Abstract:
Internet has become the first option to look for hotels when people travel, which makes it a great opportunity for hotels to have a web site with a booking engine included, which will offer comfort to their clients, and expand their sales to a wider market. This paper presents a customisable online booking system, which facilitates the control of room bookings to administrators of small hotels, managing the sales from their own web site; and facilitates and guarantees the bookings for their potential guests. Additionally, the online system can be automatically visualized in different mobile devices, following the responsive web design pattern.

Abstract:
The Online Flight Reservation System is a web-based application designed to facilitate the booking and management of flight tickets for users while providing administrative control over flight schedules and reservations. Built using PHP for backend processing, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML for a responsive user interface, and AJAX, jQuery, and JavaScript for interactive and real-time updates, this system ensures a seamless and efficient flight booking experience. The system consists of two primary modules: User Module: Users can register and log in securely. Search for available flights based on departure, destination, and travel dates. Check real-time seat availability and pricing. Book tickets and make payments through an integrated payment gateway. View booking history and cancel or modify reservations if needed. Admin Module: Secure login for administrators. Manage flights by adding, updating, or removing flight details such as schedules, seat availability, and pricing. View and manage all bookings made by users. Monitor system activity and generate reports for analysis. The system utilizes AJAX to enable real-time seat availability updates and dynamic content loading, reducing unnecessary page reloads and improving performance. MySQL serves as the database, efficiently managing user information, flight details, and booking records. By automating the flight reservation process, this system enhances user convenience, reduces manual effort, and ensures an efficient and organized management system for airline operators. Its intuitive interface, real-time functionality, and secure transaction process make it a valuable solution for modern flight booking systems.

Abstract:
This paper presents the idea, design, and prototype of a flight search and airline booking system based on the perspective of user-centered design. The system is first sketched roughly on paper in the form of a sketched plan and implemented through the proper system by connecting with the rapid API to develop a responsive web application. Booking travel tickets is a hassle and quite stressful because there is a chance that the webpages take time, and several decisions to make, hard to choose a discounted or less expensive flight, and the user will have to put in a lot of effort with many browser tabs may leave open. If a user is looking for the lowest travel options within a range of dates, they need to search a lot of websites looking for better options. As UX designers, it is our responsibility to do some user research and identify the problem areas, then we will recommend some design options based on the research findings. After that, we will create a wireframe and prototype before jumping into web design by collecting all the requirements and analyzing the problems. We will be focusing on UI controls such as location picker, date picker, color contrast, accessibility, and so on. In this paper, we present the design and development of a user-centered flight search and booking system for the airline industry. Our goal is to create a system that would meet the needs and preferences of a diverse set of users. This paper will summarize the design, development, and implementation of an airline reservation system. We have used bubble.io to design the overall system and MYSQL as the database management system for this webpage. Our objective is to upgrade the current website by improving the usability, visibility, and responsiveness of the functions that the user will experience while buying a flight ticket. We have generated and managed the design documentation and a perfect user-based online flight booking system.

Abstract:
Improving access to healthcare services requires efficient digital solutions, particularly for managing doctor appointments. This study presents an advanced Healthcare Management System (HMS), a full-stack web application aimed at streamlining the appointment scheduling process in clinical environments. Built on the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React (with Vite), and Node.js—paired with Tailwind CSS for responsive design, the platform offers an intuitive interface for seamless user interaction. The system incorporates dedicated dashboards tailored to three user roles: Administrator, Doctor, and Patient, each providing secure, role-specific functionalities. Security is fortified through JWT-based authentication and Bcrypt.js for password encryption. The appointment module enables dynamic scheduling, real-time updates, and automated confirmations, with doctors managing their availability directly. Admins are equipped with tools for managing users, professionals, and appointments, alongside integrated analytics. Patients benefit from easy booking, flexible time selection, and secure transactions via Stripe and Razor pay gateways. The system’s development process emphasized maintainability and robustness through tools such as Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and Thunder Client. This HMS offers a scalable, secure, and intelligent approach to healthcare appointment management, with the potential for future integration of machine learning to enhance predictive scheduling and resource optimization. Abstract:
Travel and tourism form an essential part of modern life, offering individuals opportunities to explore, relax, and connect globally. Yet, the industry faces persistent challenges in creating unified, seamless experiences for users. Current online travel platforms often force users to switch between multiple websites for different needs, such as booking flights, buses, and hotels. This fragmentation, combined with frequent technical issues like payment failures, limited customer support, and unresponsive interfaces, affects user satisfaction and trust. To address these gaps, this project introduces TRAVELKART, a full-stack, responsive web platform designed to unify all travel- related services under a single interface. Inspired by successful platforms like MakeMyTrip and EaseMyTrip, TRAVELKART goes further by integrating advanced features such as real-time AI chatbot assistance, secure payments, and predictive analytics. Travelers frequently face roadblocks during the booking process, particularly in peak travel periods. Common issues include system downtimes, failed payments, and the inability to obtain real-time support during transactions. Moreover, many platforms lack intuitive designs and scalability, resulting in frustrating user experiences across devices. TRAVELKART resolves these challenges with a cutting-edge technical stack, including React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. Razorpay integration provides secure and seamless payment options, while a chatbot built using the Rasa framework offers personalized, real-time support to guide users. The platform facilitates bookings for flights, buses, and hotels while ensuring secure, error-free payment processing. The robust back-end, built on Node.js, handles peak user loads efficiently, while the responsive front- end provides an optimized experience for desktops, tablets, and smartphones alike. In addition to a focus on user functionality, TRAVELKART incorporates scalability and analytics-driven decision-making. The platform uses predictive analytics to anticipate user trends, offering admins insights into peak booking times, payment iv trends, and potential system enhancements. Features such as an admin dashboard ensure that bookings and transactions can be monitored and managed seamlessly. By addressing limitations in the current ecosystem, TRAVELKART not only unifies essential services but also elevates user confidence, offering them a comprehensive and reliable travel solution. With these innovative features and user-centric design, this project aims to set a new benchmark in the online travel industry
