Abstract:
Transportation needs are increasing along with traffic problems, such as traffic accidents, congestion, and density of motorized vehicles. In Indonesia, especially in its large, crowded cities, accidents involving two-wheeled motorized vehicles are frequent. Human factors such as personality and behavior are a cause of accidents involving careless driving. Additionally, sensation seeking and the attitude toward reckless behavior influence the reckless behavior of motorcyclists in Indonesia, especially in the Jabodetabek area. Methods: data were obtained through a self-report questionnaire. The 69 participants (F:40, M:29) were motorbike riders aged 18–35 years who had an Indonesian driving license type C and had ridden a motorcycle daily for a minimum of 2 years. The questionnaire comprised 17 items that measured sensation seeking and attitudes toward reckless riding. Prerequisite for mediating the relationship among the variables, sensation seeking must correlate with attitudes and reckless riding such that the attitude variable that is a mediator must also correlate with reckless riding. Therefore, in this study, the mediating effect of attitudes in the relation between sensation seeking and reckless riding was tested. Our result demonstrates that’s influence of reckless riding attitude as a partial mediator between sensation seeking and reckless riding.

Abstract:
Abstract Road traffic accidents are a significant contributor to the global disease burden and a major cause of fatalities worldwide. In order to enhance traffic safety and minimize accidents, this study investigated the effect of driver safety attitudes and risk perception on driving behavior. To gather responses on risk perception and safety attitudes, surveys were conducted both online and on paper in three Vietnamese cities: Hanoi, Yenbai, and Laocai, and data was collected from 500 drivers. Exploratory factor analysis was performed on the 48 items in the questionnaire, resulting in eight factors that were subsequently analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis to generate risk perceptions on road systems and usage, safety attitude, and driving behavior. The four driving behavior factors identified were aggressive driving, careless driving, adherence to traffic rules, and multitasking. A structural equation model was used to explore the effects of driver risk perception and safety attitude on driving behavior. The results showed a significant positive correlation between drivers’ risk perception and safety attitude, with both factors significantly impacting driving behavior. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of traffic safety, with a specific focus on human factors.

Abstract:
The article highlights the problem of inconsistency of legislative provisions on careless forms of guilt, which are contained in the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, to the constructive peculiarity ofcriminal offenses that are provided by the Special Part of this Code. The author draws attention to the problem which emerged due to the future transfer of a significantnumber of criminal offenses from the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to the book of criminaloffenses of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine. The vast majority of these offenses are constructed so as tohave a formal composition, to wit the consequences outside it. At the same time, the construction of acareless form of guilt and its varieties, recklessness and negligence, the normative models of which arecontained in the General Part of the draft Criminal Code of Ukraine, provides for a mental attitude to theconsequences. It is substantiated that the developers of the draft of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine will have todecide on one of the two directions of the system: either to completely abandon the criminalization ofinconsequent carelessness, leaving the legislative concept of carelessness covering only criminal offenseswith material composition, or to agree with the idea of presence of the inconsequent carelessness within theinstitute of criminal offense.Future problems with determining the form of guilt of criminal offenses are shown, if among theprovisions of the General Part of the projected Criminal Code of Ukraine there is a provision on the limitedpunishment of a careless behavior. The principle of constructing norms on criminal liability for careless acts is proposed, according towhich resultative careless delicts should be provided in the book of crimes, and careless offenses with aformal composition should be misdemeanors. In order to properly cover the provisions of the General Part of the future Criminal Code of Ukraine onthe carelessness of all constructive types of careless offenses, the author proposes to provide two types ofcareless form of guilt: resultative carelessness and inconsequent carelessness.Theoretical modeling of the relevant criminal law norms has been carried out, which will consolidate theinconsequent carelessness and its varieties.

Abstract:
PurposeAs the risks associated with sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) increase, various policies require sugar to be reduced in beverages. This paper segmented consumers according to food-related lifestyle (FRL), analyzed beverage selection attributes and preference for sugar-reduced beverages (SRBs) for each group and presented basic data for the strategies of SRBs for each consumer group.Design/methodology/approachIn total, 1,000 Korean consumer panels responded to the online survey. The questionnaire consisted of FRL, beverage selection attributes and attitude toward SRBs.FindingsConsumer groups were divided according to FRL: rational, value seeking and careless consumer. Rational consumers tended to be in their 30s or 50s and women, and they focused on product quality/hygiene when choosing beverages. Value seeking consumers were mainly in their 40s and 50s and were characterized by high education and income. They showed high scores in quality/hygiene, economy and sensory traits. Careless consumers were more likely to be in their 20s–30s, unmarried men and considered sensory traits as the most important factor.Research limitations/implicationsThe main limitation of this study is the lack of generalization of consumer panels to represent the entire population because they were part of an online research firm.Originality/valueThis study implies that segmenting consumers according to FRL allows detailed analysis of consumer attitudes and behaviors. Using this analysis, the complex consumer pattern can be used as basic data for promoting sugar-reduced beverages.

Abstract:
AbstractThis chapter discusses the perceptions of Overwatch (Blizzard 2016) in the context of fragile Brazilian esports structures. Applying content and sentiment analysis to media materials published on Brazilian competitive Overwatch, this chapter provides insight into the scene’s working conditions, infrastructural issues, and the community. In conclusion, the argument is that the infrastructural particularities of the country combined with careless decisions and neglectful organizational attitudes compromised the potential of the game’s local esports scene, transforming competitive Overwatch into an unpleasant experience for the majority of Brazilian players. This culminated in the shutdown of the official Contenders competition in 2021.

Abstract:
This chapter begins with a discussion about what form of government should replace the Rump. It debates over how to reshape the sovereign power in the wake of the Long Parliament's demise, arguing on the Old Testament model of the Jewish Sanhedrin. The chapter shifts to discuss the draft constitution under which the assembly was governed. As the chapter explains, the assembly soon acquired the mocking nickname ‘Barebone's Parliament’, after one of its members, Praise-God Barebone. The chapter then reviews the House resolutions for the abolition of the Court of Chancery and the framing of a completely new body of law. It cites several reasons for the failure of the radical agenda in Barebone's Parliament. A careless attitude towards the army's financial welfare, combined with indifference to the army's honour led moderates, with covert support from the army, to pull the plug on Barebone's Parliament. The chapter next explicates the first Protectoral Parliament under the terms of the Instrument of Government. It then presents the two major instances of early military opposition to the Protectorate: the Three Colonels' Petition and the so-called ‘Overton's plot’.

Abstract:
Abstract According to most accounts of trust, you can only trust other people (or groups of people). To trust is to think that another has goodwill, or something to that effect. I sketch a different form of trust: the unquestioning attitude. What it is to trust, in this sense, is to settle one’s mind about something, to stop questioning it. To trust is to rely on a resource while suspending deliberation over its reliability. Trust lowers the barrier of monitoring, challenging, checking, and questioning. Trust sets up open pipelines between yourself and parts of the external world. Trust permits external resources to have a similar relationship to one as one’s internal cognitive faculties. This creates efficiency, but at the price of exquisite vulnerability. We must trust in this way because we are cognitively limited beings in a cognitively overwhelming world. Crucially, we can hold the unquestioning attitude towards objects and technologies. When I trust my climbing rope, I stop worrying about its reliability. When I trust my online calendaring system, I simply go to the events indicated, without question. But, one might worry, how could one ever hold such a normatively loaded attitude as trust towards mere objects? How could it ever make sense to feel betrayed by an object? Trust is our engine for expanding and outsourcing our agency—for binding external processes into our practical selves. Thus, we can be betrayed by our smartphones in the same way that we can be betrayed by our memory. When we trust, we try to make something a part of our agency, and we are betrayed when our part lets us down. To unquestioningly trust something is to let it in—to attempt to bring it inside one’s practical functioning. This suggests a new form of gullibility: agential gullibility, which occurs when agents too hastily and carelessly integrate external resources into their own agency.

Abstract:
Studies of private libraries and their owners invariably talk about ‘book collecting’—is this the right terminology? After summarizing our broadly held understanding of the evolution of bibliophile collecting from the eighteenth century onwards, this chapter considers the extent to which similar behaviours can be detected (or not) in the seventeenth, drawing on the material evidence of bookbindings, wording in wills, and other sources. Do we find subject-based collecting, of the kind we are familiar with today, as a characteristic of early modern book owners? Some distinctions are recognized in ways in which medieval manuscripts (as opposed to printed books) were brought together at this time. The relationship between libraries and museums, and contemporary attitudes to them, is explored. The concluding argument is that ‘collecting’ is a careless word to use in the seventeenth-century context; just as we should talk about users rather than readers, we should use ‘owners’ rather than ‘collectors’ as the default term, unless there is evidence to the contrary.

Abstract:
The future of online learning may be more than technology integration or increasing demands; it has to be humane and sustainable. Project management aiming to provide better online learning environments has to integrate sustainability into its vision and action in order not to burden future generations with careless creations of products or processes. This integration can be achieved by treating nature as a model and mentor and ecology provides the framework for this treatment. The first step towards realizing humane and sustainable online learning environments is to define the online learning ecosystem based on the characteristics of natural ecosystems; the external inputs, producers, consumers, decomposers, organic, and inorganic compounds. Once this ecosystem is defined, the managerial vision and strategies based on ecosystem management principles can be formed. Sustainability studies provide the necessary roadmap for these principles. The objective of sustainability is to be considerate in the usage of resources, not to deplete them and damage the environment with the products and production processes. Management attitudes incorporating these principles would facilitate the growth of humane and sustainable online learning ecosystems which would cultivate efficient learning experiences and their renewal within local, regional, and global resources.

Abstract:
The main idea of small tragedies is to show the value of moral laws from different sides. These are universal laws that cannot be violated. In this cycle of plays, A.S. Pushkin demonstrates various ways of violating these laws. The instrument of this demonstration is archetypal images, with the help of which the author in each of the small tragedies leads to the idea that any violation of the moral law has a consequence of personal degradation. The result of such degradation is that a person loses the meaning of his being. A.S. Pushkin shows that a careless, conniving attitude to the implementation of these laws always occurs through various temptations and temptations.
