The enrollment and enrollment of students in the different programs offered by the Postgraduate Department of the Bolívar State University are requirements to begin with professional training in the fourth level academic offers; The present investigation identified that the information is kept manually which causes difficulties in its processes, for which it seeks to improve the administrative and academic processes that will allow the progress of functions associated with strategic tasks and decision-making, allowing to store and organize the information in such a way that efficient searches and specific reports can be carried out according to the needs within the aforementioned department, through the migration of manual processes to an automated online system - responsive web system, using Open Source tools according to to the needs of the Department (PHP Programming Language, MySql Database Manager, Netbeans Framework 11.0, JavaScript, Buml 7.9, additional tools and technologies.), in addition, Software Engineering techniques were applied to obtain a reliable and quality system , an adequate collection of information to capture the requirements Functional and non-functional requirements of the web system, reducing development, operation and maintenance time, the aforementioned web system was subjected to different types of tests such as white box, which resulted in a reduction in the number of errors in the software and A black box that focused on the inputs and outputs of the system based on the functional requirements and specifications of the system, will offer a license plate in an interactive and dynamic way with an easy-to-use interface.

Abstract:
<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the empirical evidence of differences in reporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014. This research is a quantitative research. The study population was BUMN and BUMS listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples are 22 companies consisting of 12 BUMN companies and 10 companies BUMS listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The analysis technique used using independent samples t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company's state-owned enterprises with private enterprises in terms of economic sectors. A description of the analysis showed that CSR BUMN in sectors of the economy is greater than the company BUMS, but the differences were considered less significant. There were no significant differences between the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company's state-owned enterprises with private enterprises in terms of the environmental sector. A description of the analysis showed that CSR state-owned companies in the environmental sector is greater than the company BUMS, but the differences were considered less significant. There are significant differences between the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company's state-owned enterprises with private enterprises in terms of the employment sector. <p>Pengelolaan pertambangan minyak bumi pada sumur tua terbagi dalam tiga aspek, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Pengelolaan pertambangan minyak bumi pada sumur tua juga memiliki hambatan permasalahan, yaitu norma pengaturan dan praksis pengusahaan. Norma pengaturan tidak serta merta membuka pintu keterlibatan daerah melalui BUMD untuk dapat berpartisipasi dalam pengusahaan minyak bumi pada sumur tua. Aspek praksis pengusahaan juga dibenturkan pada aspek ketersediaan modal, data sumur tua, hambatan teknis di lapangan, lahan lokasi sumur tua, dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif. Adanya peluang yang diberikan kepada BUMD atau KUD untuk ikut mengusahakan sumur tua menjadi sebuah harapan baru untuk dapat mengoptimalisasi produksi minyak bumi pada sumur tua sebagai salah satu strategi menuju ketahanan energi di Indonesia. Diperlukan pembenahan yang holistik, baik dari aspek norma pengaturan, maupun dari aspek praksis pelaksanaan pengusahaan minyak bumi pada sumur tua. Selain itu, pemerintah harus melaksanakan implementasi norma dalam Pasal 16 dan Pasal 17 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 mengenai pengembalian wilayah kerja, sebagai sebuah upaya agar pengelolaan minyak bumi pada sumur tua dapat dilakukan BUMD dan KUD secara mandiri.</p><p>Management of oil mining in old wells are divided into three aspects, namely planning, implementation, and supervision. Management of oil mining in old wells also have a bottleneck problem, namely regulations and practices. Regulations do not necessarily open the door for local government enterprises (BUMD) to participate in the exploitation of oil in old wells. Practical aspects of exploitation are also collided with the aspect of availability of capital, old wells data, technical barriers in the field, old well locations, and supervision. This research is a normative juridical research. The opportunities given to BUMD or village unit cooperatives (KUD) to participate in exploitation of old wells become a new hope to optimize oil production in old wells as a strategy towards energy security in Indonesia. Holistic improvements are needed, both from the aspect of regulation, as well as the practical aspects of the implementation of the exploitation of oil in old wells. In addition, the government should implement norms set out in the Article 16 and Article 17 of Law Number 22 Year 2001 regarding the return of the working area, as an effort for the management of oil mining in old wells can be operated independently by BUMD and KUD.</p>

AbstractThe 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia regulates natural recources in its particular article. Then, the Energy Law and the Oil and Gas Law regulate the state’s control of oil and natural gas. In the sectoral regulations of oil and gas, there is a public service obligation (PSO) which must be assumed by the Government and State Owned Enterprises (SOE). Meanwhile, in the SOE Law introduced entity Perum and Persero. Where in Perum entities carrying out public service, while the Persero entity to assume the role for profit. But in practice found a PSO on the oil and gas sector carried by state-run entities Persero. IntisariDalam Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 diatur penguasaan negara terhadap sumber daya alam. Kemudian UU Enegi dan UU Minyak dan Gas Bumi mengatur penguasaan negara terhadap minyak dan gas bumi. Dalam pengaturan sektoral di bidang tersebut juga mengatur kewajiban pelayanan umum yang harus diemban oleh pemerintah dan BUMN. Sementara itu dalam UU BUMN diperkenalkan entitas Perusahaan Umum (Perum) dan Perseroan Terbatas (Persero). Dimana entitas Perum mengemban peran pelayanan umum (public service), sementara entitas Persero mengemban peran mencari keuntungan (profit oriented). Namun dalam praktek ditemukan kewajiban pelayanan umum pada sektor minyak dan gas bumi diemban oleh BUMN dengan entitas Persero.

Abstract:
The phenomenon regarding the emersion of the idea of Indonesia Raya Incorporated (IRI) is interesting to be thereferences in economic policy studies.This study aim to reveal and interpret the management of state asset ownership as a proposal on the IRI approach. This research used qualitative method, designed with grounded theory approach and constructivism philosophy. Data collection was obtained from the results of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) of economists from various universities. The results reveal that: (1) The gap on state asset ownership by state-owned enterprises(BUMN), regional government-owned enterprises(BUMD) and private sectoras a result of economic liberalization is the antecedent of the emergence of the idea about IRI; (2) IRI encourages changes in the legislation for new economic policies; (3) The new economic policy,in form of IRI eliminates the gap in state asset ownership by BUMN, BUMD and private sector; (4) The gap on state asset ownership by BUMN, BUMD, and private sector will determine the prospects of society welfare level and economic sovereignty, and finally lead to the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. It is generally concluded that IRI whichis proposed in the management of state asset ownership has fulfilled the economic constitution.

Abuse in granting credit is prohibited binding because the misappropriation is an act that is against the law (statutory regulation) so that it is an act against the law. If the bank is poorly managed and has the potential to cause chaos to the economy in a country. Di Indonesia kegiatan eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi dilakukan hampir seluruhrtya oleh kontraktor minyak asing. Mereka melakukan kerjasama dengan Pemerintah dalam bentuk Kontrak Bagi Hasil <em>(KBH)/Production Sharing Contract </em>(PSC). Pada kontrak tersebut Pemerintah memberikan kuasa kepada kontraktor untuk melakukan eksplorasi terhadap suatu wilayah tertentu yang mengandung minyak dan gas bumi selama jangka walctu 30 tahun. Jika minyak atau gas bumi telah ditemukan, hasilnya akan dibagi antara Pemerintah dan KBH sesuai dengan kontrak yang disepakati bersama. Seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh KBH selama eksplorasi sampai dengan ditemukannya minyak dan gas bumi akan diganti oleh Pemerintah Mau yang lazim disebut <em>cost recovery.</em></p>

Pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan adalah bagian dari hak asasi bagi setiap orang, termasuk Penyandang Disabilitas, sehingga UUD 1945 memberikan jaminan dan perlindungan hukum bagi pelaksanaannya. Permasalahannya adalah sikap diskriminatif terhadap penyandang disabilitas dan tingkat pendidikan penyandang disabilitas yang rendah sebagai kesenjangan antara penyandang disabilitas dengan pekerja non disabilitas. Ketiadaan data pasti terkait jumlah tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas baik sektor swasta maupun sektor non swasta (PNS, BUMN dan BUMD) menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri dalam perlindungan bagi penyandang disabilitas. Ketentuan minimal kuota 2 persen yang wajib bagi pemerintah, PEMDA, BUMN, dan BUMD dan 1 persen bagi perusahaan swasta dari jumlah pegawai atau pekerja dalam UU Penyandang Disabilitas ternyata juga tidak cukup memberikan perlindungan bagi Penyandang Disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif untuk meneliti peraturan perundang-undangan agar diperoleh keadilan bagi penyandang disabilitas. Hal itu menjadi sangat penting sebagai bentuk komitmen pemerintah melalui pengawasan dan pembenahan kebijakan menjadi sangat penting agar penyandang disabilitas memperoleh pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak.

Sayangnya diketahui adanya penurunan dari sektor minyak dan gas bumi dimana pendapatan negara dari sektor ini turun hingga 80% dari Rp. 216.000.000.000.000 (Rp. 216 Triliun) di tahun 2014 menjadi Rp. 44.000.000.000.000 (Rp. 44 Triliun) pada tahun 2016. PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara TBK adalah BUMN yang terbesar di bidang transportasi dan distribusi gas bumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai intrinsik per saham PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara TBK dengan metode discounted cash flow menggunakan free cash flow ke perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara TBK pada tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai intrinsik per saham dari PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara TBK adalah Rp. 6.757,72.

The bank's business activities must be carried out in a more administrative nature and prioritize procedural aspects. BUMN / BUMD banks in providing credit to prospective debtors must follow the standards and standard mechanisms that apply within the bank itself or the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), for that it is then required to comply with standards to arrive at a credit decision. The bank functions as a financial intermediary (intermediary financial) between parties with excess funds (surplus of funds) and parties requiring funds (deficit of funds). The main function of the bank is to mobilize public funds appropriately and quickly channel them to effective and efficient use or investment. A function like this is a "blood flow" for the economy and an increase in the standard of living. Without trust, this function will not work. Credit assessment is an activity carried out by credit analysts to assess whether credit to be given to debtors can be carried out. Assessment for consumptive credit is based only on the amount of salary earned in installments plus interest and the maximum will be determined at the amount of income.

Pasak bumi is one kind of medicinal plants commonly consumed by people and grow in Prohibition of Indigenous Forests Rumbio. Information on the ecological conditions Pasak bumi in Prohibition of Indigenous Forests Rumbio is important known as an indicator of the presence of Pasak bumi, and their population in the forest. The purpose of this study to analyze the ecological conditions Pasak bumi in Prohibition of Indigenous Forests Rumbio , and know how to use Pasak bumu conducted by people around the Prohibition of Indigenous Forests R umbio. The method used in this study was a survey method, the implementation of the research started from the observation, creating a plot, measurement, and data acquisition. The average temperature in the research location 28,09 0 C, average air humidity 85.38%, and the average light intensity of 582.20 lux, type of soil is Red Yellow Podzolic, w ith a pH of 5.5-6.4. Pasak bumi found in site which it is flat and slopes for 15%, with an altitude of 600-750 m above sea level. Pasak bumi grown on sloping ground that is not waterlogged. Communities around the Prohibition of Indigenous Forests Rumbio utilize Pasak bumi from the leaves, stems, bark and roots. The perceived benefits of the Pasak bumi by society is to improve blood circulation, eliminate fatigue, malaria drugs, smooth urination, mouth sores, itching disease medicine, a tonic after childbirth and fever.

The article titled “BUMN between Private Law and Public Law” aims to find the best solution for crossing the position of BUMN that meets in it two different legal regimes namely private law and public law in Indonesia. Until now it has not been found yet, the most appropriate measure to differentiate BUMN/BUMD is subject to state finance or whether it is subject to the private financial system. Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning state finance has a strong public law nuance representing Hobbes's thinking, while Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning BUMN is stronger in the spirit of private law which represents Grotius' ideas, the problem that arises, namely how to resolve the law dogmatically fairly between the two laws that contain the opposite spirit. The article uses normative legal research methods with a conceptual approach, a statutes approach and a legal case approach. This research resulted in recommendations for the use of legal philosophy as a meta theory for legal theory to be the settlement of the meeting point to find an equilibrium that fulfills a sense of justice.

Abstract:
This research is conducted based on the recently viral phenomenon of the Good Corporate Governance issue, yet in reality there is also absence in full realization by state-owned institutions to implement it as the necessity and as its obligation in community service. This proves in several corruption cases which are revealed both in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) and Region-Owned Enterprise, especially in Bandung. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of internal control and internal audit to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance both directly and indirectly in BUMN and BUMD in particular in Bandung. This research uses the population of BUMN and BUMD in Bandung as many as 18 enterprises which consists of 14 BUMNs and 4 BUMDs. The method used for this research is analytical description with path analysis system. The results of this research show that the implementation of internal control and internal audit systems in BUMNs are significantly better than in BUMDs. This condition is caused by the rule of Good Corporate Governance binding the BUMNs to apply its organizational management better than in BUMDs. It also proves in statistical result that shows that internal control and internal audit systems have positive effects on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. Directly, internal control system affects positively for 61.4%, while internal audit system does for 19.2%. Indirectly, both internal control and internal audit systems affect 80.6%. From this results showed, it can be concluded that internal control system in an organization supported by the efficiency of internal audit function will result in the satisfactory implementation of the Good Corporate Governance in the organization.

The idea of establishing a Local Government-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) departs from an ideological perspective regarding the concept of a welfare law state that emerged after the 19th century. The teaching emphasizes that the state must intervene in the socio-economic life of society for the welfare of its citizens. One form of intervention is through the authority to form State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) at central level and Local Government-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in local level. The purposes of this research are, first, to determine the urgency of changing the status of a legal entity at the BUMD PDAM Tirta Pakuan of Bogor City into the form of Local Government Public Company (PERUMDA) in terms of Government Regulation Number 54 of 2017 concerning Local Government-Owned Enterprises (BUMD). Campylobacter jejunimonitors intestinal metabolites produced by the host and microbiota to initiate intestinal colonization of avian and animal hosts for commensalism and infection of humans for diarrheal disease. We previously discovered thatC. jejunihas the capacity to spatially discern different intestinal regions by sensing lactate and the short-chain fatty acids acetate and butyrate and then alter transcription of colonization factors appropriately for in vivo growth. In this study, we identified theC. jejunibutyrate-modulated regulon and discovered that the BumSR two-component signal transduction system (TCS) directs a response to butyrate by identifying mutants in a genetic screen defective for butyrate-modulated transcription. The BumSR TCS, which is important for infection of humans and optimal colonization of avian hosts, senses butyrate likely by indirect means to alter transcription of genes encoding important colonization determinants. Unlike many canonical TCSs, the predicted cytoplasmic sensor kinase BumS lacked in vitro autokinase activity, which would normally lead to phosphorylation of the cognate BumR response regulator. Instead, BumS has likely evolved mutations to naturally function as a phosphatase whose activity is influenced by exogenous butyrate to control the level of endogenous phosphorylation of BumR and its ability to alter transcription of target genes. To our knowledge, the BumSR TCS is the only bacterial signal transduction system identified so far that mediates responses to the microbiota-generated intestinal metabolite butyrate, an important factor for host intestinal health and homeostasis. Our findings suggest that butyrate sensing by this system is vital forC. jejunicolonization of multiple hosts.

Costs and benefits of prescribed buming for shrub control in a representative 2000 ha paddock are estimated, based on anecdotal and survey data collected from graziers in the Western Division. For a hypothetical paddock, two bums were assumed to take place during the space of seven years. Costs include those for constructing firebreaks and controlling the fire. In particular circumstances, income from grazing may be foregone when "spelling" the paddock prior to the bum, and also after the bum until rainfall has induced the regrowth and seeding of pasture. Benefits from prescribed buming include increased livestock production, primarily through higher lamb weaning percentages and wool cuts from the self-replacing Merino flock, reduced mustering time and improved surveillance of livestock, resulting in better control of pests such as blowflies, lice, feral pigs and foxes. Capital value of the land is also improved. Cash flows over a 20 year period indicate that prescribed burning for shrub control is profitable. Despite this, users should carefully assess the maximum area that property cash flows will allow for setting aside to bum when an appropriate season allows.

This research aims to prove that tax aggressiveness is influenced by executive compensation, political connections, sales growth, leverage, and profitability. The annual reports of BUMN & BUMS companies in the non-financial sector are secondary data used in this study and by using the purposive sampling method in selecting the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result shows that the executive compensation variable has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. Political connection variables, sales growth, and leverage have a negative effect on tax aggressiveness, while the profitability variable has no effect on tax aggressiveness. Metode survei yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan 123 peserta yang terdiri dari manajer tingkat menengah di BUMN / D dan BUMS Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran terkait langsung dengan kinerja manajerial dan kepuasan kerja. Kinerja manajerial ditemukan untuk menengahi hubungan partisipasi partisipasi anggaran dan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, ada temuan yang cukup menarik bahwa supervisor bawahan berkorelasi rendah dapat meningkatkan partisipasi anggaran dan kinerja manajerial, sementara supervisor bawahan korelasi tinggi dapat mengurangi tingkat partisipasi anggaran dan manajer kinerja manajerial.

Determination of sample size is obtained by multiplying the number of construct variables with the total number of indicators, so as to obtain 170 people. Primary data were collected through questionnaire distribution techniques, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of this study prove that there is a significant direct effect on independence, competence and motivation on due professional care; and there is a significant influence of independence, competence, motivation and due professional care on audit quality. Moreover, the results of this study found that indirectly, independence, competence and motivation proved to significantly influence audit quality through due professional care.

Abstract Large deposits of natural bitumen are found in some areas of Ondo State, Nigeria. Although the mineral is still unexploited, its seepage is enough to negatively influence the environment, especially water resources. This work was designed to determine the potential of four Bitumen Utilizing Microbes (BUM) for the purification of Bitumen-Polluted Water (BPW). BUM were screened differently with a control on the BPW drawn from the affected communities. The bitumen’s degradation was determined using a supplemented enrichment medium with a sample of the BPW, and the growth was monitored by taking temperature readings, pH values, the optical density at 600 nm, and the total viable count (TVC) on days 7, 14, 21 and 28 respectively. The bitumen removal rate varied with the time of the incubation until after the third week, when the lack of nutrients supposedly set in and toxic metabolites started building up, which slowed down the process. The BUMs were identified as Bacillus firmus, Bacillus lentus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacillus alvei. The bitumen removal trend showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa > Bacillus firmus >Bacillus lentus > Bacillus alvei and the control the least amount of removal.

Bank Riau Kepri if converted will become a Sharia Bank, has the opportunity to become one of the 10 largest Islamic banks in Indonesia if analyzed from the side of Riau Riau Regional BUMD assets, but still survive in conventional banks, then only in the order of 80 of the 118 banks in Indonesia, clearly it will be increasingly difficult to compete amid the ASEAN economic market and the onslaught of global banks scrambling to enter the Indonesian market. Bumi Lancang Kuning Melayu Riau and Kepri are synonymous with Islam, even though they have lived in neighboring tribes for a long time, but the law that has always been used long ago is Islamic law based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet and all components of society can live peacefully and peacefully. Persons with disabilities constitute the highest minority group in the world. This number is expected to continue to increase from year to year in line with world population growth, natural disasters and other factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship related to work creation which is not friendly to people with disabilities. The research method used is literature study with the main source, namely the law number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The result of this research is that the Job Creation Law does not actually support the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities in getting proper accommodation in the world of work. The Job Creation Law does not include a 1% quota provision for private companies and 2% for BUMN / BUMD and Government / Local Government to employ persons with disabilities from all employees, which are currently listed in the Law on Persons with Disabilities.

Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu Critical Path Method (CPM) untuk menganalisa aktivitas kontruksi, dan Program Evaluation And Review Technique (PERT) untuk menentukan faktor ketidakpastian (uncertainty). Pada penelitian ini langkah pertama yang dilakukan yaitu planning awal proyek kemudian menghitung durasi probabilitas serta membuat kurva probabilitas. Langkah – langkah tersebut diolah menggunakan Microsoft Project 2007.Hasil dari Microsoft Project 2007 dimana durasi proyek probabilitas sebesar 693 hari. Total slack sumber daya tak terbatas terdapat 9 aktivitas yang mempunyai nilai total slack, sedangkan total slack sumber daya terbatas terdapat 7 aktivitas. Lintasan kritis sumber daya tak terbatas memiliki 109 aktivitas kritis dari 129 aktivitas pekerjaan sedangkan lintasan kritis dengan sumber daya terbatas memiliki 111 aktivitas kritis dari 129 aktivitas pekerjaan.

Reklamasi wilayah pesisir menjadi kian marak dipelbagai daerah, dengan dalih peningkatan investasi dan pendapatan daerah, perizinan untuk melakukan reklamasi seakan mudah, BUMN/BUMD atau swasta dijadikan mitra kerjasama oleh pemerintah sebagai pelaksana proyek reklamasi. Proyek reklamasi yang dilegalkan oleh pemerintah didasarkan atas akan adanya konservasi laut, investasi di wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil, dan pembangunan hunian tepi laut. Padahal proyek reklamasi tersebut bersinggungan langsung dengan kehidupan masyarakat sekitar khususnya masyarakat nelayan di wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil. Privatisasi dan komodifikasi sumber daya laut yang kemudian menggusur keberadaan masyarakat pesisir dan menghilangkan akses mereka terhadap penghidupannya, hal ini merupakan sebuah pelanggaran terhadap hak asasi manusia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, masalah hukum yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama, kewajiban pemerintah dalam perlindungan hak asasi manusia terhadap masyarakat wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil. Kedua, apakah Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2007 tentang Pengelolaan Wilayah Pesisir dan Pulau-Pulau Kecil dan peraturan dibawahnya telah memberikan akses perlindungan terhadap hak asasi masyarakat pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil.

KPBU didefinisikan sebagai Kerjasama antara Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha dalam penyediaan infrastruktur yang bertujuan untuk kepentingan umum dengan mengacu pada spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh Menteri/Kepala Lembaga/Kepala Daerah/Badan Usaha Milik Negara/Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMN/BUMD), yang sebagian atau seluruhnya menggunakan sumber daya Badan Usaha dengan memperhatikan pembagian risiko di antara para pihak. KPBU dapat membantu pemerintah dalam pembangunan infrastruktur, namun sering kali badan usaha yang ingin berinvestasi mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan proyek yang akan dipilih. Secara umum dalam berinvestasi pendekatannya hanya terfokus pada pengembalian modal dan tidak mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lainnya. Studi ini menjelaskan pendekatan yang mempertimbangkan kriteria-kriteria khusus, pengetahuan tentang infrastruktur tersebut, dan permasalahan kebutuhan yang dirasakan di masyarakat. Dalam pendekatan ini digunakan penilaian kriteria untuk penyusunan rencana KPBU (PPP Planning). Proses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menyelesaikan proses pemilihan dan pembobotan multi kriteria. Hasil analisa dari pemilihan dan pembobotan multi kriteria dapat membantu dalam menentukan tingkat prioritas proyek KPBU.

Relationship can be seen from the similarity of the cow and bull. One method to find out about the phylogenetic relationship between species is by using cranial morphometry (craniometrics). The purpose of this research was to identify morphological cranium Bali cattle , banteng baluran , and banteng merubetiri based on the parameters measured .This research was conducted in August and ending in October 2013 , held at the National Park Baluran and Merubetiri National Park. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative research , using data analysis kalster ( cluster analysis). Parameters of this research using 15 indicators that have been established in accordance with the research Hayashi , 1982. Materials used in this study are adult male cranium Bali cattle obtained from abattoir ( Slaughterhouse ) Denpasar in January to July 2013 a total of six specimens . Cranium of an adult male bull that used a total of six specimens . Five specimens were collected from the National Park consisting Baluran ( two cranium that is banteng baluran 4 and 5 in 1992 ) and the ( three cranium is banteng baluran1, banteng baluran 2 , and banteng baluran 3 in the 2012-2013 ) . Cranium specimen obtained from the sixth bull collection Merubetiri National Park . Measuring instruments used in this study is the large calipers with a precision level of 0.01 cm . The results of this study showed that the cranium cluster of Bali cattle with coefficient range of 0.016 to 0.042 in contrast to the first cluster is bull cranium specimen glaze 1 bull , bull glaze 2 , 3 baluran bull , and the bull merubetiri 1 , with a coefficient value of 0.047 to 0.161 range . Bali cattle cranium differ significantly with cluster cranium second bull is a bull glaze glaze glaze bull 4 and 5 with the coefficient of 0.162 to 0.251 range. Merubetiri bull glaze and form two clusters , the first cluster bull bull glaze consisting of 1 , 2 bull glaze , glaze bull bull merubetiri 3 and 1 , while the second consists of a cluster bull bull bull glaze glaze 4 and 5 . Turns bull glaze specimens collected in 1992 in contrast to the bull glaze specimens collected in 2012 and 2013. Bull glaze specimens collected in 2012 and 2013, closer to the bull merubetiri specimens . And the bull specimens closer distance coefficient with Bali cattle. The conclusion of this study is the overall specimen Bali cattle entered in a cluster , different from the first cluster and cluster bull bull both . The first cluster by cluster bull bull both are in different clusters. Keywords: cluster analysis , relationship , craniometric , bali cattle and banteng.

Penerimaan Bagian Pemerintah atas Laba BUMN meski dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dapat tercapai, namun pertumbuhan selama sepuluh tahun terakhir hanya mencapai 5,5% year on year. Jumlah Penerimaan Bagian Pemerintah atas Laba BUMN juga hanya didominasi oleh 8 s.d. 12 BUMN dari 70 BUMN yang menyetorkan dividen kepada Pemerintah. Saat ini terdapat 121 BUMN, dengan 70 BUMN yang tercatat aktif membayar dividen. Dalam pembagian dividen, BUMN seringkali terikat oleh jumlah dividen yang ditetapkan Pemerintah, baik dalam jumlah maupun dalam dividend payout ratio. Dominasi kepentingan Pemerintah dalam BUMN juga tercermin pada peran BUMN dengan fungsi komersil namun diberikan penugasan Public Service Obligation. BUMN yang berperan sebagai fungsi komersil namun harus menjalankan layanan umum kepada masyarakat (Public Service Obligation-PSO) dapat menghasilkan laba yang tidak optimal. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja BUMN dan melakukan penyehatan dan penguatan kelembagaan BUMN, Pemerintah melakukan penambahan modal berupa Penyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) dan strukturisasi melalui privatisasi BUMN. PMN dan privatisasi BUMN yang dilakukan Pemerintah tidak serta merta dapat meningkatkan kinerja BUMN dalam menghasilkan laba. PMN yang dilakukan Pemerintah tidak semata dilakukan dalam rangka penguatan permodalan, namun dapat juga sebagai pendukung penugasan Pemerintah. PMN akan lebih dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan jika dalam melaksanakan PMN, Pemerintah melakukan seleksi dan sinergi yang tepat antar BUMN.

Privatisasi dipilih menjadi jalan keluar kendala pertumbuhan PDB Indonesia. Dengan privatisasi diharapkan kinerjaBUMN meningkat dan akan menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan PDB. Akuntansi sektor publik pada BUMN mengalami perubahan besar dengan dilakukannya privatisasi BUMN. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji apakah BUMN akan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian di Indonesia melalui privatisasi. Model Regresi Variabel Dummy digunakan untuk menganalisis data guna menguji pengaruh privatisasi terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas, efisiensi operasional, investasi, output, dan solvabilitas BUMN Non-Bank dan Bank BUMN di Indonesia. Hasilnya bahwa privatisasi hanya signifikan positif mempengaruhi investasi dan output BUMN non-bank, namun signifikan negatif mempengaruhi solvabilitas BUMN non-bank. Sementara privatisasi tidak signifikan positif mempengaruhi profitabilitas , efisiensi operasional, investasi, output ,dan solvabilitas Bank BUMN dan tidak signifikan positif mempengaruhi profitabilitas BUMN non-Bank. Temuan penelitian ternyata privatisasi sesuai dengan rencana pemerintah Indonesia untuk membangun perekonomian melalui BUMN non-bank, dengan cara privatisasi BUMN Indonesia.Kata kunci: Privatisasi, BUMN, PDB, investasi, dan output

Abstract:
The study aimed to assess the changes of the surface roughness induced by some acidic beverages on indirect restorative materials by using profilometry. Twenty samples of three composite resins (Ceramage, SR Adoro, Luna-Wing) and three ceramics (IPS In Line, Hera Ceram, Reflex Dimension) immersed in three acidic beverages (Red Bul, wine, Coca Cola), for 5 minutes, three times daily, 14 days. The control samples were immersed in artificial saliva during the study periode. After the end of the erosive cycles and before to determine the surface roughness of the samples in the study groups, all the samples were immersed in artificial saliva for 18 hours. The surface roughness was determined in relation to the baseline surface using profilometer Perthometer_M1 (Mahr Gottingen GmbH, Germany). The immersion of the indirect restorative materials tested in the three acidic beverages lead has resulted to changes in their surface roughness. The most aggressive was wine, followed by Coca Cola, and Red Bull.

Salah satu cara yang dapat ditempuh guna mengembangkan BUMN agar menjadi perusahaan yang kinerjanya baik, efisien, profesional dan transparan adalah melalui mekanisme privatisasi. Privatisasi BUMN merupakan salah satu bagian dari upaya pembenahan guna mendayagunakan dan mengembangkan BUMN sehingga BUMN dapat memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal kepada negara. Dalam pelaksanaan privatisasi hendaknya semua pihak yang terkait mampu untuk bekerja sama dan saling mendukung sehingga pelaksanaan program privatisasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif.Kata Kunci: Privatisasi, BUMN.
