High-strength aluminum alloy with large-scale and thin-walled complex castings have broad application prospects in aerospace, weapons, electronics, defense and military industries. However, due to the uneven thickness of the plate, the casting defects are inevitable by the ordinary casting method, and it is impossible to accurately control the shape and performance of the casting in the casting process. Previous studies have found that the semi-solid rheological extrusion casting technology with short process and near-end type can help solve this technical problem. Therefore, this paper studie

Abstract:
Casting defects encompass a broad spectrum of imperfections, such as blow holes, pinholes, burrs, shrinkage defects, and various metallurgical anomalies. Detecting these defects manually requires a trained eye, and even the most diligent inspectors can inadvertently overlook subtle irregularities. To address these challenges, there is a growing movement toward automation in quality control. Deep learning models, including the Xception model, are being harnessed to create a robust classification system. Such models have the capacity to analyze thousands of product images with precision, identif

This study analyzes the effect of empathic response of watching SNS broad- casting clips on the Curiosity and viewing intention of live program. Results indicated that empathetic understanding, identification, and vicarious emotional response have immediate effects on Curiosity. The Curiosity for the main broadcast had a positive effect on the viewing intention of live program, thus the mediating effect was verified. This shows that empathic response plays significant roles in developing Curiosity and viewing intention of watching the main show while viewing SNS broadcasting clips.

These metal materials contain in their structure artificially created pores. These pores give them specific properties, such as: large rigidity at low density, high thermal conductivity, capability to absorb energy, etc. Since the discovery of porous metallic materials numerous methods of production have been developed. Microneedles have emerged as a novel transdermal delivery tool that enables the delivery of various products such as drugs, vaccines, or cosmetic ingredients. Although the demand for solid microneedles composed of biocompatible polymer is increasing, the manufacture of microneedles using poly-lactic acid (PLA) with rapid drug-releasing is yet to be established and the process is still in its infancy. Here, we propose a novel strategy for the fabrication of PLA solid microneedles which enable a drug to be burst-released based on a solvent-casting process. This approach offers extreme simplicity
