W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań nad syndromem wypalenia zawodowego oraz doświadczaniem przez nauczycieli subiektywnych dolegliwości głosowych (n = 112). W postępowaniu badawczym wykorzystano test VHI (Voice Handicap Index) do pomiaru niepełnosprawności głosowej oraz test MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) do oceny poziomu wypalenia zawodowego wśród badanych. Zanotowano istotne statystycznie zależności pomiędzy syndromem wypalenia zawodowego (depersonalizacji, emocjonalnego wyczerpania, braku poczucia osiągnięć) a wynikami testu VHI.
