Abstract:
Today, legal consciousness lags behind the development of the regulatory system of society. This is manifested, in particular, in the abuse of civil rights by a number of subjects. We meet situations when economic entities do not fulfill moral and even legal obligations, using the imperfection of civil legislation and the weak capabilities of the executive legal system. In these conditions, the courts are acquiring an increasing role in the regulation of legal relations. The importance of legal education for the formation of the legal consciousness of entrepreneurs is increasing.

This section covers foreign business corporation law and other corporate legislation. Foreign commerce may boost revenues, customer base, and product quality. Currency exchange rate fluctuations may help businesses attract more talent. International commercial law governs international interactions via conventions, treaties, national laws, and economic practices. It's also called common law. These policies allow nations to cooperate in commerce, licensing, tariffs, taxes, and other commercial areas. Foreign commerce may help a corporation increase sales, revenue, and product durability. Currency exchange rate fluctuations may help businesses attract more talent. Every Fortune 500 firm has foreign branches and global customers, thus they must comply with international rules and regulations to join international markets. Since Covid-19, globalization's importance has increased. The pandemic has made worldwide commerce more important for all enterprises. One-third of these companies want worldwide growth, and 50% of their CEOs say the epidemic has changed their view on exporting. Context: Rephrase the query and underline the investigation's importance; The second half of our review paper contains over fifty scholarly reviews on international business and trade law. These descriptions explain the rules' most unusual methods. In conclusion, the essay's main points are summarized.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to reveal the contents of civil law regarding business competition and social lessons from the prohibition of unfair business competition (monopoly and other fraud) contained in Indonesian government policies. The research method used is qualitative content analysis with a normative juridical approach using the keyword 'Policy related to business competition.' The results of this study indicate two findings. First, Law No. 5/1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition is an implementation of the politics of business competition law in Indonesia. In principle, the politics of business competition law in Indonesia depends on the political will of the House of Representatives (DPR) as the legislative body together with the Government as the executive in making laws. Because Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition is not yet effective enough in creating fair business competition in Indonesia because, in substance, the Law still contains weaknesses in several articles that make the performance of the Business Competition Supervisory. The commission is not maximal. Second, government policies contained in the Civil Code, KUHP, Law no. 5 of 1984 concerning Provisions for Main Industries, Law no. 8/1995 concerning Capital Market, Law no. 9 of 1995 concerning Small Businesses, and Law No. 36 of Telecommunications provide important lessons regarding the prohibition of monopolies and fraudulent practices that can hinder the economy and equitable social welfare. The expected implication is that social learning from government policies in the field of law regarding deregulation, investment, and other policies aimed at supporting business competition can promote sustainable development, particularly in industry, small businesses, capital markets, and telecommunications.

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the current legislation, the necessity of a legal definition of the concept of «business qualities» is sub-stantiated. The point of view is argued that the state of health as a personal characteristic is not one of the constituent elements that determines, along with professional, qualification characteristics, the category of «business qualities». It is concluded that the definitions «labor function», «qualifications» and «professional standard» are interrelated concepts, defining in general the category of «business qualities».

Abstract:
Abstract:We describe the Catholic natural law tradition by examining its origins in the medieval penitentials, the papal decretals, the writings of Thomas Aquinas, and seventeenth century casuistry. Catholic natural law emerges as a flexible ethic that conceives of human nature as rational and as oriented to certain basic goods that ought to be pursued and whose pursuit is made possible by the virtues. We then identify four approaches to natural law that have evolved within the United States during the twentieth century, including the traditionalist, proportionalist, right reason, and historicist approaches. The normative implications of these approaches are discussed in relation to ethical issues in the tobacco industry, ITT under Geneen, the marketing of pharmaceuticals, affirmative action, and bribery. It is argued that Alasdair MacIntyre is correct in claiming that the natural law tradition is superior to the liberal ethics of modern deontology and utilitarianism.
