Abstract:
This research with the title The analysis of symbols, punctuations and declarations in C language is analyzed accordingly by conversion in order to find the perspective of language: structuralism, meaning, and functionalism, while keeping both of English and computer subject in process for the research. This research has limitation by the chosen of platform and software with Borland C++, the source of the datum also considered to be the basic material so that this thesis doesn’t has many problems to solve.By the observation method which is followed by these three crucial problems: (1) The Identification of semiotic problem in symbols from computer language to English language, (2) The Identification of semiotic problem in declarations from computer language to English language, (3) The Identification of semiotic problem in declarations from computer language to English language. 
 The implication of the problem here is how the researcher convert the C language into English language patterns.The purpose of this research is equally to identify and analyze the symbols, punctuations and declarations from the Borland C++ platform and converting it into English comprehensions. Furthermore, this research is expected to familiarize the reader with which semiotics usually use in C or programming language and what’s their significant in English language.In this research, the researcher utilizes semiotics theory and computer programming theory which these two subjects combined together and creating the subject of interdisciplinary called Computational Semiotic.

At this time watering orchids is still done manually. It certainly took a lot of time, by making a watering system based on this moisture will save time. To determine the value of temperature and humidity used SHT-11 module is capable of detecting the temperature from -40C to 123,8˚C and relative humidity from 0% RH to 100% RH. Watering plants Phalaenopsis amabilis orchids species do when the SHT-11 detects the humidity inside the orchids house below 60% RH. Watering is carried out by spraying water from above directly into the plant’s roots. The method of watering is intended that the water can be poured directly absorbed by the plant. This control system controlled by arduino uno microcontroller. As for the computer control system, used Borland Delphi 7 to make aplication for control. The use of natural teeth for performing in vivo , in situ and/or in vitro studies has been widely observed in the dental field. The mechanical behavior of teeth subjected to masticatory efforts is commonly used as a variable of response. In conditions of malocclusion, the most relevant component accounting for the integrity of the dental structure is non-axial (flexural). This force, while acting on a tooth in function in the oral cavity, generates a similar situation as that of a beam in balance supporting a load concentrated on its free extremity. Based on this configuration, a methodology has been developed to investigate the behavior of teeth subjected to this kind of efforts, taking into consideration specific aspects of the tested teeth, such as the transversal section area and the moment of inertia. For determination of the transversal section area an image analysis program was used. For assessment of the other variables, a C++ language program was implemented utilizing the Borland Compiler C++ Builder, version 1.0, for Windows (Borland International, USA). The applicability of the developed methodology is illustrated in this article using bovine teeth. Our findings indicate that more accurate data can be obtained with the application of this methodology and that it is suitable for studies testing the flexural strength of extracted teeth, as a variable of response.

The testing system uses an industrial computer, a high-precision data-acquisition-card, two pressure-sensors, a displacement-sensor and Borland C++ to test the broaching-load on the base of broaching machine’s electronic control system. The factual application in hydraulic broaching machine shows that the proposed system has a good performance on testing-accuracy. The proposed system gives an effective solution to broaching-load testing.

Разработана методика расчета определения оптимального времени вулканизации резиновых смесей. Численное моделирование процесса вулканизации осуществлено путем решения задачи определения температурного поля в изделии и построение на базе этого поля кинетики вулканизации. Математическая модель включает в себя уравнения теплопроводности и кинетики процесса. Решение уравнения теплопроводности осуществлено с помощью явной конечно-разностной схемы, решение системы кинетики вулканизации произведено методом Рунге-Кутта, решение уравнения определения степени вулканизации получено методом дихотомии. Представлена модель информационных потоков. Для реализации предложенной методики создано специальное программное обеспечение с использованием языка программирования С++. В качестве интегрированной среды использован лицензионный программный продукт «Borland C++ Builder».

It is common occurrence that the transportation of petroleum products via pipelines is susceptible to failure either naturally or intentionally. The paper is a diagnostic problem having continuous inputs of pattern recognition used in predicting pipeline failures. Our problem is to design a neural network that will recognize failure events in pipelines when fed with an input pattern denoting such a scenario. A neural network paradigm is selected, and encoding of input is done to obtain the input pattern. The selected model is simulated and trained to recognize the output pattern, which in our scenario after training, goes into operational mode.The neural network is fully implemented on a Pentium II MMX computer with a Borland C++ builder.

The paper considers a mathematical model for research, forecasting, and management decisions on the process of spreading harmful aerosol substances in the atmosphere. When deriving a mathematical model of the object, the main weather and climatic factors affecting the process of transport and diffusion of harmful substances and the terrain of the region under consideration are taken into account. Changes in wind direction and speed are calculated using the Navier-Stokes equation of stream function and vortex velocity variables. The proposed software was implemented as a software tool in the Borland C ++ Builder environment to carry out computational experiments. The results of the performed numerical calculations are shown in the form of graphical objects.

Five-axis machine tools with two additional rotational degrees of freedom provide more flexibility in tilting the tool axis to various orientations than conventional three-axis machine tools do, subsequently increasing the cutting efficiency and avoiding tool collision against a workpiece. Also, the risk of programming error can be avoided by simulating the five-axis Numerical Control (NC) code before real machining. This work presents a five-axis machine tool cutting simulation system with a nonorthogonal linear axis configuration. A window-based cutting system written by Borland C++ Builder and OpenGL is also developed based on the kinematics model of the proposed machine tool. Furthermore, implementing and verifying the five-axis NC code demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

The paper mostly focuses on the methodological and programming aspects of developing a versatile desktop framework to provide the available basis for the high-performance simulation of dynamical models of different kinds and for diverse applications. So the paper gives some basic structure for creating a dynamical simulation model in C++ which is built on the Win32 platform with an interactive multiwindow interface and uses the lightweight Visual C++ Express as a free integrated development environment. The resultant simulation framework could be a more acceptable alternative to other solutions developed on the basis of commercial tools like Borland C++ or Visual C++ Professional, not to mention the domain specific languages and more specialized ready-made software such as Matlab, Simulink, and Modelica. This approach seems to be justified in the case of complex research object-oriented dynamical models having nonstandard structure, relationships, algorithms, and solvers, as it allows developing solutions of high flexibility. The essence of the model framework is shown using a case study of simulation of moving charged particles in the electrostatic field. The simulation model possesses the necessary visualization and control features such as an interactive input, real time graphical and text output, start, stop, and rate control.

Multi-modality image registration and fusion play an increasingly important role in medicine. 3-D image reconstruction, object recognition, and medical imaging analysis, are just a few examples. Medical images provide essential information for clinical diagnosis. Good image quality can yield more accurate patient information, which can then be used for better clinical decision making. X-ray computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) are clinically established imaging modalities. Among them, CT and MRI images are anatomical imaging with high spatial resolutions. However their physiological information is limited. On the other hand, although SPECT and PET can provide physiological information, both spatial resolutions are too poor to provide clear anatomical information. Thus, it would be advantageous to combine images from multi-modality images so that the resulting image can provide both physiological and anatomical information with high spatial resolution for use in clinical diagnosis and therapy. In order to generate an overlapping image from different-modality images, image registration and various fusion techniques have been employed. In the past studies, artificial neural network (ANN) has been used in registration and fusion of multi-modality remote sensing data for the reconstruction of 3-D models of terrain regions and medical images. In this study, we apply multilayer back propagation (BP) and conjugate gradient back propagation (CGBP) NN model to train PET and MRI images. We use Matlab and Borland C++ Builder to implement the network training frame and find out the optimal training model for accurate image registration. Further, we evaluate the accuracy of the image registration using NN by phantom images. Our study shows that, the registration errors are less than 5mm, and using appropriate opacity is better to show the fusion image than using interleaved pixels with independent color scale. Finally, we use Borland C++ Builder to implement a user-friendly window-based interface for image registration and fusion system.

Apresenta-se um sistema de relacionamento de bases de dados fundamentado na técnica de relacionamento probabilístico de registros, desenvolvido na linguagem C++ com o ambiente de programação Borland C++ Builder versão 3.0. O sistema foi testado a partir de fontes de dados de diferentes tamanhos, tendo sido avaliado em tempo de processamento e sensibilidade para a identificação de pares verdadeiros. O tempo gasto com o processamento dos registros foi menor quando se empregou o programa do que ao ser realizado manualmente, em especial, quando envolveram bases de maior tamanho. As sensibilidades do processo manual e do processo automático foram equivalentes quando utilizaram bases com menor número de registros; entretanto, à medida que as bases aumentaram, percebeu-se tendência de diminuição na sensibilidade apenas no processo manual. Ainda que em fase inicial de desenvolvimento, o sistema apresentou boa performance tanto em velocidade quanto em sensibilidade. Embora a performance dos algoritmos utilizados tenha sido satisfatória, o objetivo é avaliar outras rotinas, buscando aprimorar o desempenho do sistema.

Both hardware circuit and software of the PLC system were designed and implemented. The software of Industrial PC was developed by using ladder-diagram IDE (Integrated Design Environment) based on the platform of Borland C++ Builder. In this environment, it can fulfill edit, compilation and communication function of ladder-diagram file. It also can monitor and diagnose PLC running status. This developed embedded PLC system has the characteristics of compact structure, high communication and reliability. It can effectively satisfy real-time control requirements of CNC machine tool.

Abstract:
This paper presents the algorithm and computer software for constrained optimization based on the gray wolf algorithm. The gray wolf algorithm was combined with the external penalty function approach. The optimization procedure was developed using Borland Delphi 7.0. The developed procedure was then applied to design of a line-start PM synchronous motor. The motor was described by three design variables which determine the rotor structure. The multiplicative compromise function consisted of three maintenance parameters of designed motor and one non-linear constraint function was proposed. Next, the result obtained for the developed procedure (together with the gray wolf algorithm) was compared with results obtained using: (a) the particle swarm optimization algorithm, (b) the bat algorithm and (c) the genetic algorithm. The developed optimization algorithm is characterized by good convergence, robustness and reliability. Selected results of the computer simulation are presented and discussed.

Abstract This article presents selected results of work concerning the errors modeling of helmet-mounted cueing systems used for guided weapon and opto-electronic surveillance systems target homing (for realizing aircraft search and rescue actions). There were described algorithms of helmet angular position determination on the basis of inertial and magnetic methods, moreover, the possibilities of their modification. On this background there were presented the authorial method of pilot’s helmet angular position determination dedicated for helmet-mounted cueing systems for fighter helicopters. The method is based on the pilot’s helmet and aircraft body linear accelerations measurements, which then are used for the current quaternion evaluation to describe the helmet position relatively to the aircraft. Simulation models were tested in Matlab-Simulink and Borland C++ computational packages for various pilot’s helmet space orientation using specialized rotation test stands.

Program aplikasi ini mendapatkan inputan berupa not angka. Inputan ini akan diproses menjadi not balok beserta tanda-tandanya. Proses transposisi dilakukan dengan cara mengubah not angka menjadi not balok berdasarkan tangga nada do = C. Proses transposisi ini dilakukan satu-persatu untuk setiap not angka, sehingga pada akhirnya seluruh not angka berhasil dirubah menjadi not balok. Dalam proses transposisi ini tanda awal dan tanda accidental perlu mendapat perhatian, karena baik tanda awal maupun tanda accidental akan sangat mempengaruhi hasil transposisi. Setelah proses transposisi selesai, maka akan didapatkan not balok beserta tanda-tandanya yang merupakan hasil konversi dari not angka yang diinputkan. Pada program aplikasi ini juga terdapat fasilitas untuk mendengarkan bunyi nada dari not balok yang dihasilkan. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 7.0 dan Microsoft Access sebagai database.

The energy extracted from photovoltaic (PV) or solar thermal depends on solar insolation. For the extraction of maximum energy from the sun, the plane of the solar collector should always be normal to the incident radiation. Sun trackers move the solar collector to follow the sun trajectories and keep the orientation of the solar collector at an optimal tilt angle. Energy efficiency of solar PV or solar thermal can be substantially improved using solar tracking system. In this paper, an automatic solar tracking system has been designed and developed using DC motor on a mechanical structure with gear arrangement. The movements of two-axis solar trackers for the elevation and azimuth angles are programmed according to the mathematical calculation by using the Borland C++ Builder. Performance of the proposed system over the important parameter like solar radiation received on the collector, maximum hourly electrical power has been evaluated and compared with those for fixed tilt angle solar collector.

Five-axis machining, an important processes in precision manufacturing, has been used in defense, aerospace and consumer product industries. Many combinations can be synthesized to generate various five-axis machine tool configurations, in which the linear and rotary axes are normally orthogonal. Since five-axis NC data can only be applied to a specific configuration, the portability of the NC data is inevitably limited. A special purpose five-axis machine with a nonorthogonal linear axis configuration is investigated in this research. The complete analytical equations for NC data are obtained using the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix and inverse kinematics. A window-based postprocessor system written by Borland C++ Builder was developed according to the proposed algorithm. A roller gear cam was adopted as an example to generate the NC code using the proposed postprocessor system. A trail-cut experiment conducted with this special purpose machine tool confirms the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

Computer Program ILT15 was earlier developed to accompany a new leach test for solidified radioactive waste forms in the Hungarian NPP Paks. The program was designed to be used as a tool for performing the calculations necessary to analyze leach test data, a modelling program to determine if diffusion is the operating leaching mechanism (and, if not, to indicate other possible mechanisms), and a means to make extrapolations using the diffusion models. The program uses computational algorithm of ASTM C1308 standard. Now we have developed another computational algorithm based on a Partial Differential Equation (PDE) of a cylindrical specimen, solved the PDE by a Crank-Nicolson Finite Difference Method (FDM) and calculated by integration the eluted amount of a given component in time. The new solution more accurate method was integrated into the existing ILT15 computer program and the resulting new ILT20 program is able to calculate the Incremental/Cumulative Fraction Leached IFL/CFL) either by ASTM or PDE numerical solution methods.ILT20 program is written in C++ in the Borland C++ Builder programming environment. A detailed description of application of this upgraded modelling computer program is given.

An interactive simulation model of plant growth must be flexible to accept specific crop equations from the user. ROSESIM functions as a dynamic plant growth model based on `Royalty' rose (Rosa hybrida L) response to 15 unique treatment combinations of photosynthetic photon flux (PPF), day temperature (DT), and night temperature (NT) under constant growth chamber conditions. Environmental factors are assumed constant over an entire day. Coefficients are read from an external ASCII file, thus permitting coefficients from any linear, quadratic, or interaction terms to be input into ROSESIM up to a full quadratic model form. Nonsignificant terms are given a coefficient of zero. ROSESIM has been restructured into Borland C++ object oriented program (OOP) code to execute in the Microsoft Windows 3.1 operating environment. This enables ease of operation in the user friendly graphical user interface (GUI) provided with most IBM personal computers (PC). The user chooses a set of environmental conditions which can be altered after any selected number of days, allowing conditions to be changed and modeled daily for interactive comparison studies.

This work presents a 3D computational/mathematical model to solve the heat diffusion equation with phase change, considering metal addition, complex geometry, and thermal properties varying with temperature. The finite volume method was used and the computational code was implemented in C++, using a Borland compiler. Experimental tests considering workpieces of stainless steel AISI 304 were carried out for validation of the thermal model. Inverse techniques based on Golden Section method were used to estimate the heat transfer rate to the workpieces. Experimental temperatures were measured using thermocouples type J—in a total of 07 (seven)—all connected to the welded workpiece and the Agilent 34970A data logger. The workpieces were chamfered in a 45° V-groove in which liquid metal was added on only one weld pass. An innovation presented in this work when compared to other works in scientific literature was the geometry of the weld pool. The good relation between experimental and simulated data confirmed the quality and robustness of the thermal model proposed in this work.

The aim of this research is to solve Uncapacitated Facility Location Problem (UFLP) using Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA). UFLP involves n locations and facilities to minimize the sum of the fixed setup costs and serving costs of m customers. In this problem, it is assumed that the built facilities have no limitations in serving customers, all request from each customers only require on facility, and one location only provides one facility. The purpose of the UFLP is to minimize the total cost of building facilities and customer service costs. CSA is an algorithm inspired by the parasitic nature of some cuckoo species that lay their eggs in other host birds nests. The Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) application program for resolving Uncapacitated Facility Location Problems (UFLP) was made by using Borland C ++ programming language implemented in two sample cases namely small data and big data. Small data contains 10 locations and 15 customers, while big data consists 50 locations and 50 customers. From the computational results, it was found that higher number of nests and iterations lead to minimum total costs. Smaller value of pa brought to better solution of UFLP.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat monitoring dan analisis temperatur motor listrik berbasis komputer. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu mendeteksi secara dini terjadinya kerusakan awal pada motor listrik yang dapat menyebabkan pola temperatur dan amplitudo yang cenderung naik, sehingga dapat medukung program pemeliharaan pada motor listrik. Alat tersebut terdiri dari tiga sensor temperatur yaitu sensor temperatur A, B dan C, penguat sensor menggunakan Opamp, ADC, kartu antarmuka ke komputer dengan komunikasi serial serta komputer yang diprogram dengan bahasa Borland Delphi. Setelah melakukan pengujian maka didapat bahwa alat telah dapat bekerja sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Pengujian pola temperatur motor yang dilakukan diantarannya saat motor tanpa beban, motor berbeban seimbang dan berbeban tidak seimbang. Pada pengujian terlihat bahwa monitoring temperatur akan dapat terdeteksi jika terdapat kejanggalan pada motor yang akan menyebabkan kenaikan temperatur, jika kenaikan tersebut melebihi batas yang telah diseting maka alat akan menyalakan alarm dan lampu tanda bahaya.

In this paper, we design a service robot which not only can plan road to a destination by itself, but also can take an elevator to every floor. For planning road, in order to solve the Hagisonic Stargazer Robot localization system problem which in large environment will need to set a lot of landmark and this way will increase the lead time and memory capacity. So we use the concept of road nodes to combine with Stargazer landmark and Dijkstra’s algorithm. Robot can localize by itself and can plan the shortest road to a destination. In dead region of Stargazer, we integrate with a laser range finder and e-compass to assist robot in navigation, and use the laser range finder simultaneously to avoid front obstacle. For taking elevator, we design a wireless control of independent mechanism. Robot can use Xbee transmit command to control servo motor to push elevator button and use RFID to determine whether the arrival task Floor. Last, we use Borland C++ Builder to design a Human–Computer interaction. People can operate monitor to choice receiver, and we add the functions of remote call and setting code which can increase the practicability of this service robots.

This paper aims to solve Open Vehicle Routing Problem using Firefly Algorithm. Open Vehicle Routing Problem (OVRP) is a variant of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) where vehicles used to serve customers do not return to the depot after serving the last customer on each route. The steps of the Firefly Algorithm to handle OVRP are data input and initialization parameters, generating the initial population for each firefly, sorting population sources, calculating the value of the objective function and light intensity, comparing the intensity of light, performing movement, setting the best fireflies as g-best, doing random movement in the best fireflies as long as the maximum number of iterations has not been met. The program used to complete OVRP using the Firefly Algorithm is Borland C ++ and implemented in 3 case examples, namely small data with 18 customers, moderate data with 50 customers, and large data with 100 customers with the best total mileage of 211, 344 , 970.62, and 2531.83. The results obtained from the program output indicate that the more the number of iterations and the number of fireflies, then the results of the objective function (total mileage) obtained tend to be better so that these parameters affect the value of the objective function. While the absorption coefficient value (g) does not give effect to the value of the objective function.

This study discussed abrasive machining of aspheric glass lens, with the aim to increase the aspheric lens machining efficiency and reduce the back-end polishing process. The discussions covered "optical lens design", "Taguchi method optimization", "grinding force measurement", and "on-line real-time inspection". A window interface was designed by using Borland C++ Builder for optical glass design. The aspheric design parameters were substituted in it to obtain the machining path. In terms of Taguchi method optimization, the performance of electroformed grinding rod was compared with that of resin grinding rod. Taguchi method was used to look for optimization, and the quality characteristic was surface roughness. After experimental analysis, the optimization results were: using a resin binder grinding rod, the optimum parameter of 50,000 (rpm), forward grinding, feeding at 10 mm/min, grinding depth at 0.02mm, and aspheric lens surface roughness of 0.03μm. In terms of grinding force measurement, an eight-ring strain gage dynamometer was designed to measure the optimum grinding force. The measurement result showed that the grinding force in vertical direction was 3.2kg, and that in horizontal direction is 4kg. In terms of visual inspection, a CCD camera was mounted on the machine, which takes the image of workpiece immediately after it is machined. The form was inspected, and the dismounting error was reduced.

To develop the numerical control program of mill-turn machine, the traditional method is to apply the computer-aided design and manufacture software to construct the geometric model, then to generate tool path and convert the path to NC program. For complex numerical control program of mill-turn machine, such as the multiple turret synchronized motion machining, because of the need to control time sequence, the NC program is highly required on using of dedicated software system. The objective of this paper is to establish a mill-turn machining system with window interface of via the language of Borland C++ Builder. The developed system can plan the machining path of simple mill-turn features, including turning shape, axial slot milling, and radial packet milling, and generate the corresponding NC program. For the milling functions, after the offset coordinates are calculated along the polygonal angle vector in the center point of cutters, the NC program is generated. For the turning functions, through importing the 2D DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) file and inputting related configurations, the entity coordinates can be retrieved and the corresponding NC program is then converted. By means of the solid cutting simulation software and practical cutting experiment for the generated numerical control program, the accuracy of the tool path generation algorithm is confirmed. Hence, the cost of purchasing commercial software can be saved and the time of generating program can also be decreased so that the working efficiency can be enhanced.

Few site measurements were carried out in inner-China area, partly due to researcher conceiving that the wind in inner-China area is not as strong as that in coastal area. Recent serious damages caused by local gales in middle reaches of Yellow River, far away from sea, were observed. In order to guarantee the safety of the structure, the wind load acting on the structure must be studied. But in the existing anti-wind specification the parameters of wind characteristics on complicated mountain, gorge and mountain pass terrain have no explicit stipulation. So it is obviously significant to study the wind characteristics on complicated terrain. It’s the first time to put the wind field observation of special topography on the upper and middle yellow river into practice. Field measurement tower was conducted at the site. Five 2-d anemometers and a 3-d ultrasonic anemometer were installed on the 65-meter-high tower from the 10 meters to 60meters high above ground, and two 30-meter-high towers erected on the bank of the river. Based on the method of data statistical analysis, a data processing system of wind speed observation V1.0 based on Borland C++ Builder is developed, which can rapidly and automatically process massive data. The specific wind space distribution and regular pattern around the western gap of valley areas are firstly gained. Wind field of terrain liking bell where the river flows from canyon to the open field have been simulated by CFD. The result of analysis testifies the correctness and efficiency of the numerical method. It would be provided with great theoretical significance and practical engineering value passes through the foregoing study.

Previous work has demonstrated that variants of a heme protein, Rhodothermus marinus cytochrome c (Rma cyt c), catalyze abiological carbene boron–hydrogen (B–H) bond insertion with high efficiency and selectivity. Here we investigated this carbon–boron bond-forming chemistry with cyclic, lactone-based carbenes. Using directed evolution, we obtained a Rma cyt c variant BORLAC that shows high selectivity and efficiency for B–H insertion of 5- and 6-membered lactone carbenes (up to 24,500 total turnovers and 97.1:2.9 enantiomeric ratio). The enzyme shows low activity with a 7-membered lactone carbene. Computational studies revealed a highly twisted geometry of the 7-membered lactone carbene intermediate relative to 5- and 6-membered ones. Directed evolution of cytochrome c together with computational characterization of key iron-carbene intermediates has allowed us to expand the scope of enzymatic carbene B–H insertion to produce new lactone-based organoborons.

The volatile fractions of Centaurea arachnoidea and C. montis-borlae, two endemic species growing wild in the Apuan Alps (Tuscany, Italy), were isolated by steam distillation from fresh leaves and flowerheads, and analyzed by GC/FID and GC/MS. The yield of essential oil ranged from 0.01% to 0.09% of fresh material. A wide variety of volatile compounds was detected in the examined plant species and organs, both in qualitative and quantitative terms. Sesquiterpenes were the major constituents, ranging from 18.9% to 73.2% of the total oil. Alcohols (1.6-25.8%), aldehydes (1.5-12.0%), hydrocarbons (1.8-11.9%), acids (0.2-25.4%), esters (0.2-1.3%), monoterpenes (0.7-1.4%), and miscellaneous compounds (0.6-2.6%), were also detected in variable amounts in all different sample tissues. A series of unidentified compounds was also isolated from the two species, both in leaves and flowerheads, accounting for 2.4-6.7% of the total oil. According to MS spectral data, these substances were likely to be polyunsaturated compounds; moreover, they appear to be species-specific, as their presence was only detected in either one or the other Centaurea species.

 La variedad Movas C2009 fue desarrollada en el campo experimental Norman E. Borlaug, en un proyecto colaborativo entre INIFAP y CIMMYT, para las áreas productoras de los estados de Sinaloa, Sonora y Baja California en México. Su pedigrí es CMH83.2578/4/ D88059//WARD/YAV79/3/ ACO89/5/2∗SOOTY-9/ RASCON-37/6/1A.1D5+106/3∗MOJO/3/AJAIA-12/ F3LOCAL(SEL.ETHIO.135.85)//PLATA-13, y su historial de selección CDSS02B00720S-0Y-0M-8Y-1M- 04Y-0B. Movas C2009 cuenta con el registro provisional 2415-TRI-097-190410/C del Catálogo Nacional de VariedadesVegetalesdelServicioNacionaldeInspección y Certificación de Semillas. Ésta variedad es de hábito de crecimiento primaveral y resistente a roya del tallo (Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici) con rendimiento de grano promedio de 6.35, 5.9 y 7.6 t ha-1 con dos, tres y cuatro riegos de auxilio, respectivamente, en cuatro fechas de siembra, siendo superior al testigo Júpare C2001. En parcelas con agricultores cooperantes, Movas C2009 superó en 0.5 t ha-1 en rendimiento de grano al testigo en promedio de seis validaciones, por lo que representa una nueva opción de trigo cristalino para los agricultores del noroeste del país.

Abstract:
Computer Program ILT15 developed to accompany a new leach test for solidified radioactive waste forms in the Hungarian NPP Paks. The program is designed to be used as a tool for performing the calculations necessary to analyse leach test data, a modelling program to determine if diffusion is the operating leaching mechanism (and, if not, to indicate other possible mechanisms), and a means to make extrapolations using the diffusion models. The ILT15 program contains four mathematical models that can be used to represent the data, diffusion through a semi-infinite medium, diffusion through a finite cylinder, diffusion plus partitioning of the source term and solubility limited leaching. The program is written in C++ in the Borland C++ Builder programming environment. A detailed description of application of this modelling computer program is given.

Telah dilakukan perancangan suatu sistem telemetri berbasis sensor suhu dan sensor asap (smoke detector) untuk pemantau kebakaran lahan. Jenis sensor suhu yang digunakan adalah sensor LM35 dan Sensor asap yang digunakan tipe FG200. Untuk perangkat pengubah data analog keluaran sensor suhu dan sensor asap menjadi sinyal digital digunakan mikrokontroler ATMega8535. Pengiriman data menggunakan modul RF TXM02 pada bagian pemancar (transmitter) dan modul FR RXM01 pada bagian penerima (receiver) yang mampu melakukan transmisi data pada jarak 200 m di udara terbuka. Tampilan data keluaran hasil pembacaan sensor pada bagian pengirim dan bagian penerima selain dapat ditampilkan pada komputer dengan menggunakan GUI (Graphic User Interface) dengan pemograman Borland Delphi 7.0, juga ditampilkan menggunakan LCD 16 x 2 character. Indikator terjadinya kebakaran (munculnya asap dan suhu lebih dari 37 °C) tampak pada menyalanya alarm (buzzer) yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik di dalam melakukan pengiriman data informasi suhu dan keberadaan asap di titik pengamatan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang suatu alat mikrokontroler yang dapat memonitoring dan mengendalikan kadar PH, suhu dan level air. Sebagai tempat pengujian, dibuat sebuah bak air dengan ukuran 100cmx40cmx60cm. Pada perancangan sistem terdapat beberapa bagian input sensor seperti sensor PH, sensor suhu LM35, sensor jarak ultrasonic, dan bagian output seperti tiga buah motor pompa, satu buah valve dan satubuah kincir yang digerakkan oleh motor dc 12 volt. Mikrokontroller ATMega328P yang tertanam pada arduino uno sebagai tempat pemrosesan data dari sensor yang selanjutnya akan memberikan output untuk menggerakkan aktuator dan akan ditampilakan data hasil pembacaan sensor pada PC atau. Power supply diperlukan berasal dari adaptor 12 volt yang mendapat input tegangan jala-jala PLN. Driver relay ULN2003 digunakan untuk menggerakan aktuator digunakan pada sistem. Perancangan miniature sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C dan Borland Delphi 7 yang berfungsi sebagai Interface.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat mengendalikan nilai PH, suhu serta level air sesuai dengan setting point yang diberikan.

Profesor de física - matemática colegio "San Luis" DOI: https://doi.org/10.33017/RevECIPeru2004.0016/ RESUMEN La experiencia del autor y sus alumnos está centrada en la elaboración de 14 experimentos relacionados al estudio de la electricidad; sus efectos, aplicaciones y relación con el magnetismo, tratando de aprender investigando en el curso de física de manera extraescolar. Se utilizó en gran parte materiales reciclados. Para que las demostraciones puedan ser más didácticas se decidió manipular las experiencias a través de la computadora, se elaboró un programa muy sencillo en BORLAND C++. El equipo se puede trasladar fácilmente con su maletín portátil cuando se requiere utilizar en otro lugar. El trabajo final fue denominado "Demostrador Múltiple Experimental de Electricidad y Magnetismo", al ser expuesta dentro del marco de las Actividades Científicas Extraescolares a nivel nacional e internacional obtuvo premios importantes. Posteriormente los escolares emprendiendo una capacidad de iniciativa, liderazgo y tratando de continuar e irradiar su experiencia se organizaron alrededor del club de ciencias "Incubadora de Investigadores Científicos Escolares" para realizar trabajos de investigación científica y tecnológica; periódica, despertando el interés por aprender investigando de otros escolares que los precederán, son asesorados por maestros e investigadores entusiastas. ABSTRACT The author's experience and their students are centered in the elaboration of 14 experiments related to the study of the electricity; their effects, applications and relationship with the magnetism, trying to learn investigating in the course of physics in way extra scholar. So that the demonstrations can be but didactic he/ she decided to manipulate the experiences through the computer, a very simple program was elaborated in BORLAND C++. The team can move easily with its portable handbag when it is required to use in another place. The final work was denominated "Experimental Multiple Demonstrator of Electricity and Magnetism", when being exposed inside the mark of the Scientific Activities Extra scholars at national and international level he/she obtained important prizes. Later on the scholars undertaking an initiative capacity, leadership and trying to continue and to irradiate their experience was organized around the club of sciences "Incubator of School Scientific Investigators" to carry out works of scientific and technological investigation; periodic, waking up the interest to learn investigating of other scholars that will precede them, is advised by teachers and enthusiastic investigators.
