Après dix ans, le paquet brevet unitaire est entré en vigueur le 1 er juin dernier ; c’est une révolution dans le domaine des brevets en Europe. La Juridiction unifiée du brevet (JUB), une nouvelle juridiction internationale spécialisée dans le contentieux des brevets européens, est soumise au respect du droit de l’Union européenne.
