Abstract

Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att visa på hur jämställdhet och jämlikhet kan bidra till en positiv förändring inom den verksamhet som Räddningstjänsten i Halmstad bedriver. Uppsatsen är dels en sociologisk uppsats och dels en kartläggning av Räddningstjänstens organisation i Halmstad. Den är skriven på uppdrag från Räddningstjänsten i Halmstad och beskriver brukarnas attityder till jämställdhet och jämlikhet inom kåren samt skildrar Räddningstjänsten både ur ett historiskt perspektiv och ur ett nutidsperspektiv. Frågan som ställs i arbetet är vad det innebär för den enskilda brandmannen, för organisationen och för brukarna att Räddningstjänsten är en organisation med nästan enbart svenska män.

Arbetet lyfter fram och problematiserar hur fördomar och föreställningar kring kön och etnicitet kan bli ett hinder för såväl Räddningstjänsten som samhället när det handlar om jämställdhet och jämlikhet. Att arbeta för att öka medvetenheten, både inom och utom organisationen, kring dessa frågor är ett viktigt steg för ett mer jämställt arbetsliv.

Abstract:

Vi har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning med explorativ ansats, av ledarskapet inom Ängelholms brandstation. Materialet grundar sig på fyra intervjuer samt två observationsdagar. Vi har valt att se på hur organisationen, kulturen och ledaren påverkar varandra, men också hur man som ledare väljer ledarstil beroende på situationen. Utöver detta har vi nuddat vid de krafter och de premisser som möjliggör en större förändring i organisationen. De teorier vi har använt är Alvessons organisationskultur samt Philipsons teori om värden. Vi lyfter fram Hersey och Blanchards modell över situationsanpassat ledarskap samt förklarar auktoritär, demokratisk samt laissez faire (låt gå) ledare. För att kunna förstå ledarens komplexa situation vid beslut under stress har vi använt oss av teorin kognitiva resurser och till sist förklaras auktoritetsbegreppet. Vår frågeställning lyder därmed:

Hur påverkar organisationskultur och ledarskap varandra i en organisation?

Som ett resultat av undersökningen kan vi se hur brandstationen har genomgått en förändring från ett auktoritärt styre till ett situationsanpassat ledarskap. Men det är inte enbart ledarskapet som har förändrats utan även organisationskulturen. En förändring kan ske först när flera villkor för förändring är uppfyllda. Det hade blivit gynnsamt för en förändring vilket medgav nya tankar och idéer. Stationen har genomgått radikala förändringar från en hierarkisk och auktoritär struktur till en platt organisation där brandmännen idag har egna ansvarsområden. På utryckning lever ändå den auktoritära ledarstilen kvar, men med en ny lyhördhet. Nya ledare inom organisationen har påskyndat förändringarna i organisationskulturen. Den har blivit mer tillåtande, vilket blir synligt i en respekt för varandras olikheter, känslor och åsikter. Idag bryr man sig mer om varandra och man ger varandra feedback.

Vår undersökning visar hur pass komplext det är att få till en förändring och vilka krafter som måste till för att få till stånd en hållbar förändring som går ned på djupet av organisationen Fastän organisationskulturen är förändrad lever fortfarande delar av den gamla kulturen kvar som en essens från förr, värden som man fortsätter att reproducera och upphöja som viktiga.

The present paper aims to reflect about the creative process of visual artist Leya Mira Brander (born 1976 in São Paulo), in an attempt to unwrap the gestures that turn her unique as a printmaker. Among the various possibilities of cropping, we chose the approach of the technical procedures involved in the making of images, the relationship between image and memory and the use of the word as a poetic recurrence. Divided into three chapters, the first one examines the making of the engraving in its implications and consequences, and the montage and procedural methodology in her work, based on theoretical considerations by Georges DidiHuberman and Walter Benjamin. The second chapter addresses the compositional visual elements of the artist's work in the light of image and memory, emphasizing her thematic preferences and references involving the gestures of citation and metamorphosis. The result are images that derive from her own universe as well as from the mention of icons in the history of art. In the same chapter, we also seek to reflect on the legacy of irony and allegory present in her work, whose theoretical shield poured the writings of Giorgio Agamben and Pedro Duarte. The third and final chapter is intended to place the word and its uses in the creation of the artist process, ending with words that manifest as reports of love, analyzed in the light of the writings of Roland Barthes.
Esta pesquisa procurou refletir sobre o processo criativo da artista visual Leya Mira Brander (São Paulo, 1976), numa tentativa de desembrulhar os gestos que a singularizam como gravurista. Dentre as diversas possibilidades de recorte, optou-se pela abordagem dos procedimentos técnicos envolvidos na fatura de suas imagens, pela relação entre a imagem e a memória e pelo uso da palavra como recorrência poética. Divididos em três capítulos, o primeiro deles analisa a fatura da gravura em metal em suas implicações e desdobramentos, e a montagem como metodologia processual no conjunto de sua obra, o qual foi embasado pelas considerações dos teóricos Georges Didi-Huberman e Walter Benjamin. No segundo capítulo, abordaram-se os elementos visuais compositivos da obra da artista sob o horizonte da imagem e da memória, ressaltando-se suas preferências temáticas e referências diante dos gestos de citação e metamorfose de imagens advindas tanto de seu universo particular quanto da menção a ícones da história da arte. Ainda nesse capítulo, buscou-se refletir sobre o legado da ironia e da alegoria presentes em seus trabalhos, cujo amparo teórico se serviu dos escritos de Giorgio Agamben e Pedro Duarte. Ao terceiro e último capítulo, destinou-se o lugar à palavra e seus usos no processo de criação da artista, finalizando com aqueles que se manifestam como relatos de amor, analisados sob a luz dos escritos de Roland Barthes.

Abstract:

Syftet med denna studie är att belysa hur platser och rum används i Brandkärr och vilken betydelse det får för socialt värdeskapande. Att studera sociala värden är ett sätt att utvärdera samhällets möjligheter att skapa positiva upplevelser för enskilda individer. För att få en mångfacetterad och representativ bild av Brandkärr är studien genomförd genom ett användarperspektiv. Inom stadsplanering är det alltid en utmaning hur invånarnas åsikter och röster ska göras hörda och få ta plats. En annan utmaning som möjligtvis är ännu svårare är att förändra stadsdelar och områden som redan finns efter nya behov. Miljonprogrammet är ett exempel på hur tidigare planeringsideal blivit ett hinder i samtida planeringskontext. Forskning om människors välbefinnande och upplevelser av fysiska platser börjar breda ut sig, men den är fortfarande begränsad och i behov av utveckling. Vi använder oss av arkitektur- och platsteorier som resonerar kring relationen mellan den byggda miljön och människorna som använder den. Genom att diskutera användarnas åsikter och erfarenheter lyfter vi invånarnas bild av Brandkärr. Upplevelser, användningsmöjligheter och hur man värdesätter fysiska platser definierar marginalerna för socialt värdeskapande. Därför ämnar vi konkretisera hur den byggda miljön ser ut och används och hur det i sin tur påverkar hur sociala värden skapas. I Brandkärr återspeglas de sociala värdena genom människorna vi möter och intervjuar. Den största källan till socialt värdeskapande i Brandkärr är gemenskapen. Miljonprogrammets funktionsuppdelade planering har genererat stora allmänna ytor att umgås på men separerar också funktioner från varandra, vilket resulterat i avsaknad av neutrala platser inomhus. Med neutrala platser menar vi rum som är tillgängliga för alla. Sociala värden kan skapas när det finns ett samspel mellan den byggda miljön och dess användare. Brandkärrs största tillgång är människorna och hur de upplever och använder Brandkärr som plats.
The aim of this thesis is to shed light on how places and spaces are used in Brandkärr and what significance they have for creating social value. Studying social values is a way of evaluating society's opportunities to create positive experiences for individuals. In order to get a multifaceted and representative image of Brandkärr, the study was conducted through a user perspective. In urban planning it is always a challenge to get citizen’s voices and opinions heard. Another challenge that is possibly even more difficult is to change districts and areas that already exist according to new needs. The Million Homes Programme is an example of how previous planning ideals have become an obstacle in a contemporary planning context. Research on human well-being and experiences of physical places is beginning to spread, but it is still limited and in need of development. We have used architecture and site theories based on the relationship between the built environment and the people who use it. By discussing the users' opinions and experiences we show the insiders' experiences of Brandkärr. Citizen’s experiences, possibilities of use and how they value physical places define the margins for social value creation. Therefore, we intend to show what the built environment looks like, how it is used and in turn how it affects how social values are created. In Brandkärr, the social values are reflected through the people we met and interviewed. The largest source of social value creation in Brandkärr is through the community. The Million Homes Programme's separation of functions has generated large public areas to socialize on but also separates uses from each other, resulting in a lack of inclusive, accessible indoor spaces for everyone. Social values can be created when there is an interaction between the built environment and its users. Brandkärr's greatest attributes are both the people and how they experience and use Brandkärr as a place.

Abstract:

The master thesis is devoted to a nontraditional, however, in the todays world to a very current topic, arms industry and its support. The thesis connects the theoretical concept of the strategic trade policy (defined by P. Krugman or J. Brander) to its practical interpretation and application in the defence and security industry. The first chapter explains the strategic trade policy using the Brander Spencer analysis. The topic of the second chapter is strategic industries and this chapter answers the question whether the defence and security industry is a strategic industry or not. The third chapter analyses the possibilities of the support of DSI and compares approaches of different EU member states. The last chapter is devoted to the solution of this problem. The main contribution of this thesis is a new interpretation of the strategic trade policy, analysis of the importance of the defence and security industry and its support and suggestion of practical measures for Czech companies and for the Czech Ministry of Defence.

In the traditional suppliers-retailers-customers business model, the responsibility of suppliers is to design products, retailers then choose some of the products from the suppliers and put it on the shelf, and customers then can only play a half-chooser role in this model. We believe that a good strategy for the suppliers and retailers is viewing their consumers as decision makers. It means that let consumers design their favorable products by themselves, and choose one form what they designed. To support the customers design their favorable products, we propose a model, which integrates value-focused thinking, conjoint analysis and analytic hierarchy process in one system. To verify its performance, we apply our model to support customers to design department stores’ co-brander cards by themselves and compare our model with traditional AHP models. Experimental results of this case showed that the performance of our model is better than that of traditional AHP models.

With the burning competition of global industry, hence strategic alliances become the one of many operating style. This study is to understand the relationship among motives, partner selection, managerial behavior and performance in retail. Retail of issuing co-brander card is main object of this research. Through questionnaires surveys, there are 70 questionnaires which I mail to retailers, and 51 questionnaires of them which were returned are effective 72.86%. according to these 51 questionnaries, these data collected were analyzed by SPSS and we find that the Cronbach’s αof influencing factors is above 0.8. It means the credibility is good. Then AMOS was used for data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and validate research hypotheses. This research finds out these conclusions: 一、The relationship of alliance motives and performance: Cost and tactic motives had no impact on performance. There were positive relationship between complementary motives and performance. The image motives was positive correlated with the duration of alliances, the degree of finishing goal and the satisfaction of alliances. 二、The relationship of alliance motives and partner selection: The relationship of the cost motives and partner’s resources was positive. The relationship of the tactic motives and partner’s resources was positive. There were positive relationship between complementary motives and partner’s resources. The image motives was positive correlated with compatible factors. 三、The relationship of partner selection and performance: The compatible factors were positive correlated with the duration of alliance and degree of finishing goal. The cooperative relationship was positive correlated with the duration of alliance, degree of finishing goal and satisfaction of alliances. The relationship of partner’s resources and performance was positive. 四、The relationship of partner selection and managerial behavior: The compatible factors are positive correlated with communication and coordination of alliance and the control of alliance. The cooperative relationship had no impact on managerial behavior. The relationship of partner’s resources and control of alliance was positive. 五、The relationship of managerial behavior and performance: The plan of alliance was positive correlated with financial performances. The communication and coordination of alliances was positive correlated with degree of finishing goal and satisfaction of alliances. The control of alliances was positive correlated with performances.
