Abstract:

The Covid-19 pandemic has also had an impact on UMKM. Boarding house businesses are included in UMKM which are located in school or campus areas. As a result of the pandemic, many boarding house businesses around campus have been abandoned because of the WFH and SFH policies. After 2 years, now schools and campuses have started to be active again. These conditions can revive the boarding house business around the USN Kolaka campus in Popalia Village. Based on the results of observations and interviews with students and boarding house owners, problems were found in efforts to revive the post- pandemic boarding house business, including: 1) students as the target consumer had difficulty obtaining boarding house information; 2) there is no info on the location map of the boarding house; 3) boarding house owners still use manual methods to promote their boarding houses. From these problems, it is necessary to digitize boarding houses, one of which is by making applications that can provide clear and up-to-date information. This study aims to develop a boarding house search application using the scrum method. The results of this study succeeded in making the popakos.com application according to user needs with a processing time of 54 days.

Abstract:
The increasing number of residents coming from outside Jabodetabek has resulted in increased activity in the Jabodetabek area. Generally newcomers are reluctant to have permanent housing but prefer semi-permanent buildings such as boarding houses, so that newcomers make boarding houses a flexible place to live. What must be considered in the selection of boarding houses in addition to the available prices and facilities is also because if newcomers want to find a boarding house must see the distance so they can estimate how much time the boarding house goes to the intended place such as campus or office harmed as well as environmental conditions so as to create a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Newcomers must be able to socialize with local residents so that harmony can be maintained, for example following a mutual cooperation activity held once a month to strengthen the relationship. One that makes it easier for newcomers to find a boarding house is to make a mobile android based application considering that it is quite fast in this modern era, the access can easily be done anywhere and whenever needed. The information needed is the name of the owner of the boarding house, room data. facilities, location and price..

Abstract:
An information system in the boarding house business is needed to manage the entire booking process from receipt, verification the availability, and payment process. Based on questionnaires and interviews, there is a problem with the conventional boarding house booking process, which needs to be more efficient. The boarding house owner tracks room availability in a notebook. When a boarder wants to rent, the manager checks the notebook, which is time-consuming and only provides general information without visual details of the rooms. Meanwhile, prospective boarders often seek information about the room's condition and choose to conduct surveys to assess the boarding house before renting. This study aims to simplify the process for prospective boarders, who often survey boarding houses to check room conditions, by creating an information system with detailed room info, a 360° virtual tour, online booking, and payment features. This research was conducted by following the stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using the waterfall model. Verification was performed through program trials by the boarding house owner and boarders, followed by interviews to obtain validation from relevant parties. The results indicate that the system functions effectively and streamlines administration, booking, and online maintenance reporting in boarding house.

Abstract:
Abstract Sleman Regency, known as the Student City, is greatly affected by the mobility restriction policy which results in a gradual emptying process of boarding houses, so there is an urgency for regional studies regarding the impact of the pandemic on the livelihoods of boarding house business actors in Sleman Regency. In addition, there is no latest policy from the regency government to overcome the said impact other than the policy of implementing health protocols. Hence, the study focuses on the living conditions and livelihood strategies of boarding house entrepreneurs who are heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The paper aimed to look at two points of view, namely the bottom-up approach to see the affected objects related to changes in the livelihood strategies of boarding house entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic and the response of business actors in dealing with shock due to the pandemic; and the top-down approach to see the parties who have legal authority by conducting a critical study of the policies at the regency level related to boarding house business actors before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research found that there were changes in the assets and livelihood strategies of entrepreneurs which varied following the capacity of the boarding house entrepreneur. Whereas based on a top-down point of view; despite the change in social assistance policies in terms of the type of assistance, targets, and the amount of assistance provided before and during the Covid-19 pandemic; there is no social assistance that is directed specifically to boarding house business actors.

Additionally, determine whether the ijarah contract's execution is hindered. The methodology of this study is qualitative. Qualitative research is the term for this kind of study. Field conditions and descriptions serve as the basis for this type of research, which aims to develop concepts, understandings, and theories. A study that aims to accurately describe the nature of an individual, condition, symptom, or particular group as it is is known as descriptive analysis. An interview or interview is the method used to collect data. An interview is a kind of conversation that uses verbal communication to get information and written documentation. The rent agreement for renting Hendrawan's son and daughter's boarding house is carried out verbally as a result of this research. The rental contract system can be transferred as long as the owner of the boarding house has given prior approval, proof of payment is only recorded via WhatsApp, and the tenant is entirely responsible for the provided boarding facilities. The study came to the conclusion that the rental house's ijarah contract was carried out in accordance with Islamic law. However, the boarding house owner's income decreased as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic's obstacles.

Abstract:
Agreement is a very common process in human life. The agreement that often occurs is a rental agreement, such as a boarding room rental agreement. This agreement was carried out in order to fulfill the basic needs of humans who need a place to live. In practice, the agreement is often made verbally. The verbal agreement to rent a boarding room is valid as long as it meets the conditions for the validity of the agreement in article 1320 of the Civil Code. The rental agreement for a boarding room which is executed verbally by both parties gives rise to an agreement which gives rise to rights and obligations for both parties. However, what if after the agreement is executed, the boarding house owner defaults in that the facilities provided by the boarding house are not in accordance with what has been agreed. What form of accountability can be imposed on boarding house owners who default by not providing facilities in accordance with what has been agreed upon by both parties? This makes the boarding house renter suffer a loss and is entitled to claim his rights according to what was agreed or receive appropriate compensation.

Abstract:
Currently, the parking management implemented in several public places has not been managed properly, resulting in a buildup of vehicles and it is difficult for many vehicles to find a parking space. The Maspul Jaya boarding house as an example has challenges in managing parking because there are a large number of residents with 60 rooms and a limited number of parking lots, which means residents often have difficulty getting a parking space in the boarding house area. This research aims to design a prototype parking management system using NodeMCU and RFID card technology as a replacement for room number stickers on Maspul Jaya Boarding House residents' vehicles with a multiplatform Android and iOS-based application connected to the network. The data obtained will be processed by the microcontroller and sent to the database server and then displayed in the application. The application testing method used is Blackbox and direct testing of the system hardware. The results of this research are that at the entrance gate, residents can enter through the parking barrier if the driver brings the vehicle close to the infrared proximity sensor, the RFID card is registered, the card status is active and the driver is not detected as being parked. When all conditions are met, the servo as the entrance parking gate will open, and the opposite condition will occur on the side of the exit gate. The maximum reading distance between the object and the sensor is 8 cm and RFID cards can be read at a maximum distance of 3 cm. Apart from that, the results of black box testing on the input-output of this application function well and are free from errors so that monitoring can be carried out via the application on data related to empty parking slots and the history of vehicles that have been parked using both the Android and iOS platforms. With this system, parking management at the Maspul Jaya boarding house will become more organized and efficient.

Abstract:
This article explores the influence of misogynist hadith texts on islamic boarding school community in Kerinci. The pattern of life in Islamic boarding schools is something phenomenal because it describes their behavior which is based on their understanding of sacred texts such as hadith. However, this behavior is certainly different when viewed from the paradigm of text interpreters, whether textualist or contextualist. This article highlights the dimension which in the context of living hadith is known as collective performation. This research focus on tracing the hadiths that developed in traditional and modern Islamic boarding schools. By using a qualitative method with an ethnographic and gender approach to two types of Islamic boarding schools in Kerinci, the authors found that traditional Islamic boarding schools tended to be textual. They understand the hadith that prohibits women from traveling without a mahram strictly according to its textual meaning. Meanwhile, modern Islamic boarding schools understand this hadith contextually, that safe and secure environmental conditions allow women to leave the house without being accompanied by a mahram. The authors argue that the differences in the meaning of this hadith cannot be separated from the reading sources developed at the Islamic boarding school, as well as the influence of the teaching staff.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the criteria for balanced land use in water catchment areas and ideal higher education so that they remain in accordance with sustainable principles and the efforts of the Semarang City Government in controlling the spatial planning of Semarang City, especially water catchment areas. The research method used by the author is an empirical juridical approach with analytical descriptive specifications. The source and type of data used in this research uses primary data in the form of interviews. Data analysis uses qualitative and the results of the data analysis that have been collected are drawn to conclusions and presented deductively. The results of the research found that the balanced criteria for land use in the water catchment area in Sekaran Subdistrict, which is the center of higher education, is not in accordance with Article 118 paragraph (2) of the Semarang City RTRW PERDA because the community does not build absorption wells and does not take into account the water that seeps into the ground which is not in accordance with the concept of sustainable development. Settlements located in water catchment areas can achieve balanced criteria if they implement 3 pro-development, namely pro-economic, pro-social justice, and pro-sustainable environment. The Semarang City Government's efforts are to create regulations that every boarding house must have a boarding house management permit as regulated in the Semarang City Perwal for Boarding House Management, one of the conditions of which is the IMB. However, the public is still indifferent to these regulations due to the lack of firm action by the Semarang City Government in carrying out supervision and imposing sanctions. The conclusion of this research is that land use in Sekaran Village, Gunungpati District does not meet the balanced criteria, especially in terms of pro-sustainable environment. The efforts of the Semarang City Government have not been fully effective due to the lack of firm action by law enforcement officials regarding violations of the law.

This study aims to reveal the academic stress of final students in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. The research design used a quantitative descriptive survey of 113 students from various universities in Indonesia, including undergraduate (bachelor), master, and doctoral education levels. The research instrument used an academic stress scale developed by the researcher, which consisted of twelve question items. The distribution of the tool was carried out using google forms. The results showed that several factors caused student academic stress. There are cost factors (difficulty paying tuition fees / UKT and demands to return the scholarship), study conditions (difficulty consulting with supervisors/promoters and unable to find references in the library), and personal problems (conflicts with friends or with a partner and less comfortable boarding/house conditions). Student academic stress is the highest experienced by doctoral students compared to undergraduate and master's level students. Online counselling is recommended to help students experiencing academic stress to complete their studies on time.

Abstract:
This article summarizes the results of a study on the daily life of students at the Kazan Imperial Theological Academy in 1914–1917 when the life of civilians was severely affected by the First World War. Through the analysis of archival materials and literary sources, a close look is taken at such major constituents of everyday activities as space and time, material means, as well as clothing and dietary habits. During that period, most students resided in boarding houses, which also determined their living conditions: state-paid students received food, sleeping and working space, clothes, treatment, etc. The life of all students of the Academy revolved around the main building on the Arsk Field of Kazan. They spent most of their time there but were occasionally allowed to make short-term trips into the city. When the First World War broke out, the students started visiting more places. They went to the infirmaries and hospitals to take part in religious sermons and entertainment events. Many of them fell into a poor financial situation because the annual basic scholarship was only enough to pay for staying at the boarding house. The canteen no longer served sufficient meals, especially during the fast, so the students were malnourished and forced to seek out other sources of food. They were offered nutritious food only on holidays. The statutory clothes (raincoats, uniforms, jackets, trousers, and shoes) supplied by the Academy were of little use to keep warm in the cold seasons. In 1917, the biggest changes occurred. The premises of the Academy were gradually militarized. By the end of the year, due to the social upheavals and the economic crisis, only 142 out of 300 students continued their education. They were mainly accommodated in government apartments, and the classes were held either in the assembly hall or in the rector’s apartment.

Abstract:
Abstract Increased human activity in households leads to an increase in the amount of wastewater. Domestic wastewater comes from organic matter, namely food waste and detergents which contain high total suspended solids phosphorus (TSS), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biological oxygen demand (BOD). This can reduce environmental quality if the waste is disposed of directly without prior treatment. one of the treatments is by applying ionization. Ionization technology is used in the treatment process by using ions, high energy electrons, and active species to remove color and organic compounds through the flow of direct current (DC) from the anode to the cathode. This series of studies connects ionization technology with contact times of 30 and 60 minutes with an electric voltage of 20 kV which aims to reduce the level of wastewater pollutants in the Tunjungsari 2 Tembalang boarding house. Among the analyzed wastewater parameters, we succeeded in reducing wastewater pollutants, namely TSS removal reached 54.85%, BOD 85.99%, COD 79.45%, ammonia 55.06%, fatty oil 78.77%, total coliform 85.71% and pH conditions increased in value up to 54.38%. For optimal results, it is better to improve the ionization technology series from procedures to analysis.

Abstract:
In the study carried out by the research team, the first part presents the analysis of the conditions of settlement and accessibility in the area and of the main natural and anthropogenic agrotourism resources in the Rânca-Gorj area, which contribute decisively to attracting tourists to the resort. From the analysis carried out it was found that it has a rich natural and anthropic tourist potential that is not capitalized at a maximum level, because during the off-season, i.e., the warm period, the flow of tourists from the area is much lower than during the period conducive to the practice winter sports. This aspect emerges very clearly from the analysis of the data entered in tables 1-8 and figure 1, where a considerable reduction in the number of tourists and overnight stays, as well as the occupancy rate of the boarding house under study, can be observed during this period. Also, from the analysis of the data in these tables, it was concluded that efficient and modern management is practiced at the guesthouse, which has led to the preservation of a high level of quality of services offered to tourists, even during the difficult period of the pandemic.

Abstract:
This article analyzes the dual meaning of non-place in the context of neoliberal urbanization, using Kim Ae-ran's works. Non-places, which lack relationality, history, and identity, are embedded in modern urban life, such as transportation facilities, convenience stores, goshiwons, and subways. While previous studies often view non-places as spaces of alienation, this study reveals that non-places in Kim Ae-ran‘s works also offer complex and ambivalent experiences. The negative side of non-place appears in the alienation and breakdown of relationships. Characters in Kim Ae-ran's works, living in overcrowded spaces like boarding houses and goshiwons, struggle with isolation and a lack of meaningful connections. For example, in <The House That Doesn’t Knock>, indirect communication replaces direct relationships, highlighting the absence of trust. Similarly, in subways, characters face uncertainty about their existence and identity. These spaces fragment human relationships and life’s meaning. However, non-places also provide a new sense of freedom through solitude and anonymity. Characters escape the oppressive gaze of their hometowns and seek personal space in non-places. In <Prayer> the character desires to flee from the controlling gaze of their hometown, while in <I Go to the Convenience Store>, everyday acts like consumption offer a sense of rhythm and self-identity. In <Paper Fish>, the protagonist reclaims a rooftop room (a typical non-place) by filling it with post-it notes, turning it into a personal space. Non-places are neither purely spaces of alienation nor unconditionally liberating. Kim Ae-ran's works highlight how non-places simultaneously foster alienation and self-reflection. Non-places, while potentially threatening human existence, also challenge individuals to create meaning within the conditions of modern life. Therefore, non-place should be seen not just as negative or positive, but as a key concept for understanding the complexities of contemporary existence.

Abstract:
This study describes the supportive communication of broken-home adolescents with their best friends in Yogyakarta. The used theory is “Categories of Defensive and Supportive Behavior” or is called the defense and support theory, which assumes that each individual has the nature not only to defend himself but also to provide support to others. This research type is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique was in-depth interviews and the purposive sampling technique was used to determine the research informants. Then, the data were analyzed with an interactive analysis. Meanwhile, for the validity test, the authors used the source triangulation. The research results showed that pair I (S and F) with the background of a broken-home family and more than 7 years of friendship run amicably. The similarities made it easier for them to open themselves to others and become more honest without worrying about demeaning each other because of understanding individual feelings and conditions. Pair II (A and I), although it did not have conditions for the same family, were able to open up to each other with the frequent meetings because they have lived in one boarding house since enrolling the college. Even though A felt shy at the beginning of the meeting, I showed a positive response which it could foster self-confidence and make it easy for them to open up. However, I needed to cautiously respond and give suggestions so that I did not hurt his best friend’s feelings. The broken-home teenagers only needed to be listened to when encountering a problem that should be understood. Moreover, they needed a place to share their feelings to the people they trusted and to improve their self-confidence. Their friends are required to respond and provide suggestions, but they must not look down on him/her. For example, they could offer solutions based on their experiences or suggest another perspective on the problem. Sometimes, they just listened to their friends’ suggestions without truly doing them. The self-disclosure of the broken-home teenagers was merely to relieve their sadness due to the trauma of the separation from their parents.

Abstract:
In the regions of the Russian Federation, since 2015, an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for the provision of social services (hereinafter – IQA) has been carried out, which acts as a form of control on the part of a disinterested person and makes it possible to form a general picture of the work of an institution and its position in the rating of institutions of the same type. The results of IQA can be further used by potential recipients of services when choosing a service provider, as well as by the institution itself to improve (maintain) the quality of service provision. Subject of the study: assessment of the quality of service delivery conditions in psychoneurological boarding schools in the Altai Territory. Purpose of the study: to conduct an assessment of the quality of service delivery conditions in psychoneurological boarding schools in the Altai Territory in 2024 and a comparative analysis of the results obtained with the results of the IQA 2018 and 2021. The following methods were used in the course of the study: analysis of scientific literature, regulatory and legal acts, expert assessment of the conditions of service provision in psychoneurological boarding schools; expert assessment of information stands, official websites of psychoneurological boarding schools on the Internet; survey of service recipients (in the form of interviews), testing the functioning of remote ways of interaction with recipients (conducted in the format of ‘control purchase’). The article considers the concept of ‘quality’ in relation to the sphere of social services, describes the stages of IQA implementation and analyses the results of IQA in psychoneurological boarding schools of the Altai Territory in 2018, 2021, 2024. The empirical basis of the study was formed by the data obtained in the framework of qualitative and quantitative research conducted in March – November 2024, in May – November 2021, 2018. The comparative analysis of the IQA results made it possible to form a rating of psychoneurological boarding schools in the Altai Territory, to identify trends in the achievement of IQA scores by institutions, and to formulate general directions for improving the quality of social services, including from the point of view of service recipients.

Abstract:
AbstractFor cats, appropriate housing conditions and a quick adjustment to new surroundings should be promoted during temporary stays in animal shelters and boarding catteries. In this study the development of stress in 140 boarding cats during a two-week stay under single-, pairand group-housing conditions in a boarding cattery was investigated and compared with the stress levels of 45 control cats which had been at the animal shelter for several weeks. Signs of stress were recorded by a non-invasive Cat-Stress-Score.Overall, the levels of stress in boarding cats declined during the two weeks of boarding, with a pronounced decline in the first days, but did not reach the stress levels of the control group by the end of the second week of housing. In the second week, the average stress level of about one third of all boarding cats was rated higher than ‘weakly tense’ with 4 per cent of cats rated even higher than ‘very tense’. Neither housing style (single, paired or grouped) nor age had an influence on stress levels. It was concluded that about two thirds of the boarding cats adjusted well to the boarding cattery during a two-week stay, while for the other third, temporary boarding was more stressful. For 4 per cent of the animals the two-week stay in a boarding cattery was classified as inappropriate because no reduction of their high stress levels occurred.

Abstract:
Legal regulation of education can be defined as a set of legal acts that regulate social relations in the field of education. This area is regulated by both national and international legislation ratified by the Ukrainian authorities. Education is a priority area in Ukraine, according to national legislation, and the education process itself is a continuous process throughout life. One must agree with the eminent scientist who defines this process as stimulating people, allowing them master the necessary knowledge, values, and skills that will contribute to self-realization in personal and professional spheres of life; will be a guarantee for self-improvement and adaptation of a person [1]. In connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, on February 24, 2022, a legal regime of martial law was introduced in Ukraine. The Ukrainian educational sector faced serious problems of destabilization of organizational, legal and educational processes. During the war, the authorities concentrate their efforts primarily on creating safe conditions for obtaining higher education, ensuring accessibility and continuity of education in regions of Ukraine with different security situations. The bodies of the legislative and executive authorities in matters of education take all the necessary actions within the framework of their powers so that no person is limited in his constitutional right to education. On March 20, 2022, the Law of Ukraine dated March 15, 2022 No. 2126-IX «On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding State Guarantees in Conditions of Martial Law, State of Emergency or State of Emergency» entered into force, according to which the Law of Ukraine «On Education» [ 2] was supplemented by a new article 57-1 «State guarantees in the conditions of martial law, state of emergency or state of emergency» [3]. This article defines guarantees for students of education, employees of educational institutions, educational institutions, scientific institutions for: organization of the educational process in remote form or in any other form that is the safest for its participants; preservation of the place of work, average earnings, payment of scholarships and other payments provided for by law; place of residence (boarding house, dormitory, etc.) and provision of food (if necessary). The state’s guarantee of the right to education is of great importance for the development of the individual and society. After all, the effective implementation of this right ensures the satisfaction of human needs in acquiring knowledge, forming abilities, skills, personal qualities and other competencies. The right to education is the basis for the realization of a number of other constitutional rights. It provides a person with a high standard of living, respect and dignity, development of creative abilities, choice of profession, comprehensive and harmonious development, etc. This right is aimed at ensuring the full functioning of state and public institutions, national security, it strengthens stability in society and contributes to the development of a democratic, social and legal state [4].

Abstract:
The enigmatic setting of Beckett's novel Watt has been compared to places as diverse as an insane asylum, a boarding school, a womb, and a concentration camp. Watt's experience at Knott's house does seem suggestive of all of these, and yet it may more readily conform to the setting of a monastery. The novel is filled with chants, meditations, choral arrangements, hierarchical classifications, and even silence, all highly evocative of a monastic lifestyle. Some of Watt's dialogue (such as his requests for forgiveness or reflections on the nature of mankind) further echoes various Catholic liturgies. Watt finds little solace in these activities, however. He feels that they are largely rote and purposeless as they are focused on Knott, a figure who in many ways defies linguistic description and physical know-ability. Watt's meditations and rituals become, then, empty catechisms without answers, something that is reflected in the extreme difficulty that Watt has communicating. In the face of linguistic and liturgical instability, the Watt notebooks present a counter reading that can be found in the thousand plus doodles that line its pages. The drawings reinforce as well as subvert their textual counterpart, and they function in many ways as the images in medieval illuminated manuscripts. The doodles in Watt often take the form of decorative letters, elaborate marginal drawings, and depictions of a variety of people and animals, and many of its doodles offer uncanny resemblances in form or theme to those in illuminated manuscripts like The Book of Kells. Doodles of saints, monks, crosses, and scribes even give an occasional pictorial nod to the monastic setting in which illuminated manuscripts were usually produced (and remind us of the monastic conditions in which Beckett found himself writing much of Watt). Beckett's doodles not only channel this medium of illuminated manuscripts, they also modernize its application. Instead of neat geometric shapes extending down the page, his geometric doodle sequences are often abstracted, fragmented, and nonlinear. Beckett also occasionally modernized the content of illuminated manuscripts: instead of the traditional sacramental communion table filled with candles, bread and wine, Beckett doodles a science lab table where Bunsen burners replaces candles and wine glasses function as beakers. It is through these modernized images that Watt attempts to draw contemporary relevance from a classic art form and to restore (at least partial) meaning to rote traditions.

Abstract:
This article aims to narrate a chronological history of the religious transformation and the history of Islamic educational institutions in Kampung ‘Preman’ Pancuran Salatiga, with discussions on the history and characteristics of Salatiga society, the stigma and image of Kampung Pancuran, and the history of Islamic educational institutions in Kampung Pancuran. This research is descriptive analytical using historical research methods with a sociological approach to examine the interactions among humans' actions and relations as well as their conditions and consequences. The method consists of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The data used were primary sources, secondary sources, and related literature. The data was collected through interviews, literature study, and desk research. The research results chronology: Salatiga is a city in Central Java Province, located between Semarang and Surakarta, with a diverse population of ethnicities, religions, and cultural traditions. In Dutch colonial period, it was a Christian missionary city called Salatiga Zending, emphasizing education. However, the missionaries were rejected by Muslims and social organisations, and Islam began to develop in Salatiga through education and Islamic boarding schools. Since the colonial period until 1992, Salatiga was administratively structured as one sub-district, Salatiga sub-district, and eight villages or hamlets. One of these villages is Kutowinangun, consisting of seven hamlets or villages. One of these villages is called Pancuran, which is a unique village, ‘different from the others’, with exclusive citizens, and conflicting ‘dual personalities. On the one hand, they have a very strong sense of togetherness, artistic spirit, harmony, unity, solidarity, compassion, and brotherhood. On the other hand, they tend to fight with ‘gangsters’, cause trouble, commit crimes, and play gambling. Therefore, it led to a bad image for its residents. then a negative stigma emerged, that Pancuran as a Kampung ‘Preman’, which is embedded until now. But there is a distinctive aspect of Pancuran village that remains unexposed to the public, i.e. the existence of an Islamic Education Institution in the centre of the village. The history of the establishment of the Pancuran Islamic Education Institute, began in 1988. As the head of the Takmir of Al-Muttaqin mosque in Pancuran, KH Zahroni received waqf from Mrs Muslimah, in a land and house of 199 m2, located on Jl. Talang Tirto 606, Pancuran village. The waqf pledge from Mrs Muslimah (Alwaqif), was intended to serve as a place of Islamic education. The institution was then realized and firmly established on 18 June 1988.

Abstract:
PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI) is the largest nickel mining company located in Morosi Village, Morosi District, Konawe Regency, operating from 2015 to the end of 2018. Before there was a mine in Morosi Village, most people depended on the agricultural sector, but not able to meet their daily needs. This study aims to find out: the impact of the VDNI industry on the transformation of natural resources assets of farming communities, the transformation of natural resources assets into economic assets of farming communities around the VDNI industry, and the economic transformation of farming community assets with the existence of the VDNI industry. This research was conducted in Morosi Village, Morosi District, Konawe Regency which was carried out in January 2022 with a total of 20 informants. Data analysis in this study used qualitative methods. The results of the study show that the impact of the VDNI industry on the transformation of natural resource assets is (a) migration. In this case, the socio-economic conditions in the area of origin that make it impossible to meet one's needs cause that person to want to go to another area that can meet those needs. This also happened in Morosi Village, with the PT VDNI industry attracting many migrants from various regions who aim to meet economic needs with various kinds of jobs such as being workers in the PT VDNI Industry and opening businesses (restaurants, immigrants buying local community land then leasing back the land to newcomers who open a cloning business and selling vegetables), Laborers of a boarding house building in Morosi Village. (b) Change of profession This also happened in Morosi Village, after the entry of the industry PT VDNI demanded that the community change their profession from agriculture to non-agriculture by freeing up part of the agricultural land to set up industries which of course had an impact on changing livelihoods. (c) Environmental pollution, observing the phenomenon of environmental impacts in the area around mining, in fact creates both positive and negative environmental impacts for the community. The inclusion of nickel mining in an area gives people hope for job creation, improvement of health service facilities such as health centers, as well as assistance for environmental sanitation facilities for villages and educational assistance. Nickel mining activities are non-renewable natural resource exploitation activities, in mining activities can have an impact on ecosystem damage. A damaged ecosystem is defined as an ecosystem that can no longer carry out its functions optimally, such as soil protection.

Abstract:
The relevance of the article lies in the fact that today the aging of the population is a global trend. According to experts, the rate of population aging will only accelerate in the coming decades. Especially in developing countries. At the same time, as well as with an increase in life expectancy, there is an increase in typicalage-dependent diseases (for example, atherosclerosis, increased blood pressure, oncological diseases). One ofthe priority projects in Russia is the concept of active longevity policy. At the same time, an increase in the average life expectancy of the Russian population is impossible without a comprehensive solution to the problems associated with aging, without improving the health and social care system. Currently, in Russia, the demand forboarding houses for the elderly is growing along with an increase in life expectancy, which is often associatedwith an improvement in its quality. One of the problems currently is the restructuring of specialized real estate, inparticular boarding houses for the elderly. In the conditions of the pandemic, there was a shortage of providingreal estate to the population over sixty years old. Safety is also an important priority in boarding houses for the elderly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, since people who are at high-risk live-in nursing homes. The study examines the classification of real estate, including specialized; it is determined that each property is uniquein its characteristics. The topic of real estate classification is relevant today, as any real estate is systematizeddepending on significant characteristics. The classification of real estate is very important: it is used by analystswho must apply a single classification to prevent misunderstandings of consumers and colleagues; state structures also apply the classification of real estate objects during the implementation of state programs. It should benoted that the field of studying the classification of real estate objects is multifaceted, since construction planning, assessment of the quality of buildings and structures begins with it, it also contributes to the establishment of alegal regime for accounting for various real estate objects, including specialized ones. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of specialized real estate for the elderly, examines the main problems in this area, exploresthe question that in modern conditions the development of nursing homes should not be limited only at the level ofarchitecture, but should also develop at the social level.

Abstract:
Premarital sexual behavior is a teenage problem that gets a lot of attention globally. This study aims to determine premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in terms of family conditions and sources of sexuality information. Family conditions can be seen from several indicators, including based on caregivers, primary caregivers, place of residence and family integrity. The researcher developed a scale based on sexual behavior, specifically touching, kissing, making out (petting), and having sex (coitus). The respondents of this study were teenagers in Sikka Regency, totaling 348 people with an age range of 12–18 years. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. This study found that premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Sikka Regency was enough high at 82%. Other findings show that the highest premarital sexual behavior in adolescents occurs in adolescents who are cared for by grandparents, while the main caregivers who are most at risk are those whose children are cared for by other families, living in boarding houses with orphaned conditions. Another condition is that teenagers who are most vulnerable to sexual behavior are teenagers who get sexual information from the media.

8%. the school, as a non-profit organization, faces many problems that cannot be solved either through state regulation or through self-regulation of society. One of the most effective strategies for overcoming these challenges is active participation in project activities, allowing you to attract additional funding from various sources (foundations and private benefactors). One of the most significant funds for NCOs is the Presidential Grants Fund (hereinafter referred to as the PGF). However, the development of successful projects is a complex task that requires a certain resource potential from NCOs. The experience of implementing previous projects is a valuable resource for optimizing future initiatives. This experience has confirmed its positive impact on the success of obtaining grant funding. Thus, of the four projects submitted by the PGF in the period 2018-2022, three were approved. Successful results of the implementation of the socio-cultural project "Using the opportunities of additional education for the successful socialization and adaptation of children with disabilities of psycho-speech development to the conditions of education in general education institutions", the purpose of which is the socialization and social adaptation of children with delayed psycho-speech development aged 6-10 years, studying at the OANO "School named after A. The project received financial support from the Presidential Grants Fund, becoming the winner of the first competition in 2023 (Application No. 23-1-011571). The corrective measures carried out over 18 months for 60 children of the project's target group from different schools in Makhachkala demonstrated significant positive dynamics in the development of their cognitive abilities and the level of school motivation: in children of the target group, the indicators of cognitive activity (19%) exceeded the planned by 4%, communicative activity (39%) – by 9%. And the parents of the target group had competence indicators in the field of parenting children with ASD (38%) exceeded the planned 8%.

Abstract:
This research constitutes a relatively new area which has emerged from the previous study on the Soviet system of institutional care and upbringing of children, in particular, an established system of orphanages in the western regions of Ukraine after World War II. It should be noted that the issue of dealing with street children was of a significant political and ideological value and required considerable financial investments.Importantly, there is evidence that the problem of child homelessness has played a pivotal role for many years. Since, not every child in Ukraine had the opportunity to grow up in a favorable family environment as well as stabilize their family housing situations or home life. By and large, push-pull factors that contribute to child neglect and social orphanhood are multi-faceted; these factors include poverty of families, economic difficulties as well as deprivations from basic human needs. Therefore, the Soviet system of institutional care and upbringing of children established various education institutions, in particular, secondary boarding schools and orphanages.Overall, the social care system of the 40-50s of the twentieth century has much resemblance with the current situation in Ukraine (in the context of Russo-Ukrainian War), including a new wave of orphans. In those times, children who lost their parents or could not get in contact with them; children from low-income families; children from one-parent families were sent to orphanages. They were kept there until they received incomplete secondary or even comprehensive education. Moreover, it was noted that the category of special orphanages included boarding houses for disabled children – the blind, the deaf-and-dumb. Namely, since 1945 there were 4 such boarding houses in the western regions of Ukraine. The author’s focus revolves around the problem of the-then Soviet society’s education system, which facilitated both educational process management and developing labor skills in orphanages. Upon turning 16, children, when leaving orphanages, were given a referral for employment in state and public enterprises, institutions and organizations. At the same time, they were given a chance to continue their studies in educational institutions of the labor reserves system, they could proceed with their vocational education and training for craft apprentice and train engine drivers, vocational (plants and factories) schools, whilst disabled pupils were transferred to homes of disabled people. The entire system of vocational training in orphanages was primarily focused on unskilled workers.Noteworthy, the conveniences and facilities of post-war orphanages and boarding schools left much to be desired. Assessing orphanages’ amenities and quality of life, it is worth mentioning that in the post-war years of the twentieth century, children who were living outside the normal boundaries of family like the others, experienced a shortage in basic needs. Most people were malnourished, were living in poor conditions and were wearing out pre-war outfit and shoes. For children, who survived the famine and experienced occupation sufferings, vagrancy and begging, the orphanage served as a secured shelter.

Abstract:
Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) is a behavior carried out on consciousness as a result of learning that makes a person. Problems of clean and healthy living behavior are most commonly found in groups, for instance, in the Training Houses. This is often demonstrated by inappropriate environmental codes, including the availability of post-training health posts, the low level of knowledge of healthcare professionals such as managers and healthcare providers about clean and healthy living behaviour, and the high number of frequently occurring medical conditions such as scabies, diarrhea, and cold cough. This dedication to the community aims to provide knowledge and understanding of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior to the centurion so that there is a change in behavior and able to practice in his daily life in the Islamic boarding school Az Zahro Curahdami Bondowoso district. The method of implementation is done by means of giving education developed through viewing the public health podcast Primary Health Service Curahdami and is presented with questions and answers. Before conducting the education on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, 75% of respondents had less knowledge, and 25% had sufficient knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior. Based on the results of observations showed that the activities of devotion to the community can improve the central knowledge about the behavior of a clean and healthy life through watching the Podcast Health Society Primary Health Service Curahdami district of Bondowoso.
