Theoretical and methodological approaches of discourse analysis in the wake of Foucaultfocus on how knowledge is constituted in discourses. They are therefore well suited forinvestigating the epistemic status of knowledge, and thus also uncertain knowledge and ignorance.However, discourse research does not offer specialized analytical approaches to media discourseswith their specific boundary conditions and inherent logics, while at the same time inpractice many analyses deal with media products. Abstract:
The research evaluates job burnout in two service sectors in Bogota: the food industry, specifically in restaurants, and the beauty industry. The main objective is to measure the impact of job burnout on productivity in these organizations. The ProSalud-MBL instrument, which relates job burnout factors to productivity, was used and applied to a sample of 72 workers in three restaurants and two hairdressing salons.The mixed approach research required the informed consent of the participants, who were trained on the objectives and process of the study. The ProSalud-MBL instrument uses a Likert s

Abstract:
Our investigation in this study focuses on the chemical and thermal characteristics of Single Walled Nanotubes (SWNTs) in comparison with Double Walled Nanotubes (DWNTs) for their potential to extend the heat flux in the boiling regime. SWNTs and DWNTs were successfully dispersed in an aqueous medium by reducing the surface tension, i.e. adsorption of anionic surfactant (NaDDBS). Two mechanisms of stabilization have been adopted: electrosteric and steric stabilization, and the suspensions were seen to be stable for longer periods. DWNTs have better heat transfer performance in the pool boiling

Abstract:
Background. The 2009 enactment of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act and the wide adoption of electronic health record systems (EHR) have ushered an increasing documentation burden, frequently cited as a key factor affecting the work experience of healthcare professionals and a contributor to burnout. Purpose. This Technical Brief aims to identify: (1) measures of documentation burden, including evaluation of validity evidence, strengths, and weaknesses; (2) different perspectives on the appropriateness of different measures of documentation burden;

Review question / Objective: What are the medium and long-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on practitioners and organisations providing social work and social care to adults in the UK? Rationale: The pandemic has exerted adverse effects on staff morale and well-being, with sickness absence rises across the sector and increased difficulties in recruiting staff from agencies, despite a pre-COVID government recruitment campaign (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/adult-social-care-recruitment-care-campaign-launched-to-boost-workforce).
