Abstract:
Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever is a common disease between humans and animals that is transmitted to humans through infected ticks, contact with infected animals, and infected humans. In this paper, we present a boxed model for the transmission of Crimean-Congo fever virus. With the help of the fixed-point theory, our proposed system model is investigated in detail to prove its unique solution. Given that the Caputo fractional-order derivative preserves the system’s historical memory, we use this fractional derivative in our modeling. The equilibrium points of the proposed system and their stability conditions are determined. Using the Euler method for the Caputo fractional-order derivative, we calculate the approximate solutions of the fractional system, and then, we present a numerical simulation for the transmission of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever.

Abstract:
This paper presented a 3D point sink model through using Dirac function. Then, 3D point sink solution in boxed reservoirs was obtained through using Laplace transform and Fourier transform methods. Based on the flux and pressure equivalent conditions in Laplace space, a semianalytical solution for multifractured horizontal wells was also proposed for the first time. The production rate distribution was discussed in detail for multifractured horizontal wells. The calculative results show the outermost fractures had higher production ratio due to larger drainage area and the inner fractures were lower due to the strong interface between fractures. Type curves were established to analyze the flow characteristics, which would be divided into six stages, for example, bilinear flow region, the first linear flow region, the first radial flow region, the second linear flow region, the second radial flow region, and the boundary dominated flow region, respectively. Finally, effects of some sensitive parameters on type curves were also analyzed in detail.

Abstract:
In this paper, we briefly review the boxed molecular dynamics (BXD) method which allows analysis of thermodynamics and kinetics in complicated molecular systems. BXD is a multiscale technique, in which thermodynamics and long-time dynamics are recovered from a set of short-time simulations. In this paper, we review previous applications of BXD to peptide cyclization, solution phase organic reaction dynamics and desorption of ions from self-assembled monolayers (SAMs). We also report preliminary results of simulations of diamond etching mechanisms and protein unfolding in atomic force microscopy experiments. The latter demonstrate a correlation between the protein's structural motifs and its potential of mean force. Simulations of these processes by standard molecular dynamics (MD) is typically not possible, because the experimental time scales are very long. However, BXD yields well-converged and physically meaningful results. Compared with other methods of accelerated MD, our BXD approach is very simple; it is easy to implement, and it provides an integrated approach for simultaneously obtaining both thermodynamics and kinetics. It also provides a strategy for obtaining statistically meaningful dynamical results in regions of configuration space that standard MD approaches would visit only very rarely.

Abstract:
Background Sediment scour at downstream of hydraulic structures is one of the main reasons threatening its stability. Several soil properties and initial input data have been studied to investigate its influence on scour hole geometry by both physical and numerical models. However, parameters of resistance affecting sedimentation and erosion phenomena have not been carried out in the literature. Besides, the auxiliary-like wing walls prevalently used in many real applications have been rarely addressed for their effect on morphological change. Results In this study, a 3D Computational Fluid Dynamics model is utilized to calibrate the hydraulic characteristics of steady flow going through the culvert by comparison with experimental data, showing good agreement between water depth, velocity, and pressure profiles at the bottom of the boxed culvert. The results show that a grid cell of 0.015 m gave minimum NRMSE and MAE values in test cases. Another approach is numerical testing sediment scour at a meander flume outlet with a variety of roughness/d50 ratio (cs) and diversion wall types. The findings include the following: cs = 2.5 indicates the close agreement between the numerical and analytical results of maximum scour depth after the culvert; the influence of four types of wing wall on the geometrical deformation including erosion at the concave bank and deposition at the convex bank of the meander flume outlet; and two short headwalls represent the best solution that accounts for small morphological changes. Conclusions The influence of the roughness parameter of soil material and headwall types on sediment scour at the meander exit channel of hydraulic structure can be estimated by the numerical model.

Statement of the problem. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific publications and guidelines, it is found that the known deformation models for the calculation of complex tensile reinforced concrete elements during torsional bending are quite conditional. Therefore the article considers the solution of the problem of designing a computational model of a reinforced concrete element during torsion with bending in the post-crack stage, which most fully accounts for the specifics of crack formation, deformation and destruction of such elements. The case is considered for when among all possible external influences the action of torques and bending moments has the greatest influence on the stress-strain. Results. Using the equations of statics and physical ratios of reinforced concrete, the calculated parameters are identified such as stresses in concrete of compressed zone, height of compressed concrete, stresses in clamps, deformations in concrete and reinforcement, curvature and torsion angle of reinforced concrete element. Conclusions. The obtained analytical dependences were tested by means of numerical calculation of the reinforced concrete strapping crossbar of the outer contour of a residential building of box section of high-strength concrete. The suggested deformation model can be employed in the design of a wide class of reinforced concrete structures working on torsional bending.

The relevance of this study is due to the fact that in conditions of a limited budget, companies face important questions: what system to choose to support their HR cycle; to stop at a boxed solution or to develop their own; how to correctly calculate the costs of implementation and support of the system. Misunderstandings between technology platform developers and consumers may be hidden in the terminology used. When a decision-maker is looking for a system for storing educational content, the choice may not be the most optimal option, but the option that is most popular or has the widest functionality. The article presents the key trends and directions, technologies and solutions that are in the focus of corporate training; identifies the key technological platforms of e-learning in the human capital management system. The empirical basis of the study was the materials of the international consulting companies EFMD, ELearning Inside, Technavio, Metaari. The practical significance of this study lies in revealing the issues that companies face when choosing or creating their training system. The introduction of e-learning technological platforms in the human capital management system will not be easy in any case, but already at the beginning of this path it is necessary to keep the end user in mind.

Abstract:
Coalition games have been recently used for modeling a variety of security problems. From securing the wireless transmissions in decentralized networks to employing effective intrusion detection systems in large organizations, cooperation among interested parties has shown to bring significant benefits. Motivating parties to abide to a solution is, however, a key problem in bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical solutions. Benefits should be distributed among players (wireless nodes in a network, different divisions of an organization in security risk management, or organizations cooperating to fight spam), such that no group of players is motivated to break off and form a new coalition. This problem, referred to as core allocation, grows computationally very expensive with a large number of agents. In this paper, we present a novel approximate core allocation algorithm, called the bounding boxed core (BBC), for large cooperative security games in characteristic form that rely on superadditivity. The proposed algorithm is an anytime (an algorithm is called anytime if it can be interrupted at any time point during execution to return an answer whose value, at least in certain classes of stochastic processes, improves in expectation as a function of the computation time) algorithm based on iterative state space search for better solutions. Experimental results on a 25-player game, with roughly 34 million coalitions, show that BBC shrinks the 25-dimensional bounding-box to times its initial hypervolume.

Abstract:
Abstract : Web Assembly (Wasm) and blockchain technology offer a viable solution for reliable and high-performance front-end systems. Wasm provides high execution speeds by incorporating code from high-level languages to improvise on performance limitations. Its sand-boxed execution model enhances security by extenuating memory-related weaknesses. Similarly, blockchain reinforces security with decentralized, tamper-resistant data structures and smart contracts. Conventional blockchain frameworks often suffer from computational overhead, but Wasm-based execution platforms like Polkadot and EOS optimize resource utilization and improve interoperability. This integration facilitates high-speed, reliable interactions in decentralized applications (dApps). Potential benefits include fast and secure off-chain computations, hence reducing blockchain congestion in front-end frameworks. However, challenges remain in securing Wasm execution in decentralized environments and optimizing blockchain and Wasm interoperability. A promising direction is to exploit Just-In-Time (JIT), Ahead-of-Time (AOT) compilation schemes along with zero-knowledge proofs to further enhance performance and security characteristics. By coupling Wasm’s efficiency with blockchain’s security, scalable and decentralized front-end systems are evolving to meet challenging web demand scenarios.

Abstract:
The condition of St. Paul's Cathedral was central to concerns about the perception of London over the course of the nineteenth century. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, it faced public criticism from the start. Unlike gothic Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's was an eclectic amalgam of gothic and neoclassical architecture; its interior was never finished. Efforts to decorate were boxed in by the strictures of Victorian architectural revivalism. This is the story of how academic historiography resolved a problem that aesthetic and architectural theory could not. Throughout the century, cathedral administrators sought to improve the cathedral by borrowing tools from historians with varying success. In the 1870s, a solution emerged when historians reinvented the Italian Renaissance as a symbol of liberal individualism. Their revisionist Renaissance provided an alternative to pure gothic or neoclassical revivalism, able to accommodate Wren's stylistic eclecticism. Scholars have traditionally plotted disputes about St. Paul's within broader architectural debates. Yet I argue that these discussions were framed as much by historical discourse as aesthetics. Turns in Victorian historiography eventually allowed architects to push past the aesthetic limits of the Battle of the Styles. New methods in Victorian historical research were crucial to nineteenth-century experiences of urban space.

Abstract:
A brand-new satellite deployment mechanism with boxed structure and self-actuated torsion joints is proposed and an effective method to verify the feasibility of this mechanism is established in this paper. This mechanism has the characteristics of high base frequency, high ratio of deployed and folded space occupation ratio. In order to meet the design requirements, the related analysis and optimization need to be conducted, and several conclusions are obtained. Firstly, the modal analysis of deployment mechanism at folded and fully deployed state is analyzed, and the result showed that the proper wall thickness is the key parameter to satisfy the design requirement and an optimized value could be obtained; Secondly, the heat deformation analysis result showed that the material plays an more important roll on affecting the thermal deformation than structure parameter; Thirdly, Under the torsional moment of the joints, the stress distribution of the deployment mechanism under different folding angle is investigated, it could be clearly found that the maximum stress is always located on the bonded area of the rod and joint, and the maximum stress is increased with the opening angle generally. By combined analysis including thermal, static, and modal, the related characteristics are obtained which could be used for structure optimization and provide an effective solution for the design of box structured satellite unfolding mechanism with self-actuated torsional joints.

Abstract:
Purpose Social shopping relies on word-of-mouth, with marketers turning to social shopping rewards (SSRs) to generate social buzz. According to US regulatory bodies, these types of rewards, if considered endorsements, must be disclosed. Yet, little is known about the impact of disclosure of SSRs. To address this gap, this study aims to examine the impact of disclosure of SSRs on consumer responses. Design/methodology/approach Respondents were randomly assigned to three experimental conditions via an online survey. The “no disclosure” condition featured a hypothetical friend’s tweet of a product (n = 91). The “disclosure” conditions featured the same tweet, either with the words “Sponsored Tweet” in a boxed tweet (n = 50) or with a hashtag “#Sponsored” (n = 48). All respondents completed a questionnaire designed to address the hypotheses. Findings No differences between the disclosure conditions were found, thus they were combined and compared to the non-disclosure condition. Of the 13 hypotheses, 9 were sustained by significant correlations. Disclosure to consumers that a product review was sponsored by a marketer strengthens the relationships between certain model constructs, i.e. between dual source credibility and attitude toward the message and between attitude toward the message and attitude toward the brand. Originality/value This study is the first to empirically test the impact of disclosure of SSRs on consumer responses in a social shopping context. Findings provide marketers and practitioners with a solution to complying with regulatory requirements in ways that do not hurt consumer responses to social buzz.

Abstract:
VLSI industry has been rapidly growing where multiple processors can be implemented on a single chip. In physical design of a chip main factors to be considered are timing closure, congestion, and power. Compare to 180nm and 90nm designs were not much complicated due to less transistor density as going to lower technology nodes chip size, area, length will decrease that impact on packaging and cooling issues, so it is necessary to estimate the power at the early stage of design. Power analysis is done immediately after placement and routing stage of the chip. Power analysis can be performed in two methods one is flat method and other is hierarchical method. In flat method of analysis, the data of both top level and block level is given as input data to calculate the results whereas in hierarchical method of analysis the Power Grid View (PGV) of hierarchical block is designed which is then given as input. In hierarchical runs the sub-blocks are black boxed. The simulation is carried out using the Voltus IC Integrity Solution tool from cadence for a chip designed in 16nm FinFET technology. The results obtained from the flat method of analysis takes 2X the runtime compared to hierarchical method which would be unfavorable for very much larger circuits. The IR drop in VDD and VSS are 11.69 mW and 11.02mW respectively in flat method and 12.32 mW and 13.26 mW for VDD and VSS in hierarchical method of analysis. The accuracy is more obtained in flat run due to its transparency in logic functions.

Abstract. This paper designed a kind of satellite deployment mechanism with a boxed structure and passive torsion joints. This deployment mechanism has significant strengths, including a high base frequency and stiffness, a high ratio of deployed and folded space occupation ratios, and self-actuated joints without needing any external power to drive. In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of this mechanism, a simplified governing equation is proposed and dynamic behavior is studied systematically, including impact response, harmonic response, and modal analysis. Through systematic research, several conclusions are drawn. Firstly, when the deployment mechanism reached the ending stage of unfolding driven by passive torsional joints, the load base installed on top of the deployment mechanism generated a first-order sharp reaction force and multiple low-order shocks followed, and the system entered a stable state after a certain time of vibration. Secondly, the system can generate a high vibration magnitude at low-frequency excitation when the mechanism is in a fully deployed state and at high-frequency excitation when the mechanism is in a folded state. Thirdly, the first sixth-order natural frequency and vibration shape with different wall thicknesses are obtained by modal analysis. The result shows that only with a 2.5 mm wall thickness can the connecting rod satisfy the design requirement. Through dynamic behavior research, the structure characteristics are obtained which can be used for structure optimization and to provide an effective solution for the design of a box-structured satellite-unfolding mechanism with self-actuated torsion joints.

The article defines the transformational processes that are observed in education and in the activities of educational organizations in the post-teen period. The role of distance and digital technologies in the field of educational services during the period of integration of educational organizations to improve the status and level of received and acquired competencies is outlined. It is determined that modern models of society development stimulate the transition to a new comprehensive method of customization of students of higher educational institutions, and the customization of training is considered as a basic strategy for the development of education, focusing on both the employer and the student. The author's development of a model of organization of customization as a tool for individualization of learning is presented, which, unlike existing ones, includes technologies based on intelligent analysis of learning models: adaptive tests; course modeling (maximum fragmentation into modules to accurately identify gaps in knowledge); student's independent choice of the learning trajectory; additional modules for elite training (research and project activities); based on the collection of data from employers: training seminars for practicing practical skills (with the involvement of specialists); simulation training methods (business games, game design); highly specialized professional cases, the fundamental use of which will allow the integration process in the educational environment to be carried out as efficiently as possible. Examples of the wide application of EdTech technological educational projects are presented and their specific features of use in the field of education are determined.

The main feature of the presented MIP model is combining several types of constraints following from the considered application field. The developed best-fit heuristic is tested on the basis of a computational experiment. The obtained results show that the heuristic is capable of constructing good solutions in a very short time. Moreover, the approach allows easy adjustment to additional loading constraints.

AbstractThe design of gear boxes is a complex challenge characterized by conflicting requirements and seemingly circular dependencies. Existing tools support engineers but focus on a single predefined design, often leading to costly iterative processes and non-optimal solutions. Solution Space Engineering (SSE) alleviates this by generating multiple designs represented by solution spaces. For this, a particular model structure is needed, and thus restructuring existing models, e.g., from industry standards. The application of solution spaces to a two-stage gear box is presented.

Abstract:
Currently, pile foundations are often used in engineering practice. Among the modern types of piles used for foundation structures, the option of foundations made of bored piles is definitely popular. They are used for various types of structures: bridges as part of highways, urban ring roads or high-rise buildings. The main problem in these cases is related to a reliable assessment of the bearing capacity of the pile and the development of a cost-effective design solution for foundation structures.
The studies carried out in this direction confirm that the issue of determining the load-bearing capacity of piles remains relevant both at the stage of developing reliable design solutions and in the process of searching for an economically efficient option of the foundation constructions of buildings and structures.
Taking into account the design features of bored piles and their installation technology add certain difficulties to the analytical methods of determining the soil bearing capacity of a single pile.
The practice of using bored piles on construction sites followed by observation of deformations showed that the soil bearing capacity of the piles, determined by the analytical method of standards used at the stage of developing design solutions for foundations, is underestimated. Therefore, the total number of piles in the foundation needs to be optimized according to the results of further field tests. Geometric parameters of piles, such as length and diameter, in some cases can also be reduced at the stage of rationalization of the design solution of the pile foundation, based on the results of field tests. So, as a result, the underestimated value of the load-bearing capacity of bored piles causes an increase in the cost of construction materials, an increase in the cost of installing foundation structures and an increase in the cost of housing for the end consumer.
The problem of reliable assessment of the soil bearing capacity of piles remains a relevant issue at the moment, as evidenced by the practice of designing foundation structures.
The paper presents the results of the analysis of the structural features of bored piles, which are aimed at increasing their bearing capacity. Also, the paper examines the features of the technology of installing bored piles, which are determined by both the hydro-geological conditions of the construction site and the need to install the constructive features of the bored pile.

Food waste is a pressing global issue, particularly in urban settings, where substantial amounts of surplus food go unused. In corporate environments, this challenge is compounded by the lack of dedicated platforms to facilitate food sharing and reduce waste effectively. This paper examines the current landscape of food waste, existing solutions, and the need for a specialised platform aimed at corporate employees. The proposed solution is the creation of a user-friendly application that enables the sharing of untouched homemade meals. Suppliers can post their meal boxes with details such as location, type of food, and availability status, while consumers can search for and select meal boxes based on their preferences. This paper addresses the gap in solutions for reducing food waste within corporate environments. The meal-box-sharing app provides a practical and sustainable method for minimising food waste and promoting productivity, health, and safety in the workplace.

Abstract The effect of the simulation box size on the stability of lysozyme dimers and hexamers formed in its solution before crystallization is studied by molecular dynamics. The behavior of these oligomers in boxes of different sizes is simulated, and their stability is assessed. It is shown that increasing the simulation box does not lead to refinement of the simulation results. The dimer stability weakly depends on the box sizes, while hexamers dissociated in all boxes considered, which is consistent with small-angle scattering data. The minimum distance between the protein and the box edge, at which the results of modeling oligomer behavior in crystallization solutions are reliable, is determined (1 nm).

Abstract:
Today, the advanced robot-surgeons and medical manipulators are managed by operators. Among the best recognized systems are: Da Vinci, Robodoc, SMR Surgical Versius. Further development of medical robotic surgery field requires new solutions in the engineering and software spheres. The main issues and directions are remote surgical operations online as well as automation of processes in sterile boxes. To overcome such limitations, the system must be of minimal size, but it should not lose its accuracy and power. A large number of solutions are aimed at a specific characteristic: Robodoc (accuracy and automation), Da Vinci (flexibility and remote control), SMR Surgical Versius (modularity and miniaturization). If the system has high accuracy, small dimensions and the possibility of automation, it will significantly accelerate the development of robotic surgery.
This task can be solved by removing all electronic components from the segments of the manipulator. Such a solution is already available in the robot surgeon Da Vinci, but a cable mechanism is used there at the base of the segments, which does not allow automating the process because of a low accuracy. The solution that will ensure sufficient accuracy and allow automating the processes is using a bevel gear inside the segments. In this way, it is possible to reduce significantly the size and to increase the accuracy (enlarging the number and type of motors), as well as to make the system as modular as possible, which in its turn will simplify the repair and maintenance.
A manipulator prototype was developed and printed on the NodeMcu hardware platform. The main functionality corresponds to the task. The dimensions of the prototype are 324x324x620 mm, but at the same time, like Da Vinci's robotic surgeon, 7 degrees of freedom remained. Nema17 motors have been used, the accuracy has increased significantly and reaches more than 0.01mm Automation research is still ongoing, but the vibration rate has been significantly reduced because all the motors are placed separately. Technical solutions will allow automating work in sterile boxes, ensuring maximum reliability.

Abstract:
Abstract The duration of a simulation directly depends on the size of the system under study: the larger its volume, the longer the calculations. Using a simulation box of minimal size is the most efficient in terms of calculation speed; however, its reduction is permissible only as long as it does not lead to a loss of accuracy of the results. To establish the threshold to which a box can be reduced, the molecular dynamics of lysozyme dimers and hexamers in a crystallization solution is modelled in simulation boxes of different sizes. Since dimers (and octamers) are present in lysozyme crystallization solutions, but hexamers (and tetramers) are absent, a comparison of their stability makes it possible to determine the correctness of the simulation results in each box. It is found that the dimer is more stable than the hexamer in all boxes under consideration, the smallest of which is set so that the minimum distance between the protein atoms and the box face is 1 nm. Thus, this offset is the minimum permissible one in the study of protein crystallization solutions.

Puzzle game is a game that shifts numbers from a box consisting of nine boxes. Eight boxes must have values arranged in numerical order starting from numbers 1 to 8. Puzzle games can produce the correct sequence according to the initial state provided that they follow the rules established rules. Completion of this game using a heuristic method, using the Ascent hill Climbing algorithm. The working process of the Ascent hill Climbing method is a process of looking for several possible solutions in order to get the optimal value for solving the problem by arranging the values from the position of the smallest value to the position of the largest value. The problem that is often experienced in this case is a lack of user knowledge in the concept of puzzle game rules so that search results are difficult to find, with this method it can make it easier to solve puzzle game cases by following the game rules and done systematically so that Goals are quickly found. Abstract - Open research in the field of robotics encourages individual creativity to create creative solutions to help people with disabilities. Robots are technologies that can relieve or replace human power. The need to provide food for persons with disabilities is very important because of its limitations. Nurses are the general solution to the limitations of people with disabilities, but what happens in America is a frequent weather problem and brings nurses to help people with disabilities. So you need a tool that can replace the work of a nurse. The solution to this problem is to make robots that can replace several servants' tasks, such as taking, moving and putting food and beverage boxes from one place to another. Robotic maneuverability is an important part of the job. A multi-independent steering system is used to reduce the robot's movement space when maneuvering. Besides being able to maneuver, robots must be able to pick up and transport food and beverage boxes using a gripping system. The success rate of robots completing their assignments reached 93.75% of 112 tests. Keyword : robot, prototype, multi-independent steering, person with dissability

The method restricts Voronoi cells to points within a user-defined distance of the data points. The mathematical foundation of the approach is presented as well. The cell clipping method is particularly useful for presenting geographic data that is spread in an irregular way over a map, as for example the Dutch dialect data displayed in Figure 2. The automatic generation of reasonable cell boundaries also makes redundant a frequently used solution to this problem that requires data owners to specify region boundaries, as in Goebl (2010) and Nerbonne et al (2011).

Abstract:
In an industry project with a German car manufacturer we are faced with the challenge of placing a maximum number of uniform rigid rectangular boxes in the interior of a car trunk. The problem is of practical importance due to a European industry norm which requires car manufacturers to state the trunk volume according to this measure. No really satisfactory automated solution for this problem has been known in the past. In spite of its NP hardness, combinatorial optimization techniques, which consider only grid-aligned placements, produce solutions which are very close to the one achievable by a human expert in several hours of tedious work. The remaining gap is mostly due to the constraints imposed by the chosen grid. In this paper we present a new approach which combines the grid-based combinatorial method with Simulated Annealing on a continuous model. This allows us to explore arbitrary orientations and placements of boxes, hence closing the gap even further, and – in some cases – even surpass the manual expert solution. The implemented software system allows our industrial partner to incorporate the trunk volume in a very early stage of the car design process without relying on a repeated and cumbersome manual evaluation of the volume.

Abstract:
The effect of antimicrobial preparations on the intensity of losses in the quality of Brussels sprout heads during storage has been scientifically substantiated. Brussels sprout heads were treated with antimicrobial solutions before storage. The following solutions were used: 0.05 % sorbic acid, 0.2 % benzoic, 0.5 % citric acid, Baikal EM-1, 0.5 % solution of ascorutin. The heads were stored in boxes lined with a 40 µm thick polyethylene film. Treatment with antimicrobial preparations increases the shelf life of Brussels sprout to 50 days without significant weight loss. A solution of sorbic acid significantly reduces the natural mass loss by Brussels sprout after 10 days of storage. The effect of other preparations is observed only on day 30 of storage. Standard product output is 85.2–86.9 % depending on the features of the hybrid. Antimicrobial preparations contribute to the preservation of chemical components in Brussels sprout heads. At the end of storage, the content of dry matter, dry soluble substances, total sugar, and ascorbic acid is 5‒8 % higher than that in the control variant. A greater content of some components of the chemical composition is observed in produce treated with solutions of sorbic and benzoic acids before storage. Solutions of sorbic and benzoic acids effectively hinder the development of harmful microorganisms on the heads of Brussels sprout. The result of this study has established that a 0.05 % solution of sorbic acid and a 0.2 % solution of benzoic acid are more effective at contributing to the preservation of quality by Brussels sprout heads. Sorbic and benzoic acids do not affect the organoleptic properties of products and are safe for humans. This makes it possible to recommend to use their solutions as an effective and safe measure to preserve the quality of vegetable produce over its long-term storage

Abstract:
Mathematical optimization offers highly-effective tools for finding solutions for problems with well-defined goals, notably scheduling. However, optimization solvers are often unexplainable black boxes whose solutions are inaccessible to users and which users cannot interact with. We define a novel paradigm using argumentation to empower the interaction between optimization solvers and users, supported by tractable explanations which certify or refute solutions. A solution can be from a solver or of interest to a user (in the context of ‘what-if’ scenarios). Specifically, we define argumentative and natural language explanations for why a schedule is (not) feasible, (not) efficient or (not) satisfying fixed user decisions, based on models of the fundamental makespan scheduling problem in terms of abstract argumentation frameworks (AFs). We define three types of AFs, whose stable extensions are in one-to-one correspondence with schedules that are feasible, efficient and satisfying fixed decisions, respectively. We extract the argumentative explanations from these AFs and the natural language explanations from the argumentative ones.

A country's economic progress can be seen from the industrial sector's contribution to its economic growth. Transportation plays an important role in the distribution of products to consumers, where the smooth flow of goods can reduce costs and optimize company profits. Distribution problems often occur due to the arrangement of goods that is not optimal, thereby increasing costs and labor. Optimizing the placement of goods in expedition vans has not been widely studied until now. Therefore, the tabu search algorithm is needed to optimize the arrangement of goods(items). The Tabu Search algorithm is a metaheuristic algorithm that aims to find the optimal solution from various possible solutions. In this study, all goods sent were packaged in cubes or blocks and the vehicles used to send them were also in boxes. This article's essence is arranging goods (packed in boxes) into a van so that it has maximum contents. This research also discusses how to place items if the item cannot be reversed (fragile) along with the visualization.

Abstract:
We examine the transient evolution of a negatively buoyant, laminar plume in an emptying filling box containing a uniform porous medium. In the long time limit, $\unicode[STIX]{x1D70F}\rightarrow \infty$, the box is partitioned into two uniform layers of different densities. However, the approach towards steady state is characterized by a lower contaminated layer that is continuously stratified. The presence of this continuous stratification poses non-trivial analytical challenges; we nonetheless demonstrate that it is possible to derive meaningful bounds on the range of possible solutions, particularly in the limit of large $\unicode[STIX]{x1D707}$, where $\unicode[STIX]{x1D707}$ represents the ratio of the draining to filling time scales. The validity of our approach is confirmed by drawing comparisons against the free turbulent plume case where, unlike with porous media plumes, an analytical solution that accounts for the time-variable continuous stratification of the lower layer is available (Baines & Turner, J. Fluid Mech., vol. 37, 1969, pp. 51–80; Germeles, J. Fluid Mech., vol. 71, 1975, pp. 601–623). A separate component of our study considers time-variable forcing where the laminar plume source strength changes abruptly with time. When the source is turned on and off with a half-period, $\unicode[STIX]{x0394}\unicode[STIX]{x1D70F}$, the depth and reduced gravity of the contaminated layer oscillate between two extrema after the first few cycles. Different behaviour is seen when the source is merely turned up or down. For instance, a change of the source reduced gravity leads to a permanent change of interface depth, which is a qualitative point of difference from the free turbulent plume case.
