The objective of this thesis is to examine the possibility to determine the mechanical heart rate using intracardiac impedance in the time domain. Deducing the mechanical heartrate from the impedance could help improve the performance of implanted devices that today depend on the measurement of the heart’s electrical activity. Data obtained from 163 HH patients (Doppler-echocardiography, cardiac CT, MRI, respiratory function and exercise testing) were analysed. La gravité de l’infarctus du myocarde (IDM) est liée aux défaillances d’organes engendrées par la baisse du débit cardiaque et une altération de la microcirculation avec hypoxie tissulaire ; ce qui peut aboutir au stade ultime à un choc cardiogénique. L’imagerie photoacoustique (PA), technique hybride non invasive couplant impulsions laser et onde ultrasonore, permet une analyse de la saturation en oxygène (sO2) des organes en temps réel.
