Узимајући о обзир досадашња истраживања, у овом раду се преиспитује психо- лошки сложен лик Рамоа из Дидроове чувене сатире у којој је означен као Он (Lui). Да ли је Рамо моралиста ларошфукоовског типа, тј. философ-циник, или је он молијеровски мизантроп, не Алцест – разочаран у људе и с презиром према њиховој хипокризији, него Дон Жуан који се поиграва с људима и побеђује друштво користећи се његовим оружјем притворности? Или је Рамо, пак, промашени геније сведен на приватну арлекинску пред- ставу коју изводи било за трпезом свог добротвора Бертена (Bertin) који окупља лу̏де да га забављају, било пред редовним муштеријама у Кафеу Намесништва (Café de la Régence) где среће и сабеседника философа, означеног у сатири као Ја (Moi)? То су полазна питања чијим се елаборисањем у овом истраживању систематизује морални наук чувеног Синовца којег је Дидро учинио бесмртним. Као књижевни лик, Синовац је сублимисани прототип стварног Рамоа и италијанског дипломате Галијанија, с примесама још неколико стварних личности које су оставиле утисак на француског просветитеља. Али, пре свега, Синовац Рамо је пој- мовни лик, тј. књижевна метафора једног етичког концепта који аутор елаборише, уједно и Дидроов несташни демон, чиме је, онда, Рамо прави дидроовски моралиста.

Abstract:
La tendencia del consumo saludable está generando que más personas opten por las bebidas más naturales, la cual es una tendencia en el consumo a nivel mundial. Así mismo, en el mundo existe una alta preferencia en el consumo del café (95%), cuyos subproductos como la cascarilla del café no han sido bien aprovechados y en la actualidad se desperdicia más del 80% generando contaminación medioambiental y en otros casos se usa como abono, solo en algunos países del mundo y Latinoamérica están innovando con los subproductos y están usando la cascarilla para producir nuevos productos como infusiones, mermeladas, yogurt, etc. El Perú no está exento de ello, por eso nace Muru Café, una bebida natural a base de la cascarilla de café, cero azúcares, con altos contenidos de carbohidratos, proteínas y minerales, 500 veces más antioxidante que la misma vitamina C, con ligera dulzura y beneficiosa para la salud por su valor nutricional. En el mercado peruano existe este tipo de bebida natural, pero no ha sido industrializado para la comercialización en el mercado, por lo que representa una oportunidad para incursionar en el negocio. Además, por la investigación de mercado, se logró validar el público objetivo y los canales de distribución indirectos para vender las bebidas en minimarkets, tiendas por conveniencia, naturistas y supermercados. Así mismo, el equipo de trabajo está altamente capacitado y con experiencia en producción, ventas, administración y finanzas, lo que nos permite desarrollar un proyecto viable, rentable y sostenible en el tiempo.<br>The trend of healthy consumption is generating more people opt for more natural beverages, which is a trend in consumption worldwide. Likewise, in the world there is a high preference in the consumption of coffee (95%), whose by-products such as coffee husk have not been well used and currently more than 80% are wasted generating environmental pollution and in other cases use as fertilizer, only in some countries of the world and Latin America are innovating with by-products and are using the husk to produce new products such as infusions, jams, yogurt, etc. Peru is not exempt from this, that is why Muru Café is born, a natural drink based on coffee husks, zero sugars, with high carbohydrate, protein and mineral content, 500 times more antioxidant than vitamin C, with light sweetness and beneficial to health due to its nutritional value. In the Peruvian market there is this type of natural beverage, but it has not been industrialized for commercialization in the market, so it represents an opportunity to venture into the business. In addition, through market research, it was possible to validate the target audience and the indirect distribution channels to sell beverages in minimarkets, convenience stores, naturists and supermarkets. Likewise, the work team is highly trained and experienced in production, sales, administration and finance, which allows us to develop a viable, profitable and sustainable project over time.<br>Trabajo de investigación

Abstract:
En este trabajo se desarrolla un plan de negocio de café blend orgánico a base de semillas naturales en cuatro presentaciones como relajante, nutritivo, energizante, y personalizado. Con el objetivo de elaborar un producto innovador y de calidad se realizó varias entrevistas a expertos en nutrición para así poder validar el valor de nuestro producto. En primer lugar, se desarrolla varias entrevistas individuales y focus group a un grupo reducido de posibles clientes para poder validar la idea de negocio, después de haber realizado dichas acciones, se llevó a cabo la elaboración de la página web y redes sociales, y por medio de dos experimentos requerido se pudo validar la solución técnica y la experiencia del usuario. En segundo lugar se llevó la validación del modelo de negocio, en la cual se evalúa cada cuadrante del BCM, donde se realizaron diferentes entrevistas a posibles proveedores para así poder validar nuestros aliados claves, además de entrevistas a varios community managers para la validación de los canales por los cuales se mantendrá contacto con los clientes Por último se realizó una validación del interés de compra por parte los posibles clientes, en el cual se realizó cuatro experimentos entre los cuales, se lanzó el precio de introducción del producto, se realizó un sorteo por lanzamiento de las redes sociales, promoción con delivery gratis y por último una asociación con influencers.<br>In this work, a business plan for organic blend coffee based on natural seeds is developed in four presentations such as relaxing, nutritious, energizing, and personalized. To develop an innovative and quality product, several interviews were conducted with nutrition experts, in order to validate the value of our product. First, several individual interviews and focus groups are carried out with a small group of possible clients in order to validate the business idea, after having carried out these actions, the development of the website and social networks was carried out, and therefore Through two required experiments, the technical solution of the solution and the user experience could be validated. La idea de negocio se concentra en la comercialización de nibs elaborados con granos de café bañados en chocolate (cacao), oriundos del Perú. El producto está dirigido a personas de 18 a 35 años, de NSE A, B y C1 de Lima Metropolitana que trabajan y/o estudian con estilo de vida sofisticado y moderno. No son convencionales, presentan interés alto en las nuevas tendencias orientadas con la globalización, preservación del medio ambiente y están dispuestos a probar productos nuevos y aún más si éste beneficia su salud. Club café se dedicará a la comercialización de nibs a base de granos de café cubiertos de chocolate, una golosina peruana con grandes beneficios a la salud que marcará un antes y un después en el concepto del consumo de golosinas en el Perú. El negocio, que se enmarca dentro del modelo B2B, proporciona una tasa de retorno (TIR) de 24%, la cual tiene tendencias a aumentar debido al comportamiento de la demanda descubierta en la validación del negocio. Asimismo, las probabilidades de crecimiento son altas justificadas por los estudios realizados que corroboran las proyecciones de ventas hechas. Club café ofrece cifras altamente atractivas. El VAN obtenido en un plazo de cinco años es S/. 1,030,971.87 con una tasa de descuento de 12.92% y un periodo de recuperación de la inversión de 4.68 años.<br>The business idea focuses on the commercialization of nibs made with coffee beans bathed in chocolate (cocoa), native of Peru. The product is aimed at people from 18 to 35 years old, from NSE A, B and C1 from Metropolitan Lima who work and / or study with a sophisticated and modern lifestyle. They are not conventional, they have a high interest in new trends oriented with globalization, preservation of the environment and are willing to try new products and even more if it benefits their health. Club café will be dedicated to the commercialization of nibs based on coffee beans covered in chocolate, a Peruvian sweet with great health benefits that will mark a before and after in the concept of the consumption of sweets in Peru. The business, that is part of the B2B model, provides a rate of return (TIR) of 24%, which has tendencies to increase due to the behavior of the demand discovered in the validation of the business. Likewise, the growth probabilities are high justified by the studies carried out that corroborate the sales projections made. Club café offers highly attractive figures. Este plan de negocios, está inserto en el segmento de Restaurantes, Bares y Cantinas de la industria de Hoteles y Restaurantes, siendo sus principales competidores Starbacks, Juan Vales, Work Café Santander y otros que apunten al mercado objetivo de trabajadores ejecutivos y empresas pequeñas que requieran espacios adicionales para relajarse o realizar reuniones. Dado el respaldo y calidad de los competidores, “Rest Café” introduce en la industria un modelo de negocios, orientado en una gama de servicios y un consumo ilimitado de productos a un precio único, por un periodo de tiempo limitado de 3 horas. Este plan de negocios, requiere una inversión inicial de $ 63.000.000 y un espacio físico de 150 m2, para atender aproximadamente 150 personas diariamente, con un formato pionero en las grandes ciudades del país. Abstract:
Cette étude porte sur les trois premières années de la régence orléanaise (1715-1718) en analysant à la fois les instruments que le nouveau pouvoir politique a mis en place pour affronter sa tâche politique et administrative, et le personnel appelé à l'action politique. Par le biais des mémoires, de la correspondance diplomatique et des sources d'archives, nous nous sommes interrogés sur le rapport entre la Régence et la tradition politico-institutionnelle française, le choix des moyens utiles à l'exercice du pouvoir, l'attitude du nouveau pouvoir face à l'éventualité d'une réforme de la monarchie et l'existence ou pas d'une certaine cohérence dans l'action politique de cette période. Divisée en deux parties et en cinq chapitres, la thèse présente le traitement de la Régence par l'historiographie, ainsi que les sources utilisées. Elle analyse ensuite la relation entre cette régence et les précédentes, étudie la composition et le fonctionnement de l'appareil gouvernemental et tente enfin d'expliquer les raisons directes et indirectes de la chute de la Polysynodie. Ce parcours nous permet de formuler la régence de Philippe d'Orléans un jugement assez éloigné de la vision très critique que bon nombre de spécialistes, surtout aux XVIIIe, XIXe et début du XXe siècles, ont proposée. Les éléments qui ont émergés de cette analyse mettent en exergue la grande flexibilité du nouveau pouvoir, son grand esprit d'adaptation au service d'un projet de conservation monarchique. Plus complexe apparaît le rapport entretenu avec l'héritage de Louis XIV, qui s'avère riche de contradictions, puisque c'est à la fois revendiquer cette héritage et le mettre à distance, en fonction de ses visées politique. L'analyse de l'appareil polysynodial nous permet ensuite de démentir l'idée d'un retour de la noblesse aux charges politiques au détriment de la robe, tout en montrant comment et dans quel but le régent joue de son pouvoir de nomination aux différents conseils du gouvernement. De ces éléments découle une nouvelle appréciation de la personnalité du duc d'Orléans, dont cette thèse souligne à la fois les capacités politiques et l'habilité déployée dans l'exercice de ses fonctions, ainsi que les divergences avec l'abbé Dubois en matière de méthode d'action, alors que l'historiographie a très souvent donné l'image d'un régent très influencé par son collaborateur.

Lors de l’institutionnalisation de l’instantanéité de la succession en 1403 puis en 1407, l’objectif était de mettre fin aux régences, en tant qu’interrègne ou intérim, durant lequel la souveraineté revenait temporairement à un sujet. Mise en place entre la mort du roi et le sacre de son successeur, la régence représentait alors, dans sa forme médiévale, une mise à l’épreuve de la continuité de l’État. La souveraineté confisquée à son titulaire légitime est le plus grand des écueils politiques, et la plus haute fonction de l’État est en somme en proie à l’usurpation. Il était donc devenu crucial d’anéantir la valeur du sacre, jusqu’alors constitutif du pouvoir du roi. A partir du XVe siècle, alors que s’affirme la puissance absolue des rois, et alors que le système héréditaire expose le trône aux risques liés à la survie de ses occupants à venir, les régences semblent toujours une fatalité. Aussi, tandis qu’elles représentent une interruption dans la continuité de l’État au début du XVe, la régence devient un objet de réflexion politique critique, difficile, et dangereux. Si bien qu’au fond, elle devient un pilier de la construction de l’État par le droit, l’instrument de la continuité de l’État Moderne<br>When the immediate succession was institutionalised in 1403 and 1407, the goal was to put an end to the regencies, as interregnum, during which the sovereignty was held temporarily by a subject. Put into place between the death of the king and the coronation of his successor, the regency represented then, in its medieval form, a challenge for the continuity of the State. The confiscation of sovereignty from its legitimate holder is the greatest political evil, and leaves the highest function of the State at risk of usurpation. It became crucial to annihilate the value of the coronation as constituent of the king’s power. From the XVth century, while the absolute power of the kings arose, and while the hereditary system put the throne at risk of vacancy, the regencies seemed to remain inevitable. Hence, while they represent an interruption of the continuity of the State at the beginning of the XVth century, the regency became a critical, difficult and dangerous topic of political thought. It became a pillar of the construction of the State by the law, the instrument of the continuity of the modern State

Desde inicios del año 2000 se han insertado con más fuerza, agrupaciones musicales de origen oriental, así como películas y series animadas de la misma procedencia; sin embargo, sus seguidores no cuentan con espacios de esparcimiento; y es ante este escenario que nace Aidoru Café – Club como una iniciativa que busca establecer un espacio temático para poder brindar a las comunidades Anime y K-pop una experiencia Fandom que con su lema “dos espacios, dos géneros, un solo lugar”, transporta al público frente a su agrupación de pop coreano predilecta o ser parte de su anime favorito. Se determinó que 47,450 personas son clientes potenciales, para lo cual se cuenta con un local que está dividido en dos zonas (k-pop y anime), las cuales buscan transportar a los clientes a un ambiente ideal y soñado. Nuestra propuesta requiere una inversión de S/453,554.65, financiado en un 53.86% por los accionistas y en un 46.14% por Caja Huancayo, recuperando la inversión en tres años, cuatro meses aproximadamente, y considerando que nuestras ventas ascenderán a S/1,398,572.02 al finalizar el quinto año. Finalmente, afirmamos que Aidoru Café – Club es una propuesta que genera valor no sólo a sus clientes e inversionistas, sino también a la sociedad, pues parte de nuestra propuesta incluye el brindar oportunidades laborales a miembros de estas comunidades, pues tenemos la firme creencia que no hay nadie mejor que ellos para ayudarnos a brindar la mejor de las experiencias a nuestro público, además de ser una alternativa que promueve el sano esparcimiento.<br>Since the beginning of the year 2000 musical groups of oriental origin have been inserted with more force, as well as films and animated series from the same origin. However, their followers don’t have recreation; and against this backdrop, Aidoru Coffee – Club is born, as an initiative that seeks to establish a thematic space to provide the the Anime and K-pop communities with a Fandom experience that with its motto “two spaces, two genres, one place” transports them to be in front of their favorite Korean Pop group or to be part of their favorite anime. It was determined that 47, 450 people are potential customers to that end the venue is divided into two zones (K-pop and Anime), which seek to transport customers to an ideal and dreamed of environment. Our proposal requires an investment of S/453,554.65, financed in a 53.86% by the shareholders and in a 46.14% by Caja Huancayo, recovering the investment in the third year, four months approximately, considering that our sales will increase to S/1,398,572.02 at the end of the fifth year. A beginning of questions about architecture and humanity and searching for those answers that begin to initiate the process of design and improving the quality of life. This is an investigation and an understanding of those values which make a place unique. Once those attributes have been found then we can begin to embrace them within architecture. Inside the small town of Veron, on the eastern shore of the Dominican Republic, unique economic and social conditions are apparent there that are mirrored throughout this small island nation and throughout many parts of Latin America. There are powerful forces at work, along with nature, that are affecting local communities and degrading the social status. This is only a small microcosm of the social, economic and environmental effects of the tourism industry in this paradise nation. How do we sustain those qualities that are embedded within the fabric of a nation's culture, heritage, and begin to give the nation a voice within design. [Parte II]<br>El término ¨Specialty Coffee¨, fue usado por primera vez por Erna Knutsen en 1974, comerciante americana de origen noruego pionera en el comercio del café de alta gama, se refiere a aquellos microclimas geográficos especiales que producen granos de café con perfiles de sabores únicos1. El mismo no debe confundirse con el término café premium que viene a ser más un concepto mercadeable que no define y/o describe las propiedades de un café especial (Ej.: la altura, variedad de semilla, el método de cosecha, secado, tueste, fecha de tostado/empacado, etc.). La categoría de café se puede dividir en dos subcategorias: i. Café Tradicional (especie Robusta) y ii. Café Especial/Specialty/Gourmet. Esta última subcategoría corresponde a la especie Arábica, con trazabilidades más claras, sabores más refinados, comercios más justos y directos, entre otras características. Esta subcategoria tuvo su auge a partir del año 2000 con la crisis mundial de los precios del café tradicional, y la misma nació como un movimiento que reinvidica el esfuerzo artesanal detrás de los cafés más puros que se pueden cosechar. La ciudad de Panamá no se ha escapado de esta tendencia mundial que valora cada vez más los orígenes, la calidad y el comercio justo del café que se esta tomando. Sin embargo, esta tendencia esta relativamente reciente y tanto la oferta como la demanda están en un proceso de adaptación y aprendizaje por lo que hay oportunidades de cubrir espacios no atendidos en calidad de sabor, empaque, distribución y entrenamiento al consumidor. En esta primera parte nos concentraremos en la realización de un análisis profundo del macro-entorno, la indsutria, los agentes más importantes de la competencia y una investigación exhaustiva del comportamiento y preferencias del consumidor local. Todo esto con el fin de tener una visión realista y detallada del panorama en cuanto a café Specialty, con miras a desarrollar posteriormente un plan de marketing lo suficientemente robusto, adecuado y alcanzable. PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA OPTAR AL GRADO DE MAGÍSTER EN ADMINISTRACIÓN<br>El objetivo de este trabajo es el diseño de un plan de negocios para la empresa Café En Passant, que pretende ofrecer servicios de cafetería en el ámbito de brebajes y alimentos, promoviendo una temática distintiva con libros y ajedrez. Se desea con este emprendimiento, aprovechar la necesidad de un grupo de personas, abriendo un primer local en la comuna de Santiago, alrededor del sector de Bellas Artes. La realización de este plan de negocios, permite tener una visión global de la factibilidad del emprendimiento. Explotando la oportunidad del emprendedor, que ha hecho su ventaja competitiva a raíz de nexos sociales y de una necesidad insatisfecha de un grupo de personas. Una cafetería donde puedan compartir intereses intelectuales comunes, en un lugar idóneo identificado para nuestros clientes objetivos, personas que transitan por la comuna de Santiago, que residen, trabajen o visiten el sector, ofreciendo productos que valoran de calidad, frescos y sabrosos, junto a un excelente servicio con énfasis en la atención entregada al cliente. Se obtuvo del análisis del mercado, una tendencia creciente en consumo de café y de las personas que demandan espacios distintivos relacionados a literatura y al ajedrez. Perteneciendo a la industria de restaurantes, su principal característica es global fragmentada con una amplia base sobre la cual competir. Los resultados obtenidos en términos económicos, fueron; la obtención de un margen de contribución del 80% sobre las ventas, un Ebitda de $ 62 millones de pesos y un margen de utilidad neta del 14% al quinto año, con un VAN total de $ 37 millones de pesos, una TIR de un 35%, todo esto con una inversión total requerida de $ 60,5 millones de pesos. En consideración al desarrollo de este trabajo, a sus acciones propuestas y a los resultados del análisis financiero realizado, se demuestra su factibilidad y atractivo de la empresa Café En Passant.

Los emprendimientos son procesos complejos que nacen a partir de un sueño, una idea graficada en un mapa mental, una inquietud alimentada por años y que cuando se materializa o se concreta, deja a un lado una serie de consideraciones importantes que, por lo general, son de índole administrativo y financiero. En este sentido, la experiencia de la Empresa Healthy World, dedicada a la producción y comercialización de bebidas saludables, un emprendimiento realizado por cuatro socios, presentó una serie de situaciones muy delicadas durante su etapa de crecimiento, tuvo que enfrentar los errores derivados de la falta de planificación y de un análisis prospectivo integral que incluye los diferentes factores que inciden en el proceso de desarrollo de una empresa, una situación financiera mal manejada y una relación societaria compleja, con la posible consecuencia de la liquidación de la empresa.

Le café a traditionnellement joué un rôle particulier en milieu rural haïtien, à la fois sur le plan économique, social et environnemental. Cependant, la compétitivité du secteur caféier en Haïti est en baisse depuis plusieurs années en raison d'une combinaison de facteurs externes et internes. Cette étude analyse la situation actuelle, les opportunités et les défis que présente l'amélioration durable de la compétitivité du secteur caféier en Haïti. Elle présente un cadre pour les politiques publiques qui pourraient guider les actions d'appui et les interventions publiques. L'étude arrive à la conclusion qu'il convient d'appuyer la filière afin de tirer avantage des bénéfices potentiels qu'offrent les nouvelles opportunités de marchés, de protéger les services environnementaux dans les bassin-versants et que cette filière constitue un exemple pour d'autres activités agricoles et rurales en Haïti.
