Abstract:
This research presents the design, testing, and val- idation steps of a novel bottling machine that can potentially revolutionize the bottling process for small and medium-sized companies. The machine was equipped with a detection system to identify dirty bottles before the bottling process began, ensuring that only clean bottles were used and achieving safety control. The test conducted for the validation showed an accuracy rate of 98.95% in filling the nominal volume and an 87.5% accuracy rate in detecting dirty or clean bottles. The findings demonstrate the potential of the bottling machine

This research examines the vital problem of detecting anomalies at an early stage within industrial systems by studying an electro-pneumatic double-acting cylinder actuator used in a bottling facility production line. The occurrence of malfunctions in valves leads to operational inefficiencies, and both planned and unplanned downtime, and additional maintenance expenses. The study contributes a new dual method that unites mathematical modelling and machine learning to overcome the limitations of conventional anomaly detection methods. The wine industry uses filtration systems to remove particles that could compromise the quality of wine before bottling. However, traditional systems present significant operational limitations, such as volume restrictions, intensive handling, and risks associated with high-pressure devices. This study addresses these challenges by proposing an innovative solution: a pneumatic pumping system that delivers a pulsed flow under constant pressure, replacing conventional pressurized tanks for clogging tests. This approach not only reduces analysis time by 66.2% but also improves operational safety

Filling, capping and labeling machines are widely used industrial equipment in the bottling production process. This equipment is designed to automatically fill water or other liquids into bottles and then automatically cap and label the bottles. The machines not only help increase production efficiency but also ensure product consistency and quality. This makes the bottle production and packaging process more efficient and flexible. While there are many automatic filling machines on the market, most of the current models are quite large and have not been optimized to the maximum extent. This
