Then the classification model of convolutional neural network is adopted to identify the aquaculture species, and the OpenCV model is adopted to assess the area of aquaculture area. The approach obviously improves the efficiency and accuracy of marine aquaculture type identification and area assessment, reduces the subjectivity and error rate of manual statistics, has higher robustness and applicability, can further optimize the algorithm in the future, and is expanded to be applied to the scope on ocean environment monitoring, fishery management and the like.

The nominal stress approach of Eurocode 3 is compared to a hot spot stress based fatigue life calculation for the standardized fatigue load models for railway traffic. Hot spot stresses are calculated with an in-house developed framework that allows automated determination of hot spot stresses. Rent measurement determines 32 percent of the CPI. Accurate rent measurement is therefore essential for accurate inflation measurement, but the CPI rent index often differs from alternative measures of rent inflation. Using repeat-rent inflation measures created from CPI microdata, we show that this discrepancy is largely explained by differences in rent growth for new tenants relative to all tenants.
