Abstract This study discusses John Berger's book entitled: The Way of Seeing which was first printed in 1972. The purpose of this study is to urge photographers to study harder and implement critical theories about concepts and philosophies that support photography. This language urgency helps foster the critical spirit and instinct of students who are studying photography.This research departs from a literature review. Because of its basic research, with qualitative descriptive forms, it is in the search for data sources on primary and secondary data. Primary data is Berger's original work entitled How to Look, while the secondary one is a review and commentary on Berger's main work by other authors.The results of this study show the concept of thought of John Berger: Seeing the building of our existence in the world that surrounds us, therefore we can explain in words, whatever is around us. Seeing not only the affairs of the mechanical reaction of the eye organs (lens, retina, etc.) but there is the activity of choosing from so many things outside us that are visible to the eye. O objetivo deste artigo é investigar, para uma história das ideias linguísticas não teleológica, os conceitos de “pós-verdade” e fake news. A hipótese aventada é a de que já haveria uma protoimagem dessa espécie de ceticismo linguístico contemporâneo na retórica sofística. Para fundamentar esse gesto de leitura, faz-se uma análise de uma fake news com base na perspectiva foucaultiana de linguagem, sobretudo aquela expressa em A ordem do discurso. Como o campo da história das ideias linguísticas é, por definição, um empreendimento interdisciplinar, a presente investigação é uma análise do discurso que problematiza as “disciplinas” assim chamadas de Linguística, Literatura e Filosofia da Linguagem, uma vez que coloca em questão o discurso “verdadeiro”/”falso”, a “ficção” e a “não ficção”. Por fim, há a defesa da tese de que, se há algum embrião da nova “era da pós-verdade” na aAntiguidade clássica, na contemporaneidade há um cinismo e um ultranarcisismo que ressignificam tal ideia linguística. Daí a proposta desse artigo de trazer o conceito self news para contemplar essa (nova?) ideia linguística contemporânea.

Tendo como ponto de partida a literatura de cordel nordestina, o texto analisa o ciclo do gado no sertão e a representação simbólica da figura do boi preto, como criatura mítica no qual o escravo é travestido. Podemos enxergar na saga do boi o drama dos africanos escravizados no Brasil, entoada por cantadores de origem ou de descendência africana, amalgamando realidade e imaginário. Tais expressões populares apontam o quanto foi conflituosa e complexa a transformação do africano em escravo para ser comprado no Brasil. O universo dos folhetos de cordel produziu imagens referentes à não aceitação dessa condição escrava, na figura do boi preto mágico, misterioso, veloz e livre, quebrando as correntes do confinamento e da submissão. Estas referências também são presentes nos cantos populares, nas cantigas de capoeira, nos cantos cerimoniais do candomblé e nas cantigas de ninar.

Resumo: Trata-se aqui de pensar a relação entre Filosofia e Literatura. A partir das aparentes semelhanças e divergências entre ambas, indaga-se se há ou não entre elas uma distinção essencial. Para tanto, retomam-se os argumentos apresentados por Antonio Cicero em Poesia & Filosofia. Assim como as ideias filosóficas, como defende Antonio Cicero, são secundárias para a composição literária, a qual adquire seu valor estético pela maneira como as enuncia, para a Filosofia a escrita não é mais que um instrumento para o pensamento filosófico. Dada tal concepção instrumental do discurso, retoma-se a proposta de Pierre Hadot segundo a qual a Filosofia é primordialmente uma maneira de viver, a qual permite mostrar que a distinção entre a Filosofia e a Literatura precisa ser repensada num nível mais fundamental do que o discursivo. Por esta representação primordial da Filosofia como uma maneira de viver obtém-se que a distinção entre Filosofia e Literatura não se dá pela forma peculiar como cada uma articula os planos de expressão e de conteúdo, mas pela função mesma que o discurso ocupa na constituição de ambas. Disso se seguem também algumas considerações extemporâneas sobre a própria natureza do filósofo e a do escritor ou poeta.Palavras-chave: filosofia; literatura; modo de vida filosófico.Abstract: This article aims to discuss the relation between Philosophy and Literature. Based on supposed similarities and discrepancies, it is investigated if there is an essential distinction concerning them. For such, some arguments elaborated by Antonio Cicero, on his essay Poesia & Filosofia, are analyzed. Antonio Cicero sustains that philosophical ideas are secondary to the literary composition, whose aesthetic value is acquired by the way those ideas are expressed and not by the ideas themselves. Moreover, in Philosophy, the act of writing is no more than an instrument to convey the philosophical thought. This instrumental role of discourse in philosophical works allows us to shed new light into Pierre Hadot’s conception of Philosophy as essentially a way of life. Thus, it will be proposed that the distinction between Philosophy and Literature should be rethought at a level that is deeper than the discursive one, as suggested by Antonio Cicero. The representation of Philosophy as a way of life indicates that the distinction between Philosophy and Literature is not a case of how each one articulates their levels of content and expression. Actually, it concerns the peculiar role of discourse in both of them. Some ultimate considerations on the very nature of the philosopher and of the writer or poet as well follow that existential distinction.Keywords: philosophy; literature; philosophy as a way of life.

Este artículo analiza el funcionamiento de los elementos fantásticos en «La princesa y el granuja» de Benito Pérez Galdós. Para ello, se parte de una revisión del concepto de lo fantástico en el relato breve galdosiano, lo que permite así cuestionar el tradicional menosprecio de la crítica a esta parte de la producción del canario. Desde una concepción amplia de realismo, Galdós ensayará en el cuento estrategias narrativas y temáticas de la literatura fantástica decimonónica. En la práctica, ello se cifrará en la construcción de diversas esferas semióticas que, dudando de la mímesis, anticipan el cuestionamiento de la realidad social de sus novelas. The aim of this paper is to study the second person pronoun in the poetry of Randall Jarrell and Gabriel Ferrater. The main thesis goes against the commonplace that holds that the second person pronoun is a mere trace dependent on the poetic I. As we shall demonstrate, the You is absent or evanescent, and its relation to I cannot be reciprocal but shifting. Since both poets were conspicuous literary critics this article first draws up an outline of the possible theoretical implications for selecting that voice. The commentary on their poems is divided into four sections taking up Genette’s concept of palimpsest. Based on a comparison of Ferrater’s “La cara” and Jarrell’s “The Face,” second person clues lead us to comment on the different reading conventions they could have considered before writing a poem. The third section analyzes the second person anchorage, conceived less as an imprisoning structure than as an impossibility of naming (reading) the You properly. Studies of “Well water” and “Si puc” show how naming things that are open to the senses is the only way we can indirectly glimpse, reconstruct or interpret the original relation between first and second person pronouns —a relation we cannot help thinking of as the real— rather than phantasmal —overlapping realism.

Dialogue is not a mere empty term or theory; it is evident in religious life and even becomes a necessity in the attitude of participation as a knot of kenosis thought (A. Pieris) and Asian theology (C.S. Song). The ideal dialogue model has been narrated in the story of Emmaus' journey which also became a model of the Lord's Supper. Thus, the ideal of dialogue is the story of the Eucharist. Indonesia as part of Asia has its own diversity context. The method in this article is qualitative, using the method of analyzing literature from various figures' thoughts about the dialogue that can be applied in the Indonesian context. As a result, there are four forms of dialogue that can be applied in the context of Indonesia's diversity, by specializing in a dialogue of work and dialogue of life.
Abstrak: Dialog bukanlah istilah kosong atau teori belaka; kata ini nyata dalam kehidupan beragama dan, bahkan, menjadi keharusan dalam sikap partisipasi sebagai simpul pemikiran kenosis (A. Pieris) dan teologi Asia (C.S. Song). Model dialog ideal telah dinarasikan dalam kisah perjalanan Emaus yang juga menjadi model perjamuan kudus. Dengan demikian, idealitas dialog adalah kisah perjamuan kudus. Indonesia sebagai bagian dari Asia memiliki konteks keberagamannya sendiri. Metode dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode analisis literatur dari berbagai pemikiran tokoh tentang dialog yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks Indonesia. Hasilnya, ada empat bentuk dialog yang bisa diterapkan dalam konteks keberagaman Indonesia, dengan mengkhususkan dialog karya dan dialog kehidupan.

In the center of nursing practice, this is one of the dynamic nursing performance approaches called caring behavior. Efforts to implement caring behavior of course nurses must have good emotional intelligence, because it can improve patient satisfaction. Systematic Review aims to systematically review emotional intelligence for nurse caring behavior.Method: Literature search starting from 2012 - 2017 using the keywords Emotional Intelligence and Caring nurses. From the search found nine journals and five analyzed journals related to the theme. Search is done on the EBSCOhost, Elsevier, Sciencedirect and Google Scholar sites.Results: The results of the literature review found that one's caring behavior can be influenced by emotional intelligence that is possessed by someone. Where the higher the emotional intelligence the better the caring behavior.Conclusion: Emotional intelligence can help someone to understand the emotions of themselves and others in helping shape behavior.

Introducción: El Síndrome de Robinow (SR), descrita por primera vez en 1969, es un síndrome genético autosómico con predominancia en la forma recesiva, inclusive de carácter más severo, raro, con poco más de 100 casos relatados en la literatura. Caso clínico: En el presente trabajo relatamos el caso de un paciente masculino de 21 años, portador de retardo mental, epilepsia y malformación ósea en miembros superiores con fusión de radio y cubito. Conclusiones: Caracterizada por baja estatura, anormalidades en el cráneo, cara, genitales externos y defectos de segmentación vertebral, representa un diagnóstico difícil.

Actualmente, no existe una definición de la facilitación que unifique sus diversas prácticas y expresiones. Aunque esta realidad da cuenta de la gran riqueza creativa de la práctica de la facilitación, incide en la dispersión teórica y metodológica que se diluye entre las diversas modalidades de la intervención social. El presente artículo pasa revista ampliamente a las diversas definiciones que se encuentran en la literatura sobre facilitación y propone una definición integradora. Esta definición señala que la facilitación refiere a procesos y funciones que permiten interactuar con los paradigmas, pensamientos, sentimientos, emociones y manifestaciones (discursos, actitudes y prácticas) de personas y colectivos en un marco sistémico y contextual de modo tal que se pueda abordar la complejidad a través del despliegue del conjunto de sus capacidades, facultades y potencialidades orientado a que alcancen equilibrios dinámicos para establecer relaciones, vínculos, entendimientos o acuerdos que eventualmente se pueden convertir en objetivos que deriven a acciones transformadoras en concordancia con la naturaleza y el cosmos. Se recomienda que la definición propuesta pueda ser contrastada y puesta en consistencia con relación a las diversas modalidades del campo de la facilitación.

This research explores the Standpoint of women journalists in the magazine business and economics on the profession and also whether they have an understanding of journalism in a gender perspective. This study is a qualitative research strategy and case study data collecting technique through interview, observation and literature. Standpoint theory hold on women's experiences that will take them to have some understanding. This theory emphasizes the reciprocal relationship between communication behavior and attitudes. The results presented that women have a standpoint that journalists consider important the existence of gender awareness and sensitivity within him to be able to produce news that defending the interests of women in business and economics magazine. However, patriarchal and capitalist culture contained in the private and public areas are still holding their efforts.

Realizou-se um estudo para analisar morfologicamente os dentes do saguis-de-tufo-branco (C. jacchus), saguis-de-tufo-preto (C. penicillata) e saguis-de-cara-branca (C. geoffroyi), para compara-los entre si e com outras espécies já descritas na literatura. Utilizou-se dentes das três espécies para analises macroscópicas, microscópicas e ultraestrutural e os resultados correlacionados com os obtidos com outras espécies citadas na literatura. Chegou-se a conclusão de que: as três espécies apresentaram uma fórmula dentária idêntica, chegando a um total de 32 dentes, expressa na fórmula 2x: incisivos 2/2; caninos 1/1; pré-molares 3/3 e molares 2/2, estes são classificados como diplodontes, anelodontes, bunodontes, e braquiodontes.

Poverty is a social reality in the dynamics of human life in the world. This social reality is also part of the Church's concern. The Church pays attention, cares, and conveys its teachings about poverty and ways to overcome it through its dynamic structure, which includes Scripture, Tradition, and the Magisterium. This study is literature research, with Indonesian contextualization. By textual analysis, this paper shows that in reflecting on various realities related to poverty, especially by using the scalpel of Theology of Liberation, the Church has concluded that poverty, especially structural poverty, is the fruit of social sin. Social sin is an individual sin built in such a way with various kinds of conditioning to become a massive structure. This study recommends the need for personal and communal repentance to destroy this structure of sin and, at the same time, lift people out of structural poverty.

The main purpose of this work is to conduct an investigation deep into the truth that reaches the step when someone becomes wise and mature to decide from all karma. The Chāndogya Upaniṣad text has been chosen to be studied in this study because this literature clearly explains the duḥkha conception. The concept of duḥkha in the Chāndogya Upaniṣad is a state of the soul that is materially bound to the physical body. When the soul is bound to the senses materially, it causes billions of desires to come out. All boundaries of these desires will throw the soul into the depths of grief (duḥkha). The way to let go of the duḥkha based on the Chāndogya Upaniṣad by understanding the atman which covers the universe, will experience unlimited happiness. Truly unlimited God is He transcends all that is. Thus Chandogya Upanisad encourages everyone to know and appreciate the true nature of the self, to be released from Dukha. <br /><br />

Lexicology has a very important role in the study of spells, especially in the study of meaning (style). This paper focuses on: 1) the vocabulary used in the spell how to Cara Menanam Tembuni and translation; 2) mantra studies how to Cara Menanam Tembuni by examining meaning in language style. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research methods of text analysis. The data obtained are examined using descriptive analysis approach. From the results of a study on how to plant the placenta spells found: 1) the vocabulary used in the spell of how to grow the afterbirth is the Java Language Ngoko-Chromo among: meneng, jabang bayi, siro, beko, marang, bopo, biyung, sedulur, inggih; 2) spells by planting the placenta contained a tautolog-style parallelism assertion language (meneng-meneng, sugih-sugih, wani-wani, siro-siro, sedulur-sedulur, inggih inggih inggih; alliteration (meneng-meneng, wani-wani, sedulur-sedulur); and inversion (meneng-meneng jabang bayi siro).Keywords: Lexicology Literature, Mantra, Vocabulary, Meaning

Descreve-se presença de lesão pulmonar em cabra (Capra hircus) sugestiva de criptococose. O cultivo bacteriológico realizado a partir de material purulento articular revelou concomitante infecção por Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis. À microscopia óptica observaram-se estruturas leveduriformes nos espaços alveolares do pulmão, dotadas de espessa cápsula de polissacarídeos PAS positivas, compatíveis com Cryptococcus spp. Casos de criptococose em caprídeos são considerados raros na literatura. Objetiva-se relatar os aspectos epidemiológicos e clínico-patológicos da forma pulmonar de infecção por Cryptococcus spp. em uma cabra no Brasil.

This study aims to analyze the tax collection system, tax collection principles and tax collection system from a tax law perspective. This study is a normative juridical study to examine existing legal norms which are derived from statutory regulations. The data collection technique was carried out by means of literature study with the literature study guideline instrument that was developed independently. The data analysis technique is carried out descriptively, which begins with collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the tax collection system can be divided into three, namely the real system, the fictitious system and the mixed system. The principle of tax collection consists of the principle of domicile, the principle of source and the principle of nationality. The tax collection system consists of an official assessment system, a semi self-assessment system, a full self-assessment system and a withholding system. Based on the Indonesian tax law, the tax collection system uses the real system. Meanwhile, the principle of tax collection uses the principle of domicile, the principle of source and the principle of nationality. The tax collection system uses a self-assessment system where the taxpayer fills in according to statutory provisions.

Tradicionalmente, en la aproximación formal a la secuenciación de producción denominada en inglés Theory of Scheduling (o simplemente scheduling), se suele obviar la limitación de capacidad entre los diferentes recursos de cara a establecer el programa de producción. Sin embargo, el paradigma Lean Manufacturing ha dejado patente que la limitación de capacidad física en los sistemas productivos es una característica que influye en los resultados de los programas de producción, por lo que las configuraciones empezando a ser objeto de estudio en la dirección de operaciones. En este artículo se hace una revisión de las principales características de la secuenciación con almacenes limitados que se han abordado bajo la teoría de secuenciación y se resumen las referencias más importantes publicadas durante los últimos años. Finalmente, se presentan una serie de conclusiones con el objetivo de clarificar algunas líneas de interés para los investigadores del tema.

Dalam sistem perpajakan, hukum formal mempunyai peranan penting dalam mengejawantahkan hukum material, karena itu Undang-undang Ketentu-an Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan (KUP) menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan pajak. Mengingat strategisnya peran UU KUP, perlu untuk mereview kembali UU KUP yang saat ini berlaku serta perlu dilakukan suatu penyempurnaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif yang terdiri dari studi literatur dan focus group discussion. Penelitian bertujuan memberikan masukan atas KUP yang saat ini masih dalam proses pembahasan dengan menekankan pada aspek kemudahan (ease of administration), keadilan (equity) dan kepastian hukum (law enforcement). Hasil penelitian ini menekan-kan pada hal-hal terkait (i) perlunya meningkatkan basis data perpajakan, (ii) perlunya menjalankan kemudahan administrasi yang berdasarkan ketentuan yang tegas, jelas, dan sederhana, (iii) penegakan hukum yang tegas, (iv) adanya sanksi yang sebanding dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh wajib pajak, dan (v) peningkatan kualitas layanan dan profesionalisme petugas pajak. Kajian ini diharapkan mampu mendorong terwujudnya regulasi perpajakan pro terhadap optimalisasi penerimaan tanpa mencede-rai hak-hak wajib pajak. Proposal for Amendment of Formal Law on Taxation Procedure In optimizing tax revenue, the government should design a taxation system that adheres to the principle of efficiency, justice and simplicity. In the taxation system, formal law has an important role in manifesting laws, therefore laws and taxation procedures (KUP) are one of the keys to the successful implementation of tax policies. Considering the strategic role of the KUP Law, it is necessary to review the KUP Law which is currently in force and needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative data collection techniques consisting of literature studies and focus group discussions. The research aims to provide input on KUP which is currently still in the process of discussion by emphasizing aspects of ease (ease of administration), justice (equity) and legal certainty (law enforcement). The results emphasize issues related to (i) the need to increase the taxation database, (ii) the need to carry out administrative facilities based on firm, clear and simple provisions, (iii) strict law enforcement, (iv) comparable sanctions with violations committed by taxpayers and (v) improving the quality of service and professionalism of tax officials. This study is expected to be able to encourage the realization of tax regulations that are pro to the optimization of revenue without harming the rights of taxpayers.

Ten wybitny uczony, organizator nauki, pionier przemysłu, wśród współczesnych znany był przede wszystkim jako poeta. W jego twórczości przeważają panegiryki skierowane do panujących monarchów. Poeta dokonuje w nich porównań cara do Boga lub wprost przypisuje mu cechy boskie. W barokowej poezji Łomonosowa łączyły się one często z obrazem władcy jako mitologicznego bóstwa. Autorka skoncentrowała się na przedstawieniu sytuacji społecznej, w której powstawała taka literatura, jej funkcjach, a także na motywach, którymi Łomonosow kierował się jako twórca tej literatury.</p><p> </p>

Metodologia: Estudo descritivo e explicativo, desenvolvido como atividade científica da disciplina de “Oficina de elaboração de dissertação”, do Programa de Pós-graduação (mestrado) em Enfermagem, da Universidade Federal do Piauí (UFPI). Resultados: Ao realizar uma revisão de literatura, se propõe reunir material disponível sobre determinada temática no intuito de auxiliar na compreensão de fenômenos e na ampliação dos conhecimentos, favorecendo a tomada de decisão e a construção de práticas na saúde. Os principais tipos descritos foram: bibliográfica e narrativa; integrativa e sistemática e metanálise. Cada tipo de revisão tem seu conceito estabelecido e muitos autores apresentam etapas bem definidas, para a devida elaboração de cada revisão de literatura. Desde seu aparecimento, em meados do século XVIII, até o momento atual, quando se tornaram ubíquos nos discursos políticos nacionais, os Direitos Humanos foram alvos de inúmeras controvérsias acerca de sua definição. Em geral, esses debates acabaram por retornar à concepção, presente em seu surgimento, de serem tais direitos evidentes por si, não havendo necessidade de se justificá-los, para além da convicção dos homens acerca de sua verdade. A crença na sua autoevid ência, e em suas características elementares (igualdade, naturalidade e universalidade), tem seu fundamento intelectual na noção de autonomia moral dos indivíduos, cara à filosofia dos séculos XVII e XVIII. Contudo, este estudo pretende demonstrar que, junto às transformações no pensamento, a emergência da idéia de Direitos Humanos decorreria tamb ém de duas mudanças sutis nas noções de corpo e identidade: a amplia ção da idéia de individualidade do corpo, que tornaria cada homem detentor de direitos sobre si; e a possibilidade de haver uma empatia imaginada entre psiques que, apesar de distintas, se percebem como integrantes de uma mesma humanidade. Propondo um modelo psicocultural para o estudo histórico da emergência dos Direitos Humanos, este trabalho analisa como um gênero literário, os romances epistolares do século XVIII, poderia ter contribuído para a formação destes direitos. Ao promoverem um envolvimento apaixonado dos leitores com o destino dos personagens, este tipo de leitura teria fomentado os processos emocionais e psicológicos necessários ao surgimento dos Direitos Humanos, e da convicção em sua auto-evidência.

Los quistes epidermoides son lesiones quísticas benignas que se desarrollan de componentes epiteliales anormales de tejido ectodérmico formado durante el periodo fetal (congénito) o por epitelio implantado después de una cirugía o trauma (adquirido). El quiste epidermoide es considerado una lesión benigna que afecta la región del pericráneo, cara, cuello, espalda y torso, el 7% de estos quistes ocurren en la región de la cabeza y el cuello y solo el 1,6% representa la cavidad oral. A continuación, se presenta un caso clínico con diagnóstico histopatológico de quiste epidermoide en la región parotídea, el cual no presentó un compromiso del parénquima glandular, el cual fue tratado mediante escisión quirúrgica completa, sin alteración o daño al nervio facial, con seguimiento postoperatorio de tres años sin recidiva.

Faktor internal bisa berupa perbedaan kepribadian, stress, penurunan produktivitas dan lain sebaginya. Sedangkan faktor eksternal bisa berupa masalah komunikasi, sumber daya yang terbatas, pelecehan seksual, dan lain sebagainya, (3) pendekatan menangani konflik memerlukan keterampilan kepemimpinan. Pendekatan penanganan konflik ada delapan yakni, musyawarah, campur tangan pihak ketiga, konfrontasi, tawar-menawar (bargaining), kompromi, mediasi, konsiliasi dan konsultasi, dan peningkatan sumber daya, dan (4) kinerja suatu individu dapat terhambat karena adanya konflik, namun tidak semua konflik berdampak negatif, konflik dapat memberi dampak positif jika dapat dikelola secara tepat.

Kajian ini menjawab permasalahan bagaimana tata cara eksekusi ganti kerugian yang dirasa adil bagi korban salah tangkap. Pengkajian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik yang ditujukan untuk mengungkapkan suatu masalah, keadaan atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya sehingga dapat mengungkapkan fakta yang sebenarnya. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, kuesioner, peraturan perundang-undangan dan literature. Dari hasil pengkajian direkomendasikan hal-hal sebagai berikut: pertama, perlu dipermudah pemberian ganti kerugian, oleh karena itu proses ganti kerugian ini lebih baik melalui proses yang cepat. Hakim perlu menetapkan besaran kerugian yang harus dibayarkan oleh Negara kepada korban salah tangkap/salah prosedur tersebut, sehingga korban tidak perlu lagi mengajukan gugatan ganti kerugian. Kedua, mekanisme pembayaran ganti kerugian, tetap harus dibayarkan melalui Kementerian Keuangan, terkait hal ini, Kementerian Keuangan perlu membuat pedoman dalam rangka mempercepat proses pencairan ganti kerugian. Karena pedoman/aturan yang ada saat ini masih menggunakan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 983/KMK.01/1983.

Pelinggih Gedong Saren is one part of Sanggah / Merajan. This building is an ancestral heritage that needs to be developed and preserved. Until now, the manuscripts that talk about Pelinggih Gedong Saren in particular are quite rare. So it is very necessary to conduct a special study on Pelinggih Gedong Saren so that later can be used as a consideration in the planning or making Pelinggih Gedong Saren in a Merajan or Sanggah. Por la importancia que reviste ampliar los conocimientos del odontólogo en esta área, la presente revisión bibliográfica propone como objetivo resumir las modificaciones del sistema estomatognático que se presentan en músicos que practican instrumentos de viento. Dentro de las anomalías bucales que más abundan en la literatura se encuentran distonía focal, xerostomía, faringitis, queilitis angular, herpes labial y maloclusiones de una gran prevalencia e impacto, dentro de las más frecuentes registradas en este tipo de músicos se encuentran: el resalte aumentado, el apiñamiento y la adaquia. El resalte aumentado es consecuencia de la presión que ejerce la boquilla en la cara palatina de los incisivos superiores, esto provoca que aumente la distancia entre la cara vestibular de los incisivos inferiores y la cara palatina de los incisivos superiores, en sentido anteroposterior (con las arcadas en oclusión). Se concluye que las presiones anormales que generan los instrumentos de viento sobre el aparato estomatognático, provocan una serie de alteraciones que pueden afectar la mucosa oral, los músculos implicados en la práctica instrumental y la oclusión dentaria.

Spis Vita Basilii književna nam tradicija donosi u sklopu literarnog korpusa bizantskog cara Konstantina VII. Porfirogeneta (913. ‒ 959.). Radi se o vrsti pohvalnoga govora (βασιλικὸς λόγος) sastavljenog u čast utemeljitelja Makedonske dinastije Bazilija I. (867. ‒ 886.), čija je svrha bila osloboditi Porfirogenetova djeda od krivnje za ubojstvo njegova prethodnika, cara Mihaela III. (842. ‒ 867.), što je ubrzalo Bazilijev dolazak na vlast. Bazilije u spisu utjelovljuje sliku idealnog bizantskog cara, dok je Mihael prikazan u negativnom kontekstu i kao primjer lošeg vladara. U radu se analizira uloga stilskih sredstava u oblikovanju Bazilijeva i Mihaelova lika. Iako je visoki stupanj upotrebe stilskih ukrasa u ovakvoj književnoj vrsti očekivan, na temelju odabranih primjera predočit će se kako ih je u određenim slučajevima autor ciljano upotrebljavao ne samo radi podizanja retoričkog naboja, nego i s tendencijom da Bazilije unatoč mračnoj strani dolaska na prijestolje bude prikazan kao „spasitelj” Bizantskog Carstva nakon Mihaelove loše vladavine, a Mihael kao glavni krivac za svoju vlastitu smrt.

Samuel, the ruler of Bulgaria from the turn of the tenth and eleventh centuries is without a doubt a significant figure in the history of his country, having left a clear mark on its relations with the Byzantine Empire. It was he who challenged the Byzantines, who occupied a considerable part of Bulgaria in 971. Over the course of several decades, he was first wrenching Bulgarian territories from the Byzantine hands and subsequently defended his possessions with great determination. It was only several years after his death (1014) that the Bulgarian state fell into Byzantine hands (1018), ushering an almost hundred and seventy yearperiod of its nonexistence – the time of Byzantine captivity.
Information included in the 12th‑century Byzantine sources (Nicephor Bryennios, Anna Komnene, John Zonaras, Michael Glykas, The Life of Nikon Metanoeite”), analysed in the present article and relating to Samuel are focused on the two fundamental questions, specifically the circumstances in which he had taken the reins of power and the military activity he conducted against Byzantium. The portrayal of the Bulgarian ruler included therein was on the one hand influenced by the trend present in the Byzantine literature to diminish the successes of the Empire’s enemies by indicating their causes were to be found on the Byzantine side, and on the other by the fact that the Bulgarians became subjects of the Byzantine ruler. Some of them entered into the elite of the Byzantine society, sometimes through familial connections. In these circumstances, it was better to be related to Samuel the Basileus, rather than to Samuel the barbarian.

Durante los últimos años, se ha observado la asociación del supradesnivel de ST en la derivación aVR con el compromiso de la arteria descendente anterior (DA), tronco coronario izquierdo (TCI) y coronaria derecha (CD), en el contexto de un infarto de miocardio agudo con segmento ST elevado (IMA-STE). Por medio del electrocardiograma se puede predecir con una probabilidad del 80% el compromiso de TCI frente a DA, cuando la relación aVR sobre V1 es mayor a la unidad. Asimismo, la presencia de un supradesnivel en aVR se asocia a mayor mortalidad a los 30 días en IMA-STE de cara anterior e inferior. Por lo expuesto previamente, se recalca la importancia del análisis de la elevación del ST en aVR en un IMA-STE de cara anterior puesto que predice compromiso de gran territorio vascular y empeora el pronóstico del paciente.

O artigo trata de um novo tipo de censura, que atinge obras de literatura infantil a partir de demandas ideológicas e tensões entre grupos progressistas e conservadores, cada qual com seu rol de temas e termos corretos. Sem fundamentos teóricos, tal censura se baseia em discursos indignados, que se iniciam, quase sempre, nas redes sociais. A partir da análise de dois casos recentes de retirada de circulação de livros infantis – um provocado por argumentos tidos como de esquerda, o outro, de direita – nosso objetivo é analisar os efeitos das tentativas de restrição sobre o acesso da criança a determinadas obras.
