Therefore, resetting of ABA signaling also requires PP2C degradation to avoid excessive ABA-induced accumulation of PP2Cs. It has been demonstrated that ABA induces the degradation of existing ABI1 and PP2CA through the PUB12/13 and RGLG1/5 E3 ligases, respectively. However, other unidentified E3 ligas

BPEL is a Business Process Execution Language, BPEL process complish the cooperation of Web services through exchanging messages between services. Some privacy data should be collected and exposed in BPEL process, the leaking of privacy data will bring troubles to the user of Web service. So the paper’s aim is analyzing and verifying whether the usage or the transmission of privacy data in BPEL process violate the privacy statute. This paper establishs a BPEL CPN model using modeling method and uses extended P3P policy to describe user’s requirements, finally a prototype system is designed and

Bean pod mottle virus (BPMV) negatively affects soybean yield and quality, yet quantitative information on effect of time of BPMV infection on soybean yield and quality has not been reported. The impact of time of BPMV infection on soybean yield, yield components, and grain quality components were quantified during the 2006 and 2007 soybean growing seasons in Iowa. Soybean quadrats (30 cm in length) were established within soybean plots (‘NB3001’) that consisted of six rows and were 7.5 m long. Quadrats were sampled 9 times during the 2006 growing season and 10 times during the 2007 growing se

Semantic process modeling approaches are used in modelling, making use of the process ontology, which is the preferred BPMO. In the process of semantically modeling, using ontology to describe the business process is an important step. Therefore, the text proposed for BPMO-based OWL representation of business process, lays the foundation for resolving issues, such as semantic annotation, machine-understandable, and reasoning on business process. We will put forward the construction and representation of our business process knowledge; examine the workshop business process activities; according

A survey of Bean pod mottle virus (BPMV) in Iowa counties was conducted and the virus was found throughout the state. A long-term monitoring study (1989 to 2002) of the main BPMV vector, the bean leaf beetle, Cerotoma trifurcata, indicated that, in 2002, populations reached the highest abundance recorded in 14 years. Three potential sources for an early season primary inoculum source were found: (i) soybean (Glycine max) seed, (ii) overwintered bean leaf beetles, and (iii) alternate BPMV host plants. Examination of 5,804 and 8,064 soybean seedlings of two cultivars yielded 0 and 3 seedlings, r

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an evolution of distributed computing and it is based on the concepts of interoperable services. To enable reliable and robust service oriented information systems, it is important to establish an effective fault handling. WS-BPEL 2.0 specification does not provide sophisticated and reusable support for handling faults and challenges process designers with many obstacles in the process implementation. We introduce a novel policy driven fault handling framework for BPEL by extending the WS-BPEL 2.0 specification. We propose to separate business process and

In the context of climate change, elevated temperature is a major concern due to the impact on plant–pathogen interactions. Although atmospheric temperature is predicted to increase in the next century, heat waves during summer seasons have already become a current problem. Elevated temperatures strongly influence plant–virus interactions, the most drastic effect being a breakdown of plant viral resistance conferred by some major resistance genes. In this work, we focused on the R-BPMV gene, a major resistance gene against Bean pod mottle virus in Phaseolus vulgaris. We inoculated different BP

This research focused on the potential of project-based learning and blended learning, which offer a distinctive cross-point in regard to building 21st-century skills in the classroom. Specifically, this research hypothesized that using the BPBL approach has an effect on perceived self-efficacy, perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention of using BPBL, and students’ academic achievement. To achieve the research goal, we employed a questionnaire as the main data collection method and dispensed it to 80 students, all of whom use the BPBL approach. The findings were obtained

Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) has been increasing in importance and acreage for the past 5 years in Iran and is now planted on approximately 108,000 ha. Previous surveys in Iran of viruses infecting soybean failed to identify Bean pod mottle virus (BPMV), but the incidence of other common viruses of soybean in the field has been reported (1). During October 2004, symptoms characteristic of those caused by BPMV including mosaic, puckering of trifoliate leaves, and delayed maturity of stems or green stems were observed in soybean fields in the Takhti Mahaleh, Versen, and Hashemabad areas loca
