogging torque. In small BLDC motors such as 2.5″ HDD spindle motors, the effect of additional slot harmonics is as serious as that of the fundamental harmonics of the cogging torque. A coil-positioning error of the magnetizer is a major source among the several potential sources of uneven magnetization of a ring-shaped PM in a HDD spindle motor [1]. It is difficult to estimate and to reduce the coil-positioning error when manufacturing a magnetizer. In addition, each magnetizer has different range of the coil-positioning error.

This paper investigates the characteristics of the torque ripple and UMF in the BLDC motor with stator and rotor eccentricities due to additional harmonics of the driving current. Torque ripple can be divided into cogging torque due to the interaction between poles and slots, and commutation torque ripple due to driving current. Additional harmonics of driving current affect the characteristics of torque ripple. UMF is not generated in rotational symmetric motors with respect to pole, slot and winding configurations. However, stator and rotor eccentricities of BLDC motors generate additional harmonics on cogging torque and UMF. This research theoretically and numerically investigates the effects of driving current on the torque ripple and UMF of a BLDC motor with rotor and stator eccentricities. It shows that additional harmonics of the driving current, the stator eccentricity, and the rotor eccentricity independently affect the torque ripple. It also shows that additional harmonics of the driving current generate additional harmonics in UMF if BLDC motors have the stator or rotor eccentricities.

Abstract The benefit of the boundary layer ingestion (BLI) is described in the perspective of the propulsion and engine development. A power saving map of the BLI engines is derived based on the correlation of the wake velocity ratio of the ingested boundary layer profile and the propulsive efficiency. The ratio of the mass flow rate between BLI and non-BLI propulsors is introduced to quantify the power saving of the BLI engine relative to a clean inlet flow engine which generates same amount of thrust. The wake recovery factor from the jet flow out of the BLI engine is employed to find an adequate sizing of the BLI engine for the given design requirement. The effects of the fan pressure ratio on the power saving are also investigated to explore the feasible range of the BLI engine design. The derived correlation is validated with CFD analyses. A numerical experiment is carried out by varying the wake velocity ratio through different BLI engines sized with respect to an influencing body. Consequently, the propulsor efficiency is quantified and presented by the saving in the actual shaft power. The efficiency penalty, pressure ratio of the BLI fan stage are correlated with the power saving and the correlation is validated through BLI2DTF and R4 fan stage CFD analyses based on rig test data.

Abstract:
In this paper, we propose and perform the robust design optimization (RDO) algorithm for the shape of the BLDC motor used in the electric oil pump. The proposed RDO algorithm improves the torque characteristics of the BLDC motor to improve the performance of the electric oil pump. The previous deterministic design optimization (DDO) method derives an appropriate combination of the design goal and the specific target performance. However, not only the target performance but also other performance constraints must be considered for RDO. To overcome these problems, we consider the penalty function. In conclusion, we can confirm the improvement of the torque characteristics of the BLDC motor used in the EOP by using the proposed RDO algorithm.

Compared to conventional bladed disc assemblies with heavy blade-disc connections, the integrated design (blisc) of modern aero engine compressors results in reduced rotor masses, facilitates higher maximum rotational velocities and improved pressure ratios (increased efficiency factors). Apart from these advantages a number of disadvantages occur. Some of them are for example a very low structural damping and a higher sensitivity to manufacturing- and material tolerances (mistuning). This results in localized vibration modes, higher displacement amplitudes, critical stress levels and reduced high cycle fatigue (HCF) of several blades due to inauspicious aerodynamic excitations. From this, an optimum choice of blades to be instrumented with strain gauges (s/g) is the basis of a convincing vibration monitoring system during rig tests. Based on an extensive measurement campaign and numerical investigations an overview of all major manufacturing effects (blisc milling, rotor tip grinding, welding the single bliscs together, compressor assembly) and also the strain gauge application itself on the vibration behavior of real mistuned bliscs will be presented for a multi-stage high pressure research compressor (HPC) in detail (see Fig. 1). The investigations show, that the original blade mistuning deviations resulting from the initial blisc milling procedure remain until the last manufacturing process of the aero engine and still dominate the blisc forced response behavior during aerodynamic excitation. In contrast to this effect, rotor tip grinding procedures as well as the assembly of the rotor drum only cause an even frequency shift of every blade, which does not significantly change the blisc behavior. Complementary to the influence of manufacturing-caused blade mistuning on the whole rotor balance, the effects of an application of high-temperature strain gauges on HPC-blades will be discussed regarding the modification of the blisc vibration modes. Finally different methods will be introduced aiming at a compensation of the strain gauge induced blade stiffening depending on the blade dimensions to ensure the best possible vibration monitoring results.

Abstract Boundary layer ingestion (BLI) has demonstrated potential for reduced thrust requirements, fuel consumption and environmental impact. An integrated approach is developed for evaluating the performance of propeller systems including BLI propulsors. A rotor model based on lifting-line theory is coupled with a high-order panel method and an integral boundary layer formulation. The impact of BLI on single propeller performance maps is quantified, with efficiencies up to 15% higher compared to uniform freestream conditions. A design space exploration framework is developed for the analysis of BLI effects at propeller system level, including the impact of weight differentiation, installation technology factors, thrust split between rotors and electrical transmission losses. A reference 19-passenger aircraft featuring two wing-mounter propellers is compared with a series of conceptual designs featuring an aft-fuselage BLI propeller and two wing-mounted propellers. A system-wide power saving coefficient is derived for the quantification of performance deltas between the conceptual and the reference system, including all propulsors. For systems with BLI aerodynamic benefits entirely negated by weight penalties, and electrical transmission losses of 10%, power savings of 1.5% are accrued. In a technologically advanced system with 2% reduced thrust requirements due to BLI and 3% transmission losses, power savings rise to 6.5%. This work reveals the anticipated performance potential and limitations of BLI propeller systems for the electrified future fleet.
